Boston College Club: what do users think?
Denise L: We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception at the Boston College Club. To say that every aspect of the entire event was spectacular would be an understatement! The view of the beautiful city was just magnificent, the food was some of the best we’ve ever had (the filet was incredible)and the staff were very polite and professional. The big day went as smoothly as we could have ever hoped for thanks to the impeccable work of Anna Grace who met with our daughter and son-in-law months before the wedding working on all the specific details and didn’t miss a beat on making their vision a reality. Thanks to Anna Grace and Ronnie, who saw to every tiny detail our daughter told us many times throughout their special day that her wedding was everything and more she had ever dreamed of and wouldn’t change a thing!!! I think that says it all!!!
Michelle DesChenes: We have been trying to cancel our membership for 5 months and no one at BCC has been helpful. Just spoke to John McGinty who is apparently in accounting and has been receiving emails and calls as has Jacqueline, for months. He was incredibly rude, interrupted me and was not listening or concerned. Clearly I was a bother to him. I was absolutely stunned at his response when I told him that due to the poor service and his behavior I would not be referring anyone to BCC. What did he say? " That's fine" I was so shocked I asked him to please repeat what he said...and he did. Absolutely inexcusable. I'm sorry we ever were members and will certainly be sharing my story of John's behavior with anyone.
James f White: Everyone was extremely nice from Security in the loby too the individuals greeting me exceptional comment for the Bartenders an a female supervisor especially since im a paraplegic in a power wheelchair everyone was kind compassionate in helping me with the perfect balance of what i have no trouble doing but knowing when a what was the perfect time too help
Bob DiCenso: I was there for Christmas party at night the view was so beautiful was great had a good time I will go there again
Nick (McBoopies): Likely the best fillet I've had in my life so far.
T C: Some of the best views in the city. Great service and food quality.
Stacy Horn: My clients celebrated their wedding at Boston College Club this past weekend and as a wedding planner based in Michigan, I was so impressed, not only with the attentive service and helpfulness of the staff on the wedding day, but also with the responsiveness and helpful insights thru the booking and planning process. Brianna and Anna were exceptional and truly, the whole team was amazing. Also, that skyline view moving from daylight to sunset to night is just unparalleled. Highly highly recommend!
Josh Hwa: Waited over 2hrs with family in tow at Santa Brunch for a meal that never materialized. Left without eating. Only received an apology/explanation after telling the staff we were leaving/couldn’t wait around any longer. Was told the club would follow up later that week to make it up to us. Waited a couple weeks to hear back before posting this review. Never heard back. Poor/unresponsive customer service. Waste of an afternoon. Never again.
Lauren Renfro: Visited for a team lunch, was blown away by the service and views of the city. The staff were wonderful and accommodating, and super helpful in choosing drinks/food. Definitely recommend the crème brûlée - berries and cream and sugar always make for a tasty treat! Hopefully we’ll visit again! Would love to explore more around the floor and look at the paintings, sculptures, and antiques they had around. COVID protocols also set my mind at ease, masks were required when not seated at the tables and the staff wore theirs as well.
Fania Naccour: We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the BC Club (Group of 12 adults). Brianna was incredible. She took care of the details from decoration, to personalized signs and menus. The food was incredible and the view is stunning.
Ann Flores: We had our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at BC Club and it was amazing from beginning to the end. We were suppose to have event in 2020 but had to reschedule due to Covid-19. The BC Club was so understanding and reserved the following year for us and applied our deposit to 2021. Brianna was our planner from the club she was a delight. She was professional, understanding, and most importantly organized. She understood fully what we wanted and implemented accordingly. We used the harbor city view rooms and they were magnificent. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and made to feel like the most most important guests. The attention of the staff was exceptional. The bartenders were efficient and the wait staff were above and beyond. The cocktail hour was flawless and passed hor d’oeuvres were plentiful, no guest needed to seek them out. There was never a line to wait for a cocktail. The dinner was exquisite and the staff was so attentive to all guests. We had guests with allergies and the staff made sure they were receiving the correct meals. All in all I would highly recommend the BC Club to anyone looking for a special place for a special event.
Anton Khinchuk: Outstanding service, food and the view was spectacular.
Jingle Huang: Pleasant service and terrific view.
Sarah Murphy: We booked the BC Club for our rehearsal dinner in November. With the ever changing COVID guidelines, Brianna and her team were incredibly proactive in reaching out to us and clearly communicating what, if anything, we would need to change. She was very responsive and very easy to work with. Aside from that, the venue is beautiful, the views of the city are absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious! We would highly recommend The BC Club for any rehearsal dinner, wedding, or other event!
Candy Hwang: We got married a few weeks ago during the pandemic, but it felt really safe due to the big rooms and low guest count. Brianna was amazing! She helped us plan and set up everything for our big day. The venue was incredibly beautiful and the food was also delicious. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this venue.
Maria Boswell: PERFECT service, delicious food and AMAZING views!!!
Joshua Jones: Fantastic experience! Amazing views! Top notch staff and delicious food. Dessert was ridiculous!
Francis Duffy: One of Boston's best..... great food, service and atmosphere sitting on the 36th floor of 100 Federal.
Brett Chase: I rented out a room for a private dinner and everything went perfectly, the staff was amazing and the food was delicious.I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating and thoughtful venue than the BC Club. Brianna Fries and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure the night was nothing short of perfection and thought of so many amazing details that I never would have.
William Arbuckle: What a view!
XO The Girls: The events here are AMAZING! Love working with Brianna she is so detailed oriented and goes above and beyond!

