Aero Cycle Co.: what do users think?
Mike Ardita: Awesome, Just Awesome
rick possemato: I have a 1988 Electra Glide Ultra Classic they do all of the work on it. I highly recommend them for Old School bikes and the prices are fair. Paul's a great guy.
Sean Mack: Brought in my Harley Dyna Wide Glide to diagnose issue I was experiencing and full tune up. Could not have asked for better service, professionalism, and routine updates to clarify the work they were putting into my bike. Fair price for services and just all around awesome experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning with future motorcycle needs.
Evan Arvedon: Excellent, friendly service. Helpful and stress-free interaction. Will go here again for my motorcycle needs and parts
Tom Leahy: If you ride a Harley, Aero Cycle is the place for your service and parts, very professional, reasonable and thorough, Paul and Jimmy are the guys you want working on your bike
Dennis Myles: Great mechanic. Knowledgeable staff I had a good experience.
Dakota Martin: Great place. Paul is a great dude and knows his stuff. He’s even offered advice/help on non Harleys, Japanese stuff. . . with zero attitude. Good luck finding that anywhere else.
Roy Ribitzky: Always excellent and friendly service - this crew gives the best advice. Been having my Sportster serviced there last few years, wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
William Duclos: Eric and Paul are awesome guys to do business with. They know every product on the market for Harley Davidson’s both after-market and OEM. They are both enthusiastic about spending the time to get to know you and your bike and find maintenance and upgrade solutions that work for your budget.Labor rates are very reasonable for an absolute top notch mechanic like Jim.The whole crew is focused on building relationships with clients rather than trying to nickel and dime people.
Breakfast King: We had an issue and they handled it like men. Good shop go there and see for yourself.
Thomas Hunter: Can't speak to their mechanic work but can recommend them based on character of the owner. I showed up to this place after finally getting my bike running without stalling. Having little confidence in my temporary fix, I blindly raced to the nearest motorcycle shop on google to have someone with some actual knowledge help diagnose the problem. I arrived after hours but the owner kindly came out to explain that they work primarily on Harleys and don't have the tools or knowledge base to service my bmw. Despite my extreme stupidity he kindly suggested some other shops and even offered to overnight the bike at their shop of it didn't start for me. Based on that interaction alone, if I had a Harley, this would be my go to shop.
Dv Dupes: I needed tires done ASAP on a bike I had just got to pass inspection. The guys over here got me right in and the tires switched out. While I was there, figured I’d ask if they had time to do a couple other things or if I had to come back and they took care of me right there. Laid back atmosphere, knowledgeable people and fair prices. How they handled everything today, they have my recommendation. Solid work, guys!
Ronnie Pefine: I gave him five stars because they were definitely professional and made you feel comfortable coming in and it was my first time so thank you guys
Ranjan Wadhwa: Paul is awesome. I took my new motorcycle there just to know a few things and ask questions. He was extremely patient and nice to me and open to help. I will certainly go there.
Michael Reilly: Very good service department. Gave a heads-up on things that would need attention in the future. Didn't try to sell services that weren't needed at this moment.
Jack Manning: Staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great shop with great work.
Bruce Moore: Five Star, always terrific, small family owned, I'd not go anywhere else. Paul and Rick.
Bryan Ramey: The guys over at Aero Cycle Co were outstanding! I brought in my 2005 HD Sportster 883 for a 10,000 mile tune up and to have the fork seals replaced and they took care of everything, with a quick turn around and for a very fair price. I could definitly tell the bike ran better the moment i drove away. Will absolutely be back to have work done by Paul and the crew!
Eddie Mac: Very helpful people there
Matthew Brown: The level of incompetence here is astounding. I can't believe anyone would go here.I was sitting on my bike when one of the staff (without asking) grabbed and revved my gas. I was in 1st gear. Luckily, had my hand on the clutch. Otherwise, I could've been seriously injured and my bike would've been seriously damaged. This lack of professionalism still blows my mind. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the risk.
robert l brown jr: I was having a problem with my battery that I purchased last year elsewhere. Paul said bring it in, he charged it up .told me that it should be fine .I purchased a newbattery tender. I went home put it in motorcycle the bike fired right up. I'm very happy that Paul checked this out and didn't just try to sell me a new battery. He's definitely looking out for the customers interest ,highly recommend Aero cycle

Madhouse Motors: what do users think?
Eric Kaminsky: They've kept my motorcycle safe for 3 winters so far and I plan on returning as long as I'm riding.
