Jeff McGuire: Absurdly expensive
Sara: NEVER PARK HERE, they just want to steal your money. We went to Gaslight (which offers free parking) for brunch and stayed there a few hours, they validated the parking ticket but when leaving the parking guy told us that it was too many hours and he asked for $10 cash to let us out. When we asked to see the parking policy he refused and was really aggresive and we even felt threated.

Frederico Bairos: I have never seen a worse garage layout. It's full of dead ends and you'll need to do a 327 point turn to turn around.
Jon Barrows: Seriously, $38 for barely over an hour of parking...and I somehow got charged TWICE!
Emily Shipley: Card reader wasn’t working so I needed to swipe twice—turns out it was working! I was charged 86.00, total, to be in Boston approximately 85 minutes. No one answers the number when I call it to see if they will reverse one of the charges. I hope my bank will help me out. I’m starting to think this is a deliberate set up for this garage based on other reviews.
Rachael OBrien: Do yourself a favor and DO NOT park here. Parked last night at 4:30pm and left this morning at 10:20 am. Even though it wasn’t even 24 hours, we were charged $86. Absolutely absurd and of course, can’t get anyone on the phone either to talk to. Never coming back here
Sebastian Rowell: Although it says overnight parking for $20 (not bad) that is only if you leave before 5am and then since it is considered a new day you get charged every 20 minutes (bad). In short, we paid $70 to park from 11pm - 8am. Stay away.
Enia Fendrich: Arrived in Boston to find most garages in the area to about the same rates in the vicinity of the aquarium and stayed at Haborside iInn directly across from this garage. We saw sign for $42 for 24 hours. We actually checked out a few hours before the 24 hour mark. We were charged $84 because we weren’t out by 5 am. Argued with attendant that it wasn’t 24 hours yet but he pointed to the itty bitty writing on sign that states that you must be out by 5am or you’re charged another day. My advise... read the small print and don’t park there!!!!!
TW M: Most expensive place in Boston - $42 per day (one hour or more). Employees will lie to you and tell you that everywhere has the same company running it and the prices are the same. Don't believe them.

Sandra: Great spot, once you park you come out in Boston Common and you can enjoy the park or head to Chinatown or wherever else. Newbury St is easily reached from there
Maxim Lott: Good garage. Can't beat it on location, available space, and 24/7 ease of access.We did have an issue where I only rented and used it for one month, but they billed me for 3 months ... but after bringing it to their attention, they refunded the two extra months, so I'm happy.

However, the man working was extremely rude. We simply asked where else we could park but he responded as if he thought we couldn’t understand him. Would not recommend this place. Howard L: Google maps sends you to the pedestrian entrance, cars must enter on the other side of the building. Basement was packed with cars and air was almost unbreathable but was still able to get a spot on a Friday evening.
Jim Finn: Small but easy to use and reasonably priced garage with friendly and helpful staff.
Laura Frakey: Pulled in on Sunday afternoon and found ourselves in a very small completely full garage. People had just left their cars abandoned in the middle of drive blocking in cars in either row. No way to turn around, we had to back our way out. As we did more and more cars kept pulling into the same trap. No one there manning the booth and no way to know you were pulling into a parking situation from hell. I shudder to think about those poor people coming back to leave only to find themselves completely blocked in by abandoned cars with no way out. Thankfully we were able to navigate back out after only a few minutes of stress and we were not charged by the automatic ticket reader at the gate. Avoid this garage!
