Pet World: what do users think?
Chris L-Sawma: My dad and I were there. We were the only ppl of color in there. The old lady showing the cats to the men and women at the store was extremely rude to my south East Asian dad who has a heavy accent. I was just appalled. I usually buy a lot of cool treats here for our farm dog Joe. Didn’t ever come back due to the rude old lady that put such a bad taste in our mouths. He’s the most gentle soul even amongst gentle souls.. We have well enough resources to support a cat lol but I guess two gentle father-son day having, and well to do engineers weren’t convincing enough. Wow. Ridiculous.I’ll just keep posting this.
Zianna weeks: They take great care of the cats and dogs but I'm not particularly impressed with the fish and small animal section. That being said they do a better job than the vast majority of pet stores.
Janet Sulich: Pet world was great. They moved to this new spacious store. It has everything. Definitely worth a stop if u hvnt ever been there!!!
Tammy mccardle: Very nice people.
Madhu Raman: Loved visiting store!
Jacquelyn Joseph: Pet world is awesome they do a lot for Cats and kittens to adopt my son and I visit when we go to Natick, there store is very clean and employee's are friendly.
Emily Miles: One of the last local pet shops in the area. I am always delighted to stop at Pet World for their huge array of cat products that most big box stores neglect. They do great work keeping the store neat and organized. I also love their store cat adoption program where the cats and kittens aren't kept in tiny cages. You can tell they love and respect the animals. You've made a lifetime customer out of me!
Ruth and Jeff Brigham: Pet World is a wonderful place because of the caring staff, and they have everything you need. Their cat village is really cool! The cats have lots of room to climb and roam. ❤️
Brynn Devou: Way better than Pet Smart. I love animals, especially cats. This place has exactly what I need.
Jessica Colon: Everything seemed overpriced. Not many animals to look at.
Cynthia Teng: Best local business for pets! We recently got a rescue dog and while we were trying to get the puppy to socialize, we made our way to Pet World, which turned out to be one of the best decisions ever! The manager and the employees are all so friendly and knowledgeable, They had patiently talked to us, helped address concerns we have and made some great recommendations of snacks that the dog LOVES (she started eating & playing right away, which we have never seen before). This is our favorite spot now! Thank you so much!!
Nghia Nguyen: Pet world is big but their fish section is a little bit small for me. I mainly come to buy fish or fish supplies. Their prices for general fish are pretty good. But the betta fish are a little more expensive than Petco. The staff is friendly. And the location is easy to find.
Ashlee Savage: Love this place ❤️ 💕 😍 💖!
Star Blidgen: This is one of the coolest local pet shops small but bursting with knowledge animals are well taken care of very helpful friendly and kind people working here I drove miles to get there as my purchase was hard to find was politely helped and was excited about our new friend left their feeling fulfilled was very busy but still took the time as the new owner to one of their pets that educate making sure I had the right food right equipment and was happy with my purchase
Lucian Aquino: I go there often to see the cats for adoption and a blue macaw in the back of the store!
J Ghoul: The staff is awesome they are very helpful . Huge inventory .
David: Muito bom.
Janine Spinazola: Love this place!
Sari Carpenter: Knowledgeable staff. Always a good time.
LuLu Jersey: This store is amazing, I found everything that was needed and the attendant was very helpful.
Franz S: Massive selection of items for pet owners - and lots of animals to see for browsers. I heard the Parrot Bluey say ‘hello’ which was awesome. The staff are friendly.

Big Fish Little Fish: what do users think?
Andrew Bennett: The owner was really helpful. Thanks for the advice!
Nicholas Coops: Great experience
Joey Loschiavo: Do you sell jumping spiders
Breyner Rivas: very good it helps you if you don't know and a little dusty but very friendly and they help a lot
Jonathen Petrie: A little hole in the wall run by a longtime veteran of the pet trade. A local business worth supporting.
Allyssa Meunier: Came back again and we got a beautiful ball python to add to our growing family. The owner as always is so kind. We always leave there learning a lot about the different kinds of animals he keeps. This is the best pet store around. Here’s a picture of the day we fell in love with “Ghost”.We also have birds (conures and parakeet/budgies) that we have gotten from him and I had meant to leave a review before that he also offers boarding services! He’s watched our birds while we have been away on vacation twice before and they were well taken care of and given their favorite fruits and vegetables while we were away.