Collin Saddler: Had my bike stored here over the winter months, got a oil change & a new set of tires put on & had no issues. Fair pricing, chill staff & a coffee shop what else do you need? If you live in Boston area would totally recommend for bike service & a nice place to hangout.👍Services:Tires,Oil change,Battery
Pun Santos: Recommend to everyone!!!They respectful and courteous especially when I showed up without an appointment!!!!!They’re mad busy with full lot but still understood my situation and made my day so easy….Service:Tires
Rick Waldron: The work this crew does is second to none. I won't take my 2014 FXDWG anywhere else.
Luca Pinello: This place is truly a gem. Did an oil change, inspection and break fluid. Amazing customer service, great prices and fast service. They have also a nice attached Cafe' with great espresso, cappuccino and nice section pastries.
karlens joseph: It’s unfortunate I didn’t learn anyones’ name for a shoutout. No problem though because everyone I’ve been in contact with at the shop has been extremely helpful and dope to converse with. They’re down to earth, I felt comfortable engaging and asking questions. Had a good experience at the cafe as well, the drinks and treats were really good.Highly recommend!
Dennis Reddy: Was at Madhouse today, very pleasant people, helpful, and really diverse, atmosphere great, they have it together. Customers, get refreshed while, they repair. Style.
Bill Dougherty: A most excellent hipster coffeeshop, with a Dominican-Lebanese theme and MOTORCYCLES. I'm not sure if it's a play-on-words ('Casa Loca') but it's definitely alternative. Chicks on bikes, come here!I really hope this turns into a scene, w/ a poetry night or smthg.
Elisabeth Bergmann: Amazing creativity and attention to detail!Cafe is awesome addition.
Nushrat GT: I’ve known J and Madhouse for what will soon be 3 years, and although I’m roughly 800 miles away right now J still manages to reach out all the time asking how Im doing in school. Madhouse was the first shop I interned at, and it was my first time being in an actual shop environment outside of school. Madhouse motors is more than just a shop though, they are a true family and I miss them a lot. Madhouse offers winter storage so take advantage of that! The same way I took advantage of J’s knowledge on fabrication and mechanics. Also dude…imagine getting work done on your cafe racer while chilling with a cup of coffee and a pastry, and maybe a puppy.Services:Tires,Carburetor cleaning,Steering suspension repair,Auto detailing,Oil change,Brake service repair,Battery
Giuseppe Di Caprio: It's a curated local coffee spot with a lot of character. People are friendly and the coffee is really good. Queer friendly.
peter choi: I’ve been bringing my motorcycles to Madhouse Motors for 5+ years and will continue to bring my bikes to them. Madhouse Motors has undergone a metamorphosis but the one thing that stayed consistent is the winning paradigm J has built as represented by her team. Whether it’s working on a vintage restoration, rebuilding a barn find, or building a custom motorcycle (more like a functioning piece of art) Madhouse Motors is a one-stop full-service motorcycle shop and more. If you are interested in bringing your bike in for something as simple as an oil change or as complicated as having custom modifications/fabrications done - look no further give them a call they’re a bunch of approachable unpretentious hard-working knuckleheads.Services:Carburetor cleaning,Electrical repair,Tires,Oil change,Engine repair,Auto detailing,Wheel alignment,Battery,Steering suspension repair,Brake service repair,Delivery
Micaela Smith: The team at madhouse is super welcoming and lovely. Coming here has been such a bright spot in my life.
MrGoodWolf: Best place in the world to get your bike wrenched on, luckily for us it’s right here in Boston. These are the best people I know and, even if you’re not into motorcycles, the new café next door is a vibe! The café has bomb chai tea and Baklava and more!Services:Carburetor cleaning,Electrical repair,Tires,Oil change,Engine repair,Auto detailing,Wheel alignment,Battery,Steering suspension repair,Brake service repair
Bassem Basta: Effecient! Quick! & super fantastic service! J, nick & ramy are the best!P.S only motorcycle shop in the city, otherwise you have to go outside of the city.Services:Carburetor cleaning,Oil change,Brake service repair
Bill G: Madhouse Motors rocks, I can't say enough about how the level and quality of work performed. I would highly recommend to anyone. They took in my Dads 84' Goldwing and tracked down a nagging electrical issue, resolved the an issue with the integrated braking system and changed the tires at a super reasonable price and a fast turn around. They kept me informed all through the work making sure I was ok with proceeding before getting the repair parts. The Goldwing runs with new life again! Thanks Madhouse!!Services:Electrical repair,Tires,Oil change,Brake service repair
Daniel Distefano: Madhouse Motors was fantastic from start to finish in tuning up my RnineT - thank you Nick!
