XV Beacon Hotel: what do users think?
محمدمهدی محمدقلیها: Great, I didn't go, you went to vacate our place
Calen Riggs: I booked the classic room through Amex Travel and was promptly upgraded to a Studio, which is their version of a suite. Everything was well-coordinated and efficient and the entire stay from 4/24-4/29 was excellent. Everyone here were friendly and down-to-earth for a place that is on the higher-end in the city. Overall, just a pleasant experience and certainly a place worth coming back to.Rooms: The first impression of walking into the room was almost like walking into a library or a museum. The Studio I was in was spacious, clean, and rather opulent. The TV was modern (unlike a lot of hotels in the city), the fireplace was a wonderful touch, and the beds were rather comfortable. The mattress was on the stiffer side, but nothing to be upset about. What was also nice is the fact you can open the windows to allow fresh air in. You don't see that often. The bathrooms were also exquisite, as well.Walkability: The hotel is in Beacon Hill, so a lot of historical sights are within a 5-minute walk. Granary Burial and King's Chapel cemeteries are nearby and The Freedom Trail is essentially around the corner. Boston Common was also less than a 10-minute walk away, as well. The high-end shopping of Copley is also around a mile away and certainly walkable if the weather is nice. The hotel is in a great spot depending on what you are looking for.Food & drinks: Mooo is attached to the hotel and is accessible through the lobby. The menu is extensive, especially the wine - which is something they are known for. In terms of food and the quality everything was great. The Meatballs and Dumplings were amazing. The Beef Wellington, to me, is one of the best in the city. Mooo isn't cheap, but the portion sizes were large and everything was cooked properly. To me, it is worth coming back for.
Green Space: Worst airport pickup ever - 25 min looking for the driver until I managed to leave the airport. So regardless of the hotel (I did not arrive yet) don’t book airport pickup with the hotel, it is a nightmare. One more thing: the ride from the airport to the hotel was less than 25 min 😂😂.
Michael Nam-Krane: I had a huge legal case and I stayed here to be close to the court house. This is the perfect hotel if you are doing important legal work in Boston. The rooms are great to work in. The food is top notch. The locations to all the Boston court houses. "Stay here counsel," is my best legal advice.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet …More
David Hale Smith: One of the finest boutique hotels at which I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. Top service and amenities. Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant Moo on property too.
A P: I am a 24yo female. What started with a great evening with girlfriends at the property, ended up being terrorized and intimidated by a driver named Valentine Kogan who took me appart at 11PM and didn’t let me leave the hotel’s car service. He would stare and stand close enough to me that I felt he had an er_ction. He’s 70. I gave him money so he leaves me alone and I was able to run away.
Yana Saakyan: Beautiful hotel, excellent service, a lot of attention to detail. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Robert Hofmann: Really a hidden gem. Excellent room and the attention to service is one of the best in Boston. We travel also with our two small dogs and they treat them like Royalty! Its our go to hotel when we come to Boston. Beats hands down the other 5 star hotel down the street at double the price. Also, Mooo! Is one of the best steak houses in the Northeast and is attached to the hotel. Make reservations as books early. Great location, great rooms and best team running this hotel!
Stephen Oesterle: Great hotel. Wonderful attentive staff. Choice loation
ST: We have stayed at this property twice and absolutely love it! It's not a large high traffic place to stay. It has a quiet personal feel. The service is outstanding and in an age where going the extra mile to make guests feel at home is hard to find it's alive and well here. The in town driver service is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond. Thank you for another great stay!
Lisa Boston: I am as well one of the woman who escaped an attempted assault and was a victim of racketeering by a driver named “Valentine”. Strong accent, taller guy, intimidating vibe.I used to love coming to the hotel’s restaurant or bar as it used to be on my way from work. Some officers at the Boston Police are known to be shady and not do much with cases of assault or domestic violence, so don’t think the PD will do anything if you call for help. The police officers are misogynists and have a lot of “violation conduct” in their profile. The hotel does not operate objectively like a typical business. If allegations/with proof and correct descriptions were made at a 5 stars establishment like the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton (that I know well) they would have fired the individual within a week. The hotel staff is very aware this happened as It’s impossible to invent such details, or a precise description.None of the young women who made the claims are related to the hospitality industry nor are competitors.
