Orapan Poomthan: Thank you so much for your support. I have a great experience here. They’re all the best and professional!
NamfonWs: It’s so good to be an apart of Massage Therapy 650 class at Jupiter Beauty Academy. I learned so much in massage techniques and had a chance to massaged on real clients to improve my massage skills. I definitely come back to be one of the clients at Jupiter Beauty Academy in the future.
Katisha moore: I had the best time here, Learned a lot, if you willing to put in the work, Ms Christine and Ms Kim was very knowledgeable and always willing to help you and teach you what is needed, they helped me prepare for the state board exam which helped me passed and now already working in the industry. Carina Wu: Had so much fun at the school and very educational!
Merry Rejouis: This place is very segregated seems like the Blacks are on one end with a black instructor and the Asians are with a separate instructor. There’s no products for black clients and the people are rude . The Asians instructor follows you to the restrooms , She stares at you while you’re getting your hair done through the mirror from the other end of the room. Felt very uncomfortable! She’ll leave her side to come to behind the student that was doing my hair just very weird Energy . The student was very professional, gentle, caring made sure I was comfortable after telling her I felt uncomfortable. The minute I walked in the school the Asian were not welcoming at all. The products are not for black people with textured hair . 5 star to the student an work I hope & pray she hurry up an graduate from this school because this school is not it.
Catherine Luddy: I was HIGHLY disappointed as were a lot of my classmates.
Carlo Lee: If you need to take the massage program , be prepared with some self defense tools like pepper spray in case someone suddenly get mad and put you into unsafe situations! Because some one in the class is very easy to get mad and stubborn.
Jahandar Yueliang: I've been studying massage here for about two and half month. And everyone whether the teachers or students are very kind and patience. I recommend this place.
Yaownit Kawee: good school Easy to teach and has good techniques. I'm so happy
Allen Chery: Trust the process! I promise you they will teach you all you need to know to pass the test, get a job and keep it. Thanks again, all of you!

Blessing Channels Nail Academy: what do users think?
Sam T: I recently graduated from this academy, and I must say I had the greatest experience. I learned so much to help me in my nail career, and stephany was amazing. I can’t thank her enough for her help and knowledge. I will never forget this and I am forever grateful to have participated in it. I live far, but the drive was nothing when it comes to the education I received. Again thank you so much for this once in a lifetime experience, I appreciate it😊

Treasured Hands Nail & Beauty Salon: what do users think?
Danaé Barg: Love this place. I’ll always come back. You can really escape the hustle and bustle of Boylston Street and soak into a relaxing chair and be absolutely pampered. They are consistently the best in Boston hands down! So many choices for gel and dip! Thank you Amenda for making me feel like a princessServices:Pedicure,Body waxing
Juana Rocha: Excellent service
Destiny Robinson (Desii): Great experience! Trish does really nice nails super neat and smooth. Great nail shape I love my setService:Acrylic nails
Kanachi Weli: I never leave reviews, but this place was extremely horrid I was heavily inclined to. I will say the front desk staff was really nice. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to (in terms of service). He kept pushing me to get a pedicure when I told him I didn't have enough time for a full pedicure. I expected a luxury service and was so appalled because they had such good reviews. They didn't clip my cuticule, shape/clip my nails. They charged me $41 dollars for a polish change(they just put nail polish on my toes (nothing else to warrant the steep price) . Don't know what the guys name but he was really bad he spent at most 7 minutes on my nails and was rushing to attend to the next client. The work was sloppy and extremely messy. They didn't clean up the excess polish from my toes. He left midway during my service to start working on the next client with tissues on my feet, my toes still curing, no moisturizer. I wish I could give a 0 star. So annoyed I will probably take it off cause it looks so terrible:( never coming back again
Alexa Derkasch: Had the best experience at Treasured Hands! I’d been a regular at a different salon for 6 years, but decided to take a risk and try somewhere new. So glad that I did! My nail technician was Rubie, and I can’t say enough nice things about her. Aside from her caring and patient demeanor, she is very gentle and pays meticulous attention to detail. I had a French ombré dip manicure and classic pedicure using dazzle polish (first time and impressed by the results - highly recommend for long-wear without having to go the gel route). The environment here is clean and organized and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. A really cool aspect to their salon is that their pedicure chairs have leg supports; which makes it very easy to complete callus removal treatments without having to hold each leg up at a time.P.S. as a long time dip manicure gal, I learned that dip removal DOESN’T have to hurt like fire. The staff here tests the tools and are trained to make the removal process comfortable and painless. Rubie, thank you for the pain-free treatment for the first time in my life.10/10Services:Pedicure,Nail repair,Exfoliation,Nail extensions,Nail cut filing,Manicure,French manicures,Callus removal,Spa services,Dip powder
A Kim: went beyond expectations and provided great service. love the resultService:Acrylic nails
Yvonne Shinn: I love coming here. They are my new go to spot, I specifically get dip here because they don’t dip your finger straight in the jar (along with everyone’s else germs), they pour into a separate container and then dip your finger. Everyone is so kind, they also have a discount if you pay cash.
