Sadiyah Archibald: I’ve called this store numerous times to try to get a hold of someone, and no one could direct me to the department I needed. Every one I had spoken to either hung up on me or never transferred the call. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they seemed reluctant to even check and see if the item i wanted was in stock. After telling me what was in stock, they abruptly said ‘bye bye’ and hung up with out any thing else being said.

What a relief!!

Sabej Tahan: This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience here, first was the Chanel Beauty inside the Saks store, I went to see what foundation I wanted but I wanted to try a sample of it to make sure it’s my shade but the lady said they couldn’t do samples so i bought the shade she colour matched me. Tried it at home, it wasn’t my colour so I went back to return it and it was the same lady that sold me the foundation, she seemed very upset and just grabbed the receipt out of my hand and then just shooed me away, Now the second time I went to buy a twilly at the Dior store, was greeted nicely but once i went back to return it they told me to go away and couldn’t return it because it was “used” even though the sales associate wrapped it in around my bag. Don’t know but I think this store is very racist because i kept getting looks up and down and judged because i was struggling with my english pronunciation. Very disappointed. Won’t ever be coming in again
Nhung Nguyen: Do not recommend this department store! Terrible service! I bought a bottle of perfume and got it shipped to my house in NH. The associate claimed it would take 3-5 days to recieve and even 6 days later, I heard nothing from thr store regard my order. Sak’s online system does not connect to the store purchase which I could not track my order because there is no order number on the store receipt! Too much complications to chase cat tails, manager to manager that we have called 3 time and no one resposible for my order, even the lady on fragrance section who sold it to me shave it off. I was really upset. The assc also forced me to open a credit card to receive 10% off instea of just sign up for my email online.

Franty Cleophat: DON’T order online. You will Never get your item. I ordered from them on December 27th and delivery date expected on January 3rd. Shipping label created on December 28th for next day delivery. Now January 6, and you guessed it right; i never received my order. Mind you it was supposed to be a gift. I ended up putting a claimed for my money and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. For a big company like this, they need to revisit their service because they have none. You can get better service from Dots then them. Don’t waste your time and money shopping there. Horrible experience.

Yimeng Wang: purchased a YSL Nikki from Saks last year and found out that the YSL head quarter weren't able to authenticate that, resulting in me not able to receive any warranty or other after service. This is very bad and disappointing plus surprising situation, but Saks continue to refuse to provide ANY solution, not a refund, nothing. They just kept telling me they are authorized retailer regardless my email from YSL saying they were not able to authenticate that. Makes me question the quality of all other items they sell.

I let them know that the item I ordered was different and is now out of stock- the staff scoffed at me saying it looks “almost” the same.Well clearly it was different belt (w/different code number) from what I ordered which I explained. He almost mockingly smiled which I found very rude.
Jasmin Liu: Very judgmental customer service representatives - I was clearly looking for assistance and probably made eye contact with 5+ associates but no one offered help. I then tried to to make a return and they said that I would’ve had to wait more than an hour because their “phone lines were busy” and recommended I ship back my item myself. How hard could it be for them to help me return something, especially when I was already at the store ??

Lulu Al Mutawa: Terrible, terrible management, the manager Lorenzo was a nightmare and honestly a diva he was responsible for my poor experience and bad customer service. I am a regular shopper and he asked the saleswoman who was helping me at the time to stop helping me and go “fix a mannequin” which is not normal and then when things got weird between two salespeople and my clothes because he took my original salesperson away, he wouldn’t make eye contact or get off his phone until I said I would wait for him to finish whatever he was doing (as it was like I was talking to like a 13 year old who didn’t want to look up). When later they needed to call him back to approve delivering my bags to my house, he refused to come back and talk to me and said to find another manager. I’m shocked that this is how a manager treats a regular paying customer at a luxury department store. Definitely looking into taking my shopping elsewhere and I advise everyone to speak up against this quality of customer service as it will only get worse if the customer does not voice their concern. It’s not acceptable to treat paying customers this way. 0 Stars if i could for Lorenzo and Lorenzo only.

Iam Ironman: I shop often at saks fifth ave avenue, and today was worst experience I ever had. One of the salesman, tall bald white guy with clear glasses at second floor, was very annoyed by simple question I asked about clothing, keep sighing, and scrolling through his phone, which made me very uncomfortable to shop. I believe nobody would want to shop at 2nd floor if this guy keep treating customers like this.

Sales associate lady wearing black 350s on the first floor near Balenciaga rack was angry when I asked simple questions (if my size was available, if product from the site was available in store) She went to “check” and said everything that was available was out on the floor, then proceeded to scroll through her phone when she went back counter. Afterwards, I decided to seek out someone who was more willing to help and he was able to find me everything I was looking for. I would try a different store to get better customer service.

