Andrew Dell: We had a group celebrating a friends birthday here and while the food was good the service left us feeling uncomfortable, awkward, and unappreciated as patrons.TL;DR Crème brûlée tastes good and was shared by our table. The staff loudly stated multiple times that they would not make adjustments to our bill when we never asked and became very defensive when we refused free dessert to excuse the poor service.The service staff made comments on our appearance when being seated which felt rude. Once the meal began the servers would swarm us in groups of 3 offering food. It was overwhelming for inexperienced party members. While we are being overwhelmed our host offered us a special shot to celebrate. Nobody in our group acknowledged them the first time so they asked again louder “would you like to try a special Brazilian shot!?” and we said “sure,” no additional charge was mentioned. Once we finished dinner we received the check I questioned the price of our drinks as no additional charge was ever mentioned.The 5 shots added up to $75; more than the cost of a seat at the buffet + cocktail. These shots were almost double the expense of the cocktails, so when no additional charge was advised I expressed to our server that the way the question was asked did not provide the additional context most people would use to make their decision.I expressed that I did not want a discount or adjustment for our total, but to be listened to for my concern. Our host shared my concern to the manager and they stated multiple times no adjustment would be made. I told them “that’s ok as I never asked and only cared to share my concern.”They continued by interrupting me to say “We always have to charge for alcohol, no exceptions!”To which I replied “ok I understand and once again am not asking for the charge to be removed.”They offered us a dessert to make up for the experience and when we declined they became very defensive. The staff continued to tell the table that no adjustments or deductions would be made even if we did not accept their offer for free dessert. For a 3rd time we told them “that’s ok we only wanted to share our concern.”They didn’t like that and insisted we come back the same week to “try again”. I explain I was flying out the following day and that would not work. We all came here on this day to celebrate a birthday! The staff followed by stating the same adjustment statement for a 4th time. We agreed again that we did not expect, want, or ask for this option.Finally I said “I would like to leave will you please charge me! I feel embarrassed that this is happening and you continuing the repeat the same statement is not helping.” The host proceeded to finalize my payment.When they returned my card they whispered “we do prefer cash tips”. I said “ok” and wrote $0 for the tip total on the card and before I could open my wallet to pull out the cash the host loudly said “excuse me are you not tipping me because of the confusion with the drink prices!! I told you we cannot make adjustments sir!!”At this point everyone in the section is looking at us like it’s a zoo. I asked “Is cash preferred or not? I would like to tip and leave. This is so embarrassing to have everyone looking at us can you please back up so I can stand up and leave?” The host said “ok” and took the cash and walked away with no goodbye.I try to avoid chains most of the time because a lack of consistency across food safety and staff training. This location is lacking the staff training. The events of miscommunications has led to an awkward feeling of being uncomfortable, humiliated, and unappreciated as patrons. So while a buffet sounds good for a birthday celebration having it here may lead to less than favorable results.

Maggie Morio: If you like to have lunch or dinner in a clean local place, Gaucho is your place. Sort of a Brazilian cafeteria style. You have the ability to choose from fresh salads, or cooked dishes. And than comes the meat that is prepared Brazilian style, over the fire on long squares. Again, large variety of selection including steak, brisket, lamb, pork, sausage.Than you put the plate on a scale and you pay for the weight of your food. The place is clean, friendly and inviting. Go check it out. We love it and recommend it to all our friends.

P R: I was in the mood for a good barbecue type of meat the day I visited the restaurant.I had beef, pork and sausage and all that I can say is that was delicious. The beef stew had a good taste and was nice and tender. Feijao tropeiro was good.The place looked very different from the last time I was there. Lots of space with two or three television screens and a bar located in the back.The staff was friendly!The difficult part was to find a place to park my car. I had to drive around several times.I will definitely go back.Vegetarian options: You can serve yourself. Salad bar type.Parking: Can be very deceitful to find parking.

Corinne Collette: When I entered a nice young woman greeted us. There were 4 of us. It is set up buffet style. You can get an all you can eat or weighed out by the plate. Very reasonable price for the amount of food I had. They allow you to get take home boxes. Very excellent customer service and the chef was super fast and very patient and helpful. They also have a bar inside that is very cozy . Lots of space. I would recommend.

The most exciting part is the little orchestra/band by the left corner. The play exiting Brazilian country music. There is a plethora of vegetables, mushrooms, and fish ball/tofu-esque products. They also have the most (colorful) and extensive selection of rice cake/noodles I've ever seen. Also the soft serve is great and it's included in the AYCE. Broth is flavorful, sauce bar is well-stocked. There's a 90 minute limit and they are pretty strict about it (because they're always busy). The wait can get quite long during popular hours and friday/weekends.
