Constitution Inn: what do users think?
Honey Badger: Closedddd
Mave L Fig: I never stayed there but I do call the number & no one ever answers & the line is always busy seems to be out of service the telephone #? I wonder why? I will give a star because no response to calls
Zhakyp Khairushev: 👍🏽
LogicOpposer: Simple hotel, yet complex hotel.Absolutely amazing!!!
Maribel Cartagena: Great location, walkable and vere clean.
Justin Kjellstadli: This place is rad
katie spaulding: Nice hotel.. nice rooms and in a good convenient area. Really pretty
Lamar Lanford: Price and location is only plus. Really enjoyed it the first few times I went but that was some years back. Get it back together guys
Joaquin Vargas: My room had a tv that didn't turn off because for some reason It would power itself back on, so I had to mute it as well as a spotty power outlet connection to the lamp that as soon as you sat or shifted on the bed the lamp would flicker, and the weather is below 50 degrees but the heater was off all night. Not satisfied with my stay but the room was cozy
Marielle Descartes: I didn’t give a lower score because it’s not possible. Dirty, smelly, just big rooms but honestly would’ve rather sleep at the airport awaiting my next flight
Tobias Michelke: Super nettes Personal hilfsbereit.
Jared Wolfe: If you are looking for a cheap room rate and good location, this is a fine place to stay. However there are things that you don’t find out until you get to the hotel. You have to pay $12.00 for parking every day at Building 199, so unless you want to pay that fee every time you to take your car out, you may decide to walk or Uber. Also my wife and I stayed on the top floor (6th) and the way the building is angled the window is more of a skylight and you can’t look directly out. If you are over 6ft the room itself is angled and you might have to duck to not hit your head. There are also parts of the room they tried to fix by plastering and it is clearly evident in the walls. There is also a rate for the YMCA that is connected even if you don’t use it. We were not permitted to use this because of COVID-19 so we were not charged during this time.We are from PA and this was our first time up together, so we were not familiar with the area. Looks can be deceiving on the website. Again a fine place to stay if you want to be in the Charlestown area for a low rate price.
Juan F Varela: Very nice people

Boston Marriott Long Wharf: what do users think?
V AI: Thought was ok, well designed, furniture, bathroom, room set up. but there were no amenities in my room at all, just bare minimum, amenities of a 3 star hotel. For 600 a night I didn’t feel I got what I paid for. Walls don’t seem thin but I could hear the guy next door snoring all night and couldn’t really sleep.
rafael g: Kudos to Meaghan for great customer service skills...Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Marc St-Amour: We are here in Boston for 5 days, our original hotel was in Hull, but driving around in Boston is a real nightmare for non-locals. So we decided to change to a more central hotel...well that was the right move, yes it more expensive than staying outside the city but when you take into consideration: no use for your véhicule it's 100% worth it.Step out of the hotel door, you are in historical Boston, trolley tours, Aquarium, Quincy market, its all right there a few steps away. Staff is awesome from the valet to the desk staff. Highly recommended.
michelle w: Hotel and Staff could not have been nicer. Walking distance to great attractions! highly recommend for families with young kids. We loved it here, can't wait to come back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

Santiago Lopez: Por la ruta de ROBIN COOK, Hotel de la novela Impostores...👍🏻
Jess J: Had a hard time picking from the many hotels in Boston but so glad we went with the Marriott Long Wharf. Nicely appointed rooms, friendly and attentive staff (we had a little issue with our neighbors that Marc at the front desk quickly resolved), excellent breakfast buffet (loved our server Michael), indoor pool for the kids, great layout, quiet despite being fully booked. Location cannot be beat with subway station right on property, Faneuil Hall (great location for variety of casual foods....Regina Pizziaria was our family fave) across the street, an easy 15 minute walk to a ton of attractions (Paul Revere's House, Old North Chapel, Boston Tea party reenactment, etc.), and ferry access on property to USS Constitution and airport. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Christopher D: Perfect location and amazing amenities. I could walk to so many places and the view was amazing; right on the water.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Donna Cole: I love staying here when we visit Boston. It is very convenient and attractions are accessible by walking. NE aquarium, Quincy Market, North end. Rooms are clean and up to date with views of the harbor. Definitely recommended and would stay again.
