Joseph Cabalquinto: I've called lunch orders from Cusser's many times while at work because of my friend who said they had the best roastbeef sandwiches, and he was correct! They're delicious! I recently found myself in search of dinner recently and the hotel restaurant was busy and didn't want to wait but Cusser's was only a block away and decided to order to go. This time I ordered their fried chicken sandwich and it was amazing! Crunchy outside and tender inside. It was slathered with their sauce and slices of sweet pickles. The bun was so soft too. It's a 3 napkin sandwich so be warned!

Kristen Kelly: I specifically called the day before if they would be open today. They said yes that they close early at 6pm on that day. I asked him 2xs! I spent $30!! On Uber to find them closed! And it was 4pm when I arrived. Such garbage. Waste of my time and money. I’m here during the holidays out of town trying to get familiar food and this how they do. K V: Food is Okay. They always forget to put Cutlery in your TO go pack unless you ask for it. I ordered the Peruvian chicken fried rice. It was okay, but a little too salty. Cruz Pineda: This place is very unprofessional they only care about your money. I am currently a preschool teacher and moved from East Boston. I came to visit my family here at East Boston and I took my niece and nephews out and one of my nephews suggested this place. The first comment the waitress made was that they don’t sell Central American food or Mexican food. She suggested us to go to the Mexican restaurant across the street because is cheaper and showed us the cheap part of the menu. She was grossly disrespectful and suggested us to leave a couple of times because “la comida peruana es muy diferente que la comida de Centro America y a lo mejor no les guste” I decided to take my niece and nephews to a better quality restaurant and I’m so glad I end up leaving and didn’t put with her humiliations. I will never put a feet in this restaurant again this place lost all my respect. This is not the right way to treat a women with children.

Matt SB: Pretty good. I got a super roast beef. Onion roll is soft and flavorful. Meat tender and not dry. The bbq is standard for roast beef places, sweet and a tony bit spicy. A bit less spicy then other places but I like it. Roast beef was suppose to be rare however and most of it is brown / pink. Other then that its a great sandwich.

Samuel Lipoff: Really excellent. Humble place with excellent food. Of course the rotisserie chicken is what they're justifiably famous for, but other Peruvian dishes are terrific too. Beef heart anticuchos are delicious and moist, served with excellent potatoes and corn. Ceviche pescado could not have been fresher. Ají de gallina, my favorite Peruvian dish, is done so beautifully here, with shredded rotisserie chicken in a luscious mild ají amarillo sauce. I like to go here right before the airport, but do leave extra time as they are not fast.

They forgot our sauce and very quickly amended it.The food is ok. It's basically fast food sandwiches. The fish is a bit tasteless but it's well battered and is solid when smothered in their tartar sauce.Also had the grilled sandwich which was pretty good.My advice is eat it at one of the gates. The seats here are hard and flat, not comfortable at all. And they already pack it in a carton to go for you.
Sagar Tayde: Kelly’s at the Logan airport is a good change from typical overpriced airport restaurants. The pricing is ridiculous cheap. I ordered a blue moon and a fish sandwich. The fish was too good! Extremely hot, like just out of the fryer hot. Served with a bag of chips and a side of tartar sauce and 2 pickles. Wanted to try something else but fish made me full.

Our time was excessive and the employees didn’t even offer complimentary refills or anything for the extended wait. We checked on our food at one point because people who ordered after us were getting their orders before us the employee at the window was rude and told us we would just have to wait. Then when we finally got our food and it was wrong. No apology given at any time. Would definitely recommend any other food place in the terminal other than Kelly’s.

Matt Huusko: Was told they couldn’t cut sub being made in thirds. Had to get manager who then needed to take a few minutes to check with the chefs in the kitchen. It took very slow and clear instructions to get the idea across. After getting managerial approval we checked out and we’re told they didn’t have coins so we wouldn’t be getting our change. Yah, that didn’t work out for them

It is very frustrating because after waiting for a small fries so long needed to taking a bad attitude from that girl, and nobody included the manager apologized for the inconvenience. Is so sad.

Raheel Rao: Ordered chicken finger platter for lunch. These fingers were more like chicken tenders so if you have expectations for them to be like Raising Cane’s, you’ll be disappointed. They were alright in taste though.

Mixing Alfredo: I had a stop in Boston and had plenty of time to eat , I was craving a lobster roll so I stopped by Kelly’s. I probably should’ve gotten some roast beef but I was told the lobster roll was a hit and it was. Very delicious..maybe a bit too much Mayo but still great. I also got a clam chowder (was so hungry I forgot to take a picture before 😆) . I even got a fish sandwhich (a fancy fish filet) and it was great. I loved the buttery bun it was toasted nice and also how it came with some pickles & chips.
Arena Girls: Tried the cheeseburger plain and the flavor was unbelievable for an airport restaurant. Priced reasonably "for an airport restaurant". Quick service too.

Trevor Singleton: I have yet to be disappointed by a meal from here. Btw, also known as Food for the Soul. This time, I had salmon for my wife, BBQ chicken wings for me, mac-n-cheese, and the beef ribs. Real good! If I lived closer, my wallet and stomach would have an inverse relationship. One would get lighter while the other gets heavier. Figure it out. Either way, be sure to stop in and support a local business.

I used groupon a few times for the rotisserie to save money because there food is tasty but kind of pricey. So I purchased from groupon 3 days ago payed 9.00 for 30.00 worth of food. I called The rotisserie to let them know I was going to use my groupon coupon for them to tell me they don't accept groupon anymore that they are under new management because the restaurant is now called "The rotisserie food for the soul". There prices need to be more reasonable/affordable I'm lucky if I'm able to go one a year.

Situated in the urban Mecca of Boston, it pains me when I see price gouging here.I went in to buy 3 1/4 rotisserie chicken dinner plates and ended up spending just under $40. Additionally, I wanted to buy dessert but $4.00 for one small slice of sweet potato pie and $17 for a whole pie was absolutely absurd. Sorry kiddies, no dessert.This place gets a B+ for food and an F- for prices. I would love to see a good soul food spot with honest prices. Stop over charging the people. Please.

carlin simon: I heard good things about the food. Had the chicken and Waffles. Waffle was ok. The fried chicken taste like it was fried in old burnt grease. It was nasty. The people were nice but it wasnt unproffesional and not decorated like a diner. I'm sure they have potential but they have a lot of growing to do. Wish them luck though...
Fanta Sow: I have always been a fan of their food, but delivery is $7 and the last time I ordered delivery they took 2hrs to get to me and I only live 12min driving from them. Today I went there an hr 1/2 after they opened and I wanted the 1/4 chicken and they apparently sold out because of catering. I don't understand why they wouldn't bake more knowing they had catering. He told me it would be a half hour wait. It's just disappointing because if they would correct the way they deliver and have they food prepared knowing they are a popular place then they would make more $$$. Food is an A++ but service F-