Kevin M.: Luxury defined. These guys know how to put it on. Highly recommended. Family and pet friendly as well. Location is outstanding and the fireplaces are a nice touch.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bob Faust: Unbelievable experience from the moment we arrived all the way to the moment we departed..the car service was extremely convenient and Mark and Valentine were exceptional and extremely friendly
Chris Kaftan: My wife and I stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday. We wanted to check out this hotel as it was recommended. There are three reasons why we're giving this place 2 stars and nothing more. The room was very nice in regards to amenities and the bathroom setup. The staff at the hotel were nice, and the valet/bellhop was also very nice. The reason we did not give this hotel a higher rating is because we had constant problems with HVAC all night. Our thermostat was set at 69 and it kept blowing cool and hot air alternating all night. It was a miserable night for us. We also did not have a positive experience eating breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The server did not listen to us and ignored my wife, and my breakfast was overcooked. For the cost we paid for breakfast, it was a disappointment. I hope the hotel management takes our concerns about HVAC and restaurant quality seriously for future guests who stay at this place.

AALIS: Premium stay at great location. I got room with Boston park view, a great room. It is spacious, clean, and elegant.Surrounded with restaurants, cafe, convenience store, pharmacy, and shops in walking distance.
S D: Lovely hotel. I miss the restaurants there and Hope post construction it’ll be better than before.
Joe Enfield: , loved the hotel, staff was nothing but the best, also the room service food was A1 and I don't think I could have found her better hotel in the city.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Donny Dasilva: Very nice hotel
Yves Gagnon: The classical and typical "Four Seasons" At Boston or Montreal, the personal make you feel important. You are the star of the day. Highly recommended.
Kenny L: Everything is great, room, pool, gym, in room dinning and service. The only thing is they are renovating at the ground level. Love the vault.Rooms: The most quiet room I've ever been to, there is not a single thing that can create any noise, no clock, no fan. Every detail of the room is well thought and makes perfect sense.
Tim Ortez: Wow! Excellent accommodations and service. Rooms are fabulous. So many amenities included. Centrally located. Close to restaurants and shopping. Short walk from financial district too. The best in Boston.
Joelle O’Hagan: Wow! I can't even begin to describe how magical my wedding was at the Four Seasons Boston. It couldn't have been more perfect and all thanks to the amazing team onsite. Philip Deschamps is top notch. He is so easy to work with, friendly, passionate about what he does, has great suggestions and kept all of the vendors on task and on time. The team was so accommodating from the moment we booked with them. Everything went smoothly from the catering, rentals, décor, flow of events, room blocks, cocktail hour, morning after brunch, etc. They are true professionals, including the concierge, waitstaff, chef, valet, etc. The food was incredible! Our guests are still talking about how amazing our wedding weekend was and I'm so thankful for everyone at the hotel for making it the best day of our lives. There is nothing that I would change, and I can't wait to relieve it through our photography and videography!
Boston Golfer: No longer a 5 star. We used to come here often prior to the pandemic and this was our first visit afterwards. I called the reservations line to book a reservation and was placed on hold on multiple occasions and was never able to speak with a person. Therefore I booked a reservation online and was surprised that much of the property is under construction when we arrived. Guests should be informed of the limited services and construction on the website. Our room was also not ready when we arrived and there was really no sitting area or restaurant to wait. The suggestion was to wait upstairs in a ballroom filled with loud dehumidfiers and unfinished tables or upgrade to a presidents suite for an additional $2,500 per night. ??? The valet and foyer has been shrunken for construction, Bristol lounge is closed and lunch is currently not being served. The jacuzzi/hot tub by the pool was also closed due to leaks. We ordered room service several times and they either forgot an entree or the food was too salty on multiple occasions. The hotel overall feels tired and had I known, I would have tried the newer Four Seasons on Dalton street. This will no longer be our go-to staycation getaway in the city.
Justin Cook: Q: What is better than staying at the four seasons?A: Absolutely nothing!I mean, does your hotel even have “the vault”? No, I didn’t think so.

Margaret Neal: This place is great. It is part of Marriott Vacation Club. We had a one bedroom with a partial kitchen. No stove or dishwasher. Dishes were supplied. This place is in the middle of Boston near the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants that have eat in, pickup and delivery. There is an owner's lounge that has continental breakfast that has a per item charge. I didn't like having to pay, but it was inexpensive. Free coffee was available. We parked at the aquarium parking lot across the street as it cost less than hotel valet. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming.

