Neil Bhattacharyya, M.D.: what do users think?
Laura: Dr. Bhattacharyya is the BEST ENT! He fixed my deviated septum 9 years ago. At my appointment to discuss surgery I told Dr. B. I was afraid to have my nose packed after surgery because I'm a little claustrophic. Dr. B listened to my concerns and found a way to make me more comfortable by using splints instead of packing material. Other doctors I had seen prior to Dr. B. just said sorry, packing is how it needs to be done! Dr. B came to me highly recommended and he didn't disappoint! He not only listens to his patients and explains things in a way that I can understand but also is always so prepared for his patients. I love that he prepares for my appointment by reading my chart reports from my other doctors so he actually knows everything that's going on with me. I feel that is an important piece to treating the whole person! Thanks, Dr. Bhattacharrya, you are the BEST and I have recommended you more than once to friends and family!
Davis Smith: After spending two decades trying to treat my chronic sinus issues unsuccessfully, Dr. B has provided by FAR the best & most thorough care I've received in my life. After getting an Endoscopic Septoplasty with Dr. B, my life has completely changed. I have more energy, mental clarity, my breathing has improved, my sleeping has improved, and I haven't had one sinus infection after consistently having at minimum 4 debilitating infections per year.Beyond a successful surgery, Dr. B provides fantastic follow up care. His attention to detail in ensuring a successful longterm outcome is second to none. He truly cares about his patients and is extraordinarily knowledgeable.I HIGHLY recommend Dr. B to anyone struggling with their sinuses, truly lifechanging.
Timothy Bogomolov: Dr. Bhattacharyya was absolutely amazing. I went to multiple doctors who didn't even compare to his analysis. He was so knowledgeable and clear. He laid our exactly what was going on and what I needed done. All the nurses told me he was the absolute best and so did my friends who went to him. My breathing is perfect now. Seriously changed my life - Thank you Dr. Bhattacharyya!
Jim Williams: he seemed thorough, getting a complete history and explaining the issues clearly. After reading his session notes in the portal, my original review needs to be updated. "Thorough" was an understatement. Everything we discussed (both sides of the conversation) were accurately covered in detail. I don't think I have ever felt this sense of being listened to in an initial consult by a physician.
Rob Roy: Dr Bhattacharyya is fantastic. I have suffered for most of my adult life with sinus infections. Allergies and head colds always turned into major infections. The end of 2021 I started working with Dr B. In January of 2022 he performed surgery on my sinuses. The one-day (morning) surgery went exactly as Dr B had predicted. I was home that night and followed Dr B’s strategy for post-op care. It’s been six months and NO sinus infections. Even visited grandchildren (who I alway picked up their common colds), and I didn’t even get sick! Dr Bhattacharyya is a treasure! I wish I’d had him help me 40 years ago.
Tracey Roman: I am writing this today in tears (happy and grateful!) in hopes of helping, even one person, find relief for their sinus issues from the best ENT anyone could hope to find. I first went to Dr. Bhattacharyya in tears (sad and frustrated), practically begging him for help and he has absolutely come through. My story is that I had been seeing a different ENT who had operated on me twice in 18 years. After the second surgery, I began having infection after infection for almost a year and a half. The doctor had no ideas why and just kept prescribing me antibiotics. About a week after finishing a prescription, I would start coming down with another. The doctor called me a "medical mystery". Dr. Bhattacharyya immediately knew where to begin to help me. He set up a regimen with the nasal rinse that included a compound antibiotic and an anti inflammatory liquid. He clearly set my expectations that it may take a while for me to feel totally better, and there was a possibility of more surgery. But, he let me know that he was in this with me. I saw him every six weeks, and then every three months as I improved. At my last appointment, he upped me to four months and was thrilled with my progress. I cannot begin to express the difference Dr. Bhattacharyya has made in my quality of life. His skills and technology are the most up to date. In addition, he is kind and a good listener. He explains everything thoroughly and answers all my questions. I told him that he was my hero!
