Brought it to the Picture Store and they made me feel super comfortable with the process they were going to go through to preserve my poster and frame it. Alyssa Tkach: I went to this store in a rush to get a cross-stitch piece framed for my boyfriend's birthday, which was the same day. They told me initially that it would take about an hour and a half to get done, but they realized I was running out of time so they got started on it right away and it ended up getting back to me within 20-30 minutes. Although it was a bit pricey, it was excellent quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And my boyfriend loved it! I'll definitely be back if I can find an excuse.
Kim Sok: I needed a customized jersey framed. I came across the Picture Store and couldn't be happier with the result! They were able to turnaround the framed jersey in a matter of 3 days, which is no easy feat considering the intensive labor involved. My research showed me the whole process takes at least one-two weeks (measurements, ordering of the materials, stitching, framing, and etc.) Not only did they turn it around in three days due to the retirement party coming up, but they did a good job and delivered exactly what I was looking for: a high quality job. The pricing is not cheap, but you really pay for quality when it comes to these kinds of things, and I have no buyer's remorse whatsoever. This small business has a strong desire for customer service and works hard to meet customer's needs.
Sheldon Schwartz: My wife is a Granddaughter of the painter Morris Louis, and for our Anniversary I had a copy of one of his paintings made for her. We didn’t have room for it to be full size, but it is 8.5 x 5.8 feet. We needed the canvas stretched and mounted, and I wanted to get it up as a surprise for her. Adam and Diane were absolutely fantastic. Working with a canvas of this size was a bit of an oddity; not just the room and equipment to stretch it, but the delivery and mounting as well. But in the end, looking at it not only conjures memories of family and a gift that I’m particularly proud of, but of the great experience and two new friends we made getting it out of the tube and onto the wall. Many thanks to Adam and Diane… Large or small, we’ll never go anywhere else.

Melissa Stone: VERY expensive. I can’t compare it to other custom framing stores in Boston this was the first and only place I went to. Comparing it to Miami framing it is definitely more pricey. However, they did an amazing custom frame for a very special piece. I don’t ever plan to get it re-framed, so it has a buy-it-for-life price tag.After having many photos and art pieces framed throughout the years at various custom shops, I noticed something unique about King Frame. Their finished pieces are REMARKABLY light weight even with UV glass. This was a HUGE bonus because I had to carry them for over a mile.I would return to King if I have another treasured item to frame.
Maryam: A complete rip off. They had already gave me a price, but when I went to pick it up, they charged me an extra $100 for using plastic instead of glass without even telling me. Not recommended at all.

Audrey Williams: Artful Edge is the best: what really stands out to me is Kim's impeccable eye, taste, and design. When I lived in Boston, I would usually come in to frame things and I had very boring ideas, and Kim would make suggestions that were unique that really complemented the works I had in a much more interesting way. I now live in a different part of the country and have been to a couple other framers who are lovely, but nowhere near the artful eye of Artful Edge Framing. The entire staff is so wonderful too and always great to work with. I am so grateful to have these beautiful, special objects that are among my most prized possessions!

Guy Dupont: Artful Edge is a neighborhood gem. Kim has a good eye for picking out a frame to compliment your photo. The work is high quality and the prices are reasonable. It is almost unheard of to get a 5 star review on both Yelp and Google so this place is obviously doing something right.

I came in with the print, the rough dimensions of the frame and a photo. They had a custom frame made to match the original frame from a local carpenter. It is so beautiful and matches perfectly.
