Ritual Arts: what do users think?
Doc Kinne: Good place for materials, jewelry, & statues. Small book section. Make sure to say hello to Morphius, the store cat!
Mia Giselle: so incredibly cute, the photos don’t do it justice. went here last summer while waiting for concert doors to open 3
Elle !: This place is so cute :) I can’t wait to go back. They had everything I was looking for and more. Some stuff I haven’t even heard of and I’ve been spiritual my whole life. One of my favorite places💜
Will LaRose: Ritual Arts is a very cute and quaint store on Harvard Ave with all sorts of beautiful pieces of art, wide selection of candles and incense, gems, and etc from all different types of cultures. Staff is super friendly and helpful (including the resident cat). They ask masking for customers as of this review (Dec 2022).
刘皎玘: Cute store, with friendly staff and fair prices
Kaeli Dovid: Awesome, honestly the best, people who work there, smart, honest. Know their stuff..actually they get a 10+++
Kirsten Bohme: DMV Energy, wouldn't recommend.
Catherine Chan-Bhanushali: One of my favorite Allston/Brighton small businesses! Some of the best ring selections I've ever come across! The shopkeepers light up incense all the time, so it always smells wonderful in that store. Lovebomb the Cat is a fixture, such a friendly feline
Charlene Byrne: Awesome little place in Allston Village.. need ring, crystals, incense or sage for a cleansing..shop here..it fun and funky..
Kevin Jordan: This place is filled with great things.I bought a wind chime. I bought fragrant oils.I bought a few stones.
Maya Dimmick: such an amazing store love the selections plus all the animals.
Sam E.: One of the coolest and most special stores in the city. If you’re spiritual at all you gotta visit this place
Monica Landrum: I love this place I always have and I always will no waste well. Bless it Babe
Max Gurian: Ritual Arts is one of the most amazing places to find art, jewelry, tarot cards, shiny rocks, candles, incense, and everything else like that. Local business with amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, and I'd recommend coming here for getting gifts.
Janine Rivera: Beware they are selling fake stones. Go get your stuff authenticated by a real licensed jeweler and find out for yourself. Thank me later UPDATE SHE REFUSED TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Wants letter from my licensed jeweler when she can just call his shop. Please is a nightmare will not be returning or spending a dollar more
1st Edition: I bought a 300$ bracelet it broke immediately so I brought it back after keeping it for months owner call me back to tel me that she cannot fix it.
Luz Pizarro: I bought some jewelry here to find out the stones are not real.
Nat Gonzalez: kind, well stocked, and just a comfortable place to be. I really appreciate this shop and everyone there, including the lovely members of the Allston community that visit.
Esther Paik: UPDATE: After being informed, I know now that sage (which is sold at this store) is culturally appropriated in its usage and have been a part of Indigenous culture and rituals for centuries. Indigenous tribes have been speaking out asking to stop using this herb as it is becoming overharvested and is sacred to them. If you visit this store, please do not purchase sage or (if they have it) palo santo! You can use incense instead for smoke cleansing, and I'm sure there are many other methods that are more environmentally friendly and non-culturally appropriative :)Wonderful little shop featuring a wide selection of crystals, jewelry, incense, tarot decks, and more. Workers are always super helpful and patient. There's also birds, a cat, and a dog who occasionally roam around. Crystals may seem inexpensive on its own but the total usually ends up a lot more expensive than you may think, so take care to keep track of the prices if that's a concern for you. Also, the store is very small and it can get very cramped very quickly, and some days can get very busy so be aware of that. Otherwise, I love this store and will definitely be a frequent visitor. The environment here is very warm and welcoming 3
kam: absolutely amazing shop. extremely helpful. the energy felt so comforting and relaxing. amazing crystal choices. i would 100% come here again☮️
Ry M: i love this shop! they have candles, incense, rocks, books, glass, etc. i will definitely be back there soon!

Shreve, Crump & Low: what do users think?
Ed Y: Louis called today and said my new VC 4500v black dial is in. I said great, I’ll stop by after work Tuesday! My wife was sitting next to me and said let’s just go now as we weren’t far away. I call back to mention that I’d be stopping by today. They call me back saying they don’t Have a new black dial 4500v, but offered me a used silver dial OVER msrp. Bait and switch. Buyer be aware. This AD plays games. I was supposedly on a “waitlist” with them for about a year.
Liad Sasson: Pleasure to do business with Professional, clean , fast , easy .Thank you Brian .