Freedom Boat Club - Boston, MA: what do users think?
Scott Hutzler: Pretty mediocre all the way around. Boats are surprisingly rough given most are only a few years old. Almost every time out, we saw something that didn't work...the stereo, depth finder or fuel/other gauges. Staff seems pretty indifferent and fairly bored. I guess it's good if you are a novice boater and don't mind spending $500 or so per month all year. Tough given the season is really 4 months tops. Anyway...one man's opinion.
Phillip Straghalis: The dockmaster here is one of the nicest and most helpful. They make boating easy.

Freedom Boat Club - Quincy, MA: what do users think?
Samuel L Webb II: Another fine Freedom Boat Club location!
David Carr: Great club and a great value.
Joseph Attia: They just don't have the capacity to allow members to make reservations conveniently as they continue to add members. Members need to plan ahead significantly to make reservations and the waitlist system is terrible. Basically, too many members, not enough availability.
clark leininger: Staff is friendly and has done a great job adapting to social distancing
Richard W. Glynn: Beautiful site, nice marina, nice people!
L T: This place is absolutely awesome. Especially if you don't want the cost of owning and maintaining your own boat. They have boats in every size for every ability from the 17' to 28 or 31 cruisers.
Wilson Brown: Fun place to take a boat out of!
Tom Christopoulos: 1st year on the water with my family. We all enjoyed the time in Boston harbor. A must for all families to try

Delta Sky Club: what do users think?
Kevin Ao: If you're looking for a Sky Club with a great location and helpful staff, the Delta Sky Club at A7 is a great option. The breakfast options were decent, and I really enjoyed the bacon. There were plenty of seats available in the morning, which was great. However, the restrooms could use an update, and half of the plugs were not working.
Shela Durresi: Incredibly rude staff, I was trying to walk out with two coffees (our flight was about to board and they had paper cups for coffee to take to go) and two croissants and the staff told me I could not take food/drinks out even though the sign only said food/drinks could not be brought in. Then she made me drink the coffee with my boyfriend at the door and when I gave him a croissant she rudely took it out of his hand (even though I told her I could have taken two croissants for myself). Terrible experience, I have been to several airport lounges in Europe where they purposely put to go food since people are often in a rush at lounges. After this experience I will be hesitant to fly with delta again
Rick Wright: Stellar lunch service - hot and cold. Self service soda is always a plus. Plenty of seating at 1pm on a Thursday. Juan at check-in was especially helpful.
Michele Hammock: Love Delta Sky Clubs. The food is great and the staff are wonderful. Just makes travel so much easier!
Derek Daigle: Jessica B, Sonia, and Leticia were all amazing!!I travel weekly, and have to say they were all super attentive, happy, and always smiling!! This is exactly what a traveler needs when they may have a delay, or just extra time to spend at Delta Sky Club.Loved them all, especially Leticia who went out of her way to make this a personable experience for me.Wish them all the best, Delta has a great trio with these 3 here.BTW, the NE Clam Chowder was excellent too
Jayson Whalen: Buffet, free bar, and flight delay = woohoo
Smurf Akun: Small club. Unsanitary food. Not worth the price tag, do better delta
Andrea Huntey: Weird selection of food
TRoberts: Good food and relaxation
Abhirup Dutta: Lately Skyclubs have been outperforming their Centurion counterparts and this one at BOS is no exception! The interiors are very modern and very well maintained. There’s always plenty of room for everybody. The food has always tasted good so far, however I guess they could add more options. The cleaning staff is very prompt at taking away your used plates. Plenty of power outlets and nice office seating areas in case you want to work. You also get great views of the gates in case you’re into plane spotting. Overall, just nothing to complain at all. It’s a very good lounge that’s definitely better than your average Priority pass lounge.Side note - I really hope they bring back the grab and go food or at least snack options. It is really nice when I don’t have the time to sit back and enjoy my food at the lounge.
Dmitry Koshkin: I have a delta gold status and typically pay to get access to Delta Lounges. Today I have a SUPER important zoom call with my client just before the flight. I planned to be at the lounge, pay for a day pass and host a call from there. Guess what - there is no way you can do that without a platinum card. NOWHERE could I find this information beforehand and the staff did not allow me even for 30 mins. Is it Delta at all?????
Hebe Lee: Lots of food! Many spaces! Delicious!
Arsenio: Pretty good lounge. Way better than some other airlines. Workers are friendly and helpful. Food was fresh during less busy hours so it should be even better when it’s busy due to higher turnover.
Kartik Kumar: Not very clean or useful. No plugs.
Nikolas chen: It is the most dirty sky club I have ever been. The club is not children/toddlers friendly. There is no family restroom or any nursery place. The food are very bad quality. Bad for the value customers.
Kevin Johnson: Love that this is here.
Brian Rogers: Snooty boring and dull if you're looking for quiet and antisocial and want to pay $500 a month then the sky club is for you
MHC Chang: Renovated new spacious
Chaim Noy: This lounge is okay, and of course I think it's worth a visit. However it's on the simpler side as far as airport lounges are concerned, with limited amenities, as is explicitly stated. So there is limited food, yet I commend the vegan and vegetarian options. Also a bar, with some nice options that are offered for free. Other options are for pay and you can download the PDF to learn about it.Besides that, it is usual. Which means sometimes the space is every occupied and some other times, as right now, 8:30 p.m., it's quite empty and nice. Remember that it is a domestic lounge. Enjoy!
Mo Ko: The smaller of the two however convenient and efficient. Friendly staff!
Max VanAntwerp: The worst delta lounge in the country. Sad to see delta even put their name on this. The “newly renovated” lounge at A18 has terrible food and we saw multiple mice running on the floor. Disgusting. I am always one to see the best in things but this was truly an awful experience. Delta has fallen apart since the pandemic but at the very least hire an exterminator for you $40 lounge. Don’t waste your hard earned dollar at their Boston lounges.