Hanliang Liu: Worst experience I’ve had ever. Avoid if you can, unless you have a ton of time to waste for nothing. I have a 2020 HD Sportster. They took my bike as it was for winter storage, but I only requested a crash bar installation. 6 Days!! No email reply, and every time I call them they have their “perfect” excuse, they’re busy. But you’re updating you instagram story almost every hour, and you don’t have the time to reply my email? Towed to another repair shop and the real professionals had the job done in the same day. Speechless to Madhouse Motors, getting customers mad in the house is their specialty. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Aaron Roberson: I hear only great things about this establishment. I am going to stop by today.
Beantown Billy: I'll make this review short and to the point. A place you can trust and rely on. Matt was awesome to do business with.
Amit S: Great people, great vibes, great bikes and great service! Thank you all!

MOMS Boston: what do users think?
Jeff Cook: Traveled from Maine had a great experience and very nice and clean store. Dennis was a great help and extremely personable now driving a dark horse !!
charlie tran: Very nice people. Dennis guided me and made sure I was comfortable with my first bike purchase. He was less worried about the sale and much more worried about how I felt about the bike.
Peter Severson: While on a trip from Wisconsin, we unexpectedly had an issue and had to stop in. These guys got us in and took great care of us. By far the best and friendliest dealership we have been to. Thanks Bob for all you help. It was greatly appreciated!!
Ceol Miguel Soto: Very helpful staff
khaled kerouani: I went to do my motorcycle inspection, Mike helped me fix some minor issues with my bike, I was stunned by the service, I wish I can give them more than 5 stars, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, prices were reasonable, highly recommended.
Korbin Ludington: Never in my life have I had such a terrible customer experience, was ready to make a purchase the day I came in and was met with judgement, attitude, and inexperience. Wouldn't let me test drive a bike that I was ready to purchase and their team ignored me after I started asking questions.Take your business elsewhere if you are shopping for a motorcycle. This ain't it.
Jacob Pinn: Literally walked in, was ignored for roughly an hour besides one older gentleman who half heartedly helped me. It wasn't until I literally had to interrupt someone after an HOUR to tell them I was serious about making a purchase and wasn't just looking around that I got help. Even still, it seems like if your not buying a brand new 18,000+ bike they don't care about you.
Alex laurence: Staff wasn't really rude....just kinda dull. Really a disappointing location compared to foxboro not because of size or inventory but because of the people working there. Went up there to look at a bike and it's like they had just been looking for an easy Saturday and we walked in and messed it up for them. I would just suggest going to foxboro.
aa aa: Lazy, unenthusiastic customer service team who reached out with dull uninterested responses. Honestly just didn't seem like they wanted to help. Had cash and I just get lazy generic responses. Almost felt like I was judged before I even spoke face to face.
B: I had a problem with the bike they sold me. Called them even though it was out of warranty and Dennis told me they would take care of the bike so I'm changing the review.
Tony Fabreezeo: Great experience dealing with The GM, Finance, and the tech during my purchase. Traveled from Maine and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Top Notch business!
Karl Johnson: The team at Mom's are great! Made purchasing my bike so easy and seamless!
Cloud Ninja: Went in to check out some motorcycles, and an employee came over and told us all about some of them, very knowledgeable.
Jose A (costa4178): Just got my scout bobber, couldn't be happier
Frank Cates: Looking for a bike w/ nostalgia written all over it. Which one? Oh, I have one in mind one of these days.
george m: Bought a brand new indian from these guys. A+ treatment all around. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a bike. No pressure sales
Jason Kibilko: I recently bought an Indian Challenger from Dennis @ Mom's Boston. He was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. And was able, after a few test rides, to get me on the road. They gave a very fair trade-in value for my 2015 HD Ultra Limited, and were not a typical high pressure dealer. Overall, I'm very pleased that I chose Mom's Boston.
Sean Adams: Perfect
None Yourbusiness: Just had my 500 mile tune-up yesterday on my Slingshot. Service technician was amazing. Went over and above on the service. Now I have had a great sales and service experience. If you're in the market for a Slingshot or Indian motorcycle you have to check out MOMS BOSTON!!!!Dennis made the buying process simple. Very professional operation. No high pressure sales tactics. Well worth the trip if you're in the market for an Indian or Slingshot motorcycle.B&BMiddleton, MA.
Ryan Spellman: These guys were awesome. The opposite of annoying sales guys. Super nice, super knowledgeable, gave me a great deal on a trade in and I will 100% be going back when I level up my bike. 11/10 recommend!
Ryan Greene: Jason and Chris were super knowledgeable and helpful. Easiest buying experience I’ve had with a major purchase like this.

Biker's Outfitter, Inc.: what do users think?
Shomari Castle: Adam was extremely helpful and patient with me I am a first time rider and he was very informative. Thank you everyone at bikers outfitters and special thanks to Adam.
