Boston Body Pilates - Newbury Street: what do users think?
Breighl Mobley: Loved my private session with Catherine H
Courtmk2: Just took a class the other week with Katlyn Shea. My first time trying the newbury studio, and I found out she was a sub for the first time there that day- but I truly hope she starts to teach more classes because I love her style of teaching! She’s challenging, teaches new moves on the reformer and keeps it new and exciting. I learned so many new things in one class, compared to any other months I’ve been going to pilates. She is awesome!! Made me very excited to come back to pilates
Amy Lessner: I really enjoy the classes at Boston Body. I learn something new in almost every class I attend. The instructors tend to mix up the class format so it keeps me interested and challenged. The owner and manager are super helpful, and the customer service is on point!
Betina Langemark: Best pilates class ☘️
Robin Viola: This is hands down the best studio to go to! They have mat, reformer, chair, and barre classes and privates. I have been coming for years on and off and will never go anywhere else. I have increased energy and a better more even mood. I have a really stressful job and coming to pilates at the end of the day is a life savor and something I can actually do.
Crystal Raymond: Felt super comfortable doing their Barre Pilates class on Monday night. I'm not a regular exerciser so I was nervous. The instructor Melissa was super high energy and helped me get through the hour long class. Worth it, I'm going back soon!

Boston Pilates: what do users think?
Maria Fuentes: Muy buenos
Julie Driscoll: I was new to Pilates reformer classes and took individual classes before entering a small group.Katy Potts went beyond the call of duty to evaluate and teach the foundation of Peek method to me with a seamless attention to detail while integrating her expert knowledge not only of Pilates method but the science of movement and adaptation. Under Katy's astute training I quickly excelled in her more advanced group, reaping the benefits of a strong core, longer leaner muscles, brain-body movement coordination and a weekly spinal alignment that stayed with me until my next session. This Pilates studio is the real deal. Rebecca the owner, Katy and the other teachers are experts in the science of Pilates. If you want to change your body to become stronger, more flexible, aligned and coordinated I highly recommend youcommit to a Pilates practice at Boston Pilates studio. The studio is gorgeous and clean. The practice is pure and regimented. The instructors are expert trained. It is a win win method of changing your body for the better. You will in fact transform!

Endurance Pilates and Yoga: what do users think?
Adrienne G: Great classes and amazing instructors!
Mo Zhu: I had a great experience with Julie and Julia!
Rachel Chung: If you ever thought you were in shape and have never done Pilates...taking a class here will humble you in the best way! It's super hands-on and I love the small class size bc you absolutely can't hide. Julie is amazing, super knowledgeable, and will whip your entire body into shape. 1000% recommend to anyone looking to switch up their workouts or looking to get a good workout in!
Maria Jose Padilla: Best Pilates class. Julie is amazing! Your body will thank you.
Maggie Sahlman: Experienced and dedicated instructors who bring lots of positive energy to the studio. It's a great whole-body work out. The time goes by in a flash!
Julia Ekay: Best workout--so hard but also went by really fast.
Gary Shea: I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience practicing Pilates here. Julie is such an attentive and helpful instructor who makes efforts to make sure you're always practicing with good form. As someone who is new to Pilates, her approach is superiorly helpful and focused. The small class size is nice as well. Looking forward to trying the new Cadillac table!
Jason Courtemanche: Amazing instructors, definitely going to get a great workout here!
Nicole Arsenault: I have been meeting with Julie virtually M-F since April. In these last few months I have gotten stronger and my body feels amazing. I live with chronic pain and the more I move, the better I feel.Julie pushes me to do my best as she gives 110% to ensure I get a great workout, not hurt myself and build from the work done in the days before. My pain is next to nothing compared to the level of pain I was experiencing in March/April. Thanks you so much ♡
Dejanee Chambers: Julia was the perfect instructor. Everything was explained in a way that a beginner like me knew what she was telling me to do with my body. She also kept me motivated to push myself. I'm hooked. Can't wait to go back
Claudia: Julie and her team are consummate professionals. You will not find a better pilates studio in Boston.
Lizzy Shaw Doubrava: Absolutely LOVE Julie and Joscelyn. I actually enjoy working out now and in the short time I've been going to Endurance pilates I've already noticed improvement in my flexibility and strength.
Jillian Hazelton: I've done pilates at a number of studios, but nothing compares to Endurance! All the instructors provide detailed and customized instruction. My body has truly transformed since joining! I can't praise this place enough!
