LCG Boston: what do users think?
Gary Greenfield: I am fortunate to have found LCG Boston. They have provided fantastic service and much needed relief for aches and pains. However, they need to bring their billing systems and insurance relationships up to par.
Sun Minsi: I have been battling some chronic fatigue and low energy. I really wanted to change my health conditions so I thought I'd start working out. However, I soon observed that I was too weak to even complete workouts that people normally do, and I would end up getting sick, which negatively affects my motivation to keep going. So when I saw LCG had a desk downstairs at my apartment building, I immediately knew this was what I needed. I needed someone who could help me from the root--my posture, my use of muscles etc. Being someone who also works in the rehab world (SLP to be), I completely understand the importance and mechanisms behind physical therapy. Now it has been two weeks and I am already seeing subtle changes in how my body moves! I am really excited to keep working with Stephanie and witness the positive changes that happen to my body.
Boston Car Keys, Inc: Great service! My wife had a spinal cord injury and they came to our house and helped her with the recovery. Friendly staff, quick response and always on time every day! They are the best! 100% recommended.
Gregg Hanan: HP Legacy and their team was absolutely amazing to work with. The dedication and care they provided to our family was a blessing. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
Sheila Deely: Exceptional service! Care givers are well trained, compassionate and attentive. Aaron has always provided excellent care, even with unexpected requests for care
Sean Fitzgibbon: HP legacy has been amazing in helping take care of my dad. Most important, he has been very happy with the care givers who have been very thoughtful and engaged with him. They have provided us with detailed reports about his condition and how he's doing, which has given our family a lot of comfort. Especially during these trying times when access to elderly care facilities are limited.
Renata Roddy: HP Legacy was a phenomenal company to work for! From the organization of the company, to the leadership, and the continuous support, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Mike B: HP Legacy Care Group has quickly grown a fantastic reputation around Massachusetts; and for good reason. HPLC treats employees and clients with the utmost respect and professionalism, which has attracted some of the top healthcare professionals in the state. The company’s focus on patient outcomes and satisfaction makes them a wonderful, reliable resource for any healthcare need.
Jenna Bigelow Deary: This is an amazing company to work for! The HP Legacy team is compassionate and professional.
Stacey Peters: This is a fantastic company to work for, professional & courteous. So many great opportunities.
L Jr: Our initial introduction to LCG resulted from a chance encounter with Aaron Chan, Care Manager. As a pioneering force of nature in his own right and every bit the savvy entrepreneur - the kind of qualities that make it all Possible. Yet he’s quick to point out that it his experience as Caregiver and role as Champion-to-a-cause which are the more important qualities - ingredients that make it all Matter! Our initial introduction to Legacy Care Group came about through a chance meeting as neighbors - our enduring memory of what makes them so unique and valuable is as a Family in need - friends for whom Aaron and team made a real difference.Making what MATTERS... POSSIBLE.The Legacy Care Group Difference.
erika lunardi: This company was so amazing to work with. They were kind, patient, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to others!

DeRosa Center Facial Aesthetics – Boston, MA: what do users think?
Selena Semonian: A wonderful experience all around!!
carmine federico: Always professional and careing awsome
lisa zidel: I am extremely disappointed with the results of my procedure and my overall experience with DeRosa Clinic.I had a consult with Dr. DeRosa and she made a recommendation for a procedure to address my concerns. I initially liked the fact that the results shown on the website and in the office looked natural. Four months and $12,000 later there are no visible results. There is absolutely no improvement in the appearance in the area of concern. In addition, my credit card was "hacked" during payment and it's the only time the card has ever been used. It seemed suspicious due to the purchases made which were from Farfetch and Ulta Beauty. When I asked the reception people to look into it, they never responded.Lastly, I have photos of stitches that I removed myself because the nurse missed most of them, and they were irritating.I would have overlooked the latter two items, had there been an acceptable result, but I am sorely disappointed after much pain and cost. I would urge anyone considering a procedure at DeRosa Center to look elsewhere.
Maggie: Excellent experience here! The staff is wonderful very knowledgeable and helpful. The office is very clean. Dr.DeRosa is absolutely wonderful to work with. You get treated like royalty here. I had a procedure done under anesthesia and it was a great experience from start to finish. There are two offices one in Boston and one in Palm Beach Florida. I would definitely go back and get a facial next.
