Neiman Marcus: what do users think?
Edward Kadelski: Up class mall .picked up a Fendi bag and
Y Song: I wish I can give 0 stars cause after 22 days waiting they just cancelled my order without any explanation. Worst shopping experience
Angel Reveron: Awesome.
Clif Maner: The employees actions towards people of color is unprofessional and disgusting! I would strongly suggest avoiding the store and going somewhere else.4 month update: Still no response from whoever runs the email address don’t bother even stepping near this store.
Stefanie Charity: I’m writing this review at 10:11 pm Saturday night after a long day and a long week. I’m a Dental Professional in private practice and take care of elite and the less fortunate in two different practices in the Boston area. I started my day in my FIGS green monogrammed scrubs into the S.End and was exhausted so I stopped and grabbed lunch from a really nice Indian restaurant and decided to eat it in the Copley, Back Bay entrance near Cafe Nero..there were no trash cans to toss my items to discard. So… I’m walking around with backpack, Mask, head cover.. and I decided to check out Neiman’s Family & Friends sale but especially Longchamp bags; love their leather bags.I walk in with my items to discard, no trash barrels in sight, no nearby restrooms & proceed to ask an Employee “ where are your Longchamp bags?” He says “oh to the back, Anna can help you “ . I went to the back , mind you I currently use a medium sized caramel blush Longchamp crossbody.I walk to the section and see Anna a full figured woman who was checking Inventory with her male Asian “American” colleague and asked “ by chance do you guys have a trashcan as I’ve been looking for one, Anna responded “ they didn’t have one in the Mall? I said “ no they didn’t have one and she said they should have one.. “ I said “ well they didn’t, I looked and do you really think I’d be walking around with trash if I could have thrown it away”?She did not offer to toss it.. not that she had to but hey…. It was the “accusatory side eye”Anyway with trash in hand andAgainst my better judgment, I stayed in the store looking at the bag IWanted to purchase, brought it over to Anna who gave me the price but I decided Not to purchase it, the bag costs over $200.I didn’t splurge because I didn’t want her to get commission on the sale.I went to Saks where I was treated with sincere dignity and respect and Purchased the bag that made my whole shopping experience worth it after such a long work week.I’m truly tired of the shenanigans of Customer Service.Either you are sincere and professional or you are not on the first shot..I love it when people show you Who they are… Respectfully..Strive to do better.. Always..my current bag & the Saks Bag 🎯
AALIS: Provides a wide range of well know fashion brands to fill your fashion desire. The items is uptodate. Friendly staffs as well.
Meagan Leahy: I purchased a pair of manolo blahnik shoes for my brothers wedding but they didn’t fit. I brought the unworn shoes back with receipt in hand looking to return them and purchase a pair of louboutins however the woman was almost immediately put off that I would even approach her. Once I said I was in need of exchanging the shoes she took my receipt and immediately handed it back stating it was outside of the window and I should have read the text “right in front of me” on the receipt. I began to try and explain I was looking to exchange and purchase a shoe of greater value but she cut me off and told me to refer to my receipt. I still plan on purchasing another pair of shoes but will look to purchase elsewhere as this woman didn’t have an ounce of customer service or willingness to work on the solution.
Big Baybee: They run out of certain sizes but the backup styles are very doable especially for the fashion.
Lee Estabrook: There's no doubt NM is a high-end shop with really nice things. That said, Neiman Marcus Boston must be the absolute worst shopping experience. Not only is the selection not so great, not even close, but the level of customer service in the mens department today was bleak and just plain rude. Bought a tie to wear to work and while looking at several suits the supposed customer service rep walked away, and went to the register around the other end of the mens area and stood staring at us as it we were an terrible inconvenience to him. It literally made no sense. So we paid and when asked why we were being rushed his response was he had other customer to attend. Ok no problem just explain that and we would have gladly waited. Upon checking out and paying, he then announced he did not have a bag for the item and we would need to get one up-stairs. This has to be the most crazy experience particularly at such a high-end shop, known for service. With service like this, It's no wonder NM is nearly out of business and companies like Chanel have removed their product lines from the stores. This type of treatment and lack of customer service to match its supposed exclusivity truly explains everything.