Mister Ed: The ghost of Barneys NY lives on @ this outpost of Saks Fifth Men's store Copley Place Boston.Basically a plug & play here by Saks into the recently defunct Barneys NY location. The physical aspect of Barneys holds forth as there has been no noticable change to the same tired environment .....no refresh was given --even a fresh coat of paint would have been nice. Barneys was showing its age and would have benefited with a spiffing up & this would have been a perfect time for Saks to do this....While I applaud the effort of Saks to give men our own shop it disappoints in many areas.Merchandise is a eclectic mix of 'Hip Hop street' and brands that appear to a mature crowd. Not an expansive selection in each venue is offered and the phrase of " not in stock but, I can get it for you" was heard from Sales Associates as I moved around the store.The one bright point in this location is the shoe department....not as large or impressive as the NYC flagship but a nice curated selection. Sales Associates here were in a eublient mood amongst themselves and were unattuned to the few serious shoppers about who were waiting to be assisted.Again, I appreciate Saks giving men their own outpost but no " WOW" factor here - but worth a brief detour as you & the Ms head to the Saks main store in the Prudential Plaza shopping mall and/or Legal Seafoods on second floor Copley Place.

Although you are going to spend more money at Saks than you would at a department store, the merchandise at Saks is made to last. You will be stylishly dressed and stand out from the crowd (in a good way). It may seem expensive to some, However, this is High-Quality, High-Fashion, Luxury-Merchandise for a specific clientele.

S EI: Poor customer service. I bought a pair of Feregamo shoes. Their sole ripped off after my first time using the shoes, the second time I worn the shoes, I was close to fall because they got slippery since the outer layer of the sole was gone. WhenI took the shoes to the store, they wasted my 30 min and they collectively said it is wear and tear, we can fix it for you with cost. I told them I spent $700 USD on these shoes, after my first try, the sole is go e. I am not gonna spend one more cent on them. I wanted to write a review for others to know about the poor customer service of the Boston office.

AALIS: Variety of selections in term of running gear. Mostly shoes, but it also provide shirts, acceries, other stuff, running related.Staffs are excellent, very helpful. They act as a consultant to help us find the best decission suits our running need in the store.They have those machine that helps to determined your foot type so it can give recomendation of best shoes type suits you the best.
Alex Bernstein: what can I say, when you need new athletic shoes there’s no one that comes close. All the staff were friendly and professional, Christina explained what the measurements from their machines translated to and had me in and out with a perfect fit in no time at all.

Charlotte Laane: DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, they have no knowledge on shoes for your goal, injuries and how to perform feet analysis. Buy the shoes you researched and try the shoes for 30 days, their customer service regarding changing shoes within 30 days is a GEM and makes up for the wrong advice.Elaboration;Have been helped by two people from the staff. They are unable to give you good advice. They gave me an unexperienced runner, training for a marathon, a zero drop shoe! That is the last thing you would give to an unexperienced runner especially when they are training for a marathon. Moreover, the analysis of my feet was off. I've had insoles for flat feet as long as I can remember and the first neutral shoe they advised me gave me posterior tibial tendon dysfunction and Achilles issues. The second time I came in they stuck with the advice for the shoe I currently owned with no heel-to-toe drop and no correction, even after I told them the issues I got with these shoes. Fortunately, I didn't listen to them, got shoes with extra heel-toe drop and correction with extra! corrective insoles which resolved my injuries.
Brenda Guan: I had a great experience here. I got my feet scanned here, and based off those scans I was given several recommendations. They made it easy for me to find a pair of great running shoes and everyday shoes that fit my specific needs and preferences. This is one of those places where you feel comfortable buying whatever they say you need because they obviously know what they're doing.

He reassured me that employees are continuing to learn and grow, and that situations like I encountered should not occur regularly in the future.It was extremely busy when I returned to replace my shoes, which gave me time to observe that the employees working there were genuinely helping customers…and everyone was leaving with a smile (including me). Talk about great customer service! As a novice runner, I am confident I was provided the perfect shoes to tackle my training and even given some advice along the way. Thanks for helping me prepare for my first marathon!Original Post:I do not recommend. I visited three years ago and had an amazing experience - but went back in October looking for new shoes as I am training for the Marathon again. The employee who assisted me was inattentive and clearly more interested in getting credit for purchases than helping me. At one point she blatantly left to help another customer while I was in the middle of talking to her!The only reason I didn’t leave was because I was in dire need of shoes - but now that I’m four months into training, my feet have been uncomfortable more than in the past and I have developed a terrible blister on my toe, which is a clear indication of poor fitting shoes. I believe some employees can be helpful, but they should do a better job screening in their hiring process especially when tailoring to clients running major distances. It should not be “luck of the draw” in who is helping you that day.