Margaret Caruso: I have been going to the Med Spa for the past couple of years, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The minute I walk through the door I am always greeted by their professional and friendly staff. A big shout out to Colleen and Meg for making the first impression at DeRosa warm and friendly. They are always personable and very helpful. Steven, the lead asthetician, is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and always provides the best facial treatments. My skin is brighter, smoother and softer. Nurse Nicole is highly skilled and very professional. I would highly recommend DeRosa for any and all skincare needs.
Katrina Hess: I love my appointments at DeRosa Center. I always feel confident and look great with the services I receive. I highly recommend DeRosa Center!
Karina Caulfield: Truly a first class operation! Nicole is the best! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes recommendations without pushing anything. The staff are all extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. I would hands down recommend Nicole and The DeRosa Center.
Emily Sumner: I needed to have my entire nose restructured. I was very apprehensive about going to a location that was not “in” one of the major Boston hospitals. In the end, after many consults elsewhere and recommendations from top Boston MD’s, I decided to move ahead w Dr. DeRosa and have her do the procedure in her Newbury Street surgical center. The procedure went perfectly, I felt so at ease and the results are just perfection. She is beyond talented. I feel so lucky to have been her patient. I go to her office now too for all my facials- the best!
Julia Owens: I love this place. The nurses are fabulous-they are skilled and detail oriented. The receptionists are amazing! So incredibly smart and helpful.I’m writing an addendum to my first review because I am SO HAPPY! Over the course of the past 6 months I have seen both Julia and Nicole for almost monthly appointments for a variety of things (filler, Botox, and recently a Geneo facial). Both women are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and have brought me results that are above and beyond my expectations. The level of skill, expertise, and the extraordinary “bedside manner” of the people at DeRosa is remarkable and the best I’ve experienced anywhere.
Patricia Ventresca: Nurse was very professional and very knowledgeable about procedure. Explained everything exactly as to what would happen and results I could expect. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to treat or fix something they might not like!!
Kathleen Burton: Nicole is knowledgeable, sincere, patient and thorough.
Mary St Jean: I had such a wonderful experience with The DeRosa Center. All the staff are lovely. I’m so delighted with my results and Dr. DeRosa was a pleasure to work with.
Patrick Dwyer: From the moment you walk in - one feels at ease.My treatments have rejuvenated my skin and my self esteem.I’m so happy with the results of my IPL treatment and highly recommend it to everyone!
Torrance Cullen: Dr Derosa is always the best in class. Never too much product, but always enough product to be affective. I’ve also seen other technicians and the thoughtful application is consistent. The facials are also a great value. Each time I see a noticeable difference in skin tone and youthfulness. The advice I get for improvements is also valuable and intentional and not an up-sell. I’ve appreciated the clinic for over ten years and will continue to do so until I am old and NOT WRINKLY!
Margaret Fitzgerald: Great care with attention to detail.
Kate Farella: I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. After searching for three months and seeing numerous other surgeons (including the last plastic surgeon who did my second rhinoplasty revision), I was convinced no one would take on my case and listen to my story the way I needed it to be heard, let alone agree for me to become their patient. I felt totally disheartened and lost!In comes the DeRosa Canter as my last and only hope. From the outset, Colleen (the admin) and Meg (who handles patient coordination) were incredibly friendly and welcoming on my first visit. Colleen in particular has been FANTASTIC about fielding multiple calls and questions from me before and post-op (thank you so much Colleen!). Meg is cheerful and explains the billing process very thoroughly, and always made me feel confident about my choice to work with the DeRosa Center. I was also able to get my preferred surgical date without incident, which meant a lot considering I am a stay-at-home mom with three kids under 9 years old!And what can I say about Dr. DeRosa - she is a DREAM. She is bubbly, attentive, smart, and such an incredible listener. She let me spend a half hour explaining my previous procedures, where I was unhappy with them, and how I wanted to move forward reconstructing my nose after my son had broken it during playtime over the summer. She MORE than met my expectations. She understood that this procedure was more than just fixing a broken nose, but giving to me the nose I had always wanted as a teenager, and I'm nearing 40 today. She showed me pictures of potential outcomes, and I was thrilled! I booked surgery that same day.The day of surgery I met Dr. DeRosa's husband, who also happens to be her anesthesiologist! He has a lovely calming presence that is especially essential right before surgery. It was a special twist to know that the practice was in essence “family run.”Post-op, the NP Nicole took off my cast and showed me my results, and I was stunned! My nose was perfectly straight again, without divots from being broken, and on top of that, was much smaller and looked SO appropriate for my face. I was THRILLED. I opted to also do some post-op Botox with Nicole right on the spot, which I must say was an added plus - she is a great listener and a very skilled technician. Botox isn’t something to play with, and she did a fantastic job. (Thanks Nicole! I can’t wait to come back!)Overall, I just can’t thank all of the DeRosa team enough for giving me my life back (really and truly). I've waited so long to see the face I've had in my mind’s eye become reality, and this group of people achieved it for me. I would recommend the DeRosa Center for ANYBODY, be it for a surgical procedure or even modest med spa tweaks. I love this group of people!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.