Gilly Yoush: Very rude employees, and bad costumer service
Sunade thegreat: No longer open😭
frank perry: Placed an order on Monday for overnight delivery. Was said to have by Wednesday and of Wednesday evening it hadn't even shipped. They were told it was for a medical device and was needed prior to my vacation. Now I won't have it for my vacation. Canceled order and will no longer purchase from them!!
Adam Silber: This store is actually suing the mall owner cause it sales are low meanwhile they ripped off thousands in bankruptcy..low class ....guttersnipe. Hopefully Simon will evict them..They already closed Natck due to low sales..Boston is better served by Saks and Bloomingdales.never trust known corporate criminals Neiman Marcus
John Kosartes: Didn't carry briefs with a penile flap.
Giulia Manfredini: We had a wonderful shopping experience with Antonina Di Mauro at the Neiman Marcus Copley Square! Antonia has been wonderful in assisting us!
Adham Youssef: I had the most uncomfortable experience of my life here. Do not come in if you aren’t white. I had read the other reviews that mentioned the same thing and didn’t understand until I went in. I was followed for 45 minutes by a bald sales rep, bob who stood 2 feet away watching me the whole time. When I asked him for help he asked a question about cotton out of nowhere and refused to help me my rest of the time there. This store is explicitly racist, and even though management knows, nothing is going to be done.
V: Quality
Justin H: I hate your youtube ads. Have a bad day, all of you.
Tom Range: It's where I choose to get bridal attire. Their collection is the best there is. You have to go there.
August Rabe: Who TF would want to go here? If you want to spend sixty times too much money on a $0.10 lipstick, or buy an ugly pair of plastic green high high heels, then I guess this might be the place.
Tran Bac: Thích shop này, ai cũng có gì đó khi ra khỏi.

Macy's: what do users think?
Emily Rose: Clean but it looked more like a discount store on the second floor. Didn't feel like macys
Abhijeet Bhandari: Easily accessible from the T. Parking can be a concern though.
dada maisha: Disorganised and no staff to help. Why are the stores understaffed
Petunia: This should be the place with the best price, many discounts and few people. The experience is very good
Kelly Chamblee: Friendly and helpful
Nimish Bendre: Great store and sweet staff!!!!
Veska Minkova: Голям магазин от известната верига.Много добре зареден с качествени стоки ,разнообразие от артикули за всеки вкус.Има и изгодни разпродажби
Christine Vargas: Very pleased with the associated talk to me with my purchase as well as finding quality and good price items
Rico Schiekel: Huge selection and decent prices. 👍
PJ Dias: Had an amazing time being helped by Peter in the watches Department. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, will definitely be back to get another Citizens watch.
Kelvin: Bought cologne, sales associate very helpful (could have included more samples). Store was a little mucky, could use some attention to detail.
Samin Pro: The workers were nice and they had decent stuff.
Sidney Fernández de Castro Tudela: you'll always find something you must buy, and what you're looking for.
Ayoub Azberga: Nice
David Paula: Upscale shopping at Macy's however great designer clothing can be found on a particular sale's rack, especially for ladies and a few things for men.
Gary Perry: I wish I could give 0 stars. The men’s restroom was the worst. Absolutely disgusting. Almost unusable.
Seth M: It's just a department store whose prices have gone up dramatically but their quality has not.
Katherine Horn: I looked online before I went shopping sat Macy's. I'm glad I did. I was easily able to find a nice Calvin Klein suit for an event. The prices are very reasonable here. There is limited help----that is why prices are low and why it was useful to figure out what I wanted before I entered the store. The woman who helped with with shoes was friendly and quick.
Giuseppe Tamilia: Grandi brand ma ottimi prezzi
S. C.: Macy's ain't what it use to be it use to have style with a touch of class not no more
Julissa Batista: Mmmm

Madewell: what do users think?
Thomas Simmonds: Thousands of people 1 bathroom In Starbucks
Vantroy Montesdeoca: Great clothes
Brooke Angell: Was helped by Jill who was very accommodating and helpful when placing a return. I come here often and the atmosphere is always very welcoming and friendly; very well-managed and am always happy coming here
Liza Smith: Every time I visit this location, staff are very friendly and accommodating to me. They usually have up to size 32 jeans/pants in stock. Fair warning to PoC-- I don't know what it is about this l store but expect to be cut in line of or jostled here by non-PoC. I haven't had a bad experience with employees but the customers create a very unwelcoming vibe (iykyk).