Derek Cheung: Walked in and the two young female hosts were not as friendly as one would like. Asked for a table for one but was denied saying they don't have any available but I can go seat myself at the bar, walk in and see at least 6 small tables available not to mention a few other tables for larger groups.Noticed they had a patio and lots of free tables, walked back out and asked if I could sit outside, the host said yes, I said great, and she just went back to doing whatever she's doing... I had to ask her if I could just go myself or she needed to take me.While she walked me to my table, I asked if I needed to go back in for service or if their waitstaff would come out which she said the latter. I am now seated and 15 mins gone by without a single waitstaff came out to me. 2 other waitstaffs came out at least 3 times for the other tables. Feeling a little upset I walked to the same host and asked if I can get some service out there, she said she'll get someone immediately and I walked back to my table. 5 mins passed by and still no one... I walked back in and the other waiter was right at the door and I asked to speak with a manager, he was nice enough to ask other waitstaffs to attend to me vs the original waitstaffs that never appeared. When I went back to my seat, the manager came out with another waiter who was friendly and knowledgeable, ordered my food and went on with my day... Will not come back due to poor service...

The highlight here is the view of the harbor, which is excellent, especially at dusk.Recommended dishes New England Clam Chowder, Boston Cream Pie …More
Gary Bianchi: Very disappointing meals. I had the haddock which is. LSF staple but it was dry and without flavor and my wife had the lobster ravioli which came with a fra diavlo red sauce that was overpowering for the lobster and a half lobster tail in the shell but no way to get the meat out without wearing the sauce on her sweater. I will say our cups of chowder and the cheesecake for dessert were excellent. We each had 2 drinks, no apps and shared dessert and the entree’s noted and the bill came to $177. Overpriced for a disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