Margaret Paul: Do not go here. There are no windows, its crowded, and they are so rude.
Maddy Anderson: the staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and my manicure looked great at first glance, but as i left the salon I just noticed more and more flaws with them— the chrome powder (which I paid an extra $20 for) was only really visible on one hand… it’s almost like they ran out of the glitter/chrome halfway through because my left hand had barely any while the right hand had a lot. There was also no shaping done to my nails and instead of using tools to trim/clean up my nail bed and cuticles, my nail tech used her own fingernail to just push back my cuticle (which barely did anything). a lot of the dip was also spilling over from my nails to my skin (aka there was more surface area of dip than surface area of my nail itself). i was waiting to write this review hoping that maybe they would at least last a long time— but nope. it’s been 6 DAYS and my dip manicure that is supposed to last 3-4 weeks is already chipping and coming off. i am rating them a 2 because the staff is so friendly and professional but if i was rating the manicure itself i would give them 0 stars.Services:Manicure,Dip powder
Vasthi Desroches: Today was my first time receiving service here and it won't be my last! Eva is amazing, kind and professional. My nails are neat and perfectly shaped! I love how my service was done with love. Thank you again I'll be back! XOXOServices:Manicure,Pedicure
Bessie King: I found Treasured Hands after searching and trying nail salons across Boston for months, specifically seeking gel overlay to grow my own nails. My first manicure was with "V" then "Tee" and Trish have seen me. From the start I loved the atmosphere of the salon, it's very calm and professional. The service itself is equally great and that's why I've continued to come. My nails always look amazing, they have the latest products, colors and styles, and I come every three weeks or one month because my nails last that long. Of course everyone is different with their nail growth and nail use but I think they would equally last at least 2-3 weeks for others. Definitely give them a try.Services:Manicure,Nail extensions,Polish removal,Dip powder,Nail polish changes,Gel manicures,Pedicure,Nail repair,Nail cut filing
Louisy: I am really satisfied of my nails, thank you Ruby for ur amazing work 3
Zuleyma Lopez: Las ponen muy mal &' se caen ala semana, aparte muy caraaas &' se enojan por la propina... muy mal lugar
Amy Lee: I went to treasured hands salon for my gel manicure before a wedding this weekend. I am very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. I live in nyc and my manicures never look this good. I saw Lan H. Who took great care to make every single nail perfect. Highly recommend!Service:Nail painting
Naomi Robalino: Amazing work for a great price! Will definitely be coming back here
Sindy Ortiz P.: Thanks to them for being able to fit me in las minute. Very nice nail techs, detail oriented and fast. $80 for gel x mani and 42 for pedicure. They have 7% off if you pay in cash. The space was clean and cute, parking may be hard to find. However, poor ventilation, strong smell of all the chemicals. I put a mask on and that helped.
Gretchen Bennett: Hannah was amazing!! Great birthday mani!
Angelica Civilus: Excellent customer service, from the moment I called they were very welcoming. Ruby did a fantastic jobI will go backService:Dip powder
Vene Freysen: All of the technicians are professional, friendly and I’m always impressed by their attention to detail. I’ve tried many different salons across Boston for acrylic and dip and this one is by far my favorite.
Brittany Sawyer: Vi was incredible! She immediately understood exactly what I wanted for my nails and executed perfectly! She is meticulous, efficient and so sweet! Can’t recommend her enough. Tee did my pedicure and she was just as amazing!!Services:Manicure,Pedicure
Tuana P: I went there today and I had the best experience ever. Staff is so lovely and 3 different people worked on me and I appreciate them dearly. Lisa, and i didn’t catch the other names but the person with glasses and hair up, their both amazing. I definitely recommend this place!!! best nails, pedicure i ever gotten. best service ever. You really do get what you pay for. Booking an appointment is very easy too their all amazing people. Thank you to whoever helped me today Great environment- TuanaServices:Pedicure,Gel manicures

Boston's Nails & Spa: what do users think?