Karen Parker: fabulous instructors!! And great results! I love it here!!!
Hoa du mal: Beautiful studio! It's very calm and relaxing once you step inside. Check in is easy. The equipment and accessories are great to work with (heavy ball on your abs to maintain proper ab form).I enjoyed both classes (classic reformer with Lisa and classic tower with Julie). They are both very present, thoughtful and always watchful to help me keep proper form and posture. I will definitely come back to this studio whenever i visit boston.i highly recommend this pilates studio for all levels. i'm so happy i found it.
Mary Marino: Took and intro to barre class with a friend (who has never taken a barre class before). I have taken barre at various locations. The studio was SUPER small. We walked in, and the two Pilates instructors were cold and unfriendly. Then we went down stairs (in a cramped basement) for the barre class. The instructor (different from the two) had NO idea how to teach or inform the students. She did not show any movements or help individuals who were doing the exercises wrong. She was unorganized, and had to use a cheat sheet, which she referred to often. She had no flow, and no music to help. I will not return or suggest anyone to go to the studio.
Sara Alice Harris: Unfortunately, I no longer have ClassPass, so I am unable to visit this studio as much; however, when I did, Endurance was one of my favorite places to practice. Julie, the owner, is just fabulous. However, don't let that gorgeous face and smile fool you; she will work you o u t.
Ben Rawitz: By far the best pilates and yoga spot in Boston. It’s my hardest workout of the week. Both my wife and I love going there. Always fun and a great workout! Highly recommend
Suzanne Burstein Raj: Best Pilates and reformer classes

SLT Back Bay: what do users think?
Anna Ziemak: I recently moved to Boston, MA from Cleveland, OH and was looking for a new fitness studio. It's always a little nerve wracking trying new studios but SLT has been great! They are very welcoming, helpful with cues & incredibly understanding. If you are on the fence of trying one of their classes, this is your sign to try one! You'll either be humbled, sore, addicted or all of the above. :)
Ben Ghamami: Amazing exercise, great instructors - tone and stretch.
Mili X: Booked thru classpass. Was late for just 5mins and then I can't be allowed into the studio (no info said from the studio Or classpass I can't be allowed into it if i were 5 minutes late). I just missed 5mins because of the Friday traffic...then I get charged for the class + extra $31 charged for I missed the class + one hour wasted waiting and calling to talk with the studio.
Kristi Schmidt: Lovely studio. I would have to say based on my prior experience with reformer pilates that SLT is not for beginners (or people trying to get back in shape post COVID). Really wish they offered more modifications or beginners classes.
Kateryna Malakhova: The best workout that really works. It never gets easier, you just get stronger. The results are amazing.
Melissa Gardner: All of the teachers seem great, I more regularly take class with Amanda or Emily, and they both are amazing. I had a crazy busy day today, and Amanda pushed me to sweat it all away. I felt great walking out the door - it's a perfect way to start or end the day. Also, there's so much room to get stronger!

My Gym Children's Fitness Center Boston: what do users think?
Amy Henrie: My Gym has been incredible for our toddler! She's gained a ton of confidence in her physical abilities, and she loves being at class each day. The staff are enthusiastic and kind ,and you can tell they truly enjoy working with children.
Katrina Schroeder Smith: MyGym has been a great resource during winter months for both of my kids. The instructors are across the board great with kids and always smiling. Highly recommend.
Rachel Lacasse: We Love MyGym!!! My 15-month old has been coming for 6 or so months. We love every teacher, every activity in class, and all of the skills she is learning. She has gained confidence in herself, being around new people, and independent play. Whether it's a full class or an hour alone at the gym, every day is great!
Michelle and Louis: We LOVE My Gym Boston! We’ve been bringing our daughter here for nearly a year now, and it’s been really wonderful. The instructors are all super engaging, friendly, supportive and make every class such a fun experience. I’ve enjoyed seeing Faith grow in confidence as well as skills, and we look forward to going every week. The activities are age appropriate and I like how they are tailored to encourage development of cognitive and gross motor skills. It’s also provided a wonderful community for us to be a part of which was greatly appreciated having moved from Singapore! Keep up the great work guys!
Lauren White: My son loves this place! The teachers are all so kind!
Abigail Allen: My GYM Boston is one of the best places to bring your child. The curriculum is amazing and the teachers are very passionate about their work. I love that every time we go in they teachers are always so happy to welcome you. We have been going for the past year and my child is always so excited to go!
