Anna P.: Regus was the drop-off address for an urgent package which they were supposed to send via fedex. 3 days after dropping off the package (which I handed directly to an employee) it had not been received at the final location. Apparently, it was never sent out because they said they didn't have the zip code for the client location. If I had known they were so irresponsible as to not have their own client's address I would have just taken it to FedEx myself. To make matters worse, my contact information was on the outer envelope so they could have easily contacted me immediately.
Me Moi: If I could give the office/building management a thousand stars I would! David and his team helped us out when one of their tenants was shipped a massive parcel by accident and we needed it back. The tenant was honest and let us know that she got a package that was not paid for but she did not have time to print the return label, but handed the half open box to the front desk. David worked with me, printed the label, taped the box up and I believe even wrapped it in plastic so it would arrive safely. Amazing kindness and beyond belief the best customer service I have ever come across in my whole life, and I AM a customer service manager. Thank you so much!!!!

FC Gallo: This is one of those big corporations with horrible customer service. Due to COVID, I rented a dedicated desk in the co-working area. If someone came to work inside the co-working area I was to move to a private office. That was the only reason I took the deal. Then someone else moved inside the co-working space permanently, and the assistant was very reluctant to let me use the private office, which was by all accounts a glorified closet. It was a dinky little space with no windows, which I didn't care for. Then the assistant started adding more rules. I had to return to the co-working space as soon as it was emptied. The problem was that they don't clean the space after people leave. It's not safe during this pandemic to be with strangers indoors. That, plus I had to interrupt my work, move my monitors, cables, etc. back to the space immediately, as if I was being punished. I left at the end of August, and REGUS does not want to refund me the month of September (they charge you two weeks before the month begins precisely for this reason). They are also charging me clean up fees and coffee fees even though I haven't been in the office the entire month. I tried customer service, but it doesn't matter how many times you explain the issue, they keep reciting the agreement back at me. I live with a person who is immunocompromised and I cannot afford any health risks, but they don't care. They prefer to act like soulless things who refuse to act kindly and humanely. DON'T GO TO REGUS! THEY ARE THIEVES.
FX Contreras: Don't sign up for a REGUS office unless you want to get COVID. At first they are very nice and they promise safety, but they don't clean up thoroughly. Members don't wear masks in public areas. They host a lot of massage therapists, nail stylists, and so on, so the place is often full of clients who do not cover themselves. I decided to cancel my membership, and they refused to refund me the money for the next month (they charge you weeks in advance for the following month). Weeks after I quit using the office, they are still charging me for clean up fees and coffee I didn't drink. Whatever they offer, don't believe them. They are large corporation who does not care for individuals. They are thieves.

Tom Lato: I've been working in this office for 15 years and they have recently changed management and security service companies. The new companies do not offer the same level of support and would rather require a service ticket than to actually help a paying tennent by taking immediate action. The management company doesn't have any historical reference of how operations were previously run and they don't seem to care about their tennents. We are moving out.

Henry Thompson: This building offers fantastic views of downtown Boston. You can see the Boston tea party tourist area as well as expansive views of the harbor. The observation deck is FREE and the door man/woman will want to see your ID before showing you up the elevator. Just make sure to be nice and use the revolving door during the weekdays only.

liz adler: We have had an excellent experience at Regus Independence Wharf. It's extremely turnkey -- no need to worry about buying office furnishings, filling the copier with paper, answering the phones, going to FedEx, buying coffee supplies, tidying up the conference room, etc. -- it's all taken care of for you. Nicole (who runs the location) is fantastic. She is very "can do" and always pleasant and willing to help / find solutions. Similarly Sarah is very good-natured and quick to respond to billing questions or other inquiries. We have been very pleased with our Regus arrangements.

Mercedes Monroy: I use Spaces/Regus in the UK. This week I am in Boston. I got given the usage of this lovely office. I have big windows and the lady in Reception was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I totally recommend it. Last month I was in Spain and I had a similar experience. It's actually very useful to have a membership that allows to benefit from offices all around the world.
Kayden “Kholt” Holt: Not impressed with the spaces space.
Trent Warner: I encourage you to look up the parent company's better business bureau rating before joining. While the people at this location are good, the parent company deploys deceitful business practices, hides stipulations in fine print, offers bait and switch contracts, and is combative when clarifications are requested. They make it so that no one at the physical locations can help you outside of normal office tasks, creating a run-around for any real needs.We were month to month before COVID. They created an "offer" of assistance because no one was able to get to the building, but through ambiguous contractual language, they locked us into a fixed term lease. When we realized what had happened we tried to revert back to our old contract style (it was still within the calendar month of the signed agreement) we were told "too late, you signed it". No one at the physical location could help us even get clarification, they bounced us around to different departments of the corporate office.If you even glance at their BBB profile (headquartered in TX) you can see hundreds of complaints over the last few months. We are not alone in this scam..Their CEO Mark Dixon is notorious for getting rich at the expense of others by deploying these shady business practices and hiding behind hoops to be jumped through. If you are looking at this office I HIGHLY recommend keeping your money and looking elsewhere. There is a WeWork on Portland Street, and plenty of other coworking spaces in the downtown area. Dont join one of their other office types like Spaces, its the same management style.