Wampsmania: Cool Bike's repair/shop.
Dakari Forrester: went and picked up a bunch of parts for my yamaha prebug, they have what you need!!!!
chris murray: Brought my snowblower to these guys because my regular guy had knee surgery and the experience was not good. They told me I needed a coil and the cost was gonna be about $185 and that they would call me if anything changed. I had just replaced the carburetor with a factory carb and unfortunately it ended up being the coil and spark plug wire assembly. When I went to pick the machine up the bill had jumped to $414 and they told me they had to clean carb and fuel system which I had just replaced the carb and cleaned the fuel system thoroughly. Seems like a money grab to me. Beware!! Harry never even dealt with you and never said do what ever it takes. Your a liar and are a bunch of crooks. I’ve read all of your reviews and it seems to be a pattern.
Melanie Charette: I've been using this shop since 2019 and they have always been amazing. Adam works at the register and has gone above and beyond when I've needed anything. Not only did he answer the phone before they opened, he helped me out with towing my scooter, and followed up with fantastic customer service. The owner is absolutely hilarious and also extremely customer service oriented. If you're looking for a low-key shop with top notch professionalism and service, this is the place for you.
Kant Reed: I have not actually done any business with Biker's but I have called for help and they were very helpful and was able to send me in the right direction to to the help I needed and for that I am very much appreciate there help
John Lonardo: Still like the place Harry's a very polite professional businessman however limited inventory because of winter time for scooters
Private Stock Reptiles: Great place to get parts and service if they don't have what you need in stock they can get it in a day or two. They even have parts for mopeds didn't even know that untill I went in there to get some motorcycle parts.
Eduard Yonatan Lopera Restrepo: I had my motorcycle tires installed in one day and they had the Best prices of any shop in the área. Fast service. I also bought the worlds lightest dot Helmet. They have a huge selection of helmets and leather jackets. Awesome bike shop!
neal harris: Great prices. Excellent service. Tons of motorcycle parts and accessories. Highly recommend.
George Hutchinson: Very reasonable prices and fast great service! Free pickup and delivery before the snow falls is great! A++
Judy Landers: Want to give a shout out to Melisa that works there ! She is the best she helped me so much when I needed a certain leather jacket I give this girl 5 stars for her costumer service . She was very up beat and treated me like family !! Thank you Bikers outfitters for having such a wonderful employee !Thank you Judy
Curt W: Harry was great to work with. He did a fantastic job repairing and dying my leather jacket. Friends have commented on it thinking it’s new.
Christos M.: I purchased a used Kawasaki ninja but the headlights weren't working, I brought the bike back 3 times and was told that's the way it's supposed to be but bike will not pass inspection. Recently brought it back again and was charged 800. For a battery and one headlight, the other headlight is still not working...500 to replace a tire....these guys are master criminals...I've never felt more robbed...also bike was purchased at 1300 over book value...congratulations for the highway robbery...Your greed has left you blind to your INCOMPETENCE.....
Louiza Maria Loizos: Bought a scooter a few weeks ago. Great prices, friendly staff, quick service.
sussette batista: Fast service and good prices!
Lou Raffael: Consumer beware. I never write reviews but after my experience I had to at least get my story out. I called this company in late September to stay ahead of the busy season and get my snowblower serviced. Was told it would be $269 + parts for a tune up and they would pick it up and drop it off. When it was ready, I was told the bill was $384 as there was a $75 pickup/delivery charge that I was not told about in my initial phone call. When the truck showed up, there was a huge banner on the trailer (pic attached) for “free pickup/delivery (Before first snowfall and new customers only) I am qualified for both, that in addition to they never told me about this charge, I thought my phone call to them should be straight forward. Called and talked to the owner, Harry. Harry said all his employees tell each customer of the pickup fee and since I called two weeks before the promo I was not qualified. The conversation never got confrontational, but I could not believe how short sighted this decision was. After expressing my disbelief Harry offered to refund me half of the delivery which of course is a good gesture, but again to lose future business over the other half was ridiculous. Harry then doubled down on his statement and said, “Not to call you a liar” but that all employees tell the customers about the pickup fee. It’s one thing to stick up for your employee, but this was in fact calling me a liar. Either way, I would highly recommend to do business elsewhere and simply google “snow blower tune up in my area” to find someone for half the price and not be disrespectful to a new customer that just paid $400 to have their snow blower serviced.
Besmir Hoxha: I am very happy any time
Kim Ruane: My scooter had been stolen and damaged. I brought it here to get it repaired. Adam was incredibly helpful and they got it back in shape quickly - and they did not charge me an arm and a leg! I was delighted when they told me the price!!! They also have a great selection of scooters. Wish I had bought mine there in the first place!