Michael McFarland: I did a septoplasty to improve my breathing, particularly at night. Now my breathing is much, much worse. I can barely pass air through one of my nostrils. Yet in the post-surgery appointment, he claimed success and said it was so much better. This was incredibly insulting as I'm now struggling to breathe every day. I will have to have another surgery because of this guy.Beware of fake reviews -- there are some likely fake 5-star reviews about him. He knows how to pump up his review scores. Another ENT who knew him earlier in his career said that he is not a very good surgeon. Wish I had known.
E T: I went to Dr. Bhattacharyya for a second opinion after having severe side effects after my surgery. I wish he was my original surgeon. Dr. Bhattacharyya could actually explain my symptoms in detail and why I was feeling the way I did. My original surgeon could not. I would trust this guy on any sinus issues.
Mike Y: The care and professionalism provided, supported by his years of experience and knowledge place Dr. Bhattacharyya in my Physicians Hall of Fame. Having experienced the best and worst of medical care throughout my life, I recognize excellence. Excellence measured by time spent in listening, diagnosing the condition, conversing in an understandable manner while providing possible solutions and treatment, and in demonstrating genuine concern for a patient's well being. If these were boxes, Dr. Bhattacharyya would have each of them checked. Also comforting is knowing that this is not an anomaly, as my experience with Dr. Bhattacharyya spans a period of years. Having confidence in a relationship is critical to its success, especially when that relationship impacts one's health and quality of life. My confidence, expressed in 5 stars, is simply the sum of the skills of a physician who is one of the best in his area of expertise, and the caring he clearly demonstrates.
Ronald Cooper: He's the best. Caring, Considerate, Responsive, and Smart. Can't beat that combination.
Joy Nightingale: I strongly recommend Dr. Bhattacharyya to anyone in need of sinus surgery. After being referred to him by my community ENT (who preferred I seek more specialized care) I was able to obtain an appointment within a month. The office is run very smoothly and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. As for the doctor himself, he is highly professional. He was patient, clearly communicative and reassuring during my preop visit. Surgery was uneventful (the best kind!) and many of the staff at the surgery center made a point to say complimentary things about Dr, Bhattacharyya to me. I had very little postop pain, no complications and my preop symptoms have resolved entirely. Despite my positive outcome Dr. Bhattacharyya still has a plan to follow up with me regularly to be sure my sinus remains clear. I am very appreciative to him and recommend him strongly and without reservation.
Louis Petrella: Doctor Neil Bhattacharyya is the definition of professionalism. He was able to assist me with a severe deviated septum. I would highly recommended him to anyone seeking to have this procedure performed.
Criss Quigley: This is a rather overdue review, but I was looking up Dr. Bhattacharyya's contact information to recommend him to someone, and realized I had never written a review, and I wanted to rectify that because it was from reading reviews that I decided to see Dr. Bhattacharyya. A couple of years ago my sinus was severely infected as a complication of dental surgery which, in spite of my insistence that something was wrong, had been missed by my dentist and allowed to fester for months. By the time I saw Dr. Bhattacharyya I was not only in pain, but stressed and lacking trust in medical practitioners as a result of my experience. I made an appointment to see Dr. Bhattacharyya for a second opinion, but after meeting with him, both my daughter (who accompanied me) and I felt that we wanted him to perform the surgery, even though it meant traveling to Boston from Western Mass. During my appointment, Dr. Bhattacharyya took the time to answer all of my questions, patiently and thoroughly, and gave us a sense of confidence in his abilities. This feeling of confidence and of being listened to was extremely important because of the negative experience I'd had with my oral surgery. The surgery went well, I experienced very little pain post-surgery, and I healed surprisingly quickly. Though I am still having issues at the dental site, I've experienced no further sinus problems. I'm very grateful to Dr. Bhattacharyya for his skill and kindness (and have just recommended him highly to my daughter's partner who has sinus problems.) I would also like to mention that during the span of months when I saw Dr. Bhattacharyya for surgery and follow-ups, I had several occasions to speak with two pleasant, conscientious assistants whom I never met (one was named Susan, I believe), who also were knowledgeable and great with follow-up, making contacting the office a stress-free experience.