Rachid Elaafer: I been with Regus at canal st Boston for about couple years, the refund took over 6 months, with multiple requests to receptionist and Office manager Ben.When a guest comes in, the reception doesn't bother getting the guest info.Voicemail setup, never completed properly, was never able to forward to my cell phone. I asked the receptionist to look into it several times with no follow up from them.Reception personal are not friendly, they have attitudes, as if they don't like working at Regus.Very disappointed with the choice of opening a second my office at this location.
Michael Bourton: Ended my contract for a virtual office in September 2015, as of March 2016 I am still awaiting return of my retainer. Every phone call and email has been returned with the same reply, and still have yet to see the money returned.

Rich L: The location of the Regus offices at 225 Franklin is unbeatable. In the heart of the Financial District, our clients are nearly all 5 minutes walk away. 10 minutes from either North or South Station, with garage parking. Having the Equinox gym in the same building means not having to go outside in the winter to get in a work out.The offices are all flooded with natural light on the 26th floor, and have great views from any side of the building.We use a very efficient floor plan for a couple of us in a satellite office, but rent one of the conference rooms when we need the space for client meetings. Shared kitchen has everything, from microwave to coffee, and the whole floor has fast internet wi-fi.

Laura Felton: Outstanding experience with this building and staff! Every time we've had an issue, the friendly team of Liz, Pauline and Sarah have jumped through hoops to make the problem right immediately. They've taken time out of their day to patiently go through contracts, invoices, and systems with us repeatedly, and have never once balked at having to re-explain something to another one of our team members. Not only have they gone above and beyond to solve any problem we've had, they've always been ready with a helpful smile in the morning and are eager to help our technologically inept team figure out printers, scanners, faxes, and the room booking system. The offices are clean, tidy, and quiet, with a professional atmosphere and are a great place to bring clients and prospective investors. The prices can't be beat for such a central location in Boston, and we highly recommend the space to anyone who has asked us. And the views from the conference room are some of the most stunning in Boston. Cannot praise this location and this team highly enough!

Manuel Santana: The girl at the front desk is very unprofessional!!!! I recently signed up for their services and was told I had to sign some paperwork in order for them to legally handle my mail. I told her I would be there at a specific day and specific time. I drove almost 40 minutes, paid for parking, and got there at exactly 4:30 just like I said I would. But as soon as I came in, she didn’t even look at me and just assumed I was there for some 3rd party finger printing company that was renting out some space. She just told me “2nd door on your right.” So I figured, ok, and just went to the 2nd door on the right. When I got there, the 3rd party company associate looked at me just confused because she had nothing to do with why I was there. So when I figured out this was something completely different, I went back around to the front desk, and the secretary was already gone. Mind you, it’s still 4:30pm. I was wearing a hoodie and a hat because it’s a cold October afternoon. And being a black guy, she must have assumed I wasn’t here to sign paperwork for office space leasing for a corporation I just started!!! The funny thing is, I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this location, and hesitated to sign up. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and signed up. Now I see why this location has a 3.7 star rating!!!!! This secretary is completely unprofessional!!!! She should have asked how may she be of assistance instead of assuming why I was there!!!!!!
Integral Ingenuity: I recently moved in and found the staff to be extremely professional and helpful. The office is in great condition too. I would highly recommend based on my experience with the staff here.

Elizabeth McCormack: Very poor experience. I would NOT recommend this location for coworking. Any form of customer service is virtually nonexistent. There is a lack of professionalism among the Regus employees and a complete disregard for the tenants. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You will have better luck down the road at wework or industrious. Disappointed to say the least.
Chelsea Curran: Staff at this location are extremely unprofessional. You are not greeted upon entering as the receptionists are too engrossed in their cellphones to acknowledge your presence. In addition, they express outward disdain for their job during simple interactions such as mail handling. For example, eye contact is not made when mail is brought up to the front desk despite greeting them and announcing you have items to ship. When mail has been left at reception after hours, fully stamped and good to go, it was completely ignored by the staff. Upon noticing our letters were not mailed (three days later) I inquired as to why and was told "they were unsure what to do with it". NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE TENANT - If i had not noticed the letters they would have been left ignored (though directly on their desk) even longer.Needless to say I would never invite clients to meet at our current office as the staff are rude, unwelcoming and mentally "checked-out".
Thomas Curran: Horrible experience with this center. IT is constantly inoperable and the center has no ability to service or make corrections. Constant over billing, fraudulent billing and failure to adhere to contract terms. Regular blame shifting distain for the customer/tenant. Complete incompetence.