Richard Wanene: Thank you Harry for your understanding and responsiveness. Thanks to the mechanics who worked on my scooter and to Gus as well. My scooter is running very well now.You have great scooter parts and I look forward to doing business with you again. Please forgive me for being emotional at times.Wishing Biker's Outfitter Inc a very good 2023.Richard .W
Shivam Patel: Talk about a life savor! Incredible service-could not have been more gracious for their accommodations. Between the staff and mechanics, they prioritized figuring out the problem with my scooter before the charge to have it fixed. The generosity was shocking to say the least. I’d recommend this shop being the first option to having your motorcycle or scooter serviced. You’ll be more than happy with how your situation is handled. Thank you is an understatement.

Parkway Cycle: what do users think?
Jowell Robles: Worst customer service ever!!! Won’t recommend to no one especially new drivers
B Canggu: Really good experienceThis is first time installing aftermarket exhaust.Chris and Steven from service department really answered all my questions. They know how to explain the situation in laymans terms. Very Friendly.I’ve enjoyed every visit there.Thank you Chris and Steven.
Craig Santos: Good prices with an awesome selection of riding gear. Adalton helped me with everything I was looking for and couldn't have asked for anything else.Went back for more riding gear for the wife and nothing has changed! Great staff and still great prices.
John Lonardo: Overpriced lots of Lies and deceit you live and learn
R B: Experience was great , communication and their willingness to be flexible with my schedule made for a stress free delivery.
Melvin Mejia: Muy buena atención, trabajos profesionales
Mac Holmes: Terrible experience trying to get a simple tire leak fixed. Avoid parkway Cycle, very unprofessional customer service team.
Zachary Beausoleil: Worst buying experience ever I was told I was getting a raptor 700 se and I didn’t it just the se plastics and all stock suspension they told me I could take the. Unit home earlier and they would send me 2 parts that’s where broken to replace my self I called them multiple times and they say they have no idea on what I’m talking about even tho russel the sales man promise I would revive it hidden fees they won’t refund this place is a joke don’t buy they all said my quad was completely gone thru it had a dirty filter and no a drop of grease when I greased it water was coming out of the a arms I could keep naming things don’t buy stuff from here
Chan Garage: Not following through when telling things....waste time waiting for the call back. My first and will be my last...
BETH HAGEN: Parkway Cycles always a pleasure everyone is great to deal with getting parts or service inspection sticker ect...
William Harvey: Very very professional ,fair price and outstanding customer service all around ,will always purchase my bikes here. Danny was great !!!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE WHOLE PLACE VERY HAPPY ,THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH if your looking for a bike go here first.
Jilly Monteiro: Good service, but they take forever to process bikes. So if you decide to shop here... don't expect to be riding in a week or so. Never purchasing another bike here again. After a year of riding my bike transmission blew and had electrical issues.
Daniel McCarthy: Very professional and cool
ANGIE PEÑA: Buenos precios
Richie Defranzo: I get treated with respect when I go in that cycle shop there's no better feeling knowing that you're amongst friends I used to race Motocross for them in the eighties also worked in the service department back then the place is awesome, even now with Anthony Palumbo taking over and doing an awesome job, always very nice and courteous greeting you with a smile that's what I like when I enter parkway cycles...#128
Rodrigo Dos Santos: Horrible service , can’t get anything done on time , costumer services couldn’t be any worst , I had I terrible experience in the store , they were rude, late forgot about my order and then wanted to charge me service I never ok then to do … I will never bring my jet ski or motorcycle there ever again …. I got both jet ski at this store 4 years ago and I regret that … go somewhere else
Chynna L: Beautiful Toys! The negotiable too
Revuelta Roja: Good service the attention is great.
Mark Pournaras: Saw a scooter posted online. Great price! Very deceptive though because when I called to see if it was available I was told it was. I told the sales guy that I'd be driving from almost an hour away and to not waste my time. That is when he informed me they've had this machine for "years" and it doesn't run and is parts only. Glad he told me beforehand because had I driven all the way to find that out I would be ripped. I think this should clearly be disclosed on the listing so their phone doesn't go nuts with inquiries over something that is falsely advertised. The sales guy told me he alone takes almost 10 calls a day about this machine yet it still sits and the phone continues to ring for nothing. Fix the post so no one is wasting time!
Joseph Caratelli (Joey): David has to be the best sales guy there. I purchased 2 bikes from him, and both times it takes just over a month to get the bikes out of the shop and on the road.