Nichole Holmes: I have been seeing Dr. Bhattacharyya for almost a year now. I had a failed sinus surgery with a provider at my local hospital, then went for a 2nd opinion with another doctor at Mass Eye and Ear and had another awful experience. So I did my research and found Dr. Bhattacharyya, I'm so happy I did! He and his team are amazing to say the least! He is always on time, takes the time to listen to what I have to say and explains things to me so I understand. He truly cares and is great at what he does. He did a sinus revision surgery on me in June and it went great and relieved my pain. I still follow with him closely and will eventually need another corrective procedure. I should add that I am a nurse and have worked in healthcare for 17 years as well as have taken care of multiple family members. With that being said I have worked with a lot of healthcare providers and Dr. Bhattacharyya is truly one of the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT!
Harvey Gershman: I have had previous ENT doctors that treated me on a lower level than Dr, Bhattacharyya. The doictor is a very thoughtful physician and treated me with respect and kindness.
cindy: Dr Bhattacharyya is the absolute best doctor! He is incredibly thorough and explains his findings in detail. His bedside manner is very kind. He performed sinus surgery on me with perfection along with addressing other minor nasal issues of mine over the years. His follow up is commendable. If you can get an appt with Dr B., he is the one to use.
Christein Gerges: Now I can smell better than before , My nose always blocked before surgery but now my life getting better and I can breathe from my Nose I highly recommended
Frank Stone: Amazing Dr, thorough and knowledgeable on the right approach for different challenges with sinusitis. Surgery performed by Dr B 5 yrs ago changed my quality of life for the better! No more daily headaches and struggle to breath! Now, Dr Bhattacharyya is managing my chronic sinusitis with a solid regiment. I can finally smell many items, first time in my life past 2 yrs. Polyp free and rolling!Personable. On time and the Best in class!!!Thank you!F Stone NH
Anon Anonymous: Dr. Bhattacharyya saved my nose and breathing. I was in bad shape with polyps and a deviated septum. Other doctors said my case was too severe for them so they sent me to him. He FIXED me. My husband and I have recommended him to many of our friends.Best of Boston!

Dr. Laura A. Goguen, MD: what do users think?
Robert Bibby: Dr Goguen and her team were awesome got both my thyroids removed plus tumors on both sides of my neck iI would recommend her for that type of sugery whn i Was recovering her team and the nurses took very good care of me
David Evans: Doctor Goguen recently performed a marginal mandiblectomy on me to treat a dangerous case of developing oral cancer that had not responded to immunotherapy. I cannot say enough about her extraordinary competence and the quality of her care. She clearly and sensitively explained the implications of my condition, treatment options, and surgery expectations. I recovered quickly from the procedure and received excellent postoperative attention. My enthusiastic endorsement of Doctor Goguen is also, in large measure, attributable to her having patiently kept my daughter (and principal caregiver) apprised about my recovery, mood, and postoperative requirements. Praying that it won’t be necessary, I would happily consult with Doctor Goguen about any future surgical needs. She is a tribute to her profession and the high quality of care provided at BWH and Dana Farber. They are lucky to have her!
Tracey Goldstein: Dr. Goguen is an extremely skilled surgeon. She took out my thyroid as well as many lymph nodes, she is warm and caring and I am grateful to have had her as my surgeon.
John Sullivan: Dr. Goguen is the best surgean i have ever met. She is caring, kind, truthful and talented medically. She was in control of my surgery from the first meeting until I was discharged a couple of days after. If you are having surgery of the thyroid or neck area, there is nobody more knowledgable then her. She saved my life. I am forever grateful. 5 giant stars.
