Roofhub replaced my roof and 3 skylights in just one day!After just purchasing a home we experienced several leaks after a bad nor’easter, so based on reviews we reached out to Roofhub. From the initial point of contact Taylor was incredibly responsive to any and all questions that my wife and I had. Without pressuring us to sign a contract right away, and being as informative as Taylor was, it was a no brainer to go with Roofhub.Taylor gave us dates and times for the material drop off, as well as the installation, and kept to his word. With all of our other projects the contractors gave us a ball park date and then just showed up whenever they wanted, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Taylor and his team couldn’t be further from this.The day of the install his team actually got here early, and waited until they could begin at 7am. I spoke to the project manager on site and asked if they would be returning tomorrow due to the size of the job, and he said everything would be completed today. A 21 square roof and 3 skylights all replaced in one day, with impeccable craftsmanship! Thanks to Taylor and his team we’ve been getting nothing but compliments from our neighbors! Jacob Goroshko: Nothing but great things to say about Roof Hub! We had a roof leak on a flat rubber roof with an existing roof deck. After researching numerous contractors who all agreed of a necessary full replacement, we came across Roof Hub, Taylor and team, and chose them to do the full roof replacement and new deck installation. They were the most knowledgeable, responsive, had the best pricing, competitive warranty and were able to do both jobs (which was hard to find). They also weren't pushy about signing initial contracts like other companies. Once kicked off, they were able to answer all our questions during the process. Greg, the PM handled all operations with no effort on our part and was super efficient. They fixed the drainage problem completely and even came back to clean the staircase and install a handrail to the deck after project completion. Peter DeLuca: Before calling Roof Hub, we had issues with leaking and water pooling on our building's 1500 sq ft flat roof because it had an improper grade. So many of the other companies we contacted were unresponsive, some even committing to do it, but then never actually setting a date. Roof Hub was responsive in communication and quick in setting a date. They were very reasonable in price and efficient in their work. In 2 days, they had regraded and replaced the roof, as well as fixed the sources of the leaks, all with minimal disruption. Jay Faber: We hired Branon & Son to replace our aging flat roof at my business in Watertown, Ma. Brian and his crew were excellent. Their response time and follow through was top notch. They started their work as scheduled and completed the job on time. They were respectful of my customers and their work never interfered with my business operation (which included a dumpster in my parking lot). They cleaned the site daily and thoroughly at the conclusion of the project. Most important was Brian's ability to quickly solve any problems that popped durning the installation. Mike Fallon: They do quality work! We had our flat, rubber roof coming apart in the places and causing some water damage in the ceilings. Brian came by to check out the areas and provided a detailed estimate with pictures. The crew came out and did the work in the freezing cold over 3 days. It's been a couple of months now, and happy to report that there are no more issues. Strong recommendation to use this company. As I've said on another site: these guys are in demand and may take a little while to get to your home, but worth the wait. Brian also took pictures after the work was completed, and you can see the right way which this was supposed to be installed.
Paul Kawa: My wife and I own a three-family home owner occupied.Back in 1997, Brian installed a flat rubber roof.The materials and more importantly the craftsmanship at installation were excellent. The quality workmanship and materials used to flash various vent pipes and the chimney initially has prevented problems for 21 years. Jessica Seney: Brian and his team are phenomenal. We had a very, very difficult and laborious roof project (removing several layers of old roof and plywood and starting from scratch). They were meticulous in the removal and cleaned/vacuumed up dust from the old roof before laying the fresh plywood, insulation, and rubber roof. We received pictures of and updates on each stage of the process, which bolstered our confidence in the quality of their work. I had one million questions along the way and Brian was always patient and thorough in answering all of them. He was always quick to respond and genuinely cared about the quality of the work. When finished, they cleaned the area so well that you wouldn't have known they were ever here. Louie, Jimmy, Dan, Peter, all of them, were amazing. Thank you Branon & Son for saving our house!!

Marc Petito: Had a leak in my skylight and saw they were local. Only plus was they came the same day. Other than that they tracked dirt all over my floors with their shoes and never fixed the issue. They got the black sealant all over the decking and wall and charged me $150. A day later the skylight leaked again and I had to call someone else. Not a great experience.
Erin Mcdonald: I have not had great experiences with contractors in the past but Brian's team has restored my faith in quality workmanship and trustworthy workers. I had set up an appointment to have my roof stripped and re-shingled, and due to weather, the start date coincided with a trip to Hawaii for my daughter's wedding. We left for Logan as they were getting underway, and I had no worries or second thoughts for the roof, the house or the job. When I returned, my yard was immaculate, my roof was snug and leak free, and I was so appreciative for their professionalism. I have recommended them to a few other homeowners for roofing bids.
