At $60 each, that's $300 wasted.even though they originally consulted us to reduce paint, they still way overestimated the amount of paint we needed. this is not acceptable because we walked through a 1 min video of my 850 sqft place. They saw every room in HD video. I still recommend their services but do NOT listen to their paint amount suggestions.

Yen-Lin Chen: Beautiful paint and designs, but they have horrible customer service. Showroom manager messed up with my order and lied about shipment and delivery. The order ended up being SHIPPED on the day when it was supposed to be DELIVERED. The overnight delivery is a scam. So unfortunate for an up-market supplier.
Pat Haley: Both Hilary and Alyssa from the Boston Showroom are so pleasant, extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Sarra Ghiassi: We made a quick visit to this location with a specific project in mind. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were given excellent customer service. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. When my husband and I walked out of the store with our purchases we were like “what just happened?” This is basically the exact opposite of buying anything at the box store, and no offense but people don’t exactly come to Boston for the hospitality. We were so impressed with our experience. Also noteworthy is I think this paint is actually cheaper than what we would normally buy because while the price seems a little higher, the quality is so much better I was able to get great coverage with less paint and it looks great! We will definitely be back to this location for future project supplies.
Leys Bostrom: Awesome. They are so helpful and nice. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others about specific products, but they will get you to the right person. Highly recommend.

Matthew A: If you are looking to do a job using Ben Moore paint, this is the store to go to in the Greater Boston area. Staff are super knowledgeable and they have all options of color, base, etc..A google search for "Benjamin Moore near me" brought me to a Sherman Williams in Newton Centre (?) and a National Lumber in Newton that is switching over to California paints. Save your time and go right to the source!

As for me I dont expect to ever shop there again and I will be letting other trades men who work in the vicinity not to go there and why!!!..