Lynn Bohne: Doctor Laura Goguen, is a gifted, and proficiently skilled Head and Neck Surgeon. Her approach was careful, focused, skilled and detailed. Her critical review of several ordered (and transferred tests), allowed her to prepare, anticipate and design the best surgical approach and intervention for my neck mass.Dr. Goguen was kind and personable. She explained everything in terminology that I could understand, and was open to answering any questions I had. She was exceedingly responsive and supportive with regards to my fears and anxiety which was a comfort throughout the process.I would recommend Dr. Goguen to anyone in need of complicated Head and Neck surgery. You'll be in Excellent hands!!Lynn Bohne
Robert Conway: After an inconclusive fine needle aspiration of my thyroid, Dr. Goguen performed surgery to remove half of my thyroid. Unfortunately it was cancerous, and three weeks later she removed the other half. Both surgeries were done with amazing technical finesse. I never had any issues with my voice or with swallowing. Recovery was so smooth. She is compassionate, listens, answers all questions, and gave me tremendous confidence in the quality of my care.
Violeta Shkurti: What an amazing very talented surgeon and caring doctorI did have recently a neck dissection surgery being performed by Dr Laura Goguen and her team. I am very impressed with the whole process , before, during and after surgery results and care.I have a big Thank You for her and the team. Thank you very much.
Ed St. John III: My wife, Pam, saw Dr. Goguen for a parotidectomy last week. We found her to be very informative, knowledgeable, and professional. She never made us feel rushed. She explained the procedure very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend her without reservation.
Kamil Alachi: Dr. Laura Goguen performed a full Thyroidectomy on me, about 3 weeks ago! Within hours after the surgery, I was up and walking around, eating and feeling great! By the next day, the only feeling I had was like a sore throat that went away within a few days! Within only 3 weeks, my scar is fading away fast, and those who’ve had the same procedure done, including my endocrinologist, have given compliments to her clean work and excellent procedure she has done! My experience with Dr. Goguen from the moment I met her, through the operation and follow up visits have been easy and very informative. She takes her time to explain in easy language and answers any questions you have! Her staff; especially her NP, are phenomenal to work with as well! What made me chose Dr. Goguen is her educational background, and the fact that she is still a current professor at Harvard Medical. Knowing that she was up to date on the latest changes in her field and best techniques in performing a surgery were important factors, that only a practicing surgeon and professor can have! Very glad I chose to work with her!
Erica Pepe: I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, and Dr. Goguen did a complete thyroidectomy. She did an excellent job and everything turned out great.
Cha-Cha ADV-health promo: Dr. Goguen is an excellent thyroid cancer surgeon and an active listener. She answers all questions no matter how insignificant it might seems. I got the best care from the best surgeon in the world!! I am writing to thank the entire team at Dr. Goguen's for their exceptional care. Thank you.
Steve Husson: Amazing surgeon!
Paul McGarty: I can now breath because of Dr Goguen. Never could fully breath through my nose until Dr Goguen's excellent Septoplasty procedure took place. I had barely any pain during the days that followed my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Goguen to anyone!
Kyle “SL” Li: Dr. Goguen performed surgery on me in September, 2018. She was very efficient and experienced. I was fully satisfied with her care.
paul mooney: I was recently diagnosed with tongue cancer. I went to Dana Farber and met with Dr Goguen and her team. She explained what this disease was all about and what needed to be done. I felt an immediate trust for Dr. Goguen and was rewarded as she performed a difficult procedure that resulted in the eradication of the cancer from my body. I highly recommend Dr. Goguen as she demonstrated to me that she is tops in her field.
Frank Sherman: Had a squamous cell tumor removed from my lower lip. Dr. Goguen took an inch of my lip and you can’t even tell. She did an amazing job. Could not have had a better team Dana Farber, Dr. Goguen, Brigham and Women’s now cancer free. God bless you all.
Larry Lauze: Dr. Goguen is a compassionate, knowledgeable and confident surgeon. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of salivary gland cancer. She was very clear in her explanation of the recommended surgery and what I could expect during recovery. Thoroughly explained the risks associated with this type of cancer and the complications associated with the area being operated on. I considered myself very fortunate to have her as my surgeon and would recommend her to future patients.