Jason Geier: This is a non basis review. This store needs there employees too be more familiar with parts and instead of just ask for parts number. Other than that just another half stocked scooter/motorcycle shop. This review was re-edited due to a basis view.

Riverside Motorsports - Ducati Boston: what do users think?
Fabricio Silva Scherr Scherr: Service is terrible!!!!
amreiss: This place is the real deal. Keith really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for his customers. I wouldn’t trust my Ducati anyplace else.
Tyler Carretta: Was very happy to see they are appointment only even for the showroom and parts, also no matter how many times you call to ask for an appointment they dont answer!! Definitely helped me save a bunch of money from not being able to impulse buy parts and accessories for my hyper!
Levi Goldfarb: Tried to reach them via phone, email, voicemails etc. for months just to do basic maintenance. Never got a callback/reply. This place is an absolute waste of time, just go private for ANY/ALL of your motorcycle needs.
Sean Guyette: Didn't feel at all like they wanted to business with me, was looking at a 899. But Chris the salesman said they dont really do used bikes and wouldn't take my 2015 R1 as trade. It's to bad, they have pretty good deals, but lousy customer service.
Canaan Hourani: Underpromising and overdelivering, this dealership set the bar high from the first visit. Working with Keith has been nothing but a true pleasure, after completing a service request online, him and I immediately connected and spoke about the issue with my Hypermotard that I picked up from the West Coast before moving back. He was the first dealer I met here on the Northeast and will likely remain the only mechanic I work with. Highly recommend this spot, flawless job with the whole bike, came back to me faster than the anticipated date, fresh, clean, and ready to go. 10 stars.
Jose Carballo: This place is open to appointments only. It’s listed on their website. They don’t pick up the phone so it’s impossible to learn this otherwise. Don’t waste your time driving there (good luck finding parking).
Marah Mohamed: Don’t waste your time here
John Smith: Really disappointing, such a bad attitude toward customers and confrontational behavior from a staff member named Keith. I've previously had perfectly fine experiences with this shop. Bought a bike here, had service and tires installed. All good. But something has changed unfortunately. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
Dra Man: The new owner is extremely rude and dishonest. Stay away! New ownership and this place went down into the gutter - customer service, their turnaround times, etc.
Shazaib Maqsood: Dealing with the dealership was the worst experience ever.
Brian Gagnon: Extremely reliable team that offers only the best service. They are the only ones I trust with my bike. Sean, the mechanic, has never let me down. My bike runs better every time I bring it there.
Valentin Ngo: Service people were very knowledgeable but seemed like in a hurry to serve me and do something else it looked like they didn't want to be bothered im giving a 4 star cause they were knowledgeable and answered every question.
Dan A: They got me in quickly for brake service on short notice. They squeezed in the chain cleaning service too while I waited. Very quick and did a great job. I bought my Triumph Tiger from them back when they sold Triumphs and bring it in for recommended service intervals. They've always done a good job within a reasonable or quick amount of time. Good staff too. Thanks guys.
Derrick Jackson: Today I swung by Riverside Ducati to check out some Dainese jackets. The Parts Manager Keith helped me out and found me a jacket that fit me really good. Thank youIt’s nice to have a shop in Greater Boston and New England that has a huge inventory of Dainese riding gear for all types of riding.I also checked out some of the bikes and was impressed with the new sales floor layout. Impressive
Bryan w: Awful customer service, will never return!!
J R: The guys here were all great. I appreciate very much being able to see the tech working on my bike. They have complete transparency.
Konrad Adalmundsson: Highly recomended for Ducatistas😎
Mike D: Just joined the Ducati family this week with a Scrambler. Keith went out of his way on multiple occasions to help me finalize what I want. No pressure shop, great showroom, good communication. Very happy. Thanks.
Charles Yee: I have been a happy customer of Riverside for over 3 years. This afternoon I stopped in, and Keith noticed that my tires looked greasy from the auto-detailing I did couple days ago. He noted that it's dangerous, and I realized just how slippery it is. He was very kind and took it to the garage, hosed it down with water, soaped it, air dried, and sprayed some brake fluid to make it stick. It took him 20 minutes, and he didn't even ask for money. I had a safe ride home, and I am very much in appreciation of Riverside's care for safe riders, and just how they take care of their customers. Thanks again!
Michael Efimov: It is only Ducati now. :(

Cycle Gear: what do users think?
CyrilHera: Had a decently good selection of gear. No complaints
Tom Moran: Good price for mounting tires. Done expeditiously
Christopher Carter: Went in for riding boots, tried on a few of them and they had my size, 13, guy was patient worked out great for me , I didn't want to get boots on line.
