I called and gave the details multiple times to change the information and it was not updated. Not sure if it was the issue with their system or the people handling the calls. In the end, 2 minutes after my supposed scheduled call which did not come through. I get an email from the lawyer saying its not a good fit. Definitely not a good experience!

Ebrahem Al-Shalchi: I had such a pleasant experience with Goldstien immigration, I filed for a k1 visa (fiancee visa) back in November 2019 and after waiting for almost 3 years I decided to do something else and that was to get the Mandamus lawsuit against the US Embassy in Turkey and then 6 weeks later visa was issued and my finacee is coming next week!Mads Samartino is the person who i was in direct contact with and she was fantastic, when i finally got approved and visa was issued she seemed genuinely happy for me. Jon Geddis: In one year, this firm has switched attorneys three times on me, never informing me of the changes. When I call for an update, I am told they are out to lunch or unavailable. Yes, I know that attorneys are busy with court appointments, but it takes less than 10 seconds to tell a paralegal to send an Email informing the client about an attorney change. I have actually spoken to an attorney three times in the past year about my case, that is not proper communication. If you like to be ghosted, this is the firm for you. Today my new attorney was supposed to call me at 3pm to discuss the case, that was 2 hours ago.

I had a public defender at first that wasn’t well and had to play phone tag to get a hold oh him when I could and rather than setup times to talk the defender would tell me to call and schedule it with him. Not only was my boyfriends case dismissed, but Joe Simon couldn't be there for other reasons I don't want to disclose, but he was able to get us another lawyer Doug Ryan who did a tremendous job prepping us before hand to let us know what we were in for and what the outcome mostly will be. T Lawrence Ware: Sugarman & Sugarman treat non whites as criminals. From onslaught, they engaged me as one who files false motor vehicle claims. They never informed me as to the status and progress of my case; even, when I inquired. Even though they verified who I was in our initial meeting, they wanted me to provide an ID to prove I wasn't my mother citing there was a lien against my mother which there wasn't. They would not provide me proof of a lien nor the party asking. They averred Safety insurance was my carrier and they wanted it. When I informed them Safety isn't my insurance carrier, they averred it was my mothers. When I informed them it wasn't my mother's they hug up the phone. When I reconnected with them and asked for an official request in writing as to why they needed an ID from me when they verified who I was prior to taking on my case they refused. NOTE: They made copies of both my drivers license and social security card at the intake interview. The police made an accident report and verified my drivers license and the rental car's insurance.