Deborah Flaschen: Great facial experience.
Sean de Klerk: Couldn’t be happier:) Dr DeRosa is a magician! Been only a week and already loving the results. Also, her kind approach, along with outlining everything regarding the procedure in thorough detail, really put me at ease regarding my procedures. World class skill and care. I recommend DeRosa Centre very highly. 5 stars! Thanks all for everything!
Krishana Turner: I have been coming to DeRosa Clinic for years and really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure patients are happy. Dr. DeRosa and her staff are friendly, professional, responsive and provide excellent service. The clinic is clean with a great location on Newbury St. Highly recommend booking facials with Steven. Glad I found this place! Thank you Dr. DeRosa, Steven and staff!
Sara Singh: The staff are highly professional and nice. They also educate you about skincare best practices. I am very happy with my PRP microneedling results. Thanks Steven and Nicole!
Priscilla Burnsed: Amazing experience with Dr. DeRosa and her team! I’m one day post mini facelift and already love the result!

Boston Medical Center: what do users think?
Rick O'Malley: My daughter will be starting her internship here in June, I am more than proud. Great facility!
Cat Banks: My mother is in 7 west such a bad unit the nurse here don't care. If you have family here make sure to visit every day and call status of your loved ones. The nurses hang at nurse station and ignore patients needs. I also worked at this hospital and was treated poorly aswell on this floor when I went to serve patients meals.
Adam Richardson: Horrible customer service. Look at them just sitting there. The nurses do nothing. Worthless hospital. I'd give no money to this place.
Fred Edmondson: One of the best hospitals in the country!!!
dimas villanueva: boston medical center is an embarrasing place for patients to get care the Emergency room is lead by an abnoxious nurse was on shift April 11, 2023 pm hours ..This nurse has no sympathy at all makes patients feel dead rather than sick ..My wife had a very bad case if vomiting and diarrhea was very dehydrated had no strength or energy. This nurse was pushing my wife to walk by herself without assitance without even knowing her medical condition..It's unfortunately to have medical staff like this one working at a very well known hospital in a great city
Alexander Chavarria: La mejor atención y buena calidad humana ❤️
Ivan Szabo: Awful wait times on ER
Muva Teresa: THE WORST HOSPITAL IN THE UNIVERSE! ESPECIALLY THE ENTIRE ICU STAFF! THEY HOLD THE PATIENT HOSTAGE AND MAKE TRANSFERS TO DIFFERENT HOSPITALS DIFFICULT. GET A LAWYER IMMEDIATELY
Lauren Facada: It's no wonder people choose to go through life suffering rather than seek help with the outrageous medical costs we face here in the US.Spoke to an NP at Boston Medical Center last month for one of my children. It was a Telehealth visit for intake, under 60 minutes.1st charge for the physician: $502 (okay, fine)2nd charge "Ancillary Charge": $719Ancillary charge was for the physican prepping the room for her call and using a laptop, according to a Supervisor at Boston Medical Center. I asked them why I wasn't given the option to have the intake appointment in person then, she said the charges would've been the same for the facility fee.Ae you kidding me?! $1,221 to talk to someone for an intake appt via zoom. I am absolutely beside myself. I don't even understand how that's possible. Disgusting.NP was wonderful though!
L L: My mother was admitted at BMC last month. She was in the trauma step down unit 3W. Due to the fact that she is elderly she was mistreated. She did not receive the care that she should have. Stephanie Grogan, the worse doctor in the place, who is a dentist playing doctor let her starve and refused to put a temporary tube to give her nutrition. She became very ill and nearly died. If you are sent there run if they put you in 3W and you are assigned doctor Grogan.
Jeassy Erazo: Emergencia el servicio es terrible deberían de tener otra sala para homeless porque es increíble la atención pesima
Albert Hamilton: I came here for day surgery and everyone was really good. All of the nurses and the doctor were great. The surgery was fine.
Marsi Kokthi: HORRIBLE! The worse hospital that I have ever been, the workers are so irresponsible I don’t know how do they hire them to do absolutely nothing. This place shouldn’t be called hospital so shameful.
