Ahmed Roman: Correction: They called me and they made an appointment right on the spot. There was misunderstanding on behalf a certain employee that appointments shouldn't be made unless certain records were received by the practice.If I can give less than on star, I would. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I really feel stress every time I call them. I tried to make an appointment, but it has taken me a month of calling and filling forms to get my child an appointment, and it has not happened yet. I do not understand how you could run any business like this. If the demand is so high that you do not want or need new patients, then please state that clearly online so that we do not waste our time.

Some recommendations to improve would be at the front desk:During my visit there was a long line and both assistants (4th floor) are on the phone. I think some improvement on how to split between phone calls and checking in patients would be great. thank you

Emma De Jesus: Its is so difficult to get through to anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment when child is sick. Often on hold for over 20mins. Doctors and staff are nice but they must be very understaffed for it to be the norm to be on hold for 20+ mins just to talk with someone. Very frustrating.

Arthur Abbott: I just called to ask about their guidance and support of new Mom’s with specific examples of gaps at my current pediatrician practice. The person that handles new patients indicated that she didn’t think they would handle it the same but indicated it could happen if that this is the medical guidance. There was no triage to provide insight into their support or anything. Any reasonable person understands that nothing is guaranteed & it was patronizing. This is not a way to work with potential new patients.

Clara Maddox: The care my child receives at Longwood is nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Cloherty (he literally wrote the textbook on newborn care) is the primary care doctor for my daughter, but have rotated with other physicians, PAs, and nurses, and we have always been very pleased with our experience. Also, I have had to call the after-hours line a couple of times and no matter the time of day or night, someone calls you back within a half hour. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Deborah Bradley: We love Longwood Pediatrics. We've had great experiences with several of the doctors and nurse practitioners and the nurses are wonderful with the kids. We have always been able to get in for sick visits in an extremely timely fashion and they are always patient with the kids and work hard to help them feel as comfortable as possible.

Sharon Lena Hilton: My kids have been seeing the same doctor since they were little , her name is doctor Dr.sneha and she’s the best, she cares , she really cares about my children and I always wanted a doctor that cares about more then her job. When I found out from someone at Southend clinic that she was going to Boston paediatrics I went and switched my children right away. The clinic is so good and well maintained. Everyone is so nice. They have so many resources also, so whatever my family needs they are always willing to help out if they can.

This is where the doctors and staff become more than just that they become family ! The care navigation team is AWESOME! They help with summer programs, they offer yoga classes, cooking classes, girls on the run, dance and more ! The team of doctors well they’re AMAZING. My pediatrician was Dr. Riseburg she’s great there definitely wasn’t a question about who my child’s pediatrician would be. Dr. Hsu, Dr.Woo-Pierce, & Dr. evans are all great also !!

Cleaning Lady 365: Boston Medical Center is ranked #2 in our state. #14 in the nation. In my personal experience and opinion, the best trauma hospital.BMC provides many services as well as resources to the community.As far as primary care goes, the hospital is not big enough for the capacity of patients it serves.Located off Massachusetts avenue "methadone mile/skid row" is outside there doors causing their emergency room to be flooded with non trauma patients(unfortunately the demographic being, homeless, mentally ill substance abusers).

Mega Life: The call center is HORRIBLE! The reps are not helpful. They are not professional AT ALL. They pick up the phone and just hang up.I'm transferring my child's care to another facility just because of this nonsense.

