Barbara Hall-Siktberg: C and J bus departed with no announcement and bus was not pulled into a bay- so be aware and be pro active!
Steven Pagnani: Nothing has changed here in the last 20yrs. Looks the same like it did back then.
Jethro Ellison: Good
Andrew Kaiko: Never reserve time to eat at the bus terminal right before getting on your bus. None are open. They all moved out. The place looks horribly dirty and smelly and one of the three food and drink dispensers is broken. Awful.

Munajja Tanzim: A very well maintained public transportation hub with almost every sort of facilities available.

Vicky Chase: Beautiful terminal. There's a CVS and plenty of fast food joints. Train, bus or subway connections can be made here.

I would have loved to give them zero stars, but that is not possible.I booked 2 very expensive tickets to go to Canada, but wasn't able to take the trip. The company refused to even partially refund the tickets, to give me a voucher, or to let me change the names on the ticket so that I can at least sell them.Their customer service is ridiculous. I will definitely NEVER buy a ticket from Greyhound again.

Rosie: This station is for Amtrak and buses coming in and out of Boston. I have been to New York a numerous amount of times through this station. It is very well maintained; however, it can sometimes be quite dirty near the tracks. All in all, thank you for the easy access into New York City!

Brian Kim: Worst airport in my 30 years global traveler.1, I have to wait more than 40 minutes inside the plane after landing. Due to the waiting, I missed my connection flight.2. In US, you have claimed luggage and resend it for domestic flight. Most airports do not require you to send your luggage back and go through security check-in again. However, this airport takes more time the transit time because you have to resend luggage and check yourself in again.3. International flight arrived at E terminal, but my Delta is in A terminal. The distance between the two terminals is very far and there is no such thing as a connecting train.4, wow. Big surprise, while I was waiting for my flight at the gate, I saw a mouse passing under the chairs where people were sitting. oh my god.There will never be a transit in Boston in my life. never !!!

Cory Burch: Flight out of Logan not best experience. Some TSA employees were very friendly, but others were not happy about having to be there. Very short tempered and super aggressive. It's not a good look for Boston. I saw fantastic TSA workers in St. Louis and Wichita, but there seemed to be a lot of confusion in Boston. Lanes were opened, then closed, then opened again. Then they closed a big garage door but continued to filter people across lines. Very disorganized, and by the time you got to the X-ray, the workers were very irritated and mumbling. Not a good experience, but I still do appreciate the work they do.

John Hogan: Every weekend.... Terrible. The Sumner tunnel should be worked on after midnight.
Cody Craig: One of the worst airports I’ve ever been to. Absolutely none of the stores in there open when they are supposed to. Horrible customer service. Just awful. Make sure to fly out or in to a different airport if possible.