B A: Irresponsible worker, I have been going with the same insurance issue for two years. They somehow pulled my insurance and added it to my daughter, and now my daughter's insurance does not cover it. In every bill, I call them, they fix the problem and happen again the same error.
Michael Night: I found my food sitting on top of the dirty laundry ben when I came out the restroom this is a nightmare employees in the hall playing late at night
Ann Scott vidal: They are very unfair in hiring even if you are qualified for the position...grudges are held against that person even if he or she hasn't work for that person....
Perlita Diaz: The doctors here are Amazing, but the staff at the information center and the security’s are HORRIBLE! PLEASE HIRE SOME YOUNGER STAFF at the INFORMATION booth department. I COULDN’T BELIEVE how BAD it was to simply find my dad in this hospital it took a total of 45 MINUTES because the information booth were not competent.
whinehousted33: Either THE worst or one of the worst hospitals in Boston my question is why bother choosing to work in the healthcare field if you don’t or can’t have a decent level of compassion and care for those who are in great need of it ??? Shut this place down smh , like just throw the whole hospital away
Fadolo: ~ Friendly & Respectful
Sandra Dawson: Playin in the SNOW AT LUNCHTIME

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program: what do users think?
Eddies: Called recently to try and arrange some medical outreach help for a homeless individual. Didn't know the names of staff with whom I should speak. Telephone reception: NASTY. Left a couple of messages with various staff, no call back. What a terrible experience. I know they do some good work, but this is basic stuff. Some of these non-profits have become no better than big business.
Amarnath Karnam: If you're somebody who's homeless and looking for personal care this is a facility for you to go and get yourself checked and treated with the best of medical staff members. The staff members in here are extremely kind and especially this nurse practitioner Savannah who cleared wax off of my ears somewhere during last year was so good at her job that she unclogged a three month old blocked ear canal in a matter of a few minutes with her angelic white hands for which I feel blessed and honored. I'll do anything it takes to support such a community who're doing everything they can to ensure the wellness of the citizens of the world and I suggest you to do the same.
Vivian Tocco: In November I met with Jocelyn the director and she formulated a list of things I needed. An id card, boots, clothes, a coat, birth certificate, & name change certificate. Plus I was begging for drug alcohol treatment! Since then I've met with additional people in pursuit all this. Melissa Andrade, Cecilia Ford, Pam Klein, David Reyes, Nonki Courtney, someone named April and a nurse who's name I forget. Its now March 4th and not single thing has been done! All I got was a photocopy of my birth certificate. Im now begging them for help with changing my health insurance so I can seek care elsewhere! They are unwilling to do that either. I am incredulous especially with the person "Nonki" who after 5 weeks of promising me she was helping did nothing but get me a useless photo copy of my birth certificate and I found put later discussed my personal medical information via text messages with a.friend of mine Helen without my consent. ! Pam Klein the RN in charge of the Transgender unit never gave me the referral for voice lessons she promised she would, referral for breast implants and every time I complained about this or lack of action by her subordinates and co-workers made great efforts to make endless excuses and bullied me by speaking over me and telling me at.length what was that I had done wrong. If she worked as hard on my behalf as she did making excuses for her lack of advocacy Id be fully transitioned by now.
Dan Janerico: ~ Roller Coaster Ride From Purgatory , Yet , I Am Humbly Blessed ~ Not For Weak , Even The Strong Eventually Because Health Acceptance Isn't Greatest When Homeless .. January 2014 ~ March 20th 2018 , Got Housed ~ I Really , For Real , Wanted To Tell My Journey ~
john_ deroulo: Do they help you with voucher for hotels or eather housing or section 8 for apartment.
jedgeco1: Abominable healthcare!
Enrique Santos: If it wasnt for this program I would be homeless and injured with nowhere to go. There are some areas that require improvement but in all I am truly grateful for their help and guidance. We need more places and people like Barbera McInnis in the U.S. Thank you for all of your help. For a warm bed, food , clothing and compassionate staff. May your program continues to grow in future endeavors. Thank You for all your help. Sincerely, Enrique S.