Richard Gama: It's hard finding trustworthy dealers in the luxury watch business, but my recent experience trading a watch with Sam Grosso and the team was completely hassle-free. Their prices are competitive, their watches are exactly as described, and their communication left me without any doubts or concerns. Highly recommend them.
James Rich: Worked with Sam in the watch department, he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the experience of purchasing from Shreve, Crump & Low exceptional. I hope to do business with Sam, and Shreve Crump & Low in Boston again, very soon.
Rindge Leaphart: I was in Boston this weekend for an event and had some free time. What do I do with my free time? Visit watch shops of course. I finally made some time to visit Shreve Crump & Low on Newbury St. This was my first time visiting SC&L, so I had no idea what to expect. SC&L is well known for its jewelry collection, but I didn't know much about the watch section. My visit to SC&L was fantastic for two reasons: 1. Their watch collection occupies the entire second floor of the building. The second floor is not extremely large. That being said, they make great use of the space as they have watches in every nook and cranny. The collection of new and pre-owned watches is superb. I might go far to say it is the best in the Boston area. They are an authorized dealer for numerous brands including very top end brands as well as respectable mid-tier brands. I saw new watches covering a broad range of price points; Nomos, B&M, Zenith, JLC, FP Journe, etc..I mentioned that my visit was fantastic for two reasons. The 2nd (and most important) reason the visit was fantastic is because I had a chance to interact with Christopher W. at SC&L. Christopher, approached with a very warm, welcoming, and GENUINE greeting. We talked watches, straps, etc., for what must have been 30+ minutes. Our discussion was full of laughter and learning (at least on my part). I have never had so much fun and felt as welcomed as I did when visiting with Christopher at SC&L. Christopher is very knowledgeable about watches and is willing to share what he knows. If you are in the Boston area, and are looking for watches, and want to do so in a low pressure environment with a genuinely good person, then look up Christopher W. at SC&L.
John Baffoni: Great selection of watches across a wide spectrum of brands. Very impressive for anyone who gets excited by this kind of thing.Even better, though, is the customer service! Very nice and welcoming staff. Low pressure atmosphere. Knowledgeable about their products, and they enjoy talking watches. Don’t feel intimidated to stop in if you’re unsure.I’ve never purchased jewelry there, but they seem to have a very impressive selection of that as well. Can’t recommend them enough!
Mark Faraci: I had the best experience working with Darleen and Jessie at Shreve, Crump & Low. Not only were they able to provide expert advice on styles for what I had in mind, but they also provided a no pressure and informative experience that helped to create a beautiful piece that will stand the rest of time. I am sure to be back in the future. Thank you!
Carolyn Gaines: I haven’t had the privilege of buying anything from Shreve, Crump, & Low but I trust them with all my jewelry maintenance and repairs. Jessie in the services department is fantastic and helped me re-size my engagement ring and solder my wedding band. The quality and care they give for any services is worth the price with beloved fine jewelry.
Jake Albanese: Great shop for watches. I worked with Sam and he was a class act, really nice guy and made the transaction super easy and smooth. I pretty much knew exactly which model I wanted so was in and out quick, but if you’re unsure SC&L has a terrific selection and there are plenty of new and pre-owned pieces that any watch lover will drool over.
Adelyn Kramer: Sasha and the team at Shreve, Crump & Low did an amazing job supporting gifting for one of our Boston events. Everyone was thrilled with the gurgling cod which is so iconic to the area. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
Martha Nickerson: I recently visited Shreve, Crump & Low with my husband who wanted to buy me a dress watch for our special wedding anniversary. Samuel Thomas Grosso helped us select the perfect timepiece, with attentive and personal service. I love my new Longines watch, and we recommend Shreve, Crump & Low for your watch needs, both now and into the future! Martha & Chris
Ann Marie Trapasso: Sam Grosso was a pleasure to work with! His knowledge, professionalism & customer service standards were impressive. So easy to find & purchase what we were looking for. We will be back.
Brittany Canniff Kimball: Lovely store with amazing variety of jewelry, watches and gifts. The service is wonderful and very helpful. Watch batteries and strap repair turned around within 24 hours, very helpful service with re working ring prongs and sizing. Brian and the whole team treat all customers like family — amazing shopping experience.
charles warren: I had a wonderful shopping experience with the help of a great associate Robin Hasekian, she helped me select the beautiful little baby gift had an engraved and shipped out promptly followed up with a copy of the receipt and letting me know when the item was shipped wonderful service really enjoyed the experience
Joel Tadeo: A pleasure to have visited this iconic Boston jewellery boutique. A warm welcome from the staff, beautiful displays, with professional service. Thank you Shreve, Crump & Low's team for a great experience in your store.
