Bleacher Bar: what do users think?
Patrick Parham: Coolest baseball bar I've ever been to. Make sure to go look through the fence.
Scott Estabrooks: The view is amazing, drinks good and cold, the food was top notch and fhe service was the best. I highly recommend this place before a game. But go early as it gets busy.
Lance Elicker: It's a cool bar to be at field level
Shane T: What a view! My wife and I even got to chat with the visiting Twins coaches while they were in the outfield during BP. I found out one of the coaches is a friend of a friend. Crazy!
Tom Lagacy: Great little bar. Historic, nostalgic and very small. Get there well before gametime if you wanna get in and get seat
Daryl Moore: Even the urinals have a view!
Chris Ferreira: Great time beautiful view
Tom Edwards: Great place at Fenway!
Michael Currie: What a great place to "pre-game"! It gets crowded, so I recommend going thru the hostess for a table. Guys, the men's room has a unique feature to keep your eye on the game... Just down lose your aim, lol.
Wendy Lacy: Great place for a beer after a Red Sox game!!! Especially after a WIN!
Jillian Kenney: SO. MUCH. FUN!
Helen S: The food was gross, very salty just not worth it.
Andrew Barrows: Staff is really great - best place to pregame for a day at Fenway
L. Cartwright: love this place, went for dinner and beers before game, have sliders and sandwiches. can always count on a good meal and great service here..
Derrick Cabral: Awesome view awesome beer
Erik McCarthy: Get here before a RedSox game to great a great view of the field. Good food, especially the chicken sandwich.
Jessica L. Grenon: Amazing views of Fenway right from the restaurant and bar! What I didn’t expect was the amazing customer service. The bouncers help my dad secure a seat as he couldn’t stand, the waiter, John, gave us service the one would expect at a steak house, not a bar.
Brian: Great place. Food was 8 out of 10
Paul Anderson: Great location. Good burger. Excellent service.
Mahammad Mutallimov: Best view! Cool bar, cool people. Went to the free comedy show and the lineup was awesome. Had some laughs and good wings. 👌
Taylor: Came here in a whim - pleasantly surprised by a hilarious comedy show. Great view of the field. Such a great show for being free :) 10/10 best date night ever

Holdyn Lansink: Went here all 3 nights we were in Boston. Walk in and smell the piss. A true dive bar. Laura was an absolute beauty. Free pool, cheep beer. Benny tried to take my wife home. Otha than that. 11/10
Okella Wood: Not a lot of places like this left.
Danielle Hurley-O'Neill: Greatest dive bar in Boston! The atmosphere is laid back and the patrons are friendly and welcoming. Staff is attentive and friendly as well. The free pool is just an added plus! Love this place!
Colin J. Murphy: best dive in southie
Sean McGuffin: Place is lit.
Anne Cassidy: Gerry rocked and we can't wait to go back and chill with them for the day!!!!
Matthew Mulkern: This place is great. You get what you pay for. We came at 3pm and were served by DeeDee. She was great, didn’t know how much drinks cost but damn were they good. The funny thing is we can back at 1am and the bouncer said that DeeDee hasn’t worked here in ages. Not sure if DeeDee was a ghost but all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.
Stacy Delany: Came from Dublin to Boston for St Patrick’s week in 2022 spent paddy’s day here best pub in Boston
mattt h: great people great prices and good pool players
Wouldn't You Like To Know: This place gives South Boston a bad name.
Phillip Morton: Great bar. Bartender is cool af.
Fadi & Mai: Very nice neighborhood pub. Nice music and vibes, good beer, cheap prices, you can bring/order your own food, pool tables, darts.. I like it.
Gary Newman: Love this place! We came from Nova Scotia and the locals made us feel right at home. They chatted us up at the bar and played a few games of pool with us. Bartender was friendly and attentive. I 100% recommend this place and would come back.
Josh “Fred Pine” Hunter: Can't really think of a way this place could be more of a perfect dive. It is what it is. I had a few cold PBRs on draft. It's the kind of place you can walk in with a $20 bill and most likely leave satisfied. I'll be back next time I'm here for work.
David McSharry: The owner is a sound man from Dublin.
Isaac Balinski: A true southie neighborhood bar. Played pool with a guy who had been going there for 33 years. Some tips:- Pool is free, but you gotta put your name on the whiteboard to get on the list- Cash only- Drink bottled beer not the beer on draft- People are friendly, get to know them
Lance Jones: My neighborhood bar 12 miles away
James Bryant: Excellent service and not too rowdy, especially considering it is quite the dive.
