Management does an excellent job, particularly to help with your customer service. And for downtown office space you are unlikely to get as much for what you spend anywhere else. You also can easily expand or contract your operations here to a degree that would be impossible elsewhere. Lastly, the manager, Wes, is a genuinely nice guy who will try his best to meet whatever your needs are for space or support. Cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful space--clearly a step up from the Reguses of the world (not knocking Regus, they have their place, it's just not what we wanted), very professional and super friendly staff, convenient to anywhere in the financial district, easy access to public transit. We have no problem recommending IO.
nick: Five years ago, I made the decision to pack up my traditional 2000 sq. foot, leased office and try a different concept altogether – offered by Intelligent Office. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. Now I have unlimited access to first- class facilities and all the high quality services and amenities that I need, at a fraction of the cost that I had been paying. The professional Intelligent Office staff is a pleasure to work with, and in fact, becomes your staff, committed to your success. Before I signed on, I did my due diligence which included conversations with a number of existing members. My experience over the past 5 years has met, and more often than not, exceeded my expectations.

Sarah Lintern: Prior to Workbar I went to WeWork and Workbar is much better. The atmosphere is conducive to working but also having fun with colleagues. Aside from that, they do great added extras and events. Would highly recommend!

Peggy Yu: Really beautiful space with lots of light and floor to ceiling windows. Quick walk from Park Street, Downtown Crossing, and Govnt Center. Love the central location. Finally, on a personal note, we've been in/out of the office and I've depended on Chabelyz, the Community Manager, to keep me updated when I'm looking for important mail. And she does it! I'm so grateful, knowing how much Chabelyz juggles.

Lisa Weber: I've been a member since January and think this is a great space. They offer a variety of memberships including part-time which is perfect for those of us who don't need workspace every day. The atmosphere is very friendly, I'm happy with the amenities, and it's awfully nice to get out of the house but still work close to home.
Jordan Stillman: The Workbar at Downtown Crossing is an excellent co-working space. It's extremely comfortable with very nice amenities. There are different kinds of spaces so you can choose what works best for you. Right in the middle of downtown, the location cannot be beat. And the staff are so kind and helpful! They really work hard to create a sense of community. It's a great place to get stuff done.

Anna P.: Regus was the drop-off address for an urgent package which they were supposed to send via fedex. 3 days after dropping off the package (which I handed directly to an employee) it had not been received at the final location. Apparently, it was never sent out because they said they didn't have the zip code for the client location. If I had known they were so irresponsible as to not have their own client's address I would have just taken it to FedEx myself. To make matters worse, my contact information was on the outer envelope so they could have easily contacted me immediately.
Me Moi: If I could give the office/building management a thousand stars I would! David and his team helped us out when one of their tenants was shipped a massive parcel by accident and we needed it back. The tenant was honest and let us know that she got a package that was not paid for but she did not have time to print the return label, but handed the half open box to the front desk. David worked with me, printed the label, taped the box up and I believe even wrapped it in plastic so it would arrive safely. Amazing kindness and beyond belief the best customer service I have ever come across in my whole life, and I AM a customer service manager. Thank you so much!!!!

We regularly use the conference room meeting space for team & all-employee meetings and the office space for smaller collaboration meetings. Chris Welch and the front office team at 10 PO Square are professional, responsive and very accommodating. It is an excellent experience all the way around.

n kontos: Have been here two years and love it. Run a busy psychotherapy practice, and it is a perfect set-up and location for that. Carr Workplace in Boston is well-appointed and managed by a highly professional staff who are friendly, warm and responsive. They are available to take care of anything I need. My particular office overlooks Post Office Square park and garden. plenty of conference room space is available. WiFi, printer, copier all set up. The kitchen is the nicest I’ve seen in a shared space setting. Coffee, tea, etc free. Fresh, fruit infused water provided daily. Weekly cookies as a treat for everyone. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with personal amenities. People who work here are all professionals who are respectful and kind. I would highly recommend Carr to any professional looking for a great office or suite of offices.

Chael Christopher: We have been OE members for almost 5 years. The accommodations are great, and Seani the office manager has been terrific. The location is excellent (close to the Burlington Mall) and we can walk to Starbucks.

Their conference rooms were clean, ready to use and the projector came in handy when diagraming set designs with the whiteboard. This is a far superior option to working at home with many distractions. I can come to Office Evolution Burlington and get right to work with zero interruptions. Another priceless feature is the staff. Mary Gould is the Business Center Manager and she is fantastic! She offered me several options and I chose the perfect private office with a beautiful desk and comfortable chair. The owner, Jerry, has been very welcoming and helpful too. I looked at Regus before coming here but it was overpriced and the office space was too small for my needs. i highly recommend Office Evolution to anyone looking for a private or shared office space solution!

Michelle Lee: I've gone to four or five WeWorks, but this is undoubtedly my favorite, and the kind and understanding worker Owen is a huge reason why! Along with the beautiful views from wide windows and high perspectives, Owen and this location helped provide a whiteboard, Kanes donuts, Peroni beer, amazing cold brew and scissors. The kitchen spot's so clean, couches come with blankets, music isn't too loud, and again, the team here is unparalleled and Owen's the best leader!! Wish I could give Owen and this place six not just five stars!!
Robert Coe: Booked a meeting room with 8 people. No access to the women’s room or to the kitchen without also paying for a desk booking and having to share a keycard.
Daniel Bryant: This is one of the better WeWorks I've recently been to, with good spaces, friendly staff, functioning keycard access, all of the drink/food facilities etc.With four floors, I never struggled to find a desk or phone booth. The WiFi was solid and there was plenty of power points