Alyissa Li Brown: Love! Only place I go to for my pedicures
w m: emy is the sweetest she did an amazing job and made me feel very welcome and appreciated the staff are all very kind and check-in was extremely fast. this is definitely my new forever nail spotServices:Nail painting,Manicure,Nail designs,Gel manicures,Nail cut filing
Aleksandra Gavazova: I've been going to this salon for years but last weekend I had a TERRIBLE experience. I wanted to give my nails a brake from dip and gel so I got a simple manicure with regular polish but the technician had an attitude and didn't really care and did a TERRIBLE job. The nail polish was patchy, the corners of most of my nails didn't even have nail polish, there were pumps and little air pockets in the nail polish etc.. The service took over and hour and a half for a basic manicure. I literally wanted to cry after that session and on top of that the manger made a scene when I calmly expressed my discomfort with the results and embarrassed the technician in front of every body by loudly declaring that she did a terrible job. Not only that the manager didn't show any empathy whatsoever but ON TOP OF THAT she OVERCHANGED ME, for a simple regular polish manicure I paid $46.............
Dalia Shaker: Terrible experience at this nail salon. The receptionist (curly hair , mestizo lady) was incredibly rude and hostile. When I arrived, she was very unprofessional, dismissive and short-tempered, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially if you are looking for friendly and respectful customer service.
Yara Zraiqat: Always get my nails done here!! Love them. Wendy’s great!Services:Nail art,Nail painting,Nail designs,Nail extensions
Lauren Moore: Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Expensive and dirty inside. Please don’t give these people business.
Kelly Nguyen: Loved how my nails came out, so glad I found this place! Will be back for sure!
Doaa Zamzami: The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional not sure if it was racism or what. I literally was waiting for her to finish with her call so I can ask how long should we wait till we start our appointment because it was at 11:45 and we got pushed. Then she started giving me an attitude of how busy she is and that I should be more considerate huh !!!I’m literally never coming back, on top of her attitude she literally seated someone who had an appointment after me!
Aisha G.: Awful customer service , not very friendly at all. I was reminded of why I stopped coming in the first place . It should feel like a spa experience not like a chore .
Atsede Assayehgen: I came here for the first time in 2021 to get gel x extensions with a simple design and had a good experience. I believe it was Serena who did my nails. She was careful, consulted me along the way, and the nails lasted 4-5 weeks (as they should if done properly). I came again in late October 2022 and the experience was a lot worse. Wendy did my nails and she completely rushed the process after seating me late. She didn't do any cuticle maintenance (a first) and was extremely rough with my nails that there was some pain after. I also asked for a fairly simple design which wasn't done cleanly, when I would ask to fix a line she'd seem annoyed. The nails also only lasted about 2 weeks, so in all a disappointing experience.
Nicole Merced: I love this place! Designs always come out neat and they take their time. Staff is friendly and talented
Ana Dimco: Bryan is absolutely amazing, at both gel x and super talented for nail design. My nails lasted almost 4 weeks with no problem. It’s my new go to nail salon. It’s a bit pricier but with the quality it’s def worth itServices:Nail art,Gel manicures
Ren Lovegood: I’ve had a great few experiences so far. Quick and efficient, even for nail art, and easy to get an appointment. My dip nails have lasted up to 6 weeks when I’ve needed to travel for work or had to skip appointments because of a cold. Highly recommendServices:Nail art,Gel manicures,Pedicure,Dip powder
Monica M Nguyen (Therealmmn): This the bestest nail salon in Boston. Shape is always on point, lots of talented artists, lots of dip colors, lots of gel colors. Professional and efficient. My go to salon! Never disappoints!Services:Polish removal,Exfoliation,Sculpted nails,Nail cut filing,Pedicure,Gel manicures,Kids' manicures,Nail decals,Hand foot massages,French manicures,Men's manicures,Dip powder,Acrylic nails,Manicure,Foot massages,Nail designs,Nail polish changes,Nail repair,Stiletto nails,Spa services,Nail extensions,Waterless pedicures,Nail painting,Synthetic nail removal,Nail art,Callus removal
Caroline Connolly: Expensive & dirty. Paid $75 for the same service I typically pay $50 elsewhere for, nail station was a mess (nail clippings, hair) and not cleaned between sessions. When I asked for a clean towel the nail tech put down a paper napkin over the dirty one. Considered leaving but it was too late at night to fit in an appointment elsewhere and I was in dire need. Nail tech was very kind & did a fine job, but definitely not worthy of a $25 upcharge - unfortunately will not be going back.
saray g: this was my fourth time coming here and will sadly be my last. i went for gel x nails with almond shape, and i came out with straws for nails. he filed the sides of my nails down to my finger. i had felt at the beginning that they were extremely skinny and that they felt tight, but he just said that was normal and kept going. then he asked me if i wanted almond shape and I said yes. when I noticed they were extremely narrow I told him i did not want them filed down so much but he just laughed at me and said that this is how almond shape was. it is literally not. i have gotten them done with other people before there at the same establishment and it has been fine. by the time he told me if i wanted to fix them, they were all already glued and filed, i had another appointment at 2:30 and I could not wait around just for someone to fix a mistake that could have been prevented if he would have listened to me initially. i hate to be picky and i understand that these techs have experience in what theyre doing, but if im paying for a service, then i think it is reasonable for the customer to have a say in how they want their nails to look because now the sides of my fingers feel raw and i have a very preeminent feeling that i constantly have these nails on, which should not happen.i am very disappointed.