Ann Kane: Dr Goguen is an exceptional doctor. She is thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. She has been my father’s doctor for about three years. Each appointment she listens and addresses all of his concerns even when they aren't related to cancer. Her recommendations have improved his overall health and we are thankful for her care.
J.J. Cunis: I was sent to Dana Faber to be evaluated for oral cancer by my dentists. I met with Dr. Goguen. A biopsy reveal I indeed had cancer. I'm not well versed in the medical jargon surrounding my diagnosis. Suffice it to say I needed a lesion and surrounding area on my tongue removed and a couple of lymph nodes removed. then radiation and chemo.I was scared and imagined the worst. Dr. Goguen was able to ease those fears with her confidence, knowledge, command of the situation, and her ability to map out for me exactly what to expect and when. Then there is her skill as a surgeon.Throughout the course of the treatment if I had a problem, and it was mentioned - it seemed to disappear with no indication of how. I think I know how/who. She does get things done.I've been cancer free now coming up on two years(knock on wood). Things have turned out better than I could have ever imagined thanks to Dr. Goguen and the staff at Dana Farber/BWH. I consider myself lucky to have found her.
Steve Burrer: Excellent Dr. She is very thorough and explores all possible directions to determine best plan for the patient. Would very highly recommend for anyone with a thyroid problem. Thank you very much Dr. Goguen.
Cheyenne A: She did amazing. Thank you again Dr Goguen!

Benjamin S. Bleier, M.D.: what do users think?
Jay Flynn: Based on my experience, Dr. Bleier is the gold standard for Sinus surgery, and for his guidance during my recovery and after. As a result, I'm now sleeping better than ever, and have consistently good energy. His support staff are just as competent and responsive in person and over the phone. I'm fortunate to have had this team at my back. Thanks!
Miguel Mejia: Excelente servicio puntuales amables y cortesía
Alyssa Storm: The sinus surgery/septoplasty he recommended and performed to help my sinusitis gave me a saddle nose deformity. I think he should cover the cost of fixing the damage he did to the cartilage in my septum.
Jeffrey Ogilvie: Dr. Bleier completely repaired my sinus problem that had been an issue for many years. He is a great surgeon and also a kind and thoughtful man.
brenda marsh: Dr Bleier was very professional and caring. Explained everything clearly and did not feel rushed. Would definitely recommend him.
Chris Cothran: I had sinus surgery almost exactly a year ago. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think how much better my quality of life is because of the good work that Dr. Bleier and his team (Shout out Kristen, Lizzy (sp?) and the office staff) have done for me. Transformative. Thank you so much.
Angela K: Dr. Bleier is the best Sinus doctor and surgeon I have seen. He has provided a level of care that is above and beyond. He is very skilled in his profession. Also he listens and answers questions, and he cares about his patients.
Margaret Drake: The secretary was very professional and helpful.I was taken in by the PA to do a quick summary of my complaint and the doctor was prompt with the diagnosis. Was contacted. Within 24 hours with CT scan result and now awaiting a surgery date.
Robert Levine: He is the best
kondo fofana: Dr Bleier was very prompt and precise diagnosing my issues in less than 30 minutes , for a stuffy nose that i was struggling with for the past 6 months .Trust me i have seen an ENT in RI that was not able to let me know whati ammy issue was after ct scan of my sinuses and endoscopy .Thank you very much to Dr Bleier and his team for the great job they have done giving me back a clear way of breathing . I am in my second week of recovering and i am very pleased with the result .
Mark Buchholz: Dr Bleier has been my primary ENT for the last 3 years. He performed surgery to remove some polyps and has been helping me to manage and monitor my recovery and health ever since. I have found him thorough and knowledgeable and a great resource for treating my sinus issues. I would highly recommend him.
Debra Wright Stay: Vetting new doctors is necessary but not something I look forward to doing. Dr. Bleier and his staff were professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like a number and felt like they not only listened but they understood what my concerns were and addressed them perfectly.