Ming Xiao: Absolutely love this vacation club. It’s located near the Boston harbor in downtown Boston. Walking distance to all the happening places in town. The staff are friendly. We took a building tour of the resort. There are so much history in this place. The observation deck gives the panoramic view of the city. Although the building was a 19th century custom house, but after Marriott transformed it into a vacation club, the room is spacious and modern. There are a lot of daily activities that are interesting. I’m so happy that I’m able to stay and enjoy my time at this special place.
heart827 SG: Our First time staying @ this Marriott, was at first anxious, not sure what to expect since we are not staying @the usual vacation club with allThe amenities ,but we would want to experience historic Boston by staying with in close proximity to all the sights, & we were not disappointed! Uber from the airport was a breeze less than 15 mins! Walked and enjoyed the Cafes, The Freedom trails, stopped @ each historic landmark, the City with it’s clean parks patrolled by a Park Ranger too! In the city where you have courteous Local PD pointed us to best place to go for dinner 😊, The streets felt safe as we walked back at night! The lobster roll’s sweet & succulent just perfect with the Chowder, breathtaking views of the waterCobblestone streets that may be difficult to walk on, May make you wonder 💭 back in the16th century how the ladies can still be so graceful with their parasols as they go on a leisurely strollSo easy to fall in love with Boston most especially if you’re a History nut ( like me 🤓)Was a perfect visit during the pandemic 😷No crowds, no traffic& you have A spacious one bedroom suite with a living room/ Dining Area with a kitchenetteThere are no washer & dryer in the UnitBut you can still get clothes washedThe Laundry room is next to the Fitness area &Also gives you access up on Open Air Observation DeckFor Amazing views of Boston Harbour or the Boston skylineThe Building itself have a museum in the second floor, it is the nation’s original Customs Building that welcomed immigrants, the first Americans, as they came from all over Europe, the world, the Harbour filled with ships filled with spices, tea, textiles! Boston Marriott Long Wharf: what do users think?
V AI: Thought was ok, well designed, furniture, bathroom, room set up. but there were no amenities in my room at all, just bare minimum, amenities of a 3 star hotel. For 600 a night I didn’t feel I got what I paid for. Walls don’t seem thin but I could hear the guy next door snoring all night and couldn’t really sleep.
rafael g: Kudos to Meaghan for great customer service skills...Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Marc St-Amour: We are here in Boston for 5 days, our original hotel was in Hull, but driving around in Boston is a real nightmare for non-locals. So we decided to change to a more central hotel...well that was the right move, yes it more expensive than staying outside the city but when you take into consideration: no use for your véhicule it's 100% worth it.Step out of the hotel door, you are in historical Boston, trolley tours, Aquarium, Quincy market, its all right there a few steps away. Staff is awesome from the valet to the desk staff. Highly recommended.
michelle w: Hotel and Staff could not have been nicer. Walking distance to great attractions! highly recommend for families with young kids. We loved it here, can't wait to come back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

Jess J: Had a hard time picking from the many hotels in Boston but so glad we went with the Marriott Long Wharf. Nicely appointed rooms, friendly and attentive staff (we had a little issue with our neighbors that Marc at the front desk quickly resolved), excellent breakfast buffet (loved our server Michael), indoor pool for the kids, great layout, quiet despite being fully booked. Location cannot be beat with subway station right on property, Faneuil Hall (great location for variety of casual foods....Regina Pizziaria was our family fave) across the street, an easy 15 minute walk to a ton of attractions (Paul Revere's House, Old North Chapel, Boston Tea party reenactment, etc.), and ferry access on property to USS Constitution and airport. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Christopher D: Perfect location and amazing amenities. I could walk to so many places and the view was amazing; right on the water.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Donna Cole: I love staying here when we visit Boston. It is very convenient and attractions are accessible by walking. NE aquarium, Quincy Market, North end. Rooms are clean and up to date with views of the harbor. Definitely recommended and would stay again.

Thomas Welch: My goal is to stay at this hotel but the treatment from the corporate office and chase as a co owner of my credit card has been beyond horrible and very close to canceling my stay! I hope you deliver this review to your manager and hope we can work together to improve it! This review will stand only because of the way the corporate office handled things.