Aimee Scott: Superb service experience Sherrie or Barry? Sorry I am terrible with names went above and beyond on the device side. She scrounged all available materials to find just enough to finish off a bracelet and the manager to fix it within days of dropping off. Without her efforts it would be sent out and I’d have to wait for months. Delighted with her personable and above and beyond service! Thank you.
Mary Rogul: What a transformation! From Family heirloom to a stunning outcome to be close to my heart always! An enormous thank you to the wonderfully talented and caring staff at Shreve, Crump & Low! And especially, Jennifer Baldwin who helped me to see the vision before the output. Breathtaking is the only words I had when I saw what they had created. I am forever grateful to this amazing team!
Pierce Harman: Terrific advice and guidance from Samuel Grosso in the "Swiss Watches" department of Shreve, Crump and Low. He was a pleasure to work with, had a wealth of knowledge about a variety of makers and models, and made the experience of buying high end what it should be: informative and satisfying. And a special shout out to Susan, whose "insider tips" where valuable. Finally, Jennifer Baldwin was just a stand up resource whose texted and called with answers to my questions. Two thumbs way up for this group.
Audiobooks Fun for Kids Playing Learning English: good store, a bit expensive..nice overall..and surprised they do not have more items for clocks...for example the one listed the Patek .. an example is at European Watch on the same street, not for sale but an amazing reference point on fine Swiss watches. the store was nice and the staff super keen.
Tom Ward: I had a wonderful conversation with Susan and while I did not make a purchase (yet), I wanted to say thank you for taking the time to help me. Once I fulfill my wife's end of the deal (compromise! :) , I will be reaching back to you guys.
Sidhant Misra: Wonderful recent experience shopping at Shreve! The team is courteous and kind, and I specifically want to call out Samuel Grosso for being extra awesome. Super knowledgeable about horology and goes above and beyond for customers. Just fantastic.

Blackstone's of Beacon Hill: what do users think?
Tom McManus: Good selection of kitchenware akin to what you would find at Williams Sonoma but with the Boston markup. They have a very good selection of knives and allow you to test them. It would be nice to see more of a focus on supplying items that are not Chinese made
Rumni Banerjee: Very good collection of Kitchen wares.
Janet Pan: Oh my goodness- everyone at Blackstone’s is wonderful and they have such fun and beautiful things. I went in yesterday while pushing a stroller and they went out of their way to help me while I picked up a few gifts. Always love stopping in here!
Ada Brown: Cute shop with so many things I would have liked to have taken home with me. Very friendly staff. If you are in Boston take the time to stop in you won't be disappointed.
Joshua Leffler: So fortunate to have such a great business in Beacon Hill.
Katie: I regret supporting this business because they oppose safe bike infrastructure. I will not give them my business again.
PR Even: This is a very friendly place to shop and get your kitchen knives sharpened. I have been there many times. Today I was in to leave a couple of knives and also was able to buy THE perfect pitcher to make a sangria!
Judy Stitt: I arrived quite late on a Saturday- within 30 minutes of their closing time. I’d called earlier that afternoon to inquire, and the proprietor said they even try to sharpen knives the same day, especially if there is just one knife. I arrived so late that I wasn’t expecting any such service… but the proprietor did not complain a whit- he only very graciously took my knife to sharpen (for a reasonable price), then wrapped it in a cardboard sheaf for greater safety on my trip home. While there at the shop, I took the opportunity to purchase a second paring knife (for friends to use, since they sometimes offer to help prepare a meal while visiting). And then Blackstone’s proprietors gave me some suggestions of where I might like to celebrate my unexpectedly productive and pleasant late afternoon with a dinner out (which is likewise lovely, btw!).I would just want to correct any listing online that states Blackstone’s offers classes: They apparently haven’t for the past year or so, due to COVID concerns, I learned today, and the proprietor said they don’t have a kitchen on the premises. So that info just needs to be corrected (at least, for mid-summer 2022).
Joe Serodio: Love this place! If you’re ever in Beacon Hill, definitely drop by. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You need your knives sharpened? This is the place!
seth evans: I went to Blackstones today to get a special knife repaired - one which I thought was beyond fixing. Not only was the knife repaired by Jim (image below), the entire experience in Blackstones was first class.Jennifer Hill and her team are gem in the city of Boston…we will be back for sure.Highly recommended
Lisa Lee: Really cute items in this shop, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I came in looking to make gift baskets for a professional event, and Leslie took so much time and effort to help me find the perfect items, catering to the recipients age groups and interests as well as my budget. Thanks!!