Ori M: I went here about 2 years ago after experiencing a brief bout of homelessness due to unfortunate circumstances and having tremendous mouth pain. The “head dentist” - An Asian dentist, presumably Chinese doctor with a very, very thick accent took one look at my mouth, asked if I did drugs, and kept barking that the only way my mouth can look like that is if I do drugs. I don’t do drugs and never have and it was incredibly offensive and embarrassing. Her colleague, the dentist actually examined my mouth, was seeming uncomfortable and expressed sympathy but noted that she was in charge and she said they had to pull out my two front teeth. It seemed very drastic and off to me - so I decided to pass. It was so unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. I eventually was able to go to a real dentist who did NOT even suggest pulling out my teeth. He did however encourage me to have bloodwork done, leading to me being diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. To this day, it still makes me angry that this lady not only wanted to pull out my two front teeth, but she INSISTED (loudly!) that I must be on drugs. In reflection, I am disgusted. Perhaps a good program but I would be incredibly weary of some shady practices. I imagine it is incredibly hard to find work or be taken seriously when you’re toothless and this place seems to have an pull-happy, ignorant dentist - which could be incredibly counter-productive to their mission. (It should be noted that her colleague, who was apparently beneath her, was thoughtful and sympathetic and seemingly disagreed with her judgement.) Even if I didn’t have leukemia, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Because I was homeless, it was assumed I must be on drugs? Be weary of this place - specifically if they insist on pulling out your teeth.
william perez: Small but ok for a vet...🐾
*Amez *420: I've seen so many ppl get help here a great place for ppl looking for alil extra help mental or physical anything really great staff here
AJ. MacAdoodle: Walked through the doors in 2013.I was homeless. They saved my life. It's a cost free helping facility.
William Stanley: Lots of bums...
Rae Lunam: It's the best place to go for help
Dennis Little: Boston Health Care is part of The McGinnis Group and provides an array of health care services to Boston's homeless population as well as low income and underserved folks from many community's. From Dental to general health to substance abuse they offer a wide variety of excellent services to our most vunerable citizen's. They are truly a blessing to many whom have difficulty acssesing health care
Richard Guido: A great place to go for help👀👅
Louis LaSanta: The kindest people who work there I admire !!!! GOD BLESS Them!!!!!
julio mole: Nice and clean
Judith Trinidad: Louts of caring Dr's and Nureses
Kurt Petitt: Got some dental work done here cause of my insurance being mass health... Ok people, a lot of craziness in the area. But serving a serious problem!! It gets the job done....
Robert OBrien: Great quality care for the unfortunate
Charlene Byrne: I have been using BHCHP since returning to Boston...It's The Best place for Transgender related healthcare..

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston: what do users think?
Red Hoskins: The outpatient PT and OT have helped me and taught me so much. I leave every appointment feeling hopeful
Patrick Allen: Spaulding helps and guides patients to achieving personal miracles. A special place. Drs., therapists, nurses, PCAs, nutritionists, all personnel, facilities. It's all there for you. You just have to want it. Oh yes, the food is good also.
Cristin Udall: Amazing OT and ST! This place has quality therapist and my son is now speaking in one word(s). I would trust any of the ST’s and OT’s I’ve seen.
Blind Owl: I tested positive for COVID while here. The therapists were fantastic for what they had to work with. If you get Lori, Mariah, Justine they are the best! The nursing staff is top notch. The food is really good also. They laughed at my dad jokes.
D C: My mother wants here for physical therapy for her legs... She was not happy with their services...it's was wasted of her time going there. She'll done better at home with her rehab
Megan Vasconcellos: This hospital is disgraceful. Left a full leg amputee who has use of only one arm with 10 bags on the street after not setting up any of the treatment they had said they would following discharge. They didn’t call in any prescriptions or meds leaving a recent amputee to suffer phantom pains with no way of relief. They are rude & disrespectful & in no way have fulfilled the role they agreed to take when becoming doctors. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who has mental health issues to go to Spaulding.
Alyssa Barker (MyNameIsAlyssa): This place is an absolute joke. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They’ll literally drop you on the side of the road with no where to go without a care in the world. Zero communication with their patients families and zero care for their patients. NEVER go here if you’re looking for people to care for you. They only care about money and themselves.
Tyson Pup: Cannot visit patients until 2 pm. Many people have jobs and cannot make it at that time. HORRIBLE DECISIONS. I'll make it a point to never recommend this facility
Philomena Cox: Pretty and shiny on the outside but the reality is that it’s a cold uncaring for profit push patients through as quickly as they can.I don’t understand why the facility has a reputation it does. Definitely overrated!Found that the nurses do the minimal and and the patients themselves or family need to advocate for themselves . Felt more like a hotel that had nurses and convenient for the therapies to attend which are minimal.Dr Rovito Who we met only when you first arrived felt it not necessary to ever update us on the patient tests or progress. Was told that it’s “insurance driven “and it doesn’t matter what the reality is of what the patient needs. Sad I believe DrRovito chose the wrong career. The administrations Clare Wueste,LICSW was the most uncaring I believe her title is case worker which I thought was to help the patient have a successful future and Out come with their illness. She must get a bonus for getting people out faster. She’s supposedly in the health field but does not work weekends nor has time to actually spend with any of the clients families to explain anything or help. Oh that’s right by the way none of the therapies are held on weekends.Have to say that there are some very caring professional nurses and doctors that truly are passionate about what they’re doing and working with these patients but you’re mostly left to feel like it’s just a big corporate machine that’s pushing people out and making money with no concern for the real issues of their health.