Dave Champman: Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.Great place to stay if you are visiting downtown Boston. It is within easy walking distance of many great restaurants in the North End as well as Mike’s Pastry. Right across the street from Quincy Market and next to the Boston Aquarium. Great location!
Amanda L: I recommend upgrading to get access to the Mclub if there on a weekend. Great location can walk to all attractions in the area.Rooms: Rooms are a little on the small side but we were out alot so it was fine.Nearby activities: Aquarium, Quincy Market, restaurants, boat tours everything is nearby.Walkability: You can walk to everything. Also nice to walk along the water.

Gayle Piraino: My husband and I wanted a quick yet special overnight to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary. We did not want to travel far, board a plane, etc. and decided on Boston. We chose the Ritz based on it's great location (adjacent to the Boston Common, Theatre District, close to the North End and Back Bay). We have stayed at this hotel a few times...and also had memorable stays dating back to their old Newbury St. corner location too (across from Public Garden)! We were warmly greeted in advance of our stay by Ryan McDonnell, Concierge who offered to help me make plans and reservations, thank you Ryan! When we arrived, Kenny was right there at the front door welcoming us. Front desk acknowledged my Lifetime Bonvoy Titanium Ambassador status and provided us a room upgrade that overlooked the common. We reserved a Club Level room and enjoyed our snacks and beverages there with Tony and others. Food at Artisan Bistro was excellent, thank you Nicole for your special touches. Enjoyed the Equinox Health Club access and also our massages (Ali did a phenomenal job!).Also want to mention and thank The Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz Carlton Boston for your hand written welcome note, anniversary good wishes and surprise/delight gift in our room, much appreciated and we really enjoyed! This is a well run property and thank you for a most memorable stay!
T M: DO NOT TRUST THE CONCIERGE! Excellent hotel but I will not stay here again. I had one serious issue which is the cause for my rating. The concierge referred me to an outside party for an experience that was clearly a scam. Fortunately I did not lose any money or waste any time, but I could easily have lost close to $2,000 had I fallen for it, and would likely never have gotten what was being promised. A hotel like the Ritz should know better than to refer their guests to local travel experiences that are not verified as credible.
Lauren Morgan: Our visit to this establishment was truly enjoyable, situated in a superb location with breathtaking scenery. The vast array of exceptional beers was impressive, and our amazing waitress provided top-notch service. We savored a mouthwatering steak and cheese, pleasantly surprised by the swift arrival of our food amidst the lively ambiance. We look forward to returning to this delightful spot in the near future.
rich: Some of the Ritz locations have not held up to the brand but this isn’t one of them. Excellent friendly staff, great amenities, clean rooms (unfortunately not a given these days) and great location.Notably, this location partners with the Equinox Sports Club which is probably the most impressive “gym” facility I’ve ever seen in or outside of a hotel.Honestly the more I look around the more great details there are. This is a true 5 star hotel and other Ritz locations should take notes. Instead of a bare concrete roof they seeded it for flowers (spring so nothing yet in pic). The alarm clock is also a Bluetooth speaker. Everything is great. I heard a couple blasting music at 2am and singing from the hallway (nbd I’ve been guilty) but once in my room I couldn’t hear a peep.Fantastic hotel! Even by Ritz standards.
Kunal Jagota: Terrible stay at the Ritz in Boston, and I am not generally one to complain. The showers give ice cold water for the first few minutes of the shower. The rooms do not have a functioning fridge, a stocked mini bar or a coffee machine - all things even the basic Marriott hotels would have. I asked for a plate to be brought up to eat my dinner and was told that there would be service charges. There also isn’t a gym on site, and you’d thing after spending $500 on a room that you’d have that for free. Instead you are charged $15 to use the neighbouring equinox.Lastly, on checkout I thought I’d tell the concierge. The gentlemen accepted no responsibility and was very rude and hostile. He didn’t accept or apologize for any of these issues. The staff need training on how to address complaints and not make their guests feel like it was there fault for deciding to stay at the hotel.I will never be back at this property, and I hope this helps others looking for where to stay.