Carl: My favorite bar in Boston. Everyone is talkative. Try out a game vs the pool regulars there, look up APA before though. Beers are cheap. Lara is a mix between a mother and a wild best friend, amazing. Haven't been here in a while, I hope its still open!
bill raye: Best little spot I've been too in a little bit. The owner is super nice and the crowd can be a melting pot!
Meaghan Maureen: Best Dive bar in Southie

State Park: what do users think?
Kate Pitzer: Alan is the man! Best waiter. Great food. Definitely look for Alan!!
Pat Link: The "dive" vibe seems a little disingenuous. This place is mostly full of tourists and family shoppers. Overall I found it to be a bit over done. The service was great, though draft options are very limited.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Robert DiPietro: We visit this place every few months and it's awesome. I've never had food here, but the atmosphere is always good, and the drinks are always great. The bartenders make drinks with more care than almost anywhere in Boston, especially the guy with the beard! I especially recommend the gin drinks (I think the name of one is Pegu?)One small comment for feedback: could hire better door staff. My 32 year old wife just renewed her license, and last night she had both 1. her valid temporary license 2. her expired plastic license. The door person not only refused her but also lied about going to ask management if she can come in. Then when I went in and spoke with management, I found out she hadn't even asked them, and she then said she hadn't let us in because we 'were being aggressive'. Somewhat of a nonsense experience, but in the end the manager was more reasonable and let us in.
Dan Peluso: Food was overpriced and not very tasty - they do host a lot of community events here which is a big pro, but honestly one of the biggest problems about this place is the type of crowd it attracts. On multiple occasions I've had a 'Good Will Hunting-esque' interaction with an MiT member who can be rude and condescending. No fault of the owners themselves, and maybe just a consequence of the neighborhood but definitely not as friendly as you'd think. Pool table is typically pretty crowded.
fred: Awesome bar
James Mckinney: Fun ,small diver bar, with great bartenders, cocktails and events throughout the week.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Joh Kangiser: Fun DJ spinning 45s every 1st Saturday of the monthFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Mitchell Fly: We had a great time at State Park. My fiancée and I are visiting from Texas and our server, Amanda (?), worked with some of the other staff to provide us with a great list of things to do and places to see in the area. The meal was great - duck confit frites, the impossible burger, and the wings were all delicious. Great beers on tap.Recommended dishes Fries …More
Emmaline Conti: The food is FANTASTIC! It's right next to my spinning studio and it's a great place to eat after a workout.Update: fries have changed but still amazing food all around
Flo H: brilliant atmosphere, very decent priced Narragansett beer. have free shuffleboard and pool.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Bill Crampton: Food was amazing atmosphere is great
flashdose8: On business, was looking for simple bar to relax from the Cambridge scene. No dive bar here folks. Just gaslighting. A myriad of presumptuous MIT students, young professionals, and staff. No simple Bourbons (J Daniels & J Beam) at all. If you’re a socialist then this is the place for you. A 20% fair wage tax/surcharge is added to all checks whether you like it or not. Then they the b—-‘s to ask for a tip. I’m in Cambridge 2x’s a month. Won’t be a next time for me. The food I had was very good. I suggest take out only but remember an extra 20% is added for doing nothing…..
Tim Hyland: Meh.Food: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Grace Maloney: This place is such a vibe! Chelsea is the most fabulous bartender in town!
David Cascio: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Taddele Frew: Good dive bar with games
J M: Dynamite food and bar. I wish they were open for lunch.
Ben Clancy: Had a really unprofessional encounter with Kasey Tapper, the catering and events coordinator, when trying to verify a reservation made a week ago.Was promised a reservation on the phone and even sent a confirmation email as backup, and was never told I needed further confirmation past that. but because I didn’t provide a budget in an extremely cursory follow up email they sent, they went ahead and cancelled the reservation without warning. she then proceeded to tell me why it was my fault she cancelled my reservation and how it’s not the host/whoever answers the phone’s job to reserve tables or reveal the minimum deposits required for larger parties, and rudely hung up on me. Like, seriously? That’s one of the ONLY things the person answering the phone should be responsible for.Be wary reserving this place for your events, every step was handled unprofessionally and rudely. I will be sure to not come back and to advise all other MIT affiliates to take our business elsewhere.

Cask 'n Flagon: what do users think?
E D: Great little bar with lots of drink options. Service is good and a great place to grab a drink before heading to Fenway for a match. It's very close to Fenway Park Entrance E. Grab a pitcher of beer because it's much cheaper than buying individual drafts. If you are a tourist, remember your passport as Massachusetts State law requires identification for the sale of alcohol to anyone.
