Amelia Levine: I have battled psoriasis for about 15 years. I've seen dermatologists, tried all kinds of prescribed medications, every cream and soap that I had heard might help to alleviate it. I had it on my hands for the last five years or so and it was quite painful to wash my hands or even fold clothes. Not to mention also very embarrassing. Susan and I sat down about a year ago. She recommended a Shaklee program that finally did the trick and my life has improved so much! It's no longer embarrassing to shake someone's hand, and I can wash dishes, cook, do laundry, etc. I've also tried Shaklee's cleaners including laundry detergent that I was very happy with. Alexandra Yanoff: I heard about Jillian via the social media grapevine and she seemed so knowledgeable on women’s health and nutrition that I decided to reach out and start working with her. I even tried going to my primary care doctor for help and surprisingly they just wanted to put me on more meds. I struggled with UTI’s, BV infections, bloating, and flare ups of IBS that were all on a roaring schedule. Once I fixed one another would appear I was absolutely lost. After not having my period for years, being diagnosed with PCOS and being told by my doctor I probably wouldn’t be able to ever have a natural cycle I found Prevention Pantry online and figured it was worth a shot. After suffering through other cleanses and detox diets in the past I was worried about what restrictions I’d have to impose on my diet and lifestyle but what I found working with Jillian was the opposite of restriction. After three months I have a regular cycle, clear skin, and regular digestion all while eating and doing the things I enjoy. Katie Oldoerp: I first met Susan in the winter of 2013, when she was teaching a kickboxing class at my gym. Her class was equal parts technical and fun, and I was instantly drawn to her upbeat style and personality. I think I asked her at the end of that class if she could train me!I started training with Susan at her fitness studio shortly thereafter. I had an 18-month-old at the time, and I was looking for help getting back to my pre-baby level of fitness and also keeping my workouts fresh and interesting. We’ve been training together over 6 years, and she still has me learning new tricks every session!!Susan trained me through my pregnancy with my second child (she can do pre and postnatal!), and she helped me ease back into fitness when my daughter was 6 weeks old. She was nearly 13 pounds, so helping me recover my abs after my 2nd c-section was no small feat! When I plateaued with baby weight loss, it was Susan to the rescue again. I could only train so hard at this point, so she set me up with her reboot nutrition program. I lost 7 pounds that week, and I continued to lose after.At some point, my husband got jealous of my fitness level, and we added weekly partner sessions to my weekly individual sessions. We continued training at her studio until Susan moved to Florida, and though there are hundreds (thousands, maybe??) of trainers in Boston, we continued to train with Susan virtually. We couldn’t picture ‘breaking up’ just because of a little distance! This proved invaluable to us when we moved to Germany for a year and could still continue to train with Susan twice a week. We still train together in person when she comes back to visit, but for the most part, we continue our virtual workouts here in Boston.Susan has trained us through babies, injuries, a move abroad (and back), and the general craziness that is life with two small children. She helps keep us accountable with our fitness and always keeps us motivated. At this point, we see her more as a friend who happens to be awesome at keeping us in shape!

She got my body "wedding ready" and I can still to this day do 12+ push ups, something I could never do before.
