Paul Weddington: I had the pleasure of working for this company as a driver, with over 15yrs driving professionaly local and over the road I have to stay that they are far the absolute best company I've ever worked for. Everyone from the warehouse supervisor Mike to Steve the nicest guy in HR there was not one day in three years that i regretted working there. They always had your back if there was an issue, they were honest, yes was yes an no was no... As a man I can appreciate that. An it wasn't just these guys that made the job great, everyone from sale to the front office knows your name.. Just to much good from these people to mention. I recommend doing business with this company on any level you won't be disappointed...

Explanation below.I've been refraining from writing this complaint until I was calm enough to form sentences. I have never in my life experienced worse customer service than from this company. I called the company and requested that they come pick up two boxes from my apartment to ship back to me at school. They came, collected my items, took my information, told me that they would ship them on the agreed date, and left. I emailed the manager with my shipping information and told him to inform me when he needed further payment information. When I arrived at school, my boxes were no where to be found. You can imagine how confused, upset, and frustrated I felt. I attempted to reach out to the manager and waited for his return call until the beginning of the work week (super unprofessional). Then, when he finally did call me back, he blamed me for not following up with the shipment of my items, regardless of sending him my information in advance. He blamed the customer. When I requested a discount for the late shipment, he blatantly and rudely refused. It cost me an absurd amount of money and they treated me with absolutely no respect.I hope you find a better company than I did.

Michael Hogan: I own an international sporting goods manufacturing company Headquartered 60 minutes away on Cape Cod and use a multitude of Accutech's services including contract packaging, design, supplies and logistics. Their art department is very creative and often saves me from myself :) They are very detailed. I am not! I have a very complicated program with many moving parts. 99.9% of the time, everything is perfect and they fell over themselves to fix (with speed) what few glitches we have had over the years. I'm very proud to work with Accutech and their advice over the years have certainly helped us grow. We will be happy customers for the duration!