Lilly Saunders: I absolutely love this place -- I go every 2/3 weeks to fill in my acrylics and get a nail design. I've had many technicians there and they all pay so much attention to detail, are very accommodating, and are very spot on with nail art. The pricing is expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for, so it's justified. I've attached some of the designs I've gotten below for reference. I love going there and I recommend it to all my friends!!Services:Acrylic nails,Nail art
MaryRose Mazzola: I've been going to Boston's Nails and Spa since early 2016 and won't get my nails done anywhere else now! I've done regular gel, dip, and gel-x manicures and highly recommend them all. The team is so talented - they have been able to replicate every idea I've brought them. My manis last for weeks without any chips or issues. I recently moved out of the city and still travel downtown to get my nails done here.Services:Pedicure,Gel manicures,Dip powder,Nail extensions
Brenna Donovan: I’ve been in here multiple times and highly recommend it to anyone looking for some amazing nail art!Services:Acrylic nails,Nail art
Paris Ramos: I wasn’t told there would be a charge for taking off my nails prier or the amount that would even be I originally wanted ombré but no where on the website it says they don’t do that so I found that out on arrival, I changed the design for a sold color and a small line design on both ring fingers I ended up paying 250 when on the website it said around 150 my nails are not worth that price I was never asked how long I wanted my nails when starting I asked many times for sharp pointed nails I got almonds almost circled at the end of it and tiny short nails it was my first time ever getting gel nails so I didn’t know the process and I also felt I received someone who was still training that’s fine and all but it should be spoken to the client or in the website so we can make the choice because I have friends that come to this shop with amazing nails and only costing them 115 for long nails as well and I just left feeling I got ripped off I still tipped because the woman was really nice we had communication problems but you can tell she was nervous she dropped many items and even ripped her gloves when using the machine also not her fault but the color selection for the gels are so small you really have to pick a color that you probably don’t want in the first place, idk I’m not the happy with my nails or experience nothing was even explained to me the process where I can properly ask the right questions she just always did the next thing giving me no time to say anything and I had full acrylic long dagger nails before with crazy designs and paid so much cheaper I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back here honestlyService:Nail extensions
Lisa Witkowski: This morning, I thought it was the worst thing ever to be from out of town and have to guess based on a few reviews where to go for this kind of service. Now I understand that the worst thing is to live in New York and not be able to get my nails done here more often. Cindy did amazing work on my gel extensions! Such beautiful shaping, such attention to detail. I am in love with my nails. In LOVE!

East Boston Beauty Academy: what do users think?
katherine Laporta: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy hair always looks so beautiful! Amanda and the students do a fabulous job ! Always professional and always a great visit ! 😊
Marisol Roman: Positive:Communication,Professionalism
Ariana Cardenas: First & last time going here. My haircut wasn’t close to what I asked for.
Alexis Maxwell: The people here are so nice!! I came with my class and we all got free makeovers, and everyone was so kind and patient with us. The atmosphere is also lovely, so if you are ever in East Boston and need a makeover, this is the place to go.