Kat Wilson: This was the worst experience for myself and my partner. He was harassed in the lobby. Not sure if they thought we were too poor to be there smh. This is why ppl hate coming to Boston. I will never set foot in that hotel and I will advise my brides to stay away. In all my years of working bridal parties Ive never had an experience like this. The latent racism must stop!
Shosha Green: After an extremely long day at Brigham and Women’s, and worst week of my life, the Ritz put a smile on my face. I don’t think I had smiled in a week. They went above and beyond in many ways, the upgrade to the suite was unbelievable. I will never forget your kindness at such a low point in my life. My husband and I visit Boston often and we hope to be back soon, under different circumstances. Thank you so much for the incredibly comfortable stay, I have no words to really show how I that made me feel.
Ben Hotelling: Had an amazing weekend getaway. Hotel was super quiet at night. Service was outstanding! They went above and beyond at every turn for me, including the kids we left at home for the weekend.
Pat Bailey: The location of this hotel is excellent, and the service is unparalleled! The room manager, concierge, and doorman are outstanding. We have never experienced such exceptional service. The rooms are not up to the Ritz Carlton standard but the location and service makeup for it.

Rene Andersen: My daughter booked this room for us. The room overlooked the head of the Charles. It was a beautiful peaceful view.We stayed here the evening before a long-anticipated surgery. We asked for a handicapped room since I couldn't step up into a tub to shower. The rim on (unexpected) bathtub was high. Stepping into the tub I slipped there was not a tubmat nor anything on the surface of the tub to grip my feet. Luckily there were several bars to grasp as I began to fall. Before that, we waited 90 minutes for an extra blanket. There was no Kleenex in the room. The message being use toilet paper. When I travel I like hotels to offer little welcoming touches none were to be found here.Covid and the shortage of trained staff have had a profound impact on all aspects of our lives. Everything has changed. Yet the view of the Charles with the city in the background was beautiful even the aftermath of Covid could not change that.
Ben Spader: Pretty good. Hotel walls are a little thin so you can hear what's going on in the hallway, but other than that I was pretty impressed. Really great views from the room of the waterRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Deanna Melendez: Last minute stay and I had a great stay! The room was very clean! I also had a spectacular view of the Charles and the skyline of Boston! Would stay here again!
Sara Jane Dimond: We have stayed here a couple different times over the last five years and previously had very great experiences here. This time there was a very noticeable plummet in the quality of our stay. The staff was pleasant to a point but was very rude when asked if room service was available (it isnt) and our room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. There was previous trash left in all the bins including a used panty liner in the bathroom trash. Then while we were in the pool a guest brought an unleashed large dog into the pool and threw it in the deep end at another guest who was visibly injured and bleeding in the water. The dog struggled in the pool for several minutes until other guests intervened and lifted the dog out. These guest were also injured. At no point during this ordeal did we see a staff member intervene or come along to check on others involved. We will be going elsewhere for our vacations in the future.
Amanda Bandeira: Hotel excellent, however we were 3 in the room and only have towels for 2.We asked to someone to come to bring towels and bed linen for the third guest and they only brought towels and a blanket. After we called 2 times, someone brought us a extra set of bed linen, but said He couldnt make the sofá bed arrengements. We did ourselves. But besides that, everything was excellent. For sure I Will book this hotel again. And the hotel restaurant is excellent.
Yoyo MA: Very nice lobby andhotel but rooms are poorly lit. Too much waste with bottled water - should find a better, eco friendly solution.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Mike: The banquet hall was perfect size and the food was very good. I liked that the hall was near the front and easily located.
Robert Schwerdt: The hotel was pretty nice, but they totally dinged me with hidden fees upon checkout. I was absolutely NEVER made aware of their hidden junk fees at any point. I’ve contacted customer service and they really don’t care. I get copy and paste “brush off” responses, but they’re unable to verify that I was made aware of fees (because I wasn’t) and unwilling to refund them.
Bob Field: Loved everything about this hotel except the Starbucks wannabe shop downstairs that had one price on the menu (which was $1.40 more expensive than a real Starbucks) but then charged me $.50 more putting my Mocha at well over $7.00. Enough already!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Gina: Beautiful, Clean and Modern Decor. Two beautiful cafes on main level. Great, Kind, Professional Staff. Beautiful Views of the River. Convenient Centralized location. Dated amenities, no room service, rooms are compact but beautiful and have all necessities including mini fridge, extra storage and desks, motion sensored lighting. Small plasma tvs. Very nice, simple fitness center, has all the basic but updated equipment. Bathrooms always well maintained.Walls are paper thin. Elevator is loud. One elevator was out so there is a small wait for the elevator. Alittle pricy but I still had an overall good experience. 👍 I would do it again.Walkability: Easy to walk to main attractions near by, bring your walking shoes!!
