Baked Pretzels: This is an independent pharmacy, like your ma and pop establishments. The pharmacist and her associates are extremely friendly and they will try their best to fill your script at a timely matter. She also went out of her way for me , contacted the pain clinic and did her best to contact the specialty medication pharmacy, when one of my medications is a speciality.I dropped Cvs Pharamacy for them , because we all know Cvs wouldn’t go above and beyond for you.You will not regret choosing Saigon pharmacy for all your medication needs.

robert shaw: Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff who actually answer the phone and have time to talk to you. Union is a fantastic smaller store which treats clients like people should be treated. Reminds me of the 'drug store' I knew years ago. Only thing that's missing is the soda shop.It's great to see a place that actually follows up on things, thank you. Very clean store. Head pharmacist is the BEST. Thank you so much for being there for my mom. Wish you continued success .
Avi Heschel-Aronson: Such an amazing pharmacy, I don’t live in town anymore and I still have medications sent to Union because the experience is unbeatable. I have never been put on hold, the pharmacists are always kind and helpful and know most of my family (and dogs!) by name, vaccines there are a breeze, same with getting Covid tests, and the list goes on. Not having to deal with the struggle of just getting the right meds on time makes life so much easier- I am very appreciative to them.

Beef made out of Pork: Very rude pharmacy staff/manager. She was basically saying the insurance company 'hacked into her system' to quote the drug prices which she did not agree to, and rudely offered to transfer my prescription to CVS or somewhere else. Very rude and totally lack of logic. This place is going down the drain and we'll definitely take our prescriptions somewhere else.

Gabriel Cobas: Awful! My wife called to get the cost of a prescription with the hopes that it would be under the cost at CVS. We never got a chance to ask. When we asked about getting a price, the rude staff member proceeded to bark at my wife, “I don’t have time for this, I have a store full of people wanting the booster” click. Even if she said, I’m sorry can you please call back, we would understand. The rudeness of this staff member is unreal. Back to CVS.
Bandit 5993: We travelled from Australia to the USA 🇺🇸 part land part cruise holiday. At the time there was a requirement from the cruise company to have a supervised Antigen Test with a negative result 48 hours before boarding. This was challenging to arrange prior to leaving Australia. I did email this pharmacy from Australia & received excellent assistance / information.On getting to Boston on 27th August (our cruise was for 29th August) our accommodation was in Cambridge. The pharmacy was in the Newton Centre, Newton quite a distance from us. We initially tried several nearby pharmacies, all were no assistance at all & no longer offered the tests required.I phoned Union Pharmacy & spoke at length with a male, Anthony. What a relief to speak with an individual that was so helpful. He even initially attempted to find a business closer to us but it appeared there was not a lot on offer.We arranged a taxi & were ripped off by the driver but by that time we were desperate to get our pre cruise test, otherwise we would not be permitted to board.On attending the pharmacy again spoke to Anthony & a second male working on that Saturday. The service & friendliness by both was amazing & welcomed. Fortunately we tested negative & a printed result was completed for us.We mentioned how we had been ripped by the taxi, paying $46 from Cambridge to Newton with the taxi driver stating his meter was inoperable today. I think once he heard our Australian 🇦🇺 accent he went into a rehearsed line about the meter not working. He quoted the amount prior to leaving & stated tolls as well. Didn't notice any toll roads enroute. Anthony at Union pharmacy then arranged a Lyft ride back for us (after recommending a spot for lunch). The return journey by Lyft $26.What a wonderful experience in the USA 🇺🇸 re: customer service, going above & beyond by these 2. If you need a good pharmacy we recommend Union Pharmacy Newton.

They are extra knowledgeable, it’s easy to talk with the pharmacist right away with questions (versus being a cog somewhere else) and they are exquisitely careful about getting everything rightWhen I have travelled and needed stuff the big chains have had to order what would seem to be regular run of the mill meds (versus Gary has always had what I have needed).There have also been a few times over the years where the pharmacist has come out to explain important info about the meds/med allergies based on my history that my doctors haven’t caught.Plus they stock some awesome non pharma products, including Mason Pearson hairbrushes (an amazing gift for people with nice hair). There aren’t many authorized vendors and it isn’t unheard of for ones at online stores to be counterfeit.Love them!!