Nutmeg: Extremely professional work. Well trained students. Exceptional customer service and very bi-lingual students. Very impressed
Valetina Bustamante: OH MY GOODNESS ELMA!!!!!Where do I even start? Let me start off with saying SHE SAVED MY WEDDING!!!!!I went to Oxigen J. in Orient Heights and got my hair and makeup done by Lina. I was very unsatisfied with Lina's make-up service to say the least. (Go read my review in Yelp for more details)For my wedding I was pushing my mom to go to a hair salon, like me, for her hair and make-up. She wanted the cheap way out and decided to go with East Boston Beauty Academy. When she called she was hooked up with Elma.Elma went to my home in Revere, on a Saturday, and did my mom's hair and make-up. My mom looked so amazing!! She said when she looked in the mirror she couldn't believe how beautiful she looked. My mom's hair & make-up came out so beautiful. Her favorite part was that Elma made her nose look thinner and pointer. (My mom has a really wide nose. lol)I came home from the Salon and almost cried at how beautiful my mom looked. Elma very politely told me I looked very beautiful and offered to put fake lashes on for me. (Lina at Oxigeno J. said I didn't need lashes) Elma was shocked that I had no lashes on and said for my wedding I really should have them.So I sat down for what I thought was only going to be lashes. I noticed Elma was doing more than lashes and I'm not going to lie I was very scared since my face was already very caked. My face was left pale and with painted eyebrows by Lina. Elma had to add highlighter, blush, and eye lashes she even brushed out my eyebrows to make them look more natural. After I looked in the mirror and I was beyond happy with her work. Elma made me look like a princess. I regret not doing everything with her to begin with. She even helped me get dressed!!!! I will forever be grateful for Elma you have no idea. Thanks to her my mom and I were beautiful on my wedding day. Everyone complimented my make up and I made sure to tell them that it was all THANKS TO ELMA!!!!!! I wish there was more I can do then just write a review so if you have any ideas send them my way!If you need hair and make-up for an event call/go to East Boston Beauty Academy and ask for Elma. Hopefully when she graduates the school is willing to share her location or number because she truly is the best! She's the sweetest person I've met!ELMA GRACIAS POR TODO!!!!!! Me salvo mi boda y gracias a usted me sentí como una princesa!!!

Empire Beauty School: what do users think?
Esther Teresinski: First time here and couldn’t recommend more. Molly made sure everything was perfect and consistently checked to make sure she was rolling the rods correctly (I made her do a perm). She was also super friendly the entire time and didn’t chase me out even though I was the last one there!
HisTravelStories: Customer service is bad, previously I was able to book appointments on call and then get there by that time. When I called today, they said that’s stopped now and I can do walk-in till 7pm.I travel all the way after work and then they say they can’t do anything today and asked me to come again tomorrow and check. They could have just told me the same thing on phone, instead of asking me to come and check, or when I reach in person they could have booked a fixed slot for tomorrow. It just felt weird and bad.
keonda fisher: Charlene braided my sons hair, and she did such a great job. She also had patience and great customer service skills. Would recommend a thousand times.
Nunu little: Very Please with the service i love my hair service was very professional a happy and satisfied client also so proud of the work you are doing keep up the good work charlene Ivory ❤️
Jess Margaret: Molly Ranney, Definitely the stylist to visit at empire in Boston before she graduates.Molly even just starting out seemed like she’s been behind the chair for years she was kind talented & most important she listened to what I wanted in a hair cut specifically in the length removed & stuck with exactly i was asking for I was more then satisfied & hope to find her one day working on Nantucket but until then I look forward to going back before she graduates for hopefully some color but definitely worth it & just a great experience overall.
Siddharth Vaghela: It was a wonderful experience. Abigail did a fantastic job with my hair with superb detail. Plus its very cheap.
Colin Mastrocola: My hair stylist was Abigail and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. Service was professional and she was able to accommodate different style changes during my appointment.
lilly pevzer: BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY!!!!’ I came in for highlights and not only was the “stylist” EXTREMELY unprofessional but also got charged more than the posted amount & got BUTCHERED COLOR in the end! Legitimately orange when I asked for dark brown. I’m shook!
Raja Shekar: I had a very good experience here. Charlene was very patient in listening to what I needed. They gave me suggestions on what to do for my hair. Definitely recommended.
Rinki Kundu: I was a little nervous to get my hair done at a salon. My fears were put at ease when Molly expertly brought back health and beauty to my hair. It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by Molly.
Nicole Torres: This place is awesome! Jasmine did a great job on my nails.
Art Chishti: Makita is a careful and meticulos hair specialist. Highly recommend.
Cassandra Lane: Charlene is THE best braider. Super kind and caring. Makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Seriously I love her!!
Diana Watson: Abby was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle and had a lot of great tips on how to manage and take care of my hair. I also had Nyah help with my hair she was amazing great customer service. She’s young and very talented I would love to see more of what she can really do with hair. Like she is full of potential for such a young age. All the artist in the salon were exceptional and all had great advice. I will definitely be back again
evon cairis: I had a young girl named Marissa give me a trim today. She was great. She took plenty of time to make sure that both sides of my long hair were even. She touched up my bangs also I had a great experience with her. You can tell that she loves doing hair.
Jady Moya: Just got my hair done by Makita. She gave me a bob cut and flat iron! It came out beautiful!! Book with Makita!
Aaron Haynes: It was a great experience and Jasmine Clark did a fantastic job on my hair. She was very professional and has amazing skills!!!
amy serpas: Marissa is such a joy to work with. Always professional and attentive to my needs. My blowout is always silky and healthy. Highly recommend her.