Dawn Rydle: The staff is so friendly and helpful!!!! We just love it there!
Gretchen Waldorf: the staff here is wonderful! I’ve never seen a group of more dedicated individuals who really care about and love working with kids
Megan A: I took my daughter to their classes for children under 2 for about 6 months. There are various issues with this center. Saturday morning teacher (Kate) was always sick. Parents, including myself, had to take the kiddos out several times because the teacher was coughing and sneezing all the time. Also, she was hysterically yelling and rushing from one activity to another without giving small children (under 2) enough time to engage in the activity. The teacher was not fair and would interact more with 2 families that she had known for a longer time and abandon the rest for most of the time. The place is also very old and cold and their heating system had issues for months during winter. They do not give any alone time to the kids, and every activity is designed so that parents need to be present. It could have been much better if sometimes they'd asked the parents to step back and give kids a chance to interact with each other.
Kelley Daley: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Maiko Kaneko: We had our son’s 4th birthday party here. My son really loves my gym so we decided to have his party here. They were helpful during the preparation and the day of the party; not only they supported to serve the food and drinks but they fully attended the entire party, they entertained kids with so many activities!! All the kids had a blast!! It was above our expectations and can’t thank enough!
Courtney Subatis: My 2 year old has been attending classes at My Gym Boston for about 9 months and absolutely LOVES it. He adores the staff and has the best time at the gym. I appreciate the planning and attention to detail that goes into each class... every class is different! I’ve loved watching my son’s skills and confidence grow significantly and highly recommend trying a class at My Gym Boston!
sarit helman: My gym is absolutely a great place. My daughter just loves it. The teachers are so kind, professional and empowering. My daughter has grow physically but also gain more confidence and determination
Dena Haddad: Great classes and instructors!
Steve Sheinkopf: My kid loves this place...Therefore I love this placeThe staff loves kids, and it shows in their interactions. They work on stretching, coordination and have different games to support thisThey change the set up weekly so this jungle gym of a place is never the sameIts a great hour of fun
Belkis Candelario: We had our daughters 5th Birthday here and had an awesome time. As a parent who doesn't like party planning, they took all the stress off of me. The staff was great and really do a great job interacting with the kids and keeping them entertained. The constantly checked in with me and were very organized. Thank you for making my children's birthday celebration a success.
Alessandra Baran: The teachers are g
Jaemi Park: We have had great experience with mygym until one of the instructors snatched a toy out of my son's hand and yelled at him. It already has been two years but we still remember the incident when the supervisors didn't do anything but only wanted to cover up her continuous mean treatment to some of the kids. Hope they don't have the instructor anymore...
Chris Karl: Very nice and motivated staff. Good for birthday parties (2-4 year olds) during winter.
J Lemberg: One of the best children's programs in the Boston area! My children have all began their career there in their Little Bundles class ( 6 WEEKS of age!) and now continue to grow as they get older (Whiz Kid-5, MIte-3 and Waddler-16 months). We love how the program grows with your child beginning with the first classes as they give you skills like forward rolls and baby sit-ups (so stinkin cute!) and as they get older, the kids are able to take the skills that they have learned and have applied them in the program. They also work on independent play with the little ones, team work building with the older ones and it's all done in a non-competitive atmpsphere where the staff encourage and challenge each child based on their skill and comfort level. There is always an adorable puppet show and the staff make sure that they know each child and parent every class- and the music... the playlists each week are AWESOME! My husband and I always talk about how great the music is to listen to while we are there each week- we enjoy it just as much as the kids do! We have celebrated multiple parties with the gym over the past 5 years (From our kids turning one, to our upcoming daughter turning 4 at the end of this month!) and while the cost is up there, it is totally worth every penny! They make your child feel like #1, they play their favorite games, dances, songs, gymnastic skills and literally don't even make you lift a finger! We have brought our own food and cake but they also have a package that provides all that as well! We've been to other Boston-area parties and they stand by and do NOTHING with the kids other than occupy dead air for 1.5 hours. My Gym Boston runs marathons around your child and their guests during their special day- and the staff always amazes me by saying they still have one or two parties after ours- where do they find that energy?!We love how the program also has a gentle approach of encouraging our children to try out what they offer each week (the gym set up changes each week- I wish my own gym did that!!) but the staff (because they are seriously so personable!) know the comfort level of our children, when to challenge them and also when to bring them back to my husband or myself if they need a couple of minutes to get refocused. We love the structure of the program. Our children have learned how to sit and wait their turn, how to play fun childhood games (ring around the rosey, redlight/green light, freeze dance) how to make friends and play alongside other children. This didn't happen overnight- it took around a month for our oldest to become acclimated with the program and when it was time to explore vs when it is time to listen. This has been a huge help with transitioning her to preschool and now kindergarten.Looking forward to watching the program grow with our children and in our Boston community! We would recommend this to any new parent or nanny looking to find their way with a newborn, a parent or nanny or grandparent with a toddler looking to get them tired and a family with an elementary school child looking to keep light structure and activity in their child's schedule without overwhelming them too much!