Andy Dupuis: He and his staff are the best. Could not breath thru my nose years, they did an unbelieveable job helping me.
Christopher Manners: Dr. Bleier did an amazing job with my sinuses. I must admit I was nervous before our scheduled surgery, but Dr. Bleier did an amazing job and I was able to breathe normally in less than a week. I highly recommend his expertise.
Carrie Rendall: Dr. Bleier is patient, honest, and a skilled surgeon. He was able to help me with my chronic sinusitis when I had been turned away by other renown ENTs. I now have a better quality of life than I’d had in years. He’s a lifesaver! And I’m a nurse practitioner myself so I’m picky about who I see.
Ajit B: I had my septoplasty for deviated septum performed by Dr. Benjamin Bleier on Friday, Dec 27, 2019. I saw him about a month before my surgery for second opinion. He had good credentials, good reviews, was practicing at Mass Eye and Ear, as well as accepting new patients, which met my criteria. Dr. Bleier's office was very professional and thorough. There was a prep call before the surgery and they went through all the details. On the day of the surgery, I waited only a short while and my surgery happened promptly, in fact an hour before the estimated time. The nurses, anesthesiologists, etc. were all good. Dr. Bleier came and checked on me before the surgery. I received my injections for anesthesia just before 2 pm, which knocked me off in a minute or so. I woke up around 5 pm. I was satisfied with the pre-op care and instructions. First 36 hours or so there is lot of discomfort. I took full 3000 my of Tynelol spread in 3-4 doses per 24 hours. I was hoping to not take Ocycodone, but ended up taking 5 tablets as had lot of pain. My teeth were numb too, which is expected. Two nurses checked on me on Monday. Today (Jan 2, 2020) I went to see Dr. Bleier and he removed the splints and cleaned up the nasal area. All is looking good and I am feeling great. I have to keep rinsing my nose for about 2 months. Another week of no exercise and then I can resume my normal activities. I highly recommend Dr. Bleier and Mass Eye and Ear. Happy breathing!
D Reidy: Recently had sinus surgery, Dr. Bleier and his staff were phenomenal,pre-op and post-op was a breeze with such professionals guiding you through the process, great job, great Doctor with a great staff to assist.Looking forward to a healthier future thanks to all!
Matt Joslin: Dr Bleier is a great doctor!!
Cathy Jin: amazing doctor would recommend to everyone!!!!
Ronald Fraser: I recently had nasal surgery with Dr. Bleier to correct a deviated septum. From the moment I arrived at Mass Eye and Ear, I was treated like I was the most important patient ever to walk into the hospital. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, provided with vital information, listened to my questions and concerns, and helped aid in my recovery. I've been contacted several times post-surgery to check on my health and if I had any additional concerns. I could not have selected a better Doctor or staff to put my trust into. Thank you, all!!!
Qudratullah Jahid: Dr. Bleier and his team are highly skilled and caring. I had my septoplasty done by Dr. Bleier and am feeling great now! I am so thankful to them.

Pediatric Otolaryngology | MassGeneral Hospital for Children: what do users think?
Ashley Cherry: My son recently had tubes put in. He's 7, non verbal ASD. I asked for an early time because of his disability. They said he would not be able to get an early time because of his age,7. She said they go by age not ability! I explained has the understanding of a 1yr old. I was extremely 😞 how they considered his ability. He waited until 3:20 w/o breakfast or lunch, was extremely cranky and had to sedatate him with a needle then gas because he was so upset. A 15min procedure and we didn't leave the hospital until after 9pm because he had trouble waking up from sadation. I did the procedure because something was stuck in his ear and it needed to come out asap. However I am looking to switch ENT. Not an autism friendly hospital.
eric Spencer: Don't waste your time here. If you don't have good insurance. Nothing will come from your visit. Went to the ENT. Because my nose constantly bled. But because my insurance isn't great. They basically didn't care and told me I'm "fine" because blood coming out of a person is normal to these poor excuse for doctors. Turned out there was a legit huge parasite in my nose I had to get out MYSELF!!! There is no way they didn't see all the blood in my nose. Don't trust these ENTs. Go somewhere else.