John Corby: Great customer service and great products at a good price
Jason Dulcetta: Cycle gear in Woburn was great staff was very helpful I was buying some new gear been riding for years but didn't have much experience with the correct riding attire. The gentleman who helped me was patient and guided me in the right direction ended up leaving happy with a new textile jacket helmet and riding shoes overall great experience definitely a future customer highly recommended 👍
Samuel Rippin: I had such a wonderful experience at Cycle Gear the other day. I am new to owning a motorcycle but Stephanie at the store made me comfortable at once. She spent the time necessary for me to be outfitted with the right helmet, gloves and boots to be safe and comfortable on my bike. Also the prices were more than reasonable in my view.
Jeff Huang: Price matching was pretty straightforward but they will only do up to $50 max.
Ryan Gillette: First time rider. Went in there not knowing what I wanted or needed. Sam was wicked helpful and nice. He got me what I needed and didn’t try selling me only the most expensive gear. They had plenty of options so I could find find something that looked nice, felt comfortable, and was safe.
Thiago Couto: Very good place with great prices.
Jay: Love this place, it’s my go to for motorcycle gear and parts. The store manager Pedro has great customer service and has helped me out multiple times while visiting the store. Thanks!
Davey Deiny: Brought my rim & tire there off my dirt bike and they put a new one on for me. Also bought a sweet pair of odi grips.
Val Tassinari: I came to Cycle Gear to buy summer textile pants. I am a woman. There was exactly 1 option, and I think there was 1 size of it left, I am very lucky it fit. Giving 3 stars instead of 2 because the person that helped me apologized for the lack of selection and was very nice and helpful. But seriously - please stock more women’s pants. I love to shop local, but if you don’t carry a range of options for women, we’re gonna have to resort to online shopping.
Mario Alvarez: I visited the Woburn, Mass store for a Sena manufacture warranty issue.Long story short, Pedro went above and beyond customer service.Kudos to Cycle Gear for having knowledgeable employees with great customer service skills. It's a rarity nowadays.Thank you Pedro for your service and help, I traveled far, with the wrong information and you still helped me tremendously.-Mario
Eliseu De Souza: Good place to try and buy your gear. Got very good support from the guys at location
Mstershreda Trump clan: Awesome store, highly organized n helpful staff. Jus wish there was more than 1 store in MA.
Sam Samuels: Cycle gear in Woburn the staff great, I mostly find what I am looking for in the store. Con not interested in fake coupons and tricks I have never been able to use coupons or discounts hate the games business play with email sign ups
Kyle Doyon: Friendly staff these guys like bikes
Tony Montoya: Great friendly staff and very helpful
Samantha Fillmore: Great team and very helpful
nicholas hale: Went in for a a new helmet had been awhile sales associate was very helpful overall good experience
Estarlin martinez: Staff was amazing, always attentive and answering all your questions.

Greater Boston Motorsports: what do users think?
Nicolas Ruiz: I recently visited Greater Boston Motorsports and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me out. Frank, in particular, provided me with excellent service - he was efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. He even helped me out with a few extras that I wasn't expecting!
Brian Robinson: My go-to place for bike maintenance. I live 30 minutes away and they will come and get my bike for free if it's not ride able. Prices medium. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Bella Tuki: One thing that keeps happening at this place is that you make an appointment, and when you get there, there's no appointment .This happened on more than one occasion. We have 4 bikes, and none of them will ever be taken into this place ever again. The lack of professionalism in this place is evident. They make the error and do nothing to fix the problem. Their inability to honor the appointment that was made two to three weeks prior proves how incapable this place is to conduct business in a professional manner.Good thing they're not the only bike shop in the state. They sure do act like they're the only option.
Donato DiCicco: Greater Boston Motorsports is an exceptional motorcycle dealership that I’ve trusted to service my motorcycles for the past dozen or so years and counting. The service department is top-notch, and Frank is an absolute gem to work with. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. Whether you're bringing your bike in for routine maintenance or a major repair, Frank will take the time to explain everything to you in plain English, and he'll make sure you understand exactly what's going on every step of the way.The service department is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced technicians you're likely to find and I’ve never had a bad experience with any annual service or emergency repairs done at this shop. They take great pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their service.Overall, I can't recommend Greater Boston Motorsports highly enough. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, or just need some service or accessories for your current ride, this is the place to go in the Boston area.