Misty Mote: As a new resident to Boston I wanted very much to use my local neighborhood pharmacy but unfortunately the pharmacist rudely told me that it was not possible to get the brand name version of my prescription and that my insurance would absolutely not pay for it if he ordered it despite the fact I've had no problem filling the same prescription in the state I just moved from. After attempting to reason with him I finally left frustrated. I had absolutely no problem getting it filled at Walgreens on Boylston the very next day and covered 100% by my insurance. 5 stars for Walgreens. So sad to be treated that way when you are attempting to patronize a small business.

Great service, local feel, and has all the stuff you could need from emergency things to nicer high end products for hair and skin. Better place to get prescriptions than CVS (better privacy I.e. doesn't hold your info on file for life), and Gary is usually always around to chat and offer advice.

Hannah: I love Osco! They fill prescriptions very fast (usually within a few hours), their staff are friendly and helpful, and they have the best prices in the area. I get two brand-name medications every month, and they cost about $5 in total. They also automatically added a coupon for me when my insurance denied a prescription, saving me $90.

Sammie: Zovig, the manager, is incredibly unprofessional. I have gotten prescriptions here for a couple years now but after the sweet blonde lady left this place has gone down hill. The manger sits on her butt doing practically nothing with little interactions with customers. While training a new bee, instead of handling a small issue with a prescription Zovig decided to yell from behind the counter where she was not wearing her mask properly (come on, it's a pandemic and you're handling people's medicine). Zovig decided to start a screaming match for a good five minutes until she finally choose to fix the problem. If I could go somewhere else I would, but if you go to this pharmacy avoid the unprofessional manager at all cost!!

Steve: Usually pretty good but the failed to mail out my Thyroid Med. and only had 1 pill. I call a few days ahead too. It should have come Friday, nope, then Sat. nope, Sunday was my last pill. So no pill for Monday and have to wait till Tues. They hopefully will ship it on Monday 1 class so I get them by the end of day Mon. disappointed. They always ship my Meds.

Brian Hackett: I have been using Fenway Health and Pharmacy for over 10 years now. I love the doctors and have never had any problems with the pharmacy and they have always been great with customer service and have always helped me out when there has been a problem.

Shavar Babb: Fenway Health is a great facility in general. The pharmacy is convenient and the staff is easy to work with if you've been seeing your doctor there. Offers online and phone refills, the best luck I've had is by phone though.

Their home deliveries are consistently late, their in-pharmacy staff are indifferent bordering on rude, and they have managed to mail me a prescription I never asked them to fill 4 times, (and counting) after repeatedly being asked to stop sending it.When your doctor offers to fill your prescription "right downstairs at our pharmacy", DECLINE.

A H: The staff here are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the pharmacy itself is a bit behind the times. The app never seems to work so I still have to call any time I need a refill and the website is basically useless. My PCP is at Fenway, the staff here are great and I want to support a local pharmacy, so that’s what’s kept me from switching to one of the bigger, national pharmacies.

Voice NYC: Sometimes they get it right other times they don’t. Can’t find prescriptions. Ship things out without authorization. Seem to be understaffed and that attitude shows to the customers. The app for the pharmacy works 20% of the time and waiting on the phone can be upwards of 20 mins

Abigail Murphy: Been a patient here for nearly five years. I've usually enjoyed my experience here but it's a little frustrating that I can't go for an in person visit when I'm sick. I had a telehealth appointment last week that basically didn't accomplish anything and then I had to go to urgent care for a flu test because the doctors here wouldn't see me (despite testing negative for COVID twice). I ended up having the flu but because I was so far along (because my primary care physician wouldn't see me) I can't be prescribed anything. Frustrating.

Natasha Nanda: This place is very unorganized. They book your appointment and tell you the wrong address to go to. They mail you forms to fill out before your appointment but then want you to fill it out again before the appointment because they don’t have anything in your file. Then they make you reschedule because you’re 20 minutes late since you went to the original address they told you to go to. I’ll find a doctor who has a more organized and efficient staff. waste of time
