Why pair $40 from the Team store when you can get one for $15 or $20 here? Nice workers also and the bathroom upstairs on the second floor has always been a life saver at times in the area.

Stephanie Joseph: this marshalls is cute, it’s pretty spacious. they always have a ton of deals. i found a sauce pan for $13 and silicone straws for $2.00. their shoe section is always leveling up. they have vans , steve madden, juicy couture. the associates are usually really nice and helpful.

I went to marshalls on 03/19/2023 was in a hurry and they was closing so I went to the register and paid for my stuff as I get home and about to go to sleep I look around for my cell phone and could not find so I decided to track my phone and saw that my phone was in marshals there was not much I can do just wait till 9.30am on the following day as I wake up the next day I decided to go early to see if I could see any employee go in to see if they could help me and that's what happened I saw a employee told her can she please help me I left my phone in the store and to see if she could speak to somebody she said she will and got the store manager not sure if I'm writing her name correct but I think is Marci or Marcia she was the best knowing I got there 30min before store opens she still decided to take the time and help me at 9am in the morning with no problem she was super nice she really didn't have to help me so early but she did and mind you it was so cold this morning and windy and she help me I usually don't write reviews good or bad but I had to this was the best store manager that goes beyond her work to help other because to be honest she could of told me that I have to wait till they open and she didn't other stores out there need to take notes on this store manager remember y'all have jobs due to costumers because with no costumers you have no job, treat your costumer like this store manager did and best believe business will never fail. Thank You so much Marci Or Marcia you are a truly MVP

Mosammat Khanom: I had the absolute worst experience today with the the manager she’s the old white lady and I couldn’t catch her name but I know it started with a L whilst I was at check out she thought we were stealing and threatened to call the cops this 100% racially motivated I had a a discount card and she did not let me use it, My 3 year old daughter was excited to try on her new shoes we were about to buy. She was aggressive with us. I thought I lost my jacked and she didt let me go look for it. We are normal customers and go there often to Marshall’s and enjoy shopping there this was a horrible experience as I feel I was racially profiled. All of the workers like the cashiers were amazing but it’s only the manager that was being incredibly disrespectful to me.

Katie Morrissey: Worse customer service. Wouldn't allow me to return a purse I bought less than a week ago after it fell apart. The faux leather on the purse instantly started to peel everywhere. Like due to it being old or extremely poor quality.I Spent $30 on the purse. They also tried to tell me the item didn't exist on the receipt. I don't know how horrible their computer system is. They wouldn't even let me check the floor for the item. Then they tried to tell me that the other steve madden purse I bought was different than the one I was currently wearing (also on the receipt). Warning never throw away your tags because clearly they have horrible inventory at this store. Definitely won't shop at that Marshals again. Worked in retail for 8 years and never seen such disorganization and poor management.Update: emailed corporate office and was given a gift certificate for value of purse despite the receipt. Supposedly purse I bought was coded wrong in the system so it wasn't the same as the receipt. Regardless corporate at least believed me enough to give me a gift card.