Jiho Park: Updated - Great staff and an amazing collection of items - we have enjoyed most of the products we bought from the store. There was a faulty item that we needed a replacement for - because the store was being renovated at the time, there was a delay and a bit of lack of communication, but Jennifer reached out to explain the situation and tried to resolve the problem. Now that I know the problem is being taken care of, I am happily updating my review as I look forward to picking up the replacement item and revisiting the store.
Daniel Lopez: A really cool and sweet shop in Beacon Hill! Has a very home cozy vibe and staff are lovely and caring. Located right next to the Paramount if you wanted to stop by before or after. They have plenty of house necessities in case of an emergency and you happen to live by. Also a bunch of tourist items as well!
Jaime V: Beautiful shop
Ashley Vo: I love this place. Like everyone said, they really know their knives and are happy to answer any questions you have about them. Used their knife sharpening service and the knives came out great. Cutting meat the next day with them was blissfully easy. The shop is small, but cute with many tools needed for the kitchen. Highly recommend checking it out if you like to cook.
Christina Carson: The owners of the store were very friendly and helpful! I brought in a knife that had a chip in the blade and they were able to sharpen and repair the blade within minutes. Great customer service!
Sam Flood: Knife Sharpening Class: Tanisha was really helpful in stone sharpening techniques for both German and Japanese knives - the process once learned is actually pretty simple but good to have someone work through with you. Additionally Tanisha provided insights into different types of knives and best practices for use. I enjoyed the individual class a lot and as a bonus they sharpen your existing knives. Totally worth the time. Thx for positive experience Tanisha. I will be back!
Lucas P: Needed to get some new utensils (chopsticks and soup spoons).Found out on Google that they had them here for prices far below what you could find on Amazon.Staff were extremely helpful. Will be back
Gregory Loukas: I went in to have my kitchen knives sharpened and had a great experience. Awesome customer service and a nice shop.
Ben Jones: I had a great experience at Blackstones. The staff was incredibly helpful and showed me how sharpen my knives. I will be back!
Lucas Sikina: Knife Sharpening - Good, not great.I got my chef's knife sharpened here. Prior to getting it sharpened, it had 9 months of decent use and was pretty dull. After, it was fairly sharp, but not as sharp as it was brand new. Specifically, I found that slicing delicate fruits / veg still sometimes ended up with some squashing.I ended up sharpening my knife my self later. Learning how to sharpen it was exhausting, and not very fast, but it produced a significantly sharper knife. The people at the shop were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend their sharpening services for someone who wants a sharper knife, but not for someone who wants a razor sharp knife.

The Fairy Shop: what do users think?
Zach Weeks: This is strictly a Harry Potter merchandise store now. They don’t have anything else and it wasn’t what it used to be. If that’s your cup of tea, go for it! Name is just misleading.
KJ's train run: This is a very cute shop! A little small but a lot of nice stuff. Also nice employees who work here.
youngrak choi: The store is smaller than I thought and there are not many products. If you are looking for it from afar, you may be disappointed.
Kevork R. Madanian: Inasmuch as I have always been especially fond of this shop, the sales assistant there - Aubrey (or was it Audrey!?) - is a beautiful soul, that truly made us feel at home; thank You dearheart! 💓🧚‍♀️💓
Jacob Beloit: What an amazing gem to find in Boston! Made gift buying for my girlfriend simple and Mike, the owner/operator, was incredibly friendly and genuine which made the entire experience exceptional! Looking forward to his online shopping returning as I live across the country.
Melissa Chan: A shop that embodies the spirit of Newbury st. Stocked to the brim with ingenious gifts for my friends who love all things magical and Harry Potter. I go here for their birthday and Holidays gifts. Clearly a passionate shopkeeper.
Esther Paik: It's a very charming little shop that sells Harry Potter merchandise and goods. They sell many things you might find at the Universal park, but they also sell some unofficial spellbooks that I couldn't resist buying. They have everything from little accessories like scarves and hats, games and trinkets, and even some beautiful jewelry. The owner is also very kind and very easy to strike up conversation with. It's a very small and cramped shop, so be cautious coming in on a busy day. It can get very claustrophobic very quickly, so please take caution: the way the store is set up makes it all too easy to bump into or knock over products when there's a lot of people. Overall, really fun if you're a Harry Potter fan and even if you're not!