Jay Boden: We started taking our (now 20 month old) daughter here in September 2015 and LOVE it!!It's super clean (we took her to a different gymnastics place last year and it was so dirty so I made sure to look for this right away). We never get bored because they switch up the gym setup and curriculum every week, so its not only refreshing for our daughter but good for the parents. The teachers are AWESOME...so helpful and friendly. Our daughter was super shy about trying the gymnastics for the first few weeks and they were never pushy (they encouraged but didn't push her to do it). Now she seems so much more confident every time she goes and tries more and more every week.the most important thing is that my daughter loves it....All I can say is that alllll week I hear "my gym, my gym???"

Fitlab Pilates: what do users think?
Sophie Ward: I’ve been going here for years now and I can’t speak more highly of the expertise and kindness of the instructors, the quality of the equipment and just the overall way the business is run. Kate and team - we appreciate you!
Becca Saenz: Love the staff & studio! Classes are always fun and new and just the right amount of challenging. Kate and Cilla have so much knowledge and passion for anatomy and it shows in their classes!
Leslie Brayton: FitLAB Pilates is wonderful! Through Covid and many injuries in my part they have treated me like an individual deserving of attention and safety. I have worked with mostly Kate for a couple of years and she is such a huge help for my aging and badly injured body. Either zooming, in pre made videos or in person, fitlab has navigated the last few difficult years with the clients physical and mental health in mind. I am so grateful and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
James Hayward: Kate is THE best. As an out of shape guy who never made time for exercise, she took a look at my fitness goals and tailored a routine that was challenging yet manageable so that I could make it just that, a routine. She never failed to follow-up, check-in, answer questions or provide support when I struggled. As a beginner, I could not have found a better person to put me on the right path.
Stephanie Marenna: Always such a clean and welcoming space with amazing, well educated instructors. The best!
Fat Babe ASMR: Kate is such an incredible instructor! The whole team is phenomenal, definitely go check them out!!!
Mary Fuller: I came to Fitlab after several years of mat Pilates in groups, and the instructors have taken things to a whole other level. Privates have kept me strong and flexible through injuries and crazy times at work, and I can’t say enough about the knowledge base, creativity, and friendliness of the instructors. This place is the best!
Liane Wong: I have only positive things to say about this studio. My whole life, I have never been able to keep to a regular workout routine - until now! I come to fitlabs 3x / week and the prices are extremely reasonable. I finally look forward to exercising. You can't go wrong with any of the instructors. Cilla, Erin, and Kate are all knowledgeable, inclusive of all skill levels, and really seem to love what they do. Diane, the owner, is responsive and communicative. The studio itself has managed covid restrictions extremely well. The studio and equipment are clean and well-maintained. And the clientele is respectful of mask usage, hand washing, and equipment wipe down.I whole-heartedly recommend you give Fitlabs a try. You won't regret it!
Flor Orosz Hunziker: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThe instructors are all amazing and so is Diane, the owner. Fitlab is a welcoming and healthy environment to get stronger, healthier and happier!