Ben: Went there after a Red Sox game for food, drinks and to watch nhl playoffs. Once the bruins game ended, we got our game on the TVs. Within minutes it was changed away to talk shows that didn’t even have the volume on. We tried to talk to multiple staff but they ignored us. Finally got the game back on one tv and within minutes it was switched away. We got it back but it happened again! There were no other games happening other than this playoff game and yet it kept being switched. The staff didn’t care, the service was slow and this mess with the tv was the breaking point.Won’t be going here again and you shouldn’t either
Julie Dawson: Sophie was the best bartender we’ve ever had. She’s so funny and personable and always made sure we were all set. She made our experience wonderful and we will definitely be back after the quality customer service she provided to our party.
Paul Szumny: The most unremarkable place I've ever eaten. We ordered the Fenway Burger, Tailgate Platter, and wings. All dishes were just okay - not good, not great, but not bad. Impressively unremarkable - would not recommend or come again, unless you looking for a base to compare other restaurants to.
Sheila Ruth: Went here to eat after the Sox Win on April 15, 2023. This place is shockingly huge and was able to accommodate 2 of us immediately. Our waitress was the sweetest and knew how to manage her section and the busy floor with ease! Super impressed. (I think her name was Bridget, she had long blonde hair and has worked there a while). What shouldn’t be shocking is another table paid with cash and tried to short her and I saw the whole thing go down. Unbelievable people would do that, but she was polite about it and let it just roll off her back. We talked about it only because I had seen it all go down. I had already thought she was top notch long before that, but that got her an even better tip. All the staff were wonderful. The food was good and they easily accommodated my allergies. Food was cooked perfectly and everything was fresh. I had a burger and friend has a salad.Only reason for 4 stars was even though the place was pretty full, the music was so loud that we couldn’t talk much and had to yell, not because of the crowd noise.Other than the music being a wee loud it was surprisingly fast and well run. Highly recommend if you’re at Fenway!
Ryan Mulherin: The Cask & Flagon Bar is a must-visit spot for any sports fan in Boston. Located right outside of historic Fenway Park, the bar offers a perfect pre-game or post-game spot for a drink or a bite to eat.The atmosphere is electric, with sports memorabilia adorning the walls and flat-screen TVs showing all the latest games. The bar itself is sleek and modern, with a wide range of drinks available to suit all tastes.
Tasha Bramwell: Food was terrible and service was subpar
Jackson Jones: Gave me food poisoning
Robert O'Connor: Always great food and service.
Pete Lantz: Had lunch with my daughter on December 8th. The bartender/waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was great. My daughter lost a tooth and left it folded up in a napkin on the table. We were late to get to our next stop and she forgot it. I called 10 minutes later and the host was nice enough to go through the trash, found the tooth, and wrapped it in a plastic glove for her. Great place and staff.
North Shore Collectibles: Food was good, drinks were better. Place wasn’t too busy Tuesday so that was a plus. We had Juan as a server, he was ok. He barely touched our table and then the part that got me was the end. We go to pay our bill and Juan hands us some little device to pay. He was invisible 80% of our visit so we tipped him accordingly. The attitude he gave us for not tipping 20%, even though he didn’t even do his job, that was the final straw. We planned on spending a couple thousand there this weekend for our employees but after Juan’s attitude we’ll gladly give our business to Game On.
Jason Hargrove: Best bar in Boston. Especially on GameDay.
Jared Defoor: Walked in here at closing, my good friend was accompanying me. As he sat down at the bar with me at closing we were told he had to finish his drink and leave because he “appeared to be to intoxicated” this was our second stop of the night after a nine hour drive to spend st pattys day in Boston. I am not normally one to complain by any means but this was 100% uncalled for and so unwarranted. The owner should be ashamed the way a combat veteran was treated it was honestly such a disgrace. I would hope that a business would want to better support the individuals who put their lives on the line for the country. Let it be known too that this man was not by any means intoxicated like seriously it was the second stop of the night and was clearly ok even after we were told he needed to leave not everyone in our party tho. It was very strange and it really look/appeared the workers of said bar were hitting on said name individual cause he was white.
Christina McNeil: Bar is right next to fenway. Good burgers
zevess: Patrick is a really good bartender.
