Chichi Ogukwe: Most of the staff is nice and polite but if you ask for a mistake to be fixed you are met with attitude. The female manager i spoke with today after i was given a chicken sandwich, not the quarter pounder i ordered, she was rude and spoke in spanish to her coworkers like i couldn’t understand, basically saying i’m annoying and the rude one. there problem was that i came back six hours after i ordered (because i went to work) and they were even hesitant to give me the burger i asked for. i felt i should’ve been compensated with a full meal not just the sandwich. Even when i got the original order, i saw a different female employee look at my name, laugh, show it to another coworker, and laugh together. my name means something juvenile in some spanish cultures and i did not appreciate her doing that right in front on my face. that being said, i’m disappointed in the overall lack of etiquette this location has, and will be avoiding it in the near future.

Albert Shaw: Worst McDonalds ever. The supervisor/owner/manager/random employee(some asian lady. I'm Asian too) idk is super rude. Only McDonalds where they will come over and yell at you for not picking up your mobile order immediately even if they're suppose to bring it to the table.First asked for a water and asked if we had ordered and I said yes. Then she just repeated that we needed an order to get water. Ordered Dine-in and machine failed to print a receipt, but whatever. Borrowed my friends receipt. We weren't sure if the order went through so accidentally double ordered a mobile order. Asked the manager if we could refund. They said they couldn't refund a mobile order and we said thats fine. Then the trouble started. They called out orders. The mobile order we selected dine in and it said they would bring it to the table if we gave the order number. But since they were yelling out orders we looked up the order number on our phones anyways. Took a few minutes, but figured out they had called us instead of bringing it to the table. Whatever. Walked up to the front to see if the order was there. It wasn't and nobody was there. Wasn't sure if they had brought the order to the table so walked backed.The supervisor was there in everyone's faces saying that that she couldn't refund the mobile order and we needed to pick it up in the rudest manor. I got back when she is in the middle of it and asked if she had brought the order over. All she said that she wouldn't refund the order. She already told us that, but just kept saying it and that we needed to pick up our order now and why didn't we pick it up when she called us. I told her that I had just literally gone over to pick it up and it wasn't there. She just kept saying we needed to pick it up and she wasn't refunding the mobile order even though literally no one asked her to. Stupidest argument ever. Eventually went back to the front to get the order. They were keeping it somewhere in the back I guess so I didn't see it when I went over first still arguing that they never did table service.Like whatever even if they don't do table service, why come yell at us about picking up our order??? If she was just telling us our order was ready great thanks. But she came over and was just super rude about us not picking up the order fast enough while I was up at the counter to get the order. Its not like we were dining and dashing, we already paid for the mobile order, but how she treated us.

Dave E. Jones: Rated perfect minus the atmosphere.It's a mcdonalds that works, does all the general mcdonalds things. Minus a playplace for the kids. But the food was fast and the location is beautiful!Grab some nuggies and a drink and walk around the park. Won't regret!

Tameika Rosario: One of worst locations I’ve ever been to. Nobody was at the register so it made it difficult to know which line to stand in to order. All Kiosks were out of order except ONE. Not enough seating, so my daughter & I had to eat our food in the Uber home. The biggest issue for me was having to literally use the mobile app WHILE IN THE STORE to place an order. Will definitely try to remind myself NOT to go back there

I ordered fries and asked them if it was dairy free cause you never know they may add milk to everything! Then we asked for ketchup and she rudely moved to the next counter! I asked again and she tossed the ketchup angrily at us! I bought the fries but felt like I should double check on their website and it says it DOES contain milk!!! I am happy I checked, otherwise it would've been a huge problem with my 5 months old baby that I am breastfeeding and has milk allergy! I can't emphasize how rude the lady was! Delicia Smith: This McDonald’s has poor customer service. The hours of operation is 5a-12a. On numerous occasions they start closing between 1115p-1130p. When ask why you can’t get something as simple as coffee, they tell you no more and get something else after you already made a purchase. Perezcpht: I wish I could give this McDonald’s a zero star.I was waiting for my train at South Station and decided to order an ice cream cone. I processed to the register and placed my order: “an ice cream cone please.” The person at the register asked again what I wanted, again I said and “ice cream cone.” The employee asked me if I wanted any toppings?I replied: “Toppings?? I just want an ice cream cone!”They gave me a plain sundae. I refused and said that’s not what I’ve asked for. I want an ice cream cone. The server game me the cone.So, another employee then asked the one at the register why was the order like that, placed the order as a plain sundae?Because they are not the same items and have to be properly charged.I looked at the board for the price and it was .40 cents difference -the cone is .40 cents less. The guy who handed me the cone said (and pointed) to the person who has to do the refund. I waited for about a minute but decided to walk away. But, as I’m walking away I said to myself .40 cents is .40 cents + it’s just the principle. So I turned around and proceeded back to the register. I said I ordered an ice cream cone not a plain sundae. The guy then called maybe the manager for the refund.I believe her name was “Laura.”She “Laura” then said that some people don’t know how to place an order (speaking Spanish) and for her surprise, I understood what she said.I replied, BTW I did placed my order correctly, it is not my fault that your employees don’t know how to work the register, perhaps they don’t know the name of the items. This incident happened today, 12/26/2022 around 6pm.This person “Laura” couldn’t be more rude. The coffee machine was broken, so they tried to simply ignore that part of the order...after waiting several minutes, I caught the Manager's attention. She tried to upsell me a more expensive coffee drink, then huffed and puffed when I asked for a refund. Dreadful dump of a place.

All the tables now have numbers and supposedly if you enter the number in the app someone will “bring the order to your table.”But they don’t. They will just call your number. And that’s fine! But don’t tell me you’ll do one thing and then do another. I was not listening for a number to be called, so my order just sat on the counter for a bit while I wondered what was up.The food itself was no better or worse than the average mcdonald’s. cheap fast food around here is rare, and the app deals worked, so that’s good.

Jane Barrett: What has happened to this McDonalds? Before I retired I used the drive through daily and the staff was always efficient and pleasant. Now the drive through is EXTREMELY slow - they handle one car at a time and the staff is not friendly at all. Everyone is complaining about this location - lunch hour yesterday there were no cars - losing lots of business, including me!!

Eraserhead26: The workers at this restaurant would FAIL and English competency test. They can BARELY speak any English at all and they messed up our order super bad even though I spoke my order loudly, slowly, and clearly as if I were talking to a deaf old person. Then they had no idea what I was saying when we complained and told them to fix the order. It took them 3 tries to bring out the CORRECT food.Dear McDonald's: Send EVERYONE at this location to take mandatory English classes or just fire all of them.