Daniel Burke: I did my student nursing clinicals here and it was great. The facility and staff were excellent. They gave amazing care and took time to teach me aswell . Thank you Nurses and Aides at Spaulding. It is definitely a place I would consider working at or if I was in a rehab situation would seek out as a care facility.
Erica Edwards: I CAME TO SPAULDING ON DEC 5 2022 THE BEST CHOICE IVE MADE IN LIFE IVE BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH GRACE AND RESPECT AND VERY CARING I CAME WITH BKA NURSES OT PT TR CASE WORKERS HAVE BEEN THE BEST I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR TREATING ME LIKE A PERSON .
Ben Rempell: The nurses and doctors at this facility are largely of great quality and very professional. The 1 star is for the administration and management that has created absurd and strict rules around visitation that prevent family from being able to visit patients in need of company and additional support. My 76 year old mother was escorted out of the facility by security guards because she was visiting my father on a weekend while the place is largely empty, hurting nobody and doing nothing beyond wanting to be there for my dad. Their policies and practices are not based on logic or humanity.
Dina D-M: I was unsure at first because my father came in on a weekend, but I got to meet all the therapists, his Doctor and case managerthis week and they are an awesome Team
Zenn M: Dont even try to get an appointment with any Spaulding location in Boston or surrounding areas. They are booked out more than a month in most locations or their schedulers are never available and dont call you back. I spent an hour calling all Spaulding locations in a 10 mile radius. Finally I ended up getting a private practice appointment in a week after ten min.
Jinxy Diamond: I rolled in but i walked out!! Excellent Services from an excellent hospital!!
Max P: Gorgeous facility with modern equipment.
Peter B. Coley: Dr Rovito was a disappointment & lacked prr Re of ssionalism & a good bedside manner. While under his care at Spaulding r hab hospital, I witnessed many violations, including his studying for his board exams are hole treating me AAa patient
Mike Brennan: I'm in the best hands, and I'm progressing well. The food is really good too, more like home cooked less like hospital food.Would recommend absolutely every time.
lorraine lauria: I just got home on April 15,2022. This was second stay there in four years. I can not say enough about the whole place, nurses, doctors, therapists and of course all of the aides especially John and Courage It is immaculate which is hard to find in a rehab. All of my therapists Lori, Trevor, Sarah and Patricia were the most pleasant and knowledgeable therapists that really helped me get out of there as quickly as I did! All and all it was an A+ experience. Thank You all So very much.Lorraine Lauria
That dude 2002: The dish washer was awesome
Edward Paquette: Incredible staff here they got me walking after my stroke in 2018 , Ed paquette Woodstock ct

Boston Out-Patient Surgical Suites, LLC: what do users think?
Jill Patel: I had a minor incision made for the foreign body removal from the finger. I got the additional cut in the OR from the sharps lying beneath my hand, this was so unprofessional and now I have an additional scar on my hand which can't be repaired. Would never recommend this facility for surgery.
John Shaw: Thank you to the surgical TEAM-- front office staff, nurses, doctors. I felt such a kindness and caring welcome me as I arrived that carried me through the entire process. The human touch, the smiles, the supportive moments matter. I appreciate you!
Priscilla Ledoux: No problems at all. Dr. Slovenkai did my surgery and I will see him around. 12:30 today. Hopefully all will go well.
Lori Moran: The front reception, nurses and doctors are all wonderful here.
Ronn Garry: My rating is not a reflection of the quality of the care. The facility is very nice and the nurses are excellent. The only reason I read it so low is because the would not give the surgery time until less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to have surgery. My wife had to take the day off from work because they couldn’t give us a time ahead of time. This was a major inconvenience that I feel could be avoided if they could schedule in a timely manner.
Billy Gunning: I just went through my 4th shoulder surgery at the Suites. My experience in each situation, and over a 10 plus year period, has been very positive. The nurses, anesthesiologists and surgeons are very professional, courteous and kind. Great experiences, considering the circumstances.