Momo The Builder (Jon Simonin): Overview: Went here just to get some good food before a concert at the house of blues, but this place will be skipped next time looking for food, quite disappointing. We heard this is a staple if you go to this area, especially with baseball games going on (not when we went); but the food really needs attention. If I was trashed after a baseball game, sure this place wouldn't be bad.Food:The food here, as another reviewer said, looks REALLY FREAKING GOOD; but it's sadly far from it.. It's actually quite lackluster.- We got the onion rings as an appetizer, and while we got a LOT of them, they were absolutely drenched with grease. The board they came on was literally soaked after we ate them; while yes they were good, in fact the best part of the dinner, your stomach will hate you after, it'll feel like you just ate 3 whoppers worth of grease.- I got the pork belly burnt ends and was sadly disappointed. The pork belly was almost exclusively fat. I wish I took a photo from the side view but almost every piece was straight fat, one piece was actually completely fat. I get pork belly is fatty, but really, this fatty? You couldn't cut a more meaty piece and served straight up fat? The barbeque sauce was good though. Served almost room temperature, very sad.- Also came served with random purple vegetables thrown in the corner of the dish, why? What am I supposed to eat this with? It's neither onion, radish, or shallot, what is it?- The mac and cheese was lackluster, and needed to be stirred around to get the flavor, something is definitely missing from it.- The corn bread was straight up cold and hard, like it was left on a shelf and served.- The baked beans were pretty good, though it was more of a soup than anything. Definitely needs more beans and less 'soup'.- My girlfriend got the bbq beef brisket and had almost the same comments about the mac and cheese, and cornbread. The meat was served room temp but absolutely melted in your mouth. Definitely the better menu option. Sweet potato fries were also good, just cold.- For how un-busy this restaurant was, why was all of the food served cold? You'd expect it to be piping hot, especially since the meat is slow cooked for hours - should come out already hot.Service:- The waiter was very persistent on making sure everything was all set and we had water, etc.- The waiter left us a jug of water which was really useful as we drank the whole thing.- Any time it seemed like we needed something he was right there; their service is definitely really good.
Sarah Murphy: Started with sweet chili wings and boneless buffalo tenders….Both delicious! Burgers ordered by 3 members of our group were 👍. Veggie burger was also very good accompanied by delicious crispy sweet potato fries! The only bad experience was the smoky pastrami sandwich ordered by 2 people in our group…. Wayyyyyy to smoky! The smokiness was so strong it overwhelmed all the other flavors of the sandwich. Unfortunately, my friends only could only handle a few bites… They might want to ease up on whatever they’re adding to the meat to make it that strong! All in all would highly recommend …
Arthur Jackson: Fantastic restaurant! We grabbed the Nachos appetizer and that was amazing. Though for two people, it definitely filled us up to the point where it was hard to finish our actual meals hahaDrinks were also very well done and tasted great!During peak dinner hours (7PM) we were seated without issue and helped right away so service was great. All around great time.
deja desautell: Waiter was super rude and attacked me a few years back for under tipping... i gave $10 which i thought was plenty for not great service and just drinks and appetizers.. never felt so uncomfortable in my life.
William Feliciano: Pre-game capability 10 for 10 food good had a ribeye mash everything you would want 4 or 5 draft glasses will get you right only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because I had a yankees jersey and they won that game
Laurel Egan Kenny: Best of the past, present and future. The best and most iconic place to meet up with friends (old and new) in advance of a Red Sox game - to get you in the mood for baseball!!! P.S. I am a three-time Simmons University graduate, who loves what you did to the neighborhood.PPS. I live in Marshfield MA where there happens to be ANOTHER Cask & Flagon to visit, eat, drink, meet.

Game On!: what do users think?
sabrina tammy: 5 stars for great service, drinks and food! Our bartender Craig was attentive, kind and accommodated all of our requested changes with a positive attitude! Will definitely be back 😊
Matt Greil: I have been to countless Red Sox games in Boston and have only been upstairs for a quick drink before a game. But yesterday, my friends and I ventured downstairs (didn't know there was a downstairs) but we're probably going to go down there again before more games this season. They had some arcade games and another bar with more seats. My friends and I ordered a round of drinks and my fiancé ordered the boneless buffalo tenders with blue cheese dressing, and WOW!! Those were some delicious tenders!!!!
laurs iii: I got the nachos and they were decent! The vibe in there was great. Only thing was-- we were watching the Celtics game on the big screens and it was so loud that I had to go find ear plugs 😅
Karan Raju: Service is poor. Food is bland. Drinks are extremely warm, you’d think they’d have ice on hand. Their chefs definitely can’t cook. I’d rather eat gas station food. Saw a few roaches scurrying around on my way to the restroom. Will not be visiting again, I’d recommend you don’t either.
Mary Jacobs: Our server Kamila was absolutely amazing. Friendly and efficient. They should hire more people just like her. We got a Margherita pizza which was delicious and came quickly. I would return to this establishment.
