luis mendoza: I went to the Metro in the store located in 1049 Tremont St, Boston MA and the mobile associateYorleny Bedoya was helping me to find a new phone.She was super in her customer service and the phone i wish was giving her some problems, a technical issue. She speak to 4 people to find a solution. For my inconvenience nobody found a solution, i wait for like 1hr but i was patient enough because i saw Yorleny trying to do whatever she can do to sell me the phone i want.Meanwhile, she was also helping the other mobile associate that was taking another customer.At the end, she told me to comeback tomorrow because somebody else was going to fix the problem that not allows here to sell me the phone. I really come back the next day to buy my phone because of her customer service.I just really take time to the review to let know the company or the store manager the great employee they have. Her awesome knowledge of phones plus her customer service and solutions is priceless. She even demonstrate leadership when i was there.Thanx to Yorleny again for everything and tmobile for your time reading the review.

Gregg Caplitz: The staff at the Metro by T-Mobil in Maverick Square East Boston are very helpful. They are bi-lingual and very helpful. They were unable to solve my friend's problem. He lost his phone and was unable to reactivate a different phone but they still suggested a solution and we will be back on Monday. Metro is a great service and I am very happy with them all in all.

Anthony Scheffler: "Authorised dealer." With that being said i thought it would be the store for me. My phone was acting up and i needed Metro PCS to merrit the warranty that i had on the phone or upgrade it. So i decided to travel to this store, i took a ferry from Provincetown to Boston and i enjoyed a nice 2 mile walk to this establishment. Big mistake. After arriving at this dumpy little party store that smelled like urine, tripping over a few stacks boxes and choking on a fly i finally found the Metro PCS Authorised dealer, or so i thought. The counter top was held up with a few dirty old milk crates and the cash register had a cardboard box over it. I did find four phones on display but not what i was looking for. I waited for about 10 minutes until somebody came to the desk, removed the box from the register and asked "how may i help you." I explained to the gentleman what the problem was and had him pull up my account information. We briefly talked about the warranty and he insisted that i buy one of the four phones that he had on display. No thanks. I have been with Metro PCS for a number of years and have done alot of business with them. I do not believe that one bad apple ruins the whole batch but i do believe that this bad apple needs to be removed from the batch. This store needs help, and as a buisness man i would not want any of my products sold there and i can not even fathom how the health department lets this establishment sell food to people in these deplorable conditions. Come on Metro PCS, you can do much better than this.

I have already reported the stores address/incident to the company. The company should not hire bullies.

Simon has a very rude attitude and gives the worst service and tries to do anything to not help to not solve the problem. he gave me a different phone number without my authorization and it took me 2 months to get my old number back. I called customer service many times and I went to different stores and they couldn't understand what he did to my phone, which I had to pay more money for his mistakes, lost time and didn't have service for a while. Art Enisa: I was on May 8 at Metro PCS store located in 18 Bennington St, East Boston , MA, 02128 and I was very satisfied by the great costumer service that they had. Moises and Jason were a great team and very helpful. They store usually closed at 8 PM but they did stayed until 10;30 PM to assist me and my friend regarding switching from sprint to Metro PCS, and purchasing our new phones. They very very positive, helpful, funny, and genuine. They deserve a good compliment and a raise Metro PCS company ;) because they do offer great costumer service :D

Leo Whalen: The young lady who helped me was excellent. I went to the store because I was planning on changing my service over to T-Mobile and needed my phone to be unlocked. Without being pushy, she explained some upgrades Metro had made since I started my plan and suggested I stay with Metro, as I would be receiving the same benefits as I would have with T-Mobile. I ended up upgrading to a better deal because she was so helpful. The lady working to her right was pleasant as well, even though I did not deal with her directly. Also, she was patient with all my questions regarding my new plan and need for new headphones (There isn't a great choice of headphones at this store but oh well) . I am extremely pleased with the service I received in this store today, as customer service these days seems to be regressing. 5 stars, 10/10. Thanks!

Ashley Tenczar Curran: The customer associate I dealt with was very kind, which is why I gave any stars at all to this review. Metro in every single poor neighborhood is taking advantage of those who can't leave their neighborhood for lack of Transportation disability Etc when you walk in looking for a replacement phone or a new phone, unless you've never used Metro before you are going to get raked over the coals. The cheapest phones will not be in stock and don't even get me started on the $25 cases that are 1 cm too small for the "newer "phones( nothing different just one centimeter smaller so you can't use your old case)I am so sick of this company and you would think that they would at least try to show a return on their loyalty with scholarships, actual discounts and actual assistance with the customers that are having trouble. They use the entire emergency Broadband program as if it's their own, as if they are giving you some sort of discount rather than the government!!!!!!!As for accessibility, you can imagine. No wheelchair or Mobility impaired person could ever enter, move around or exit this store freely and without assistance. Ridiculous. You should treat your employees really well because that's the only thing that gives this company any kind of compassionate frame.