Austen: I always go here for any needs for my aquarium. The owner is very knowledgeable about fish, and has provided some great fish and plant recommendations for my tank. Can’t recommend this shop highly enough!
Gamze Yilmaz: I got another betta fish and all the materials for it from this cute store for my son’s new school, and the owner did not disappoint again! This was my second purchase from this store. The owner is very well informed, super helpful and does not really try to hard sell anything. He also showed the snakes and turtles to my son without us even requesting, and my son had an amazing experience. I also appreciate the reasonable prices at this store compared to other big stores or even Amazon. Highly recommend it!
Holly Vrotsos: I have been visiting this store for years and it is one of the few local old school pet shops left in the Greater Boston area so it’s great to support. The owner is so kind, very helpful and the care he bestows upon his animals is very evident. In the past he has given me food to feed his reptiles, to feed his parrot. Real animal lover; such a great place.
Star Blidgen: One of the oldest pet shops around and still one of the best funny educational easygoing guy a gentle giant runs the shop great with kids my daughter and I walked in there and was greeted pleasantly showed us around talked about different animals walked along with us and made us laugh will always come here first when looking for anything in Massachusetts regarding fish bird life prices are reasonable I remember coming here as a little girl and it almost looks the same even though it's change owners it feel good to have the same type of Love passed on to my child childhood great guy
Ashley Pitts: I have been visiting this store for a few years have a 35 gallon and a 10 gallon aquariums. The owner is a local from the area and is knowledgeable about fresh water fish, reptiles, rodents and birds. He is helpful with questions over the phone and in person.
Kelly Wilson: I tried to purchase a betta fish here (one that looked like it could use some TLC). I innocently and briefly mentioned to the man behind the counter that it might need some TLC (hoping he would maybe give me advice) and the man got defensive and aggressive--repeating over and over again "I don't sell sick fish" and "Don't buy it then!" I remained silent, apologized, and he only got more aggressive. When I said I'd be okay with purchasing it anyways, he asked me what size tank I'd be using. I had a 10 gallon tank cycled and ready at home with plants. He immediately told me that the fish would be 'scared' of a tank that size and that bettas prefer small 1 gallon bowls. This is just bad advice. Do your research before shopping here. Bettas should be kept in 5 gallons and up. Contrary to what he told me while I was there, wild bettas don't 'live in puddles' as a choice (though they can survive in them). I came into the store hoping to support a local business and seek advice of the owner. He was extremely rude and I walked out in tears.Don't shop here!
Brian Steady: Great location! Service is always awesome! Highly recommend this store!
Allison Connolly: Love this spot! The owner is super knowledgeable about fish and they have a good selection and healthy animals. The parrot can be a little scary but it’s all part of the charm!
Rick Ribeiro: Great selection and very knowledgable
Marcela Silveira: Guy keeps fish and other animals in good conditions. It's a small store so it's smells a little. Animals are healthy though. You will learn way more about your pet fish there than any PetSma4t or Petco store. Highly recommend.
Rachel Gladstone: Such a nice guy with great fish selection and knowledge
All Planets: @all_planets
Max Corona: Very cool
Stephanie Shields: Great place, knowledgeable owner.
Wylie Bednar: This guy is so nice and knows everything about fish. He's very helpful when we've had issues with our aquarium, and he always takes time to talk about choosing the right fish when we go in to find new fish for our tank

Wild Birds Unlimited: what do users think?
Fred Macdonald: Became a member and was very impressed with staff and service.
Corina Tamas: The customer service here is just unreal. The people that work here are so knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I looked like a real dumb blonde walking in the store with zero knowledge of birds and they gave me the respect of any experienced bird lover. I’ll be heading back there and recommending them to everyone. Customer service should be a model for every business. And the store itself is beautiful with so many different options.
Lautaro StonemanBell: Over priced for most things that one could find cheaper. People were nice but not to helpful and friendly. Prob won't go back.