Kitty Sur: Came to read their low reviews to see if they experienced the same … and of course… everyone not greeted/acknowledged in the reviews was a person of color. Same as me. Literally saw white girls greeted and acknowledged all around me.As a New Yorker, I’m never shocked when I come across this treatment in other cities, it’s just crazy that it’s still happening.Be better Madewell. All colors and races like your brand , have money, and can afford your clothes. It’s 2022.
Tatiana Fesenko: Jasmine is the best!I had a stylist appointment with Jasmine C. She was above expectations! She picked great items for me and helped to find the right size. She is kind, patient and professional. I love wearing the clothes she helped me with!
Meghan Fuery: Thank you Tana for providing such amazing service! She took the time to answer all my questions about monogramming and returns and was also incredibly knowledgeable about all the products.
Rania Chafint: Service at a high level. The prices are reasonable, the clothes are of good quality. Will be back soon for new clothes!
Richard Hawke: Great staff
Cayla Yang: Tana was the most AMAZING help in exchanging a pair of boots that I had bought and went so above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out. Even though the store had gotten pretty busy, and a line had formed behind me (eek), she remained friendly and attentive. Also huge shoutout to her multi tasking skills - she was managing the floor, checking inventory AND answering other questions from shoppers all while on the phone dealing with my exchange. Thanks Tana!
Anastasia Yefremova: Absolutely fell in love with the clothes here, and this is a great location. The staff is super helpful, especially in the denim section. And I love their program that allows you to recycle old jeans for $30 off a pair of their own jeans. Their summer dresses are easy/breezy, and their fall/winter sweaters are some of the warmest and comfiest I own. I also got a pair of high top leather/velour sneakers that were worth every penny I paid. By far the most comfortable pair I currently own, though I had to break them in a bit first. Pricy, but a great treat from time to time. It's all just really good quality.
Chris Eshelby: Awsome sauce. Chic revival mish mash Americana. ((
Ms.Faten AL-Hubaishi: Great daily use collection
Wei Chen: Very friendly staff
Kayla Hilkert: Great quality clothes and the staff are very kind and helpful
Shi: The store is reasonably sized and decently stocked. Clothes are par for quality of Madewell. The staff seem kind, but when it gets busy be prepared to wait for a long time to be serviced, and on bad days, even ignored.
Michael Haas: One of the most important locations for my wife in Boston. Bought a bag there and the service is remarkable!
Marzie E. Rasekh: Not that much variety and expensive for the things they offer, very helpful staff
Melissa Scheldrup: Always live Madewell clothes. The staff here was very friendly as well.
Chic Fam On A Dime: Brian, a store rep from the Newbury Street location, went above and beyond. I called looking for a sold out necklace (online), and he was able to track it down to a store in Atlanta. He had the Atlanta store put it it on hold for me, and they had me purchase it over the phone. So hard to find great customer service these days, but Brian was exceptional. Thank you!!!
Priscilla Chan: I love this store. The styles are always modern and feminine. And the products are great. Make sure to ask for the student discount as they don't advertise it!

Susan Buta: I participated in Kate's "Style Your Money Making Brand" Group Course. This six week course was designed for businesswomen to have a look and style consistent with the message of who they are in business. The course was very well thought out. i enjoyed each of Kate’s special guests who participated and brought their expertise to the group. I was surprised at the personal development sections supported creating consistent branding. Kate was attentive and supportive each participant. I highly recommend her courses!

Brooks Brothers: what do users think?
Jingle Huang: My favorite work clothing store now. Please stock women oxford shirts with similar shade logos or on the hem.
Michael Feinstein: Went here today to buy a suit for my son. They did not have his size in stock. Store has low inventory on many items. Sales person and tailor were very helpful though.
Asher Mayerson: Had the best customer experience I could ever ask for last Sunday. Was able to return an item that another store in another state had put me in a difficult situation on. The kindest staff that just wanted to help!