James O'Brien: Charlene
Aramis Reyes: This was trully an amazing and exiting experience. I’m glad I let myself be practice towards someone future. Marissa treated me as a friend and I felt right at home.
Vaishnavi Dasari: It would be great if the students get more tools to do the nail art.

Mansfield Beauty Schools: what do users think?
The Life of Superjazz: The instructors are great. Administration is terrible. They only care about profits and will not work with you. Refuses to honor payment plan reflected in handbook and bad mouths loan company to cover for their incompetent laziness. It’s not the fault of prospective students that you had to cut your class size due to covid, you should honor. Attached is a page from their handbook but according to administration they don’t offer nor honor any type of loans.
Lgm Diamonds: Critical:QualityThey yell at people
Mo Gh: Very rude
Barbie King: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
KEMS Com: I interviewed and toured the school then talked to my stylist. My stylest said that if she had it to do over, she would have gone to the most affordable school because they all teach to the test. After when you go to work the salon has you restudy their techniques so it doesn't matter. I would take her advice and go to Mansfield because it is the most affordable in the Boston area.
ashley karlson: I should have wrote this a long time ago. But it's exceptionally true to my nature to be "better late than never". So on my 1 year anniversary of graduating from Mansfield, here it goes...I started my journey with Mansfield when I was 17 years old. I graduated when I was 34. To no fault but that of my own. Life throws curve balls, and I was hit with many.Janice and the staff at Mansfield NEVER gave up on me. I am eternally grateful for their constant support and encouragement to finish the program.I was not an easy student. With the years of experience the staff here has, they had the ability to work with me and help me achieve my dreams.I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for education in cosmetology, especially passing your boards. Cosmetology school is designed for just that, and this is Mansfield's mission.Thank you Janice and Karen for sticking by my side and never giving up on me.
Ellen Brandt: Good Luck on the new Apprentice Program my mother had her hair cut this week students are outstanding the energy in the school is fabulous congratulations!
Kathy Linnane: I've been going here since I was 8, 20+ years. The new staff is so rude. I just went in and the lady smiles at me and says nothing. It's not until 5pm on the button that she comes over to the 5th person to come in and tells him they only have one student so they're only taking these two lady's.I don't mind them only having one student and not being able to take me. But don't keep walking by smiling at me and then not even tell me you're not taking me. PS, I was actually there before the second lady. The first lady held her spot or some nonsense.Doesn't matter tho. With staff that rude, never again.
Daria B: I transferred to this school from another school where I had a terrible experience, so when I can here I had no idea what to expect. I’m happy to say I had the complete opposite experience here. The educators are great, and staff truly cares about their students. I liked that the classes weren’t overcrowded so if I needed help, I didn’t feel ignored or rushed. My classmates were very nice, and the majority of clients are very sweet and have been coming here for a long time. Overall I’m happy with my decision to go here, and to finish my cosmetology education in such a positive environment.
Jennifer Tangusso: This place Absolutely sucks and no one go there and not worth your time Either
Maggie Rosario: I went to this school for about 5 months of my cosmetology education. I will start off by saying that the staff is so unprofessional and unethical. The tools and kit I got was terrible the quality was terrible. I learned quickly I had to put my name on absolutely everything as a lot of my tools were stolen during school. I won’t get too into detail with my story but I recommend you DEFINITELY go in for a tour ask to see the ENTIRE learning facility. Ask you see what you will be receiving in your kit and make your decision based off that. This school was NOT worth my presence as a student or as an individual or my money. I should not have stepped one foot in this school to begin with but I’m happy my career/education took me somewhere much better where I was much happier. My advice is to Know your worth as a student and as a future professional. Go to a school that will suit you and give you the education and tools you need to go as far as you want to go in your career. This is my opinion based on my terrible experience here. You as an individual have the choice and power to pick where your future and profession will lead you. After leaving I transferred into a new school which placed me into a great job. Gave me PLENTY of opportunities education and job wise. Plenty of products and tools to work with.As a GRADUATED cosmetologist I will tell you YOUR education means everything in your career.
Suela Shundi: The worst place ever, specifically the lady with curly hair that seems to arrange things there, was really unprofessional and didn't have the minimun ethic how to treat the customer. I made a phone call a day before to schedule an appointment and they said you can walk in at any time but when I went there around 11, curly hair lady said we are going for lunch break now.... This was the second time bad experience with her there. Lazy and unprofessional people, also dirty place. Definitely I don't recommend it.