Audrey: If you’re a Harry Potter fan this is a cute little store to stop in.They have just about everything Harry Potter. The store is a bit small, definitely can’t have too many people in at once.
Amanda de Bara: So fun! Really small shop made my day. The owner was so nice. Apparently he turns it into something different every once in a wgile so im glad we got here when it was HP stuff! Ots all really good quality too and the two things i bpught were made in the US so tjat was really cool.
Mika Young: Went today and its such a cute shop with amazing people running it. Definitely going again, even if I have to travel 2 hours for distance. ♡♡
Britt Mulvaney: This shop was adorable! I was so excited to purchase the new Harry Potter Movie quiz game! The owner was a delight to talk to.. very personable and sweet. Would recommend for all Harry Potter lovers!
Marissa Markowitz: Such a cute Harry Potter themed store and the owner is super friendly and easy to talk to
Meaghan Annis: The experience was fine, but I’m more of a fairy person than a Harry Potter fan and I found the name quite misleading :/ cute little place though.
Anil Gupta: Great for anybody looking for Harry Potter stuff.Quite expensive.
ART GARDEN: Have been going to the dairy shop for over 20 years! One of my favorite little shops in Boston. Great gifts for the magic & fairy lover & Harry Potter fans.
maria gurriere: Small store of everything Harry Potter- my friends and I were amazed to find this on our weekend getaway to the heart of Boston. Owner was very friendly!
D Agness: Come one come all Harry Potter fans great place for memorabilia
Joshua Kubiak: 5 stars excusively because it is now a harry potter store
Diana Dozier: This store is for children's 7 and up they don't carry A lot of things that I was looking for don't anymore so I was told I can check out the places I was looking for certain items that were not in this store.
Daniele Caratelli: Amazing shop filled with Harry Potter. Magical!
Danielle Sheehan: Very cute but pricey.

Joseph Gann Jewelers: what do users think?
Rachael Goldman: I had such a wonderful experience with the team at Joseph Gann Jewelers! Excellent service and fast shipping. I LOVE my new charm!
Angelo Skritakis: Awesome customer service. My Godson purchased a watch for me as a gift. Needed to add links to lengthen. Was able to do on the same day I visited. Very knowledgeable staff and a great selection. If you're interested in any jewelry this the PLACE to go!!!
Claire O'Connell: Josh Gann went above and beyond to assist in getting a beautiful Chelsea clock on short notice. Went above and beyond!Highly recommend.
Brian McBride: Dang closed Monday. Back to the ‘burbs.
Carmen Chan: Joseph Gann is amazing! I can't recommend it enough. My fiance and I went to shop for our wedding bands, and to resize/explore options for a heirloom diamond ring. I was really nervous to get the heirloom ring worked on since it has been with the family for so long. Herbert wowed us with his knowledge. His patience and gentle manner really earned our trust to leave the heirloom ring in his care. He was the only jeweler we saw that day who took one look at the ring and immediately accurately described the ring's background (stone dating back to the 20s, and reset probably later in the 70s). He also was the only one who offered a reasonable suggestion, just simply resize and then lower the diamond (it's previous setting was laughably high, which was apparently all the rage in the 70s). This was much more affordable option, that other jewelers didn't offer and pushed us to reset it in a completely new setting. For the wedding bands, Herbert showed us various options. Their selection is massive, and the website does not represent all of their inventory. He answered of all our questions. When I couldn't decide if I wanted a diamond band or a hand carved band, he brought out a "Bread and Butter" box from his father, from the 30s. In it, he showed how he can customize the hand carved band and install 7 small diamonds. I loved that he wasn't pushy and only brought the Bread and Butter box out when I made an off-hand comment, "if only I can have both". Thanks to this suggestion, I now have the perfect wedding band!Joseph Gann is a gem of a family business. They have earned my lifelong business and I will come back for any jewelry purchases!
Christian: Extremely fast shipping. The experience felt like I was in store even though I was out of state! I’m a big Seiko watch fan and they know their stuff. Extremely responsive on the phone. I wish I was a local but my bank account is happy I’m not…Can’t recommend them highly enough! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Peter Barnard: International client here. Super quick turn-around time; incredibly helpful; goods arrived in perfect condition inside of a week.
Phillip Grace: Good people fair price will continue to shop there .