Samantha Elizabeth: I can never get someone to answer the phones .. been on the phone for hours and called back a few times ..
Syed Hayat: Best hospital my doctor best santos Felipe MD

Arnold Lee, MD: what do users think?
Hilary Filkins: In December of 2021 I had rhinoplasty strictly for aesthetic purposes, and the doctor severely botched my nose. She put a ridiculous amount of cartilage grafts all over the place, my nose was crooked/I had two different profiles, it hooked to one side, and I developed a deviated septum, nasal valve stenosis, swollen turbinates, and had massive amounts of pain in the bridge and tip of my nose. I had NONE of the aforementioned issues prior to surgery. I was miserable because of the way my nose looked and the pain was unbearable. Over the course of the year, I went to 6 different doctors in Massachusetts (and even two out of state), and I heard Dr. Arnold Lee was one of the best around for corrective surgery. I made an appointment and both him and his staff were AMAZING. They were kind, compassionate, and listened to my concerns. I ended up booking my surgery with Dr. Lee and had the procedure last week. The entire experience was one of the most pleasant surgical experiences I’ve EVER had. Everyone took care of me, and Dr. Lee completely fixed my nose. I have zero pain and all my issues are resolved. I say this with tears in my eyes: I am BEYOND GRATEFUL for him!!! Thank you, Dr. Lee!!!!
Tyz lifestyle508: Worst Sergent Don't wast your time an trust this arrogant Guy. He nd his Staff performed Nasal reconstruction endo Rhinoplasty and endo septoplasty the only good was the anesthesiologist room was professional, bedside manner and honesty was on point. Months later Im not happy with the results, my nose is still broken ,my nasal and breathing has not gotten better and my septum is deviated more than before the surgery and I have had a hand full of nose bleeds accure which I had surgery for 12 years ago for. With all the doubt I went to see another surgent closer to home than Boston nd come to find out DR.LEE didn't do the operation Right as I expected. Dr. Lee lies about his procedures and says cocky arrogant things to clients. He had the audacity to tell me at my post op appointment that ' I can live with my nose being worst it's not like its my heart i have to wear masks any way.
Stephanie Horn: Dr. Arnold Lee at Tufts is by far the best surgeon in US. He is AMAZING!! I initially went to Mass Eye and Ear for a deviated septum, I ended up with breathing complications and a hook at the end of my nose from the surgeon.I found Dr. Lee to perform the corrective surgery. He was not only patient and kind, he executed a perfect and precise corrective surgery to my nose. Corrective surgery can be extremely difficult and he completed the surgery with the upmost care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I now breathe perfectly and my nose no longer has a hook - my nose is how it was before the surgery! It was a miracle! Dr. Arnold Lee is truly and sincerely the best doctor and plastic surgeon I have ever met.I then went back six years later to have something removed from my leg, and again - Dr. Arnold Lee was patient, precise, and performed the removal perfectly. He is a leading Doctor and Surgeon in his field, and has all 5 star reviews (there is a reason - he is AMAZING, a wonderful wonderful person and doctor). Thank you Dr. Arnold Lee - you are wonderful! Thank you for everything you do! My review is 6 years over due, but this just shows Dr. Lee's dedication in his field - six years later and I have NO complications, my nose is perfect! Thank you Dr. Arnold Lee!
T T: Highly recommended
Alan: Broke my nose playing pick up basketball :(Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Lee and his staff. He’s a pro and would highly recommend.

Boston ENT Associates: Dr. William P. Innis, MD: what do users think?
B May: I loved the doctor i got. Very professional confident & really helped me.