Dragon RI: I didn't personally buy anything from this place. But from what I saw took place with someone I know that did buy a used bike from them, I will never recommend or buy from this place. My friend is new to the biker world and knows very very little about bikes. He traded a bike in to them (which they gave peanuts for) toward another bike that, in my opinion, is a "project" bike and the make and model would be, by several pricing guides, worth 3000. in pristine/excellent condition. The bike that he got has been nothing but headaches right from the start. It has electrical issues causing lights to work sometimes but most time not working. The battery keeps going dead. It needs a stator, rectifier and possibly a starter...it is gonna be checked again to confirm the things it needs. There is rot on some of the components and I am surprised they didn't fall off. Many of the wiring is without the sleeves/wirecovering. It looks like a bike that sat outside for a few years evidenced by the corrosion on much of the chrome parts. It definitely will not pass a state inspection as my dad is a licensed inspector and said it will not pass with faulty lights and wiring. Stay away from these shysters!
Shawn Jordan: Came into the store to look for a part for a scooter. The people at the service desk were really welcoming and one person walked me around to show me where everything was and what floors they were on. It looks small on the outside, but there's much more space on the inside. It's 3 floors, with parts and gear on the 2nd floor and scooters on the 3rd. Unfortunately, parts didn't have what I needed in stock, which were valve stems, but the service counter went back into the shop to look for something that might work for me and I ended up leaving with what I came for in the end. I'll definitely be back again! Next time I'll try and remember names.
scott HARRISON: Great experience, I would suggest if your looking for a motorcycle, go see Brian..
GNIC107: This is for the Service department. I was in the area on a yearly road trip on the bikes with family and friends. I picked up a drywall screw while i was in Bedford. Jimmy (i believe) at Greater Boston was able to squeeze this traveler in for a new tube in my motorcycle tire same day. Chris the tech was awesome. And also if anyone who reads this knows Ernie, please tell him Greg made it home safe. Absolutely check these guys out for your service needs.
Gozzie Usher: Frank & co the best service manager for your motorcycle needs I normally go to the cycles 128 as I live in the North Shore but since Frank moved to GBM Arlington I moved my motorcycle needs there. Great job thank you Frank
Morgan Woods: Took my bike in for an issue I couldn’t diagnose. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a day! They also took care of a few minor issues that they totally could have charged me for but didn’t.I asked about storing my bike during an upcoming deployment, and they offered to store the bike for as long as I am away for just the standard winter storage fee. These people care about you and your bikes, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for good mechanics and good service!
Henry Waters: Great sales, business office and the service team had everything ready.
Matt Brennan: I wish I could rate -1 star but that's not possible. We've been looking for a particular used bike for several months now, they seem not to last long and when I found one here that wasn't listed an hour earlier I jumped on the "contact us" link. Quickly they responded with an email (from the sales manager, John) and shortly after with a phone call (from a sales person, Bob). They immediately took my $100 refundable deposit and I was ensured that I was THE ONLY INTERESTED party YET.I was willing to pay for the bike upfront in cash and was told that it just came in and they hadn't even looked it over yet so only a deposit was needed and I had FIRST REFUSAL.I called the next day inquiring about the bike and was instructed by Bob that the whole department was out with COVID so they haven't received the bike yet. They were closed for normal business hours the following 2 days, NOT THEIR FAULT, just normal days off. I called the following business day and emailed and never got any information.LONG STORY SHORT...they sold the bike to someone else without telling me...JUST INGORING ME. Took 13 days to get my deposit back...it's only $100 but they didn't hesitate to TAKE IT IMMEDIATLEY.The Attorney General and Better Business Bureau have been contacted.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORTS or MONEY with any of the FIVE dealerships here!
Seth Wonkka: Just purchased a 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT from Brian in sales and everything was smooth and easy! Great experience. If you haven't been here in a few years, they have expanded and have tons of accessories in their second floor space.
Nimrod Sheffer: good experience with the team
Sam Moustafa: Great service department. Frank was fantastic he addressed my needs without having an appointment and I appreciate that very much. He saved me time and they did a great installation
Gb O: 5/5 for the service department.
Jerry Villegas: Called about applying for financing. I was told I'd have to order the bike as they were out of stock. Not an issue for me. I know that demand has been exceeding supply lately. I was then asked how much I was willing to put down. I replied 10%, thinking that was pretty standard. Obviously he didn't like that, because immediately after, this piece of work (I believe his name was Bob O'Brien) hangs up on me. Real classy. Next time, how about you show a prospective customer some respect. If you can't help with a request, do them the courtesy of saying that, instead of just rudely ending the call. Unbelievable. I recommend those of you reading this to do yourselves a favor and get your motorcycle at a shop where the staff genuinely cares and wants to help.
Don Nolin: Been bringing my Moto for a few years now. Happy with the service, perfect location right on the 77.
lucho5557: A1 service
Alexandre Lima: Clean shop area , good customer service.
Lanna Krik: Got recommended to come to this shop, haven’t gone to any other store since. ☺️ It is always busy so please be patient with the sales people!