Curt Burnham: Busy sports bar with drinks And food. Plenty of TVs. Great location at Fenway.
Eri Def: Bonne pizza, peronnel non courtois et ce malgré une très faible affluence. Évitez les burgers.
Thomas Hobin: Wouldn’t serve us because of a gluten allergy.
Kimmi Driscoll: Amazing drag brunch performances-- cocktails we're a bit week, the mimosa bucket is the way to go, and the buffet was alright. The pizzas looked amazing, might try that next time.
Trejo: Terrible…
Natalia Alonzo: The employees barrel through people with no mercy and almost took out my friend. Too many people shoving and pushing everywhere. Will not be coming back.
Patrick Rushmore: Dishonest.
A C: The 5 Star experience is only because of Raven. This guy tried to kick us out but Raven was amazing and made us feel safe and welcome back in Game On! I will still recommend this place to my girl friends because of Raven
Ben goobidiegootch (Spaghetti): Trashy, trashy sports bar. music is awful, crowd is mostly 18 year olds, and the bathrooms are disgusting. almost got hit in the face with a broken bottle.
Jason 1802128: Went here for an event. Great space with excellent food and drinks. There are a few games to play as well as ping pong. Would recommend.
David Chea: Only ordered the nachos post undie run, which was quite filling. The downside was that some of the chips tasted like burnt popcorn and there wasn't alot of salsa and sour cream. Also tried to order a tap beer, but was told that particular row of taps were out...then I saw someone get a glass from that exact one. Instead I settled for a Sam Adams and called it a day.
John Chamberlain: Music was way too loud. Don’t mean to sound like an old guy but I felt like my eardrums were going to bleed. If you’re 25 or older this might not be the spot. Either that or bring ear plugs!
Jt Mongeon: Worst bar food I have ever consumed, no exaggeration.
Alexandre Chaput: Great bar to watch the game.
Benjamin C: We had a birthday we wanted to celebrate, so we made a reservation online. We received a confirmation the day of the party, but when we arrived, they told us there was a private event and we couldn't go in the game area. Even with all that, I wouldn't give a 1-star if the staff was kind or made even some kind of effort to make things right, but of course, that did not happen. The staff was rude and insisted we made a mistake despite us showing the reservation and confirmation, so our birthday party group had to wander around looking for somewhere else to celebrate. Needless to say, I don't plan on going back.
Ashley: Stopped here for a bite before heading to a hockey game at “Frozen Fenway”. Awesome location right by the park! The food was good but nothing extraordinary, in my opinion. They also seemed to be a bit off their game the evening we were there…lots of tables not bussed, utensils/table settings missing, no condiments or napkins. My friends and I also started a tally where we kept track of how many times in a row the same song or two was played before it switched over. We listened to “My Own Worst Enemy” by Lit and “Good 4 U” by Olivia Rodrigo play one after the other four times in a row…followed by “Calm Down” by Rema and Selena Gomez which looped at least three times and was still playing when we were heading out the door. I was trying to figure out if it was some sort of drinking game we just hadn’t been informed about 😂 Needless to say, I will be avoiding those three songs for the next little bit because I had my fill 😉

Bullpen Kitchen and Tap: what do users think?
John Botelho: I hosted a group for a Red Sox game and we went to The Bullpen before and after the game. It was a quality experience for the group, which can be hard to get together on gameday in the area. The staff took great care of us.The vibe is old school Boston, and it's one of the true baseball spots left in the area. The Bullpen is a hidden gem of Fenway and Boston.
Matt Lucier: Great time, good drinks!
Riordan van Hofwegen: Great service, sneaky way to slip past wild crowds at main entrances, and delightful staff. Best beer selection within 100 feet of Fenway.

Omeed Aminipour: No cover best place to be before a game or post game. TV's all over the place with great music. Don't pay Fenway Park robbery prices for food & drinks. Bullpen has great pricing for area. I highly recommend the burgers. Staff is friendly and sport fans. Bullpen has pretty much become a tradition for us when going to Fenway for Red Soxs, concerts, or other events.

V L: Best sports bar and tap in Fenway if not all of Boston. Tons of TVs, great music, awesome drinks and reasonable prices. Don’t miss this place when you go to a game and try their burger.
MV: The kind of place you want to only order cans or bottles. But cheaper then the vendors outside the ballpark.
David Marcillo: Great place to have drinks and appetizers
Barbara Elliott: This was an awesome experience! Friendly staff, Mike the bouncer was super outgoing. Great atmosphere, very relaxing, clean and fun!
Jennifer Paratore: Love this place!