Bill Olah: Nice and cleanRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Thomas Welch: My goal is to stay at this hotel but the treatment from the corporate office and chase as a co owner of my credit card has been beyond horrible and very close to canceling my stay! I hope you deliver this review to your manager and hope we can work together to improve it! This review will stand only because of the way the corporate office handled things.
Dave Champman: Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.Great place to stay if you are visiting downtown Boston. It is within easy walking distance of many great restaurants in the North End as well as Mike’s Pastry. Right across the street from Quincy Market and next to the Boston Aquarium. Great location!
Amanda L: I recommend upgrading to get access to the Mclub if there on a weekend. Great location can walk to all attractions in the area.Rooms: Rooms are a little on the small side but we were out alot so it was fine.Nearby activities: Aquarium, Quincy Market, restaurants, boat tours everything is nearby.Walkability: You can walk to everything. Also nice to walk along the water.
Alf S: Gym is excellent, pool is small.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tom Paquin: As soon as we got there, the valet at the front was incredibly accomodating with my high-maintenance crew. Great pool and excellent rooms. We went to the restaurant twice and loved it both times. My family has stayed in a great many Boston hotels and this will be one that we will happily return to.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly …More

The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston: what do users think?
Erin C: Meh and you will starve. Only option for room service is to call operator at front desk. Then, they lose your order and you wait hours for food. Menu not great and WAY behind times with no allergy free options. Cool when it opened muh-may-b but it’s a has been. Starve like your in jail. Woooohooo

Riley Blizard: I have stayed here at the Liberty Hotel several times. The most recent but terrible experience happened to be a long stay. The day we checked in the front desk personnel notified us that we were upgraded to a suite because of our titanium elite status. Well the room was on the main level over the loading dock area that was very loud. The main issue was that the toilet would start bubbling up whatever the rooms above us were putting down there shower or bathtub or toilet drains. One day we woke up after contacting the front desk that the toilet was bubbling up and yellowish colored suds were developing and pouring on to the bathroom floor. They came and fixed the toilet and told me not to worry it wouldn’t happen again. Well less than 12 hours later, that night the same issue but this time even worse there was so much water and other disgusting unsanitary matter on the floor I asked them to come again for the fourth time on day 3 of my stay. This time I was notified by a maintenance staff member that this had been a known issue for this room recently and that he even was surprised they put anyone in the room. I demanded the front desk to change rooms. I was denied as they said the hotel was at full occupancy. I asked for them to make accommodations for me else where and yet again I was still denied. They told me it was their busiest night. There firm Many hours later still no resolution other than the maintenance person being in my room trying to snake the toilet for 2-3 hours straight being in the room until just past 11:00 PM trying different things. He thought he had fixed it. I had asked the front desk to have all new towels brought and for someone to clean the floor as I it smelt from the overflow and I felt was unsanitary. They said they sent someone but I clearly could tell no one had come other than the new towels but the used ones were still there. The very next morning the same issue at 7:00 AM. I finally couldn’t handle it anymore. I went to the front desk and spoke with a different manager that next morning. He stated he could switch rooms for me and it wouldn’t be an issue. He said to give him until 11:00 AM to switch the room and I asked that he make note of this on my file as I have pictures along with videos of what took place. He stated he was sorry and that the manager the previous night could’ve moved me to another room but chose not too. This was beyond appalling and disgusting. I was really disappointed by the front desk staff especially the manager the night I originally asked for an new room. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The unsanitary part was beyond what anyone should have to deal with for a such an expensive hotel. The Room was very unsanitary and disgusting. Especially because of the backups happening from the rooms above us through our toilet.Safety: The unsanitary situation wasn’t safe!