Will C: Don't Buy From unless you want your suit to arrive 2 days within Event, and enjoy not being able to call their store.TL;DR (Tailoring will take over a month to complete and will finish within 2 days from your event (so best to lie and say your event a week earlier to allow for adjustments). Their phone number does not work so you will always have to physically go to their store rather than call. Suits in-store are marketed-up so best to order on their website online)I went to Brooks Brothers to purchase a suit for a wedding event a month away.Only pro was employee there helped me find a nice suit and I was able to pay for the suit. The rest are cons of the store. For starters, the suit that was purchased in store appeared nice but was definitely overpriced for the quality (the online sale of this suit on their website was cheaper, and to get my refund I would need to purchase the suit online from their website and then cancel the one being tailored physically)Next negative, the suit tailoring took more than a month to finish tailoring. THEY FINISHED 2 DAYS WITHIN THE WEDDING DATE WHEN THEY HAD OVER A MONTH OF TIME. This is not because of busy schedule; this is because Brooks Brothers will move your slot of tailoring to be closest to the date of your expected event so that they would not re adjust / re tailor your suit if they happen to mess up. And even if they had to fix their mistake there would not be enough time to tailor again (this is a morally disgusting)Last their phone service does not work and it is better to get the number of one of the employees there. When you call the number, the line verifies and hangs immediately within 5 seconds (probably auto-set this way). Either this or you have to physically enter store to ask if your suit is ready.
David Logan: Do NOT shop here. Seriously. Spend the extra time to check out the one in Chestnut Hill or hopefully the Assembly Row one will reopen soon. Been a fan of Brooks Brothers for over a decade. I go to them for casual and business wear. We live in the Boston area and this is easily the closest store to us. This is the third time I’ve shopped here and I won’t ever be coming back. The service is terrible. Employees are straight up rude and condescending. Mostly dealt with upstairs in the men’s section. The one employee helping us was rude, slow, and uninterested. I wish we’d just been left alone instead of being “helped.” Saw another customer in the changing room be abandoned by the (condescending) employee who was helping him. The customer had to come out and wander the store looking for the employee who said they’d come back with different sizes and never did. My wife he and he shared a laugh about how ridiculous it all was. Didn’t help the situation that the service seemed (perhaps) to be driven by customers looked. The customer abandoned in the changing room was a young black man in jeans. I’m a young white man who looks even younger than I am and was wearing a t-shirt (a BB one!). My wife saw the same employee who’d abandoned the one customer cheerily helping another customer, this one an older white man in a suit. Who knows what accounts for differences in service—but it wasn’t a good look. Checking out, we tried to use a coupon we’d received from BB in the mail. Wouldn’t be active for a few days so my wife and I debated whether to wait and come back. The cashier literally rolled her eyes as if folks who use a coupon or try to get a deal shouldn’t be shopping there. Sad because BB clothes are still great. But the folks at this store aren’t.
John Dickson: The store has Very poor customer service. The associates have an unprofessional appearance at the Boston Newbury Street store. The men are not wearing suits and do not have a savvy professional understanding of the standard of the community within the locale of the store and the well dressed man. No bathroom for the handicapped and people with urinary medical issues. Told to use Starbucks and that’s what associates are to utilize also. The associates are rude and have unbelievably uncaring remarks. I got the same answer about the plumbing problem every time I went into this store for over a year about the restrooms. It’s unsatisfactory. I had to dash down to the Newbury Hotel formerly The Boston Ritz to use the Men’s room. I was embarrassed. Every time I mentioned a suggestive comment, the response was ok-ok- ok and ok. The associates walked away and I was ignored. Not going to happen again ever. I’m— Not returning ever again to Brooks Brother’s Newbury Street Boston. I have been a Customer since 1991.
Perry Papp: Brooks Brothers has slid so badly in recent years it is so sad. The best traditional clothing store with the best service that I remember has become an example of retail incompetence and indifference. Whoever bought this soon to be dinosaur (Nautica i think?) get your act together FAST!
Mehdi Rizvi: Excellent products
Jialan Zhang: The suits are fine, but the customer service especially the tailoring staff is very unprofessional. The tailor in the store was rude and said things to me very discriminating only because I didn’t choose her to do the tailoring (3 weeks waiting time at least). Also, they forgot to take the locks off from our suits. We had to go back and have them off. It was time wasting, but the staffs in the store were not sorry at all for their mistakes. If you are not in a rush to buy a suit, avoid this place. Expensive clothes with terrible customer service.