Bill Cunningham: I recently purchased a new watch from Josh and I can't say enough about how good my experience was. Josh was a true professional, he offered me a great price and great service through out the entire process. I recommend Gann Jewelers to everyone that has a need for jewelry.
Angrybeard: I have never been to the store. I live in Texas. However I did just purchase a watch from Josh. It was a BALL and I was on the fence between a couple of different models. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Josh and we did talk about watches. However we talked about many other world problems as well. Just a great personable guy. I never write reviews ,but I'm coming off the bench here because I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Josh. I couldve bought this particular watch from maybe a few different places. But I'm glad I bought it from this jeweler.
Jameson B: Amazing Jeweler. Josh is awesome. Great customer service and excellent selection of jewelry.
Dan O'Brien: I bought my engagement ring from Joseph Gann. We worked with Josh Gann. It was a custom ring with a cushion and two trapezoids. My wife (who came with me in the process!) enjoyed working him so much that she also bought my wedding band from him. We would've also bought her wedding band from him but she does not wear one. What we loved was:-The stones he picked out were amazing. We went to him 3 times just to get the stones right (there were 3 of them). He worked hard to get what we wanted and we had a pretty specific idea of what that was. He is a supremely patient man :)-He never pressured us in any way-Prices were good-He brought us along in the process. He would send us renderings of the ring (which we created from scratch) to make sure we were all right with them. In fact, we moved right after we got engaged. My wife wanted to modify a few things so we mailed it back and he adjusted them with no extra charge.-He's so knowledgeable. I'd read up a bunch and he also educated me on how the ring was made, what to look for in the diamond.-We trusted him completely, which is obviously a big dealThe only time I had previous experience with a jeweler was with buying a watch. A wedding ring was a much more intense process especially if your tailoring all its elements. And it's the most expensive thing I've ever purchased in my life. I can't imagine someone being more knowledgeable, more trustworthy, or more helpful than Josh.
Jennifer Fallon: My fiancé and I were referred here by a friend and we have had an excellent experience. Josh has been very helpful and accommodating regarding some issues with my engagement ring. Worth the 1.5hr drive for us from the Cape for the customer service, highly recommend!
Mike M: Just bought a GIA documented diamond stud earring here and I couldn't be happier with the stone and the entire buying experience. The stone is beautiful and the price felt very fair to me. Delightful service from Herbert Gann, an experienced gentleman who patiently answered all my questions. A beautiful store full of so many beautiful things. The entire experience was a pleasure. Boston is lucky to have the Gann family here offering their services for three generations now. Check it out! I will definitely return in the future.
eastsidelegend33: They have some nice jewelry with reasonable prices. Sometimes with these jewelry places the vendors are a little rude and moving a little to fast trying to get a deal done. Stay firm and definitely try to negotiate a good price for the items you want.
Barbara Levin: Absolutely fabulous personalized attention! Josh knows his stones and provides great information. He is quite a designer! Highly recommend everyone to come here!
jr g: Bought a new Hamilton watch from them. Very good service and a great price. Salesperson even ran to get me a backup strap in black cause they didn't have that color. Thanks for the help! Love the watch!
Janelle N: My engagement ring and wedding band were purchased at Joseph Gann. Both rings have had diamonds fall out (a total of 6 diamonds now) and the detail in the filigree has cracked. These rings are only 5 years old! Very disappointing.
Cat F: Fantastic and knowledgeable staff who take their time answering questions and assisting customers. Quality jewelry.
Ellen Smith: They resized my engagement ring quickly and for a great price. I'll be back for wedding rings!
Joseph Ervin: Very happy with my purchasing experience

Kashmir Fine Arts & Crafts: what do users think?
Ronald Smith: Great prices located in the Westin Hotel
Rose Mortilla: I cannot say anything bad about Kashmir Fine Arts & Crafts. They have very high quality products and the best customer service. They will not disappoint.
Tracy G: I purchased a magnificent embroidered shawl from Kashmir Fine Arts & Crafts. It was quite expensive, but worth every penny, as I have never seen such high quality needlework, and the pattern is stunningly gorgeous. I found the staff at Kashmir to be very helpful, polite, efficient and honest. I have never been to the store -- I found Kashmir online -- but I plan to visit next time I'm in Boston.
J. Lew: Recently bought a high quality rug from Kashmir Fine Arts and Crafts. I must say that the experience was very educational and the rugs are of such fine quality. These rugs are clearly treasures to enjoy for life. This store is a MUST VISIT for Boston, conveniently located in the Copley Mall near the Weston Hotel.42413