Sherman Homan: What a great little shop! I went in looking for a yankee swap gift, with no ideas, found one that I wanted. I left with presents for some hard to buy for relatives.(Sherman Homan, 11/15/22)
Sandra St Germain: I love this place. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Quality bird food
Shira C: The employees are kind, helpful, and educational! There's a good price range and also a good variety of different feed and products for specific bird types. The loyalty membership is worth it if you are local or want to stock up and they carry what you're looking for!
Lisa Livingstone: Doug helped me with picking out a beautiful Corinthian Bells windchime today. Well made and so heavenly to hear. I also got some more hummingbird advice and a new feeder which takes care of everything. Thanks! :)
Ryan Sullivan: Was looking for suggestions as a beginner and they were happy and patient to walk me through the process and suggest something for my situation.
Jerry Griep: A great store! I have been going here for many years. Experienced and helpful. The are so many amazing birds in the northeast to watch from your home, year-round.
Richard Fine: My wife and I are novices. The staff was generous with their time explaining different bird feeders, seeds, and winterizing ideas. Limited to 6 customers at a time. Prices are very reasonable. We'll go there again.
Harry Bushe: Very helpful staff - they seem like they love their jobs.
Anwar Kashem: Great bird shop, with feeders and food -- and they provide lifetime warranties on many of their feeders, which they honor with professionalism and pride!
Stephen Yozell: Only place my birds will eat
Copie Harris: Everything you need to feed your backyard birds. The owner and staff are warm, helpful and knowledgeable, and the products are very high quality.
Ron Lahti: If you are a bird lover there's no other place to go. fantastic service, knowledgeable help and just really good quality supplies. I highly recommend this store to anyone that loves their Birds
Hercules Haseotes: This is a fantastic shop for bird lovers. They have all manner of food, housing, feeders, etc. They have a very friendly staff and they are knowledgeable about many areas of bird watching, bird feeding and bird care. This place is a far cry from the hardware store where one goes in to purchase 50 lb bags of some run-of-the-mill, average quality bird seed. If you're looking for a shop which can guide you in what types of feed to put out for specific types of birds you'd like to attract then this is your place. I do all of my shopping for my wild bird feeding and housing needs here.
Lori Ann: Excellent. The gentleman that helped us was so knowledgeable. He explained birds and seeds and it was enlightening. I would highly recommend. They Also have some great products
Joe Flynn: Very friendly knowledgeable staff, lots of great bird stuff
Bart Hill: Very nice all high quality bird seed and supplies. Very helpful staff.
Barbara Pflughaupt: Knowledge, cleanliness, variety
Laura Bogart: This is so much more than just a store: we ask the owner for advice frequently and her recommendations are always spot on.

Wild Birds Unlimited: what do users think?
Peggy Harrigan: Stopped in to pick up supplies for the birdos. It’s always important to me to support small businesses but this place is run by amazing folks. If you may be considering this hobby whether for yourself or introducing kids to a lifelong and rewarding experience with birds, do yourself a favor. Go see Henry and crew! Their enthusiasm is infectious and their knowledge is vast. You won’t be disappointed!
andy kaplan: Offering what amounts to drive-through service, call and order and pay on the phone, and they have it waiting for you when you arrived and will bring it right out to you. Highly recommend, ask for Henry!
Meghan E: Really nice shop! Super knowledgeable sales people. Will be back.
George Cairns: Nice selection of bird related items, staff was helpful and knowledgeable
Donald Godwin: Always what I need . Very nice dealing with the owner. Best bird feeders around . Got some for my home in Boxford as well as Florida.
Thomas M Roughan SR: Customer service and selection of bird supplies and a large selection of seed. This is where birders shop
Janet Burt: A local owner who cares. He has great stock. Bird food, accessories very classy yard and garden stuff
J: By far the best experience I've have with a business in years! Henry was fantastic! He went completely out of his way to help me with my Christmas gift. I can honestly say I will be looking for any reason to buy more stuff from his establishment in the future based on my experience with Henry. The product looks well made and should give us years of use.
S. R.: Fresh bird food, great products, and excellent customer service. My neighborhood has the fattest, happiest birds in New England!
Tom Ciulla: Best place around for all your bird needs. Henry and his wife are the best. Always knowledge and they make shopping there easy. Great prices too.