Lucas Guinet: Amazing experience!Friendly staff, impeccable rooms. But what made up our stay was the atmosphere at the lobby bar and throughout their restaurants.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Jenelle Cameron: Stayed here for the marathon 2023. Fabulous place - great location and service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Doug Dillmuth: It's an old jail converted to a hotel. Super cool building. Really good food and hotel bar. So we were there for the purpose of the Boston marathon. For 99% of the rooms, this would not be an issue. Apparently on Saturday night, the hotel bar turns into a full club. This was an issue because our room was on the interior lobby wall. The room literally shook until 2 AM and the bathroom mirror was vibrating and almost fell off the wall from the bass and the music. Could not sleep at all. They gave us half off the room for the night for the inconvenience which was fair. They didn't do the lobby club thing on Sunday night. Room was nice. Linens and towels were changed every day and bed made and a lot of places don't do that anymore. Towels were Holiday Inn quality, not luxury quality. The televisions aren't smart TVs which is surprising so not Netflix access so bring a roku or firestick. The in room snacks and drinks are not priced to sell. They are priced so you wouldn't dare open a beer. $10 M&M's, $7 can of Coke, $9 Michelob Ultra? Who's buying that? You could get a craft beer and a nearby bar for far less. Great location. Clean room.
Ayzik Kk: Fun to visit, great service and locationRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
David Kaufman: Always fun to stop by while visiting the city to have a drink and see this place. I seem to see something new every time.
Gaby Dubuc: Un peu cher mais tellement bien situé
Ms Berries: The restaurants were 5-star (Scampo and Clink). The food was delicious as were the food and drinks in the hotel lobby. The rooms were a teeny bit old but were cleaned so very well. But my main reason for the 5-star rating is THE STAFF. Every employee from the valets, to the wait staff at the restaurants and lobby, to the front desk, to housekeeping were AMAZING. Every last one of the employees was genuinely friendly and helpful. They were engaging and so very kind. We never once had to chase anyone down. They were all so attentive and absolutely PERFECT. Never in all my travels have I ever encountered a hotel staff that was so world class in terms of personality, skill, professionalism, and friendliness. We asked for extra sets of bath towels and they were at our door in 5 minutes. The wait staff at one point had 4 servers for us who kept checking on us, and they were so much fun. Blown away. We'll definitely be going back. I highly recommend The Liberty Hotel Boston!Rooms: Beautiful and lots of characterNearby activities: Shopping and grocery, pharmacy nearby also walking distanceWalkability: Minutes away via walking from TD GardenFood & drinks: Superb
Curtis Newcomer: Concierge team provided excellent service. Matt and Mark went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this hotel.Noteworthy details: Great service and follow up
Ruben Escano Jr: My stay at The Liberty was fantastic. I took a weekend trip to Boston in January. The hotel was unique, eye-catching, and all-around an enjoyable stay. The room and decor were amazing, and the view was top notch. Everything was clean and housekeeping was amazing. I really pay attention to the overall quality of the room in hotels where i go: baseboards were straight, door jambs were perfect, grout was clean in the bathroom, lighting was perfect (except for one reading light that was out on the bed frame, but i did not care much for that), and the furniture seemed new.Room service was perfect (had it two nights in a row). The main lobby serves as a lounge on weekends. I think this was rather neat, but overall not really my scene. The noise did not reach the room, which i greatly appreciated.I only had two complaints about The Liberty:The host at check in seemed more interested in the live lounge than in checking me in.The lounge made getting in/out/around the first floor a pain. The floor was overcrowded and it ruined the ambiance of the hotel for me. But others really seemed to enjoy it.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and i will definitely be returning. I would give the hotel a 4.5/5. If you like a lounge/night club within a few feet of your room out of convenience, then i would definitely rate this a 5/5 for you (seriously the rooms seemed soundproof).