Ritchie Vernon: This Thursday in June they're going to do a CAT scan on me which I'm pretty sure they won't find any cats? 😂 trust me with what I'm about to go through you have to have a sense of humor and I trust my doctor and I trust God that I will get through this upcoming much-needed back surgery my doctor said it's delicate but it's dangerous and I looked at him and said I trust him and I said I trust God will guide you I don't feel it's my time to leave this earth yet I think God still has too many things for me to do trust me with what I am about to go through you have to have a sense of humor! If I didn't have God in my life I wouldn't have this confidence right now that everything's going to be okay! I said goodbye to my karaoke friends for a little while and I hope to be back in join them again after rehab recovery from this,😂 and I trust my doctor and I trust God that I will get through this upcoming much needed upcoming back surgery, the plus side is my doctor told me that this surgery could possibly take care of the pain I feel down the right side of my leg because of the pain I have in the lower right side of my back so there is a plus to this, the other plus side is God will be watching me all the way through the surgery and I have confidence I will come out of this even better than I was before, because if I don't have the surgery the disc that were injured from an injury in 2017 in Boston will get worse and I will probably end up in a wheelchair and I don't say this against wheelchair people I understand but I really truly want to stay upright as a healthy individual possibly do better things without the limp that I obtained from knee surgery from that same accident that never got better, and my hope is that this back surgery not only takes care of the back and the pain going down the right side of the leg but hopefully be able to closely walk normal again, a lot of my friends and case managers are pulling for me to come out of this even better than before so please keep me in your thoughts and if you pray, I would truly appreciate that! I trust my doctor and I trust my God! Tomorrow I find out from the same doctor how soon does surgery is going to be I'm thankful for that God bless you all and be safe in Jesus name amen... 😊☺😄

raul vitor: The place is very good but some people should not be there, they should be working at the zoom, because they treat you as an animal, my wife call the place on 5th floor to make an Apointment for our son and the lady on the phone was very rude, so I try to call it and the same lady was worse with me the she was with my wife, she don’t let us said anything she scream with us on the phone, it was on September 27-2021 at 3:44pm!!!

Jennifer Cleary: My son’s doctor was wonderful, however the rest of the staff is completely disorganized and does not know how to communicate with each other or other departments within BMC and then blame you for their failures. Still waiting, 8 months later, for them to send medical records to the new pediatrician... And like another reviewer mentioned, they NEVER see you at your scheduled appointment time. Every time we had a long wait, at least 45 minutes, whether we show up early or not, but if you’re 10 minutes late they give you such a hard time even if you call and let them know. Avoid going here at all costs. Nothing but a huge hassle. They do not care about health, all they care about is billing you. AVOID this place!

Nicole Pringle: This place is so unorganized. Never has there been a time I been seen on time. when you come 10 minutes late they got a problem with you then reschedule you 2 to 4 months later. On there monitor states 60 minutes before I'm seen this is crazy.

My children have been sick at the oddest of times and I am always able to get a doctor on the line when needed. Dr. Pronchick and Rachel are our providers and I can't say enough about how wonderful they have been to our children.

She is so caring and my boys love her and when I offered to switch them to a male doctor when they got older they declined. I always say I don’t have to worry about them because she worries for me. Over the years, we have been seen by all the doctors and have always received the best care. The front desk staff is helpful and kind and super friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

We love Dr.Kramer, and Dr.Yuan, and found everyone at the practice to be professional, compassionate, and attentive. Nemira Family: Receptionist is not interested in registering / scheduling new patients. We moved recently, called to register my child. Receptionist offered an appointment in four (4) months (in October), and as I agreed to proceed with scheduling, she began repeating that an appointment in October will not work for us because our child is going to school & school will definitely (!) require "papers" prior to September. She didn't want to hear that our child had an annual check-up last year, has all shots done, the school has all the docs already, child is going to a second grade, and school will be okay. No way! She knows better! )) Moreover, she was chewing or eating at the same time. )) The lady even did not ask name or date of birth of my child, our address, etc. Thank you for pushing us away. Definitely, will look for a different pediatrics office.

Casey Bryan: If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse over the weekend or during closed office hours, you can forget it. Their afterhour nurse line is aweful and I have had to wait 90+ minutes to speak with someone. The last time they never even called me back, and we ended up in the ER. I'm pretty sure their afterhour nurse line is outsourced, and it's not even Newton Wellesley nurses.

Laura Manning Hill: Imagine my surprise to learn that upon being 15 minutes late to his annual physical appointment, I was called by the front desk staff to inform me that my 18 year old son would be charged a $40 late fee. This prompted me to reflect on all the hours over the years that I had waited patiently in that waiting room for my children to be seen- and did not conversely charge a late fee. (At $40/15 min increments, it would now measure in the thousands.) Soon paternalism will make way for consumerism in healthcare. Millenials will routinely be skyping with their physician via virtual visit!