Michelle Tong: I asked for the most easiest hair style. One length. The right side came out shorter than the right. The students looked like they had no interest in being there. There was no instructor or teacher to check on there work. It was terrible. The students talked and laughed and made faces the whole time. Girl with blonde hair that was “checking” peoples hair was a joke. She took everything as a joke. The person who cut my hair looked so miserable. Again.. my hair came out soooo uneven.. thank you so much..worst beauty school ever. The place looks dirty too.. you wanna ask why I didn’t just leave? Giving the students a chance was a mistake. If you wanna let students practice and put trust into them go to Toni and Guy! Mansfield is garbage! Thanks for ruining my hair.
Maureen Conley: Don't ever go here for a pedicure...They charge $15.00 for a bucket of cold water while you sit in a corner and have to put your foot on the student's knee for your polish. There is nothing about this filthy place I could say is positive....

Tinailery: what do users think?
Dorothy Loren: I could not have been happier with my experience here! I am used to going to regular nail salons where manicures take 30 minutes, and this was a huuuuuuge upgrade in terms of both time spent with you and end result. Ting Ting is a perfectionist like me and made my nails look gorgeous. I will definitely be back!Service:Manicure
Dolphia Arnstein: It might be the best place to get nails done but one can never book an appt. If they pick up phone, they don’t want to speak and phone has too much static noise to hear. I am texting them almost a week and I still can’t get a appt.
Rebecca Chen: First time after COVID to do my nail. So glad I came here. The environment of the new store is fantastic. Their professional is not to say. The service and technique are top-notch. Though my nails are mini and round, Phoebe helped me make a great pattern. LOVE IT!
Sophia Sun: The best gel manicure with Phoebe! Definitely come here if you want to treat yourself to a high-quality manicure. Phoebe is incredibly detail-oriented and talented. I felt taken care of and pampered! Would definitely come back and recommend.Service:Manicure
S Joseph: Well, I have mixed feelings here. Typically, I would rave about Tinailery. Phoebe, Mia, and Cami are wonderful artists. However, recently I spent nearly $300 on my nails only to be serviced by a tech who said no to all my asks, did what she wanted to do, and the nails fell apart three days later. Currently, I am still waiting for them to make it right given they promised I can get my nails done to my liking at no extra charge.I am still waiting for a call back nearly three weeks laterOn another occasion, I booked a $12 nail fix appointment and was charged a $40 deposit. I canceled the appointment within their allotted time and they failed to give me my refund. When I called to point this out they told me the manager was unavailable and this went on for two weeks. I gave up and considered it a tip.I am not sure if they are worth the heavy cost anymore. I'll update you guys as to whether or not they have honored their word concerning my most recent issue.Update: Once again, Phoebe saved the day. I received an email concerning my complaint aimed at making me the culprit for their poor planning and lack of oversight. However, Phoebe personally text me and offered repair service and delivered. Will I return? Yes, until Boston gets more competitive Japanese nail salons and artists, I have no choice. But, I’ll no longer refer or be extremely generous with my tips. The manager is non existent or responsive and Phoebe (as well as Mia) can’t be held responsible for everything that goes on—it’s unfair to them.
Shrunothra Ambati: Phoebe was amazing! It was my favorite manicure I’ve ever gotten. Love the care and effort she took to make my nails look fantastic
Marcie Londono: I have never had such a beautiful manicure. I wish you would open a spot in Miami. :) Thank you for such a beautiful job.Service:Gel manicures
Carolina M. S.: I love the place and the service!
Adriana Nevers: Wonderful place! I got THE BEST Mani Pedi! So relaxing and great service! My nails look beautiful! Thank you! 👍🏼💅
Yijing Gao: Not durable at all! My three fingers were cut!
Ashley Gehsmann: Just stopped in to have my gel polish removed. Receptionist was so friendly and quick, and the manicurist really took her time. It seems they really take pride in the work done at this salon. My nails look so clean, thanks!
Kay J: Definitely my favorite nail salon in Boston! They take great care into creating flawless manicure and pedicures. My gel manicure usually last 3-4 weeks and I always get compliments on them, especially when I get nail art.
Mary Kate Tracey: Phoebe did an amazing job with my nails! She was so meticulous and it was absolutely worth the time. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for a stunning, high quality manicure!