Kirin Ek: Would not recommend, highly regret choosing for birthday getaway. Rooms and bathrooms were not well maintained, good & rooms overpriced.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Margaret Neal: This place is great. It is part of Marriott Vacation Club. We had a one bedroom with a partial kitchen. No stove or dishwasher. Dishes were supplied. This place is in the middle of Boston near the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants that have eat in, pickup and delivery. There is an owner's lounge that has continental breakfast that has a per item charge. I didn't like having to pay, but it was inexpensive. Free coffee was available. We parked at the aquarium parking lot across the street as it cost less than hotel valet. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming.

Ming Xiao: Absolutely love this vacation club. It’s located near the Boston harbor in downtown Boston. Walking distance to all the happening places in town. The staff are friendly. We took a building tour of the resort. There are so much history in this place. The observation deck gives the panoramic view of the city. Although the building was a 19th century custom house, but after Marriott transformed it into a vacation club, the room is spacious and modern. There are a lot of daily activities that are interesting. I’m so happy that I’m able to stay and enjoy my time at this special place.
heart827 SG: Our First time staying @ this Marriott, was at first anxious, not sure what to expect since we are not staying @the usual vacation club with allThe amenities ,but we would want to experience historic Boston by staying with in close proximity to all the sights, & we were not disappointed! Uber from the airport was a breeze less than 15 mins! Walked and enjoyed the Cafes, The Freedom trails, stopped @ each historic landmark, the City with it’s clean parks patrolled by a Park Ranger too! In the city where you have courteous Local PD pointed us to best place to go for dinner 😊, The streets felt safe as we walked back at night! The lobster roll’s sweet & succulent just perfect with the Chowder, breathtaking views of the waterCobblestone streets that may be difficult to walk on, May make you wonder 💭 back in the16th century how the ladies can still be so graceful with their parasols as they go on a leisurely strollSo easy to fall in love with Boston most especially if you’re a History nut ( like me 🤓)Was a perfect visit during the pandemic 😷No crowds, no traffic& you have A spacious one bedroom suite with a living room/ Dining Area with a kitchenetteThere are no washer & dryer in the UnitBut you can still get clothes washedThe Laundry room is next to the Fitness area &Also gives you access up on Open Air Observation DeckFor Amazing views of Boston Harbour or the Boston skylineThe Building itself have a museum in the second floor, it is the nation’s original Customs Building that welcomed immigrants, the first Americans, as they came from all over Europe, the world, the Harbour filled with ships filled with spices, tea, textiles! So much History indeed 💚🇺🇸memories to add in our Treasure chestLove Boston! &Will definitely be back!!!!!

Revere Hotel Boston Common: what do users think?
Danisha Atchison: My family and I Had a wonderful time at the revival for revive Boston!! A truly amazing experience of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit! The staff here at the hotel were extremely kind and hospitable as well! Can’t wait to go back
Ann: Very convenient location for Boston Commons, Public Park, Freedom Trail head, and Subway station. 5-7 minutes walk. Park station has Orange and Redline. Redline takes you directly to Cambridge, where MIT and Harvard are located. Took 25 minutes walk to Boston Harbor Cruise dock. The room was spacious enough. It was quiet and the front desk staff were friendly.
Madalyn Merkey: 5 stars! I did a lot of searching and absolutely love this hotel. I arrived via redeye at 5 AM and was able to get into my room then! This hotel absolutely saved my life. The beds are super comfortable and there is an enormous bathtub and balcony in the standard king size room. I'm so pleased and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
J Goulet: I found that this was a 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. Location can almost not be beat, so close to everything you need! But the hotel itself is fairly mediocre. Dated rooms and hallways, polite but not friendly staff, strange things like no mini fridges in the rooms, you could hear the toilet flush next door or people having conversations. All in all a good stay but not up to my expectations for the price and star rating.
Ad G: The fact they lost a checked bag with valuable items ruined the whole experience.Advice - if you do stay here. Don’t check bags or leave anything of value anywhere but the safe.Safety: They lost a checked bag that was tagged. Presented the ticket - no bag.And they didn’t seem overly concerned it was missing. “ sorry. I can’t find it was the response “. 🙄.So obviously their security is more than a touch loose. And systems for look after guests items less than stellar.
