Brad Nolan: As someone who hates having his picture taken, and likes looking at pictures of himself even less, I fully expected a photo shoot to be an extremely painful process.Much to my surprise, however, my appointment with Matt was actually a lot of fun. He's a totally normal guy with a great sense of humor, and made the whole thing a fun experience. In addition to being a fun break from work, the photos turned out great, which is a testament to his ability, as I don't exactly get mistaken for George Clooney on a regular basis.

Joe V: I hired Dennis to update my my professional headshot For LinkedIn and also to get some new photos of myself for social media… it is worth noting that I hate having my photo taken. The dude made me feel at ease and we just chatted about life. Occasionally he would tell me to change my posture or move my arms a certain way and occasionally crack a joke to make me laugh. They do a great job looking over what is briefed, and asking questions. I always feel confident that I will receive exactly what I am requesting.
Blanche and Company: I was dissatisfied with the process and photos I received. They did try to resolve some of the issues I had but the final photos but then talked about an additional fee to do so which was never spoken about in the initial sales call. (They later “waived” the fee). There was also miscommunication between the departments as I had spent a lot of time making a Pinterest board of examples of photos I liked and at the second call no one had looked at them. The final photos were blurry in some parts and honestly not as professional as I’d hoped for. I was also surprised I had to point out that some of the products needed straightening. I paid almost $400 for 3 photos and were meant to be for my hero images on website. I’m not one to complain usually or leave negative reviews because as I business I know it’s the last thing you want, however I feel an obligation to other small business owners to let them know my experience. I also take responsibility for not knowing more about the product photo process and should have researched more companies and maybe everyone else will think the final product is great which is why I’m including the photos. I was a little heartbroken because I had stalled my launch to get these photos but again I take responsibility in the end.