Janice Kitchen: If you are at all interested in pilates, I could not recommend Fitlab Pilates more highly! I attended two classes a week at Fitlab for over a year before moving to Western Massachusetts. I am not exaggerating when I say that Fitlab classes are one of the things I miss the most about Cambridge/Boston. I could probably write a dissertation on why this studio is exceptional, but I'll do my best to stick to the highlights.First, the atmosphere of the classes is pretty unique. They focus on building strength rather than burning calories. I don't think I heard any reference to losing weight even once during my time in the studio. This is reflected in the clientele; people of all genders, sizes, and ages attend the classes regularly. They also do not play music. While many people like listening to music as they work out, I found that the lack of music allowed the instructors to focus on helping me do the exercises correctly and on getting to know me as a person. Again, not for everyone, but was definitely refreshing and helpful for me.Second, the instructors at Fitlab are the most knowledgable and attentive fitness instructors I've ever experienced. (And I've gone to a lot of different classes! Spin, yoga, 305 Fitness, Zumba, personal training -- if it was "in" at some point in the last 5 years, I've probably tried it.) Cilla and Amanda have different styles, but they are both excellent at giving very specific and thorough instructions for every aspect of the class. Reformer pilates can be intricate, so their detailed instruction is critical to the success of their classes. They are also both excellent at finding multiple ways to explain the same move. Amanda taught most of the classes I attended and she did a great job of repeating exercises that built strength and mixing up the routines so that I never got bored. (Honestly, twice a week for over a year and I never got bored!) Diane (the owner) had just hired a third instructor when I left, who unfortunately I didn't get the chance to work with, but I heard good things from other attendees.Third, the owner provides exceptional customer service. Diane responds to emails as seeming lightening speed. She also has an incredible understanding/memory of each of her member's class preferences. More than once she emailed me to let me know that a spot in class opened up when I had mentioned to her over a month before that I was interested in switching! The MindBody app can be clunky and a bit annoying if you are a member, but Diane is so attentive and helpful that for me it was a non-issue. She also keeps the prices at an exceptionally reasonable rate. My monthly membership at Fitlab meant the individual classes were cheaper than any other fitness class I had tried out in the area. Given the specialized attention that comes with a 6 person maximum class, the value for that expense was by far the best.My final thought is that if you have never tried pilates before, don't give up! Reformer pilates can be very frustrating at the beginning. The reformer is a crazy contraption that can be used in what seems like 50 million different ways. For the first three months, we did something totally new with it at every class I attended. There's a lot of set up involved for each of those new things and it felt like I had to learn a new language just to work out. It's also hard. But, the staff at Fitlab Pilates were so encouraging and helpful that I know I could go into any pilates class now and hold my own. I built more strength and felt more confident in my body than I ever had before. It was completely worth getting through the learning curve.
Caroline Boeckman: Very well trained instructors and very professional! Super friendly, clean and an excellent experience overall!
Chris Dee: A wonderful, cute pilates studio. Instructors are super nice and knowledgable. Check it out!

SWETSTUDIO®: what do users think?
nivya sharma: I went for my first class last weekend. It was absolutely magical and worked wonders for my body and mind alike. I was a bit nervous initially, thinking about transitioning from a yoga mat to the silk but the instructor made it a cakewalk for me. She was clear in her instructions, paid attention to individual person's posture and helped me multiple times in correcting my postures. I felt confident after the class, gonna take next class very soon. Highly recommended for someone willing to take Yoga experience to a higher level.
Gabrielle Mele-Algus: This is one of the most fun workouts!! I just started a month ago but make sure that I go at least 2-3 times a week. There is a huge range of classes and none have disappointed me. I love that you can vary what type of class you can take all while still being in the hammock! In addition, one thing I didn’t expect would be the confidence boost you also get every time you enter class and go in the hammock. I definitely recommend to all!!!
Julia Adler: Sil and Veronika are so supportive and encouraging which makes each class a pleasure. The one-on-one lessons were spot on and enabled me to transition right into the aerial pilates and yoga classes with ease. I'm hooked!
Montana Martin: ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE‼️The aerial yoga is different than just the typical yoga and I enjoy myself in every class I've attended. Doing the different stretches and flexes learning your body while hearing their soft voice guiding you is soo relaxing. Veronica is awesome (i wish i could pack her voice in my pocket lol) I can't wait to become a advanced flyer with her... You challenge yourself and free your mind all in one. MY GO TO SPOT ❣️ Can't wait for class with Asia today 🧘🏽‍♀️.
Anna Neufeld: Really fun class. Wonderful atmosphere. If you have never tried aerial yoga this is the place to do it. There intro special is really affordable.
Megan Blomberg: Amazing instructors and program! Coming out of a sedentary period throughout COVID and aerial yoga has been a perfect way to loosen up the body again and get my muscles moving! Highly recommended!
