guido Dachrodt: Wir hatten im Juni 6 fantastische Tage mit den Bikes von Jeff um dem Eaglerider Team aus Foxborough. Alles hat super geklappt. Angefangen mit der Buchung, über die Abwicklung bis zur Bezahlung. Vorort gab es jede Unterstützung die man brauchte. Sei es die Unterbringung der Koffer während der Mietzeit oder eine Halterung für die Navigation. Alles kein Problem. Sehr professionell, sehr nett und absolut zu empfehlen. Sean Menard from parts/rental made my rental flawless & exceptional, not only that when I made reservations online for a slingshot, I called Eaglerider in Foxboro to make sure everything was all set on my end. Well the person on the phone said that the reservation that I made for the slingshot online wasn't available and told me he was going to talk to his manager and call me back to see what he could do. Within 5 minutes I got a call back and I was told that even though the slingshot that I reserved was already reserved for another customer and they didn't know how that error happened, they were going take care of me and put me into a brand new 2018 slingshot SLR model which is their top of the line one. When I got there the next day sure enough Sean Menard took awesome care of us and gave us a brand new 2018 slingshot SLR that only had 15 miles! Sorry Sean for putting over 400 miles in 24hours, lol. It can't get better than that. I want to thank eaglerider, moms, Sean Menard and all the staff in Foxboro they were all awesome and they can count on me to come back for sure. We had such a great experience there that we are now looking to buy from them. If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would. Thank you again!
Harrison Mattos: I'm from Bellingham Massachusetts. I rented a Polaris Slingshot from moms in Foxboro Massachusetts. The staff is extremely wonderful. They make you feel like part of the family. Explain anything and everything to you extremely helpful. They never leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. On a scale of 0 to 10... I rate them a 10 plus... bill peck: Almosgt everything was very good. The only issue is a staff member didn't explain that you don't need to worry about toll roads because they include a toll/bridge fee automatically. This staff member told us we would be fined if we went through tolls so we avoided them and borrowed a transponder that we didn't need to. So we essentially paid this toll fee *AND* paid for any actual tolls we went through.

Adam was was super helpful over the phone and made sure i would have exactly what I wanted for my next day pickup.Sean handled my pickup and drop off (including a change to my reservation) with no problem at all! Everything was ready and in order for my pickup time. He made sure I was familiar and comfortable with the bike and my helmet.Great ride and overall experience!

Scott went out of his way and let me decide which bike to ride and the price range. More importantly, Scott went out of his way when I decided to buy a mototrcycle and only a day later , had buyers remorse. Scott was kind and thoughtful and extremely caring about me making an over zealous decision. Scott offer me to rent a Chief- Indian Bike for the weekend and see what I might think of making my final purchase of the motorcycle.As I booked the motorcycle for the weekend and had to pick up my bike I met Sean who also was extremely helpful as customer service representative. Sean went out of his to take time for any questions and made my experience without question one of the best times I have rented from Mom's in Foxbrough.Lastly, I did not purchase the bike I wanted for the moment and never felt pressured too. Scott, Sean and Ron the Sales Manger were true professionals. In the near future when I go purchase my motorcycle, I will make sure I buy my bike from Mom's in Foxbrough. The team of professional that help me make my decision and how they treated were great! I would never hesitate to recommend to anyone looking who is looking to purchase, take a lesson, or rent a motorcycle to make their purchase at Mom's Motorcycle in Foxbrough.

It wasn't until I literally had to interrupt someone after an HOUR to tell them I was serious about making a purchase and wasn't just looking around that I got help. Even still, it seems like if your not buying a brand new 18,000+ bike they don't care about you.

Cam Monagle: I’m not one to share bad reviews usually give the benefit of the doubt but this was ridiculous.I get a cold call asking if I’m looking for a bike I say yes I am and say my stipulations.Gentleman on the phone says they have a 2017 RGS 4k miles $16,000. Now obviously I found that fishy but went with it anyways. I set up an appointment at 330pm on Tuesday for 1015am Wednesday and the bike will be “washed and fueled ready for a test drive”Not 10 minutes later I called back with other people listening on speaker phone to confirm the details of this bike because they didn’t believe it either. The gentleman again confirms 4k miles $16,000 2017 RGS.To no surprise, I go in the next day the bike is nowhere to be found but they of course have more expensive, more mile bikes to show me. As soon as the term “bait and switch” got mentioned all of a sudden a RGS with almost 10k miles is located in wholesale warehouse.Truly I was considering purchasing this (paint was beat up pretty good). They weren’t going to warranty it unless I paid an amount somewhere between $199 and $599 otherwise they wouldn’t warranty it. After a while it was obvious they weren’t even serious about selling to me because “they couldn’t warranty it” no matter what.Today, they have the audacity to text me and ask “how did you like the Road Glide Special”Don’t waste your time here.