Maria Jimena Cardona: Great hotel, nice interior…DJ in the bar on the wkds…they allowed early check in easily
K Q: Let me start off with the fact that the main lobby is overwhelmed with a perfume scent. Mind you, I’m pregnant so it smacked me in the face extra hard (it was God awful and smelt like that 24/7). But it wasn’t just me complaining, so it wasn’t just my extra sensitive pregnancy nose. The room was decent, but there was NO mini fridge! While this is petty, we are foodies that eat a lot during vacation, so leftovers were basically trashed since we had no place to store them. The bed was also a little wonky and became uncomfortable after a few days. The towels were very rough (texture), from the wash clothes to the bath towels, they need to be replaced.Service….you mean a phone that cannot reach its own hotel? The phone was useless. The location was great though! Very close walking distance to nearly anything you’d need! Breakfast was a hit everyday (highly recommend The Friendly Toast, Mike & Patty’s & Tatte). Nusr-Et for dinner if you’re feeling fancy and rich. Rebel’s Guild was good too.CVS is right across the street and the closest liquor store is a few blocks away.Overall, for the expensive cost, I expected more from this hotel.
Nir Felder: Deceptive charges, rude front desk, room not fully cleaned with previous occupants garbage still in room, furniture in room banged up and dinged all over. Dirty elevator. Much better places to stay in Boston for same price.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Hello: This shouldn’t be called a 4star hotel to be honest. There are no bellboys to take your luggage to your room. You need to bring all your baggage on your own. It seems like it’s an old hotel that they (badly) renovated. Our room had the wallpaper like this on the photo. The room stank and was hot. The bathroom is extremely small and you don’t get a bathrobe or slippers. When I went to bed I noticed some ants in my bed…overall it was a bad experience and we won’t return to this hotel. Also the internet you get is bad. Can’t even FaceTime…
Amber Carreiro: Incredible hotel! Great service & beautiful rooms. Room service was excellent and dinner delicious! Will definitely stay here again in the future!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Matt Lott: Good place to stay close by the Freedom Trail. I liked the theme in keeping with the revolutionary expedition I planned for the family.Rooms: The rooms are small, but par for the area. I think I got a good deal for being about a block off Boston Common.Nearby activities: Freedom Trail, Boston Common.Walkability: Close to the freedom trail, Boston Common, State HouseNoteworthy details: Cool modern twist on the revolutionary theme.
Chase Elder: This hotel allows the FBI and Army to conduct armed room breaching training and they hit an innocent person. Be careful staying here, never know what alphabet agency will kick in your door and interrogate you.
Carl Rice: Room was clean and well furnished, great location, but it is a front run by the FBI to allow their agents to enter guest rooms without a warrant and terrorize random people that have done nothing wrong.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Michael: This establishment is allowing FBI and other law enforcement agencies conduct training exercises in which they wrongly barge into guest rooms, handcuff guests, and interrogate them for extended periods of time. Moreover, this hotel charges an amenity fee, the type of junk fees that congress is trying to eliminate.
Sandra Serna: Nearby activities: Theater area, walking distance to many places, restaurants, theaters.Safety: Very safeWalkability: Close to metro (subway), buses.Walking distance to places.Food & drinks: Many great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops.

The Bostonian Boston: what do users think?
Cecilia S: Rooms were nice, nothing nasty and mostly clean. Wall paper was peeling off but it's old!! Had a great view with a balcony. Very centrally located. For the little amount of time in the room, it was satisfactory, needs remodel and more lighting in the waiting lounge area. Its a 3 star hotel for $387/ night (crazy) . The Bathroom on #7th floor had mold. Beds were pretty comfy. I only saw the receptionist so can't comment on staff?!

