Jessica Carvalho: Customer service is horrible I was very polite very explanatory about one of my items not having a tag and the cashier assume that I did not speak Spanish and was speaking about me in Spanish and I understood everything. when I gave her the jacket that did have a tag I told her that this is the one with a tag and she’s folding it to bag it and I said no that’s the one with the tag and then she tells her manager right next to her in Spanish she didn’t tell me oh yes I did tell you and why would I have two of the same jackets in my hand lol so rude . there’s no fitting room there and returns are only 14 days I would definitely take my money elsewhere I only bought three items there and that place is not worth it.

Overheard the manager, named Katherine, making fun of and talking badly about one of their coworkers that was injured. I approached the register to purchase a pair of shorts and was greeted with a bad attitude. One of the worst Rainbows store around. Take your business and your money elsewhere.

Cammy Benton: I am a very friendly energetic person. I have never been to a Rainbow where the staff were so rude, not engaging & dismissive. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism. I asked where was the manager? Low and behold...she was standing in front of me. 😯 She apparently had no problem with the behavior. I paid paid for my belongings & never plan to return.

YAS: Why is it these places always have the worst customer service. I called to see if they were open for customers yet. Due to Covid-19 stores have not been fully opened. Some you have to order ahead and just pick-up only from the stores. I was trying to ask her what are the restrictions and she barely gave an answer. When I told her why I was calling she just said, "Okay". Nothing more. Just silence after that.I would think you would be warm and welcoming to potential customers especially during this time as you want to have revenue coming in after months without sales.
Tamika Law: This store needs some extra space... They lack a dressing room and it's very congested.I walked into two employees gossiping about a females adult activities. They didn't even lower their volume while I shopped.As far as rainbows clothing styles this is a go to favorite because I can get a lot for my money and look amazing... From under garments to accessories you're guaranteed to come out with a cute outfit for the night or a business outfit for a professional setting...

Sheena Mahoney: The customer service here is awful. After COVID being around for however long, they still have a shower curtain hanging at the register. I have been to this store multiple times, it very dark and seemingly dirty. People working there also don’t seem “happy to help anyone” Also clothes run small-Go a size up & chances are you will not be able to return anything.

H A: The new cashier ivelis Operator # 8124ir, is extremely rude & disrespectful. She has no training and lacks severe customer service skills. Whenever I asked for help with getting an item that’s all the way at the top she would roll her eyes and give me dirty looks. If customers stop going there and stops spending their money then these people would have NO JOBS! The new cashier has only been there for 4 months and she is already rolling eyes, giving dirty looks, she also aggressively snatched the money out of my hand (no respect or value for customers at ALL!!!!!!!) & I have called rainbows Customer complaints department but yet this lady is still working there and is still acting the same way with customers! when I inform the store managers they just tell me to call the customer complaints phone number they do not seem to care or want to be bothered! When I call the customer complaints number and ask to speak to the district manager they inform me they can’t do that! I am getting treated wrongly by the same employee every time I visit rainbow in revere but yet I can’t even speak to a district manager ?????? I will never spend a penny at a rainbow store again!!! I have been going here for 10 years and now u lost a good customer all because you guys can’t properly pick the right fit for the job!