Cheryl Dittrich: I was referred to Boston ENT for what turned out to be a deviated septum. I found all of the staff there courteous and helpful. Dr. Innis was patient, informative and easy to talk to. Was very clear about what I needed and what to expect. As it turns out I needed surgery. It all went better than I expected. No bruising, no need for splints. (not sure if that’s the case for everyone, just my experience and my deviation was significant). The office provides excellent support. I received check in calls every day. They answered my questions and provided helpful, useful advice. Though recovery is very unpleasant, on my fourth day post surgery I was actually able to walk my dog.Excellent practice. I recommend to anyone who needs an ent.

Rauch Steven D MD: what do users think?
N S: I have so much respect for Dr.Rauch. He is one of the best doctors that I have met in my life. He may not look super personal when you first meet him but if you pay attention to his words then you can tell that he has a warm, gentle and caring heart for his patients. I am definitely on the anxious side with medical appointments and results. Dr. Rauch has been clear, supportive, and observant. He may not express everything with words but he pays close attention to the key details and he notices your worries and concerns, then he does his best to address them for you, patiently and clearly. It is no doubt that his credentials are impeccable, but what's more precious to me is his spirit, he is a beautiful human. Thank you, Dr. Rauch.
Melissa: I've seen Dr. Rauch for many years for treatment and assistance with Meniere's. He is fantastic. He has helped me manage my symptoms, hearing loss, and acute attacks. He listens to me as a patient and cares. I've seen many doctors over the years for Meniere's and he is the only one who has demonstrated that he really understands the disease and can propose appropriate treatment. It is a relief to know I have a trusted professional to help me.
Cathy Lemelin: Dr. Rauch is an amazing Doctor. He treats you like a human being and understands your needs. I suffer from Meniere's Disease and was having drop attacks, vertigo, etc. He treated me like I was not disabled and helped me rid myself of the drop attacks. I highly recommend him. His entire staff is amazing.
Toni C: Went to Dr. Rauch as a referral after suffering with vestibular migraine and balance disorder for over 4 years. I have seen 3 specialists and have been working with my own Neurologist and ENT already. He had an intern or resident with him, told me his name but failed to tell me what he was and the purpose of him being there, which I thought was odd. Throughout the appointment it was very apparent that he did not prepare and read my records that I had worked months prior to ensure were sent over ahead of time for this appointment. I was at the point of needing the next level of help with my condition as just managing things with conservative care was not working and I had tried several medications with no luck. He was very rude and dismissive towards me throughout the appointment. He talked to me as if he was lecturing me as a student. He gave me paperwork on managing my triggers and started going through a list and when I told him I already have done this he told me to just let him finish the list in a short voice. Then said this is all he has for me and he can do no more to help. I tried to ask him about other options for medications, he said I would need to know what you have tried and idk you would have to provide a list (in my records he has). I tried to tell him what I have been on and he said idk about that and said to work with my doctors. I then tried one more time to ask if there was anything he could help me with as that was why I was there and he said well I could refer you to a migraine clinic, but that could take over 6 months, but you have dealt with migraines for over 10 years so what’s 6 more months? Otherwise, no there is nothing else I can do. He was so uninterested, unprepared, rude, condescending , and inappropriate that I cannot believe MEE still has him there.
Matt Donovan: Dr Rauch is knowledgeable , pleasant to communicate with and his team is great as well .
Jesse Fodero: Incredible Doctor and staff.
Phil Leddy: I fortunately had a great experience 25 years ago when Dr. Rauch performed ear surgery, as I was experiencing extreme vertigo every other day. I had two minor episodes this Summer which prompted my return MEE. A day of testing indicated no new issues, but it was re-affirming to meet once again with this outstanding physician. His professionalism is calming to those in need, and I am certainly glad that his skills are still available!
Lisa Natures Best Oils: My visit with Dr. Rauch was better than I'd anticipated. I have had many specialists, for over 20 years, to help with vertigo and other health issues. I appreciate their efforts, but have had limited success. Dr. Rauch listened, answered my questions and took the needed time to explain what my condition is and what steps I need to take to get relief. He instilled me with confidence that I can succeed without any more surgery, and possibly without medications that sometimes can harm down the road. I am grateful!
