Donovan Jermyn: It's mexican fast food, but when their credit card machines went down they offered to give me my dinner for free. I was floored. The machines returned to their regular function and I paid but I couldn't believe what stellar customer service. They could've easily told me to go to an ATM or withhold me from my food but they were reasonable and understanding. It's a nice spot for a quick bite and if their machines go down don't sweat it.

Cherokee Brown: First time eating there and was attending a orientation at Common wealth hotel with my wonderful cheerful team that works at SweetGreen (the best restaurant hands down) but as I was ordering oh miss angry lady behind the counter (short small Spanish woman) was extremely rude. I didn’t need the eye roll when I asked for alittle more cheese in a extra container. I was willing to pay for it and I didn’t feel like I was holding up the line but the lady behind the counter made me feel as such. At my place of work we would NEVER treat a customer like that. Regardless of the flood of Uber eats orders we get or the line going out the door. I won’t be eating at this exact restaurant . The food was slapping the customer service was NOT. Me and my friends still had a blast tho!

Simar Kaur: I was a huge fan of Qdoba back when we were in Wisconsin. The staff there prepared the meals with all their heart and soul and we used to love that 1 particular location in Appleton, WI. The quality and quantity was never matched at any other place or time. It might be just that 1 location I guess..But even otherwise, they serve a wide selection of toppings and sauces with an option of a Vegan protein. So would still go to Qdoba anytime instead of McDonald's or burger King or even Taco bell in that case.

Sonia Chandler: As I sit here waiting for the rest of my family to finish their dinner, I decided to write this review about my observations and our terrible experience ordering our food. Today Saturday, Dec. 17th we walked into an empty restaurant with 3 females waiting for customers. (It was our first time at this location). I walked up to a bright, red headed Spanish girl thinking that’s where food is ordered (she seemed annoyed), I spoke to her in Spanish and tried ordering food, she spoke to me in English and pointed to the end of the counter, and told me that’s where food is ordered. We ordered with another young lady (blue shirt), I asked her about kids meals and options, the red head moved over to that end speaking Spanish now and seemed annoyed we asked about paying extra for adding beans with rice to a kids meal. 3rd female (yellow shirt) whom we paid, was pleasant. The whole experience was awkward and not welcoming to say the least. We noticed the next customer came in (a male) she greeted with a hello. I think Qdoba needs to re-access who they have working for them, employee seemed like she hated her job and had better things to do than sit there on a Saturday night. We did not notice name tags on any of them.

Patrick McKenna: Was ok, not great. The food was avg temperature and certainly could have been warmer. We waited about 5 minutes with no one in front of us before we got served. The employee added the wrong salsa to my wife’s bowl and then wouldn’t acknowledge her when she said stop. An extra scoop of chicken is $6, which is absurd seeing as how you can get a second bowl for a little over $9 with two scoops. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this location.

Will Butler: They need to stop hiring people that don't know any English. It is inappropriate. If you get one they will consistently get the order incorrect in-person. Further, you can't even communicate with them to correct the order without the managers stepping in (who are great). Very frustrating experience. This is why I try to order online now.

Betty Yu: Do not ever order Grubhub from this place. I placed the order for pick up, and my boyfriend went to pick it up. They gave the food away to a GrubHub driver, and then refused to give us our food because the manager stated that he was going to lose money out of it and was very angry at my boyfriend. They staff here was extremely rude despite it being their mistake.My boyfriend would not leave and then they begrudgingly made the food with an attitude. We had to show them our receipt multiple since he did not want to believe us that we actually ordered the food for pick up he said oh you must not be right because you ordered it over an hour ago when the receipt clearly show that we had ordered at 30 minutes prior. They were trying to make make it our fault for being late to pick up the order. That still won’t give them the right to give it away.Long story short is they wanted us to take the hit on the order that they gave out because it was gonna cost to them money. Do not ever order GrubHub from this place. The staff are liars, rude and do not accept responsibility for their errors. If you don’t stand up for yourself, they would gladly rip you off.

There is a time and a place for joking and having fun, not when the customer is in front of you. Manager in black shirt was one of the only ones quiet and actually working.

Food is made fresh, but what i think is most important is that I am greeted with a smile every time I walk in and that is a good feeling. We order for our office often enough and we virtually never have any wait time and orders are always completed without any confusing or mess-ups. Hats off to the qdoba team at andover st.