Nzingha Rawlins: I attended the Beginner’s Aerial class with Asia and it was AHMAZING!I felt so supported throughout the class. Asia is such a purposeful and spirited instructor. I was able to truly relax into the process, and let go of my fears of trying something brand new. Now, I’m back for another session. I think aerial yoga is my new thang :-)I HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone. Especially if you are working on being more courageous or more fearless ❤️
Kelly Mackey: I joined Swet a few months ago right before moving out of the neighborhood and only wish I had tried it sooner! I've continued going because of how much I like it. The environment is incredibly welcoming. The instructors are friendly and knowledgable. It is small enough that you start seeing familiar faces after a few visits and get individual attention and assistance when needed. I've primarily taken the row classes. They are well run, challenging, and the time flies. I've tried a few aerial yoga classes as well, which is brand new to me. The beginner classes are a great introduction. The instructors really make sure everyone is comfortable. I highly recommend trying it out!
Pernille Bülow: I have attended SWET studio's classes for the last year, and I think it's fair to say that I am close to addicted. I love the variety of the classes, and the instructors are fantastic. Do you want to relax and stretch, there is a class for you. Do you want high intensity cardio, there is a class for you. Do you want to build up your beach body with muscles you didn't know could inhabit your body, there is a class for you.
Andrew Brancato: This place is top notch. As a barber with lower back pain i always walk out of this place feeling brand new. Its always clean and you can really tell they take pride in what they do.
David K.: I went to the intro aerial class. Veronica was great! I plan on returning soon.
Nawal: I started at this studio about three weeks ago. I have scoliosis and thought it would be a great way to stretch my back and make it stronger. Initially it was a bit difficult for me as I wasn't used to the movements but now I'm amazed by what my body can do. In just five classes my hips have loosened up and I can finally do some of the more difficult movements. I believe that these classes have helped with my therapies as well by increasing flexibility and strengthening the muscles. I have no doubt that anyone looking for a fun way to workout will enjoy this studio but to find a place where you can alsofind solutions to bad posture, lack of flexibility or generally lack of upper body strength while still have fun is difficult. Thank you so much for helping me in my journey to better health!
Suzanne Bluejacket: I just started coming back to Swet after being away for a while because of the pandemic. The air quality and very high ceilings makes me feel very comfortable. It’s only been a few weeks and I already notice my posture has improved from years of working at my computer. I also have noticed that the tightness in my lower back and neck is better. Best of all, it is my favorite form of exercise. I look forward to the light stretch and fun of hanging upside down that makes me feel like I’m doing something good for my body. There’s also a mindfulness component that helps me rebalance and focus on myself so I can set personal goals to stay in balance. I’m definitely not flexible but I love how every level of fitness can take the classes. I drive 45 minutes each way and it’s so worth it. Thanks for being a great place and for the best instructors of any fitness minded center. Thanks so much, Suzanne
Racheal Adeoti: Their beginner class was so much fun. I’m hooked and would definitely go again. I recommend taking a stressed out friend :)
J S: SWET studio is the best. Fun, flexibility and strength all at the same time. It motivates me to work out more. Years of back pain disappeared.
Aasem Alhenaki (Dr. Aasem): Cute studio, friendly staff. I loved the aerial yoga, fresh and innovative movements. Definitely recommend checking it out.
Annapurna Modi: I tried the arial beginner and meditation restore. I was skeptical about the risk but when i tried i got to know it is guided and very well explained. Super fun and exciting. Can't wait to practice again.
Michelle Block: I would recommend aerial yoga at Swetstudio to anyone looking to try something new- if you’ve done yoga before, it adds a fun new dimension! At Swetstudio the staff is friendly and welcoming, safety protocols are followed (both covid and general), and the instructors are experienced and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning soon for another class!
Sacha Sergent: Having been to dozens of fitness studios in Boston, SWET remains my #1 favorite. Walking through the South End to get there is a joy, and being in the studio is an incredible experience each time. All of the instructors are professional and knowledgeable, and somehow still surprise you with each class. The variety of classes they offer also keeps you on your toes!Aerial hammocks provide a method of movement that is truly unique in the way it allows you to move your body. The silk allows you to access muscle groups you are mostly unable to access or at least unable to access in such depth that you walk out of each class feeling renewed and open.10/10 experiences at SWET, I highly highly recommend!
kathleen mccarthy: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Phung Vuong: I love aerial yoga and SwetStudio exceed my expectations! The instructors are so kind and helpful. They will take the time to help you with your movements and make you feel comfortable before moving to the next step. I felt like I have progressed so much after just a few classes! Also, parking is easy to find in this location, which is a plus for me.