Elizabeth T: The hotel rooms need a serious upgrade:- I found 2 ants on my bed when I arrived (see video)- the ceiling paint is peeling- the vanity is way too small. No room for more than 2 toothbrushes and 1 very small makeup bag. No room for more- the bathtub is too wide and too high. Risk of falling- the tub floor is stained with accumulated filth- the 80's is screaming to get their beige toilet back! It's completely out of style.- the shower head is worn and some jets are projecting water all over- the room floors are still covered with old carpet. Updated hotels use combination of wood and tile- the view was awful- some windows clearly needed to be replaced- the hotel is quite ordinary. My traveling partner was stunned when I mentioned this hotel was rated 4-stars. He thought it was a 3-star hotel. The lobby is the prettiest thing in the hotel. It only goes down from there. The elevators are quite fast. We never waited long at all.Great service from staff. The neighborhood is incredibly noisy. Be ready to hear music and beats until 2-3 am.Nearby activities: The hotel is Centrally located. So there's tons to do and easy accessSafety: Very safe neighborhoodWalkability: Walkable to everywhere
Rohit Chimata: Amazing area of Boston to be in if you care at all about being central to things that are happening. Hotel is clean, rooms are very nice and the balcony views here you won’t get anywhere else. Not to mention front desk service was impeccable. All of my needs/questions handled with care and speed. Definitely my hotel of choice in Boston going forward.Rooms: Balcony views are impeccable. Rooms are standard as you’d find but very well thought out. Large bathrooms!Nearby activities: Boston market, Quincy market, Faneuil hall, aquarium and so so much moreSafety: Very safe hotel in a very safe part of Boston. The north end is known for being tourist central and this is exactly that.Walkability: You’re in the northend. Shops, good food, department store - all extremely close by walk. No Uber needed
Ashley Weithers: This is a great Hotel to stay. The front desk staff is very helpful. Room service is amazing. I will definitely come back. Loved the history of Boston and this hotel is close to everything you need to see. All museums, statues and visiting sites (historical) are with in walking distance. I’m super glad I picked here. Thorsten Ruppert: Tolle Lage in Boston, schönes Zimmer.
José Ibarra: I recommend against doing business with this hotel. I tried to book a reservation and I received an error/declined message and no confirmation of booking. I made other plans, only to have them charge me $700 for a missed booking today. When I contacted them, Lina from Reservations was extremely hostile. She refused to do anything. This has caused me a big headache and I hope you can avoid the same.
Chloe Lee: I was using the bathroom some kid peeks under and starts saying "ewwwww you smell!" i didn't get into argument so i just told why. IT WAS THE TACO BELL! IM TELLING YOU IT IS THE BEEF TACO WITH TOMATO SAUCE. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Alexis Yohros: As a guest who recently stayed at the Bostonian Hotel, I must say that my experience was subpar, to say the least. The first issue we encountered was that the rooms had a very unpleasant, musty smell that was quite off-putting. Additionally, we found that the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning correctly. When the unit did finally turn on, it was incredibly loud and disturbed our sleep.Another problem we encountered was with the size of the beds in our room. The beds were extremely small and could not comfortably accommodate two people, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The walls of the room were also very thin and did very little to block out the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms. We were able to hear people having intercourse and using the bathroom, which was incredibly concerning and made for a very uncomfortable stay. The shower in the room was yet another source of frustration. It took an incredibly long time for the water to heat up, and once it did, there was not much pressure at all. Additionally, we found it unacceptable that the hotel charged extra for any amenities. The most disappointing aspect of our stay at the Bostonian was the lack of assistance provided by the front desk. We requested a different room but were refused and were not offered any type of refund when we decided to leave and stay at a different hotel. The lack of attention paid to our needs left us feeling undervalued and made for a very frustrating experience. In summary, while the location of the Bostonian Hotel was convenient, our stay was dampened by numerous unpleasant factors. The musty odor, loud air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, lack of privacy, poor shower condition, and lack of amenities, coupled with the subpar customer service, made our stay at the Bostonian not worth the price. I cannot recommend this hotel and would suggest finding alternative accommodation options in the area.