Mary Fowler: The best experience, if one must endure this experience. Greatest office of caring people and so efficient! Questions are always answered so clearly.
Jonathan: Excellent service - very nice staff.
patrick dehertogh: I am glad I was referred there from another physician personal choice for his surgery.Very Professional group. Made me feel comfortable threw this whole ordeal. Feel confident in will be back to normal when this threw.
Salem AL: I had my shoulder surgery done with Dr. Ross at Boston out patient surgical suites. My experience with the entire team doctors and nurses was amazing and professional.
Fleeta Phillips: This is a very nice place the people there are so kind I wouldn't recommend it
PW Lewon: Outstanding surgeons and staff!
Roelof Verhulst: Everything went very smooth with my hand surgery even though the surgery had to be changed to a different location. Very good follow up. All in All very professional.
Teresa Moran: Boston sports and shoulder surgical suites took very good care of me. All the Doctors, nurses and clinical staff were very caring and professional. Very thorough making sure they had all the correct information regarding medical condition, medications, etc. We’re clear on medicine and at home care. Followed up and checked in on me the next day and were available by phone in case of an issue. Would highly recommend them.
Nancy Demarco: Dr Karlson was awesome as well as his staff highly recommend !!
Cathy K: Boston sports and shoulder is awesome. I would highly recommend them. Their team is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
penny kozol: I went to Outpatient Surgical center for foot surgery. The nurses & doctors & staff were all terrific. Very professional & very friendly & helpful. At each step, they moved along without rushing but without making me wait. They explained everything that would be happening in advance. After the surgery they told me how to care for my foot, what I could do & not do, what to expect & how to cope with the pain. Their advice along with my doctor’s advice were very helpful in my recovery. They were all very nice & helped keep me at ease.
Ken Goode: Terrific service: fast, friendly and on time. Couldn’t be happier.
charles schumacher: Dr. Bley and the ENTIRE staff are absolutely wonderful. Thorough, professional, clear and kind. What more could we ask? Hire more like them.
debbie berger: Our appointment was on time and everyone is super nice.
W Howland: I am so appreciative of the attentiveness and expert care which I experienced throughout the entire process from the initial office visit to the post-op check ups for my recent inguinal hernia surgery. Dr. Reinhorn and his staff were very reassuring, professional and confident which really helped to relieve my initial anxiety. I only needed to take 2 regular Tylenol at 6 hour intervals for the first three days after surgery and gradually was able to take less. I didn’t need any pain medication after the sixth day. I am very thankful that I found Boston Hernia during my research and highly recommend Dr. Reinhorn for anyone requiring inguinal hernia surgery.

A: On of worse rehabilitation ever , my sister fall into ground twice because of the bad care ,
Digna Toribio: Muy buenas atenciones
Cathy Murphy: This place is clean ,food is good, workers are 100% the best . I would love for all the employees to be recognized for the excellent service. Always a smile even when I was In pain and wasn't very pleasant. I have had a lot of medical problems over the year's so I know when a place should be at the top of the list for rehabs. I would like to nominate all of the Nurses for the Daisy award . I also would like all the aides to receive a special award for their had work. I also want to say the PT and OT receive an award. The kitchen staff and the housekeeping staff for an award also. The staff that also work helping in the office that take care off all the paper work .Thank You,Catherine Murphy ❤️Room #217 BED BPlease consider holding a party of thanks to your employees for such a great experience in rehab. I have been to another rehab that was at best negative 100%
Christine O'Brien: I can’t begin to tell you how poorly my husband has been cared for in the 22 months he has been there for… Given medication he had a lifelong allergy to. Yes, it was listed. He was dropped and sustained injuries. Left without care after falling and more. Also, he’s been given no physical rehabilitation in this time, and has been left unable to move his own body…. Sidenote: They pay their staff on the low side. You get what you pay for
Rebecca Goode: WONDERFUL FACILITY! My mother was recently released from this facility and I cannot say enough great things about her care and rehabilitation. She was a patient on the 3rd floor and everyone was so professional, attentive, patient and kind to her. The rehab team that worked with my mother are top tier. Especially need to mention Shantelle and Alexis in Rehab for all of the work they did with her. Also, special thank you to Bridget, the nurse manager and Quinn, the social worker. Our family will always be grateful to the whole team, including all the nurses, and aids for the spectacular care my mother received. The customer service she received from everyone was amazing. The room was also always sparkling clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. This facility sets the bar high for all the others in the state!