Chris: Be careful with their suit department. Don't use the tailor or expect quick and coherent service. I purchased a nice suit in December for my own wedding. The sales person initially told me that the tailoring is included and no extra charge. I came back in a few months to see if there are any tailoring size changes from the measurements initially taken. I came back end of February and after waiting a while, the tailor spent no time and said it was the same but also seemed confused by some of his own stuff he wrote down or forgot to write down. The same sales person then charged me for tailoring since I was getting the legs tapered, okay fine, would of been nice to know that when I first purchased the suit rather then tell me it was included when you knew the legs were being tapered. I paid for tailoring and it was 3 weeks later and supposed to be ready on the 21st Monday which is the earliest the tailor said he could make it ready by. I got no phone call. I called on Monday and they said they would need to get back to me, but no call back. I call back (Tuesday) and the same woman answered and said she forgot to call me back as she got busy the other day. She then tells me that they can't find the suit in the store. I tell her my wedding is in a few days. She then tells me the suit was already marked as picked up by someone, and am I really sure that no one came to pick it up for me? Are you telling me my $1000 suit was lost? Then I call back some hours later and am told there was a mix up and they have found my suit, but needs to confirm with what happened and when I can pick up. Finally the tailor/assistant manager calls me and tells me they have the suit but it was "not in the right place" so they never tailored it. They wil rush it for the next day for Wednesday. I need this for my own wedding so it's unbelievable. The good news is the suit was really nice, but the service at this store with the tailor was bad. They did refund the tailoring fee after due to the circumstances.
Richard Greensted: I love this place. Very friendly staff. Beautiful building, inside and out. Lots of lovely clothes but I was looking for their wonderful men's handkerchiefs, and they were out of stock.
Brandon Sharp: Frankly, the worst consumer service of any retail store I’ve visited in a while. They won’t help you no matter how bad you are trying to buy something.
M1225 Decemberist: Tried to call this particular store on Newbury Street numerous times and dates to ask if they had an item in stock . No one picks up. The store must be closed permanently.
Jared Schultz: This Brooks brothers store should be avoided if you can go to another location. The organization for finding sizes is poor. And the staff cannot be bothered to provide customer service. This store has a sense of pretentiousness in it.
Jonathan Wang: Extremely friendly and helpful staff made the shopping experience seamless.
Amelia Bedelia: My husband and I had a good shopping experience, other than learning that Brooks Brothers is ending its women’s line of clothing. There weren’t many options left for me since they didn’t seem to be restocking any of the womenswear.
Ryan Milgrim: I had a suit tailored here, I figured I would call and ask if it was ready since I had not heard from the store in 5 weeks. Ralph picked up the phone and instantly put the phone on the counter while helping other customers so I had to wait while overhearing their entire checkout conversation. Once this was over I tried to give Ralph my name and ask if my suit was ready, but this proved to long of a task and Ralph again put the phone down to check out more customers. At this point I had been waiting for 15 minutes to ask if they had my suit. Obviously he was too busy to help me so I asked for somebody else. To this, Ralph told me that was not necessary because he was the store's manager, then confirmed he was too busy to help me, and hung up the phone. 30 minutes later I received a call from ralph telling me my suit was ready for pick up by saying "Hey this is the new friend you just made" in a sarcastically rude tone of voice. That was the most unprofessional employee I have ever interacted with in my life, despite the fact that I was picking up a golden fleece suit from their own store.
Venkata Krishnan C: If you want to buy a suit, Brooks brothers has great material and selection. But if you can avoid this location it will save you a lot of trouble. If there is a location that's 6 hours away with the same choices, i would have chosen that over this location. The staff were not very helpful in helping me select a suit. I was not even acknowledged for the first 30 mins and I was invisible to them. And they gave me very little recommendations or suggestions through the process. I had been to the Brooks Brothers at an outlet mall and received great customer service before visiting this store location. They didn't have the size that would fit me and recommended I order something bigger. When they went to order it they got it in the wrong color. Their inefficiency and mistakes cost me a week and 6 hours of driving to and from the store. Having a need to call them for information or help is not something i would wish on my worst enemy. I was trying to track down my suit and see when it would be ready. But after 3 days and 30 attempts of calling them and leaving multiple messages i got no response and no call back.So in short, choose Brooks Brothers but avoid this location. Will save you a lot of time and heart burn and save you some money and time.
Lawrence O'Connor: They’re still the best for quality suits that fit perfectly.
Sheb Shumar: Great store Great price’s especially on Newbury Street and on line
Joe Celusta: More Fashionable, less classic