Ashton Brady: What an amazing experience. Came in to buy two feeders as gifts with very limited knowledge of feeders. Henry immediately acknowledged me as I entered and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was unbelievably personable, educated, and his showroom was neat, clean, and beautifully organized. From start to finish, it was a flawless experience. He brightened my day with his demeanor, his customer service skills and sales skills are top notch. The gift recipient was overjoyed as well! I will certainly be back. Thank you for everything Henry!
THOMAS MCLAUGHLIN: This is great store, run by a responsible, friendly, and knowledgeable owner who is always ready to answer questions.I witnessed disgusting exchange with person that complained about not being allowed into showroom, and threating to go elsewhere, and henry displayed his care for his neighbors and community by not buckling to pressure to do the wrong thingKUDOS!!!!!
Draco Rosso: Great small business!
Derrick Munyon: Not sure why others are deducting points in reviews from a place that closed a showroom during a pandemic (like a million other businesses)? I had zero issues with ordering curbside. In fact, they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I could see everything I wanted through the window. Incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend for anyone that loves to feed birds!
MJ Lyon: If you want to do it right and get your bird game on point, then WBU Danvers is your spot. I've been a loyal customer now for roughly 5 years and can't tell you how much I believe in this shop. The best quality food and supplies to make your backyard into a sanctuary or simply a single feeder or birdhouse. Most importantly, if your needs are big or small, you will get world class customer service and advice from the always warm and kind, extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff. I feel much more like a friend than a customer and I love that...
Steve Blanchard: I wish everything in life was like dealing with Henry at Wild Birds Unlimited in Danvers! He has worked incredibly hard during covid, protecting his customers by doing only curbside deliveries. The work involved is difficult to imagine. When the store is open, it is the most beautiful, clean, well-stocked, brightly-lit, enticing shops in existence. Henry is forthcoming, informative, courteous, and knowledgeable beyond belief. If I could, I would give WBO Danvers 10 stars.
Joann Standley: Was not allowed in the store curb side pick up only. looking for a new feeder and some stained glass. Will not be back to give them my money I prefer Plaistow they are so friendly knowledgeable and they let you in
Sahil Shaikh: The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what we needed even though we did not while visiting the bird sanctuary nearby to HAND FEED BIRDS IN THE WILD!!
Vicky Doran: Excellent, high quality bird seed, feeders, books, and many other bird related items. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have been shopping here for a few years and have never been disappointed.
Lisa Wilkie: I bought a character birdseed for our yard a week ago. I really don't know what the seed is, no birds would eat it and it fell apart in a few days. Its still on the ground, mice, squirrels, fox, coyotes, skunks, crows, seagulls etc won't eat it!!! Very dissatisfied customer,a few years ago I bought a few and all the birds especially the woodpeckers loved them. Not doing it again
TJ Foley: Had a great experience here today buying a feeder as a gift. The store was well-stocked and organized, and Henry was very helpful and knowledgeable with practical suggestions that fit my budget. Will definitely return .

Birds of A Feather: what do users think?
Julie A. Doherty: using for a long time best pet id tags we ever bought, love them, new pet new Birds of A Feather
Gina Kennedy: Old broken down appliance store that has a few old bird feeders piled up in the conner. Not what I remember from years ago. Then we spotted a trump2020 bumper sticker. I pointed it out to my partner and said lets go. He said that were leaving because of the sticker. I wasn't sure if he heard us so I went back in a made sure he knew why we were leaving. He did apologize and said it wasn't his but the owner was a big trump supporter.Sorry but will not spend my money for the spread of hate.
Leslie Skrzypczak: I like supporting local businesses and went out of my way to find this place. It had moved and their website had no information. Only to be sold expensive seed (more expensive than Wild Birds Unlimited - comparative product) that was full of larva. I asked the owner who said the bags were dusty because of their move. My bad, I should have left when I was unsure. Instead I brought it home only to dump it out on the ground for the squirrels, I didn't want it in my house. Never again. This quality you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot.

There is a big map of all the trails at the parking lot so next time I'll just take a photo. There is a bathroom available for public us, there is no playground. Pets are not allowed on the trails. There are a couple of locations with picnic tables for public use. There is also a community garden you can be a member of. Over all it's a great place to enjoy nature.