Jake Slocum: Ok company as long as you don’t have to deal with Sunita and her bad attitude.
Becca Anderson: Terrible Rehab ... Rudest staff I've ever came across. First floor nurse manager is very judgemental and inconsiderate of patience needs that has been in Rehab for years, when asked to talk about it, she just walks right out of the room. Was there visiting, got told its the patio or the DINING room, when I went to ask front desk where the dining room was, I was looked at but ignored until the two lady's at the desk finished their personal conversation (not work related). And don't expect to eat in the dining room, which is a room for eating...it isn't allowed.
Nicole Heggie: My mother is currently there. They over medicated her with pain medicine. Haven't given her daily meds. Washed her up with Conditioner. She's been I'm the same Johnny. No walker to help her since she just had knee replacement surgery. 9 patients tested positive for covid 50 staff members are positive. Nightmare
Pepper El Callejero: Very friendly staff and the patients are well taken care
Kathleen BC: Spaulding was great when it was in West Roxbury when my Dad had broken his hip the year prior. We were happy when they moved to Brighton, new facility and closer to home for my Mom to visit when he had to return for a quick 2 week rehab after a little fall. Completely different staff at Brighton, especially the doctor who had no bedside manner. Thank God we visited at least once a day and it was summer when he had shorts on. I noticed late one night his thigh was black-purple and pointed it out to the nurse. We found out the next day it was internal bleeding (he was on Coumadin) and it was from his side all the way down his pelvis to his thigh. My sister remembered him complaining that his side was sore a couple of days before and when reported to the nurse they dismissed it as pain from his hip which was over a year before. It took them until 6pm the following day to transport him to the ER because they had to "fill out paperwork", probably because they were afraid of being sued. I never should have trusted them and should have taken him to the ER that night. MGH immediately took him off Coumadin and reversed it with Vitamin K to stop the bleeding, they couldn't promise he'd live through the night. After stopping the bleeding, they discovered he had a fractured pelvis and a broken blood vessel that caused the bleeding. He survived that night, but he never fully recovered and died about a month later. What kind of PTs, nurses and doctors don't know when a patient has a fractured pelvis or what internal bleeding looks like and continue giving them Coumadin? They complained to US about his delirium - he was delirious because he was bleeding for days while they sent him to PT and made him get up to use the bathroom, etc. Instead they prescribed an anti-psychotic drug and took his phone away because they claimed he called the police. We regret our decision to choose Spaulding Brighton. Who knows if we had made another choice if my 81 year old Dad might have lived longer.
Deborah Robinson: I spent a week here, following left knee replacement. Physical therapist taught me how to get out of bed and walk to the bathroom, using a walker. Occupational therapist taught me how to shower while sitting on a shower seat. Variety of Kosher "TV Dinners". Nurturing nurses. Quiet environment.
Matt Cook: Excellent staff, from the nurses to the people working the front desk. Booking an appointment to visit is easy, you're provided masks and sanitizer and you get the activities room to yourself. Very comfortable and warm vibe.
Alexander J Shapiro: My Mom stayed there for more than 7 months. I would like to express my great appreciation to physical therapists at this rehab. My Mom has arrived to the facility practically paralyzed, after 7 months of intensive therapy she was able to walk short distances and eat by herself. Great job! Thank you
Janet McKay: My husband had a serious back surgery/spinal problem and was sent to Spaulding for rehab. For a supposed top notch facility, they left him in a room for three days, never bathed him or even helped him out of bed. They performed no therapy on him at all. So he checked himself out and the day I picked him up, they gave him his welcome to Spaulding package and tried to talk him into staying. 🤬🤬🤬I do not recommend this facility at all!!!
Robyn Yaqoob: A friend was there very poor service no food or medicine all day how do you do that to a human who needs help you all should be ashamed to call this place in the top ten
Connie Sambataro: Therapists that I worked with over a three week stay were knowledgeable, upbeat, always ready with tips and tricks to make my therapy personal and doable. All staff, nurses, CNAs, cleaners were helpful, and friendly. Food was fair to middling though, and rooms very small. But overall it was the therapy that was the most important, and that was superb.
Morin Montazeri: My brother stayed for three months in this facility and he was very satisfied with all the doctors, nurses and all the other employees . They are knowledgeable, caring, helpful and understanding. They make it easier for patients to tolerate their existing health issue. I highly recommend this facility and my family is grateful for all their help and caring.
Osama Syam: All staff are professional, helpful, friendly and service is great