Chart House: what do users think?
Galen Raines: After wrapping up a fantastic day exploring the freedom trail, we stopped in at the Chart House located directly across from Harbor walk and the New England Aquarium.Formerly the John Hancock Counting House, the exterior reminds one of New England's rich history with the interior offering a slightly upscale and modern experience with subtle nods to the past. After a long and exhausting day of walking, we were instantly relaxed and refreshed as we were seated on the second floor in a perfectly low lit environment overlooking the water. We had the filet mignon and the lobster stuffed Boston scodd, which were both top-notch and delicious to the very last bite. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. We would definitely return should we ever visit the area again!
FULYA OTEV: Surprisingly they were so rude! We asked for a table for 5 adults and 4 kids , hostess said we needed to wait for 25 min. I checked with my friends and went back in for confirmation and the same lady said she didn’t pay attention what I said and they were not available for next 3 hours. She didn’t care us and got rid of with all kids awaiting table as she confirmed. Very disappointed
Fatih Akgun: Terrible customer sevice
David Glabe: We had a great experience here as part of a large party. The food was excellent and the location on the scenic pier added to a great atmosphere. Glad we visited!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Paul Heeg: Nice atmosphere, good view of the harbor and live music.
Sean Callot: A bit stuffy and not a great place to start at 5:30, but great food and a solid wine list.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Dan Morrow: Extremely rude!!! We showed up with no hostess around so seated ourselves outside with everyone else, as others had done. About 4 wait staff for 12 tables, and after about 10 minutes were told we needed to see the hostess and then they wouldn’t seat us.
Electra Jones: I've used this restaurant for 2 different special events. Both times have been disappointing and we won't be using them moving forward. The sales person that you deal with before hand acts as though your party is an inconvenience to his day and in neither case did he reach out after the event to ask how things went. The food is just ok. There are so many other high-quality seafood/steak house restaurants to choose from that can handle large parties, there is no reason to book here again. Also, the private rooms are up on the 3rd floor, stairs only, which became an issue with our most recent group where a person had a disability and had to struggle. Then the bathrooms are on first floor. So that's definitely a no-go reason for many large parties as well. 👎Wheelchair accessibility: This is not a wheel chair accessible restaurant. Because of the age of the building, there is no elevator and the restaurant is 3 stories.
Tom McSweeney: Nice restaurant in a historic building, on the Boston waterfront. Neat atmosphere, but every time anyone walked past my chair, the floor creaked and gave way a bit, and that got old. My wife had a shrimp-3-ways plate with grilled veggies. and I had prime rib with mashed potatoes. The shrimp was good, veggies just ok. My medium rare prime rib was dry - I had to poke holes in it with my fork, and pour the au-jus over it. The lava cake was served with ice cream, tasty. The service was just ok. I should have ordered seafood.
Karine: Incredible! All was perfect!
Grant Hanowell: Employees made it a bad experience. The hostess acted put out by our presence, didn’t greet us or say goodbye. Our server did not want to lift a finger and told us she was too busy to make their high end bar drinks. No smiling, almost throwing stuff at us with a sour attitude. As a customer, I found myself trying to compensate for her grouchiness the whole dinner. Overall, the kitchen made great food but the front of the house made us feel totally unwanted and unappreciated. We’ll spend our $75 per person elsewhere next time.

Margaret Neal: This place is great. It is part of Marriott Vacation Club. We had a one bedroom with a partial kitchen. No stove or dishwasher. Dishes were supplied. This place is in the middle of Boston near the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants that have eat in, pickup and delivery. There is an owner's lounge that has continental breakfast that has a per item charge. I didn't like having to pay, but it was inexpensive. Free coffee was available. We parked at the aquarium parking lot across the street as it cost less than hotel valet. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming.

Ming Xiao: Absolutely love this vacation club. It’s located near the Boston harbor in downtown Boston. Walking distance to all the happening places in town. The staff are friendly. We took a building tour of the resort. There are so much history in this place. The observation deck gives the panoramic view of the city. Although the building was a 19th century custom house, but after Marriott transformed it into a vacation club, the room is spacious and modern. There are a lot of daily activities that are interesting. I’m so happy that I’m able to stay and enjoy my time at this special place.
heart827 SG: Our First time staying @ this Marriott, was at first anxious, not sure what to expect since we are not staying @the usual vacation club with allThe amenities ,but we would want to experience historic Boston by staying with in close proximity to all the sights, & we were not disappointed! Uber from the airport was a breeze less than 15 mins! Walked and enjoyed the Cafes, The Freedom trails, stopped @ each historic landmark, the City with it’s clean parks patrolled by a Park Ranger too! In the city where you have courteous Local PD pointed us to best place to go for dinner 😊, The streets felt safe as we walked back at night! The lobster roll’s sweet & succulent just perfect with the Chowder, breathtaking views of the waterCobblestone streets that may be difficult to walk on, May make you wonder 💭 back in the16th century how the ladies can still be so graceful with their parasols as they go on a leisurely strollSo easy to fall in love with Boston most especially if you’re a History nut ( like me 🤓)Was a perfect visit during the pandemic 😷No crowds, no traffic& you have A spacious one bedroom suite with a living room/ Dining Area with a kitchenetteThere are no washer & dryer in the UnitBut you can still get clothes washedThe Laundry room is next to the Fitness area &Also gives you access up on Open Air Observation DeckFor Amazing views of Boston Harbour or the Boston skylineThe Building itself have a museum in the second floor, it is the nation’s original Customs Building that welcomed immigrants, the first Americans, as they came from all over Europe, the world, the Harbour filled with ships filled with spices, tea, textiles! So much History indeed 💚🇺🇸memories to add in our Treasure chestLove Boston! &Will definitely be back!!!!!