Barrett Weed: I love this place! Definitely a hidden gem for those of us who love nail art and gel extensions. I ended up back home in Boston due to the pandemic, but normally I live in NYC and get my nails done at a Japanese salon there…Tinailery is the only place I’ve found in Boston where they can do all the really beautiful, meticulous, niche art I’ve been seriously missing. All of the artists are trained in Asia and they’re just on another level. The appointments take TIME- it’s not a normal nail salon- they want everything to be perfect and it will be. The photo attached is extensions with tinted clear gel and gold leaf.Service:Nail art
Elizabeth: Stopped in for a gel mani and spa pedi on a Saturday while on a business trip. They fit me in immediately despite being very busy. Mia did my mani, and was meticulous, gentle, and patient. She checked the length multiple times and made adjustments so that everything was even and straight with no burrs. I don't pamper myself often, but this is the best manicure I have ever received.Candice did my spa pedi and, let's be honest, feet are gross...but some are worse than others. Mine were tired, hurting, calloused, and neglected. I feel so much better now, and my feet look so much happier and more hygienic. All the staff were polite and kind, no cuticle shaming or comments about the condition of my dry hands or calloused heels. Just excellent service and great skill. Facility was clean and nicely decorated. Music was a relaxing mix of chill pop, R&B, with a touch of indie. All prices are clearly posted on the website with time estimates for their services.I highly recommend Tinailery - this was a great experience and I feel thoroughly pampered!
Lisarleth Perez: Best foot massage ever!
Isa Chen: The worst experience ever服務超差
Barbara Gurgel: If you see my reviews you’ll see that I’ve reviewed a lot of nail salons. This place is the best I’ve attended in a really really long time. If you’re looking for a quick 45 min mani this is not the place for you. Be ready to luxuriate for a while as your nail tech meticulously gives you an incredible set of nails. Highly recommend Phoebe.Services:Gel manicures,Manicure
Sae: Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Value
Amanda Tassinari: Clean, friendly, thorough. Best mani pedi I’ve ever had! Worth paying a bit more 100%
Carley Cotter: This is the only place in Boston I'll get my nails done anymore. It's definitely a little more expensive and takes a little longer, but I've never had a more thorough job. The gel lasts so long with no chips and no lifting, generally for me at a faster/cheaper salon the gel will lift after a week. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality manicure.I also love that they have online booking on their website, it's so easy. For nail art I think you generally have to make the appointment in person so they know what to schedule you out for time wise, but I've always been satisfied with the quality of their nail art. They definitely practice quality over quantity, so this won't be the type of place that can do a manicure in 20 minutes on your lunch break. But a perfect treat after work or on the weekends on relax.Services:Pedicure,Nail art,Manicure,Gel manicures

Madeleine Mellen: Everyone is super friendly and put their client first! Love this place!
Chloe Human: Visited the nail salon early on Friday morning and it was not a pleasant experience at all. I had a gel manicure and removal of my old gel. I kept telling the person that was doing my nails that it was burning but they do not speak English and she kept going. The gel nails she put on looks incredibly bad with tons of little dust imbedded into it on top of that I already have chips in my nails barely 24 hours later.
Kayla O’Connell: Great experience every time with Ken! Highly recommend to anyone in the areaServices:Pedicure,Gel manicures
Jess Meylan: Very unfriendly.Worst treatment i EVER had. Not professional at all.
grisandra: $47 for gel removal and gel polish. $15 for a back massage. I loved the massage was great, i also loved my manicure just a littleee pricy though i paid 70
Tiffany Phaneuf: Shaping by Dian exceeded expectations. I'm very particular and took a risk by trying a new place on a whim. Dian was both knowledgeable and skilled, and I'm pleased with the way my nails came out.Service:Dip powder
Lola Akintobi: Services:Pedicure,Dip powder
Penny Zaddack: One of the best dip powder manicures I have ever received. Beautifully done with attention to detail and fantastic customer service.Service:Dip powder
Sulaka Warsame: Staff was nice but my 3 sisters and I booked with a tech for each of us. When we arrived there was only 3 people there and only one knew how to do nail art. I had to wait over an hour while the 3 techs worked on my 3 sisters. One tech had to switch between all of us applying and shaping the acrylics. It seems there is a vast experience difference between all three of them. My sisters and I were underwhelmed with our nails , especially for the price we paid. I also wanted to note that I given different prices between two of the techs. I also want to make note that when removing the nails it seems like they used the unsafe type of acrylic? It was so difficult to get off, wasn't easy to scrape off even after a long soak in acetone and stayed shiny throughout the removal process. Would not recommend to anyone unless they are going for a simple manicure.Reply: reservation was under my sister Sofia’s name and the appointment was Aug 08 for 14:00. I decided to make the review when we decided to take the nails off. I made the review for the right place.Services:Gel manicures,Nail art,Acrylic nails,Manicure
Jariya Iammen: It was a great service I ever got .
Gina Apone: I got dip removal and a regular color change, shape and color turned out lovely. Everyone was very kind and accommodating!Service:Manicure