Martin Riggs: Good location, excellent views and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the bar closes to early (10pm).Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jackie corbin: All staff was very helpful and pleasant. Always have a great stay. Bartender in the pub was extremely rude...to several customers...will not go back there for a nightcap. That was this passed Friday evening. Will definitely return..just not to your pubRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston: what do users think?
Jenifer Massey: Food & drinks: High tea was so wonderful and the staff is very friendlyService: 5/5 …More
Michael Nam-Krane: My wife and I went here for our 30th Anniversary. I know this is a pricey hotel but it's worth it! I looked around all over Boston for the perfect room. Only the Four Seasons on Dalton Steet has them. I have never fallen asleep in a bathtub until now. The room was spacious, clean and charming in a modern way. The staff was super nice and professional. If you can spring the price tag, this is the place to stay in Boston.
Dario Camacho: This the only way to describe it, The best of the best.Everything was perfect, service was unique and dedicated, location is awesome, views are astonishing and worth a visit as long as you can.I belive if not mistaken probably the best hotels in the entire world, I want to visit them all and enjoy all the amenities and service it brings to you.Hopefully I can comeback soon
Laura Iliff: I loved this hotel , the spa , the cleanliness and the location, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, parks and attractions. The area is safe .Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Lisete DePina Ramos: Beautiful experience husband took me there!Gorgeous place lol
Daniel Marder: Exceptional in every way. I would live here if I could. Modern and fresh. Great staff, Great attitudes, lovely location, Superb restaurants on location. Love the tea, Love the Brunch, Love the Isakia! What's not to love, they treat you like they actually care about you from the moment you park with the valet. Please Tip everyone here very well they are a rare breed!Nearby activities: Close to BSO, Northeastern, Christian Science Church complex.Safety: Area is secureWalkability: Can walk to BSO through the passage way to the mall at northeastern off the street.Food & drinks: Very nice restaurants located on premisesNoteworthy details: Top luxurious accommodation with dining worth exploring.

Jacob Poliskin: I am not one to leave a ton of reviews but this was a pretty crummy experience. The massage for 50 minutes that I asked the concierge to book me ended up being $265 dollars (crazy?), the view was not great, there was no iron in the hotel room, the breakfast options were overpriced. Food was subpar at best. The staff was great so I don't fault any of them, just not anywhere close worth to the price paid for staying here
PA_ resident: Staying at the hotel is a mixed bag. Good location, nice hotel room, but the amenities are limited. Room service was spotty, and if you want a cup of tea or a glass of wine, much of the day you are limited to room service.

Evil With An O: Me & my boyfriend stayed here for nye weekend. The bed is probably the most complete bed i have slept in 2022. In roomService is excellent, decent food. Everyone is pretty sweet. For the reason i took off a star, is because i have confirmed upon arrival that they have EV charger for my car. When i hand the car key to the valet, i requested again for my car to be charge, second day, i still doesnt see my car being charge, so i contact via the tablet again requesting my car to be charge. 2 hours later, still not being charge. Luckily, i didnt plan to go out, as i made a reservation to dine in Zuma only. After the 4th time contacting the front desk, my car is finally being charged. Also, the dog bed they provided, looks wear & tear. I am a bit surprise, as this is a 5 star hotel. However, my dog was in love with our bed in the hotel and seems to enjoy it a lot.So yeah, overall, it’s a great first time with 4 season. We will definitely check out another Four season location in the future. And thank you again four season. :)
Jenn Tran: Really poor service. Concierge staff is all over the place without continuity between day and night shifts. The hotel itself is nice enough but this is not four seasons service quality.
Shawn McGrath: Definitely an amazing hotel. Great for a night in the city and to get away.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, High-tech …More
Vikas: My wife and I came there for a weekend with our newborn and their team was on top of it! I don’t think we waited more than a 2-3 mins for anything we needed for our soon. I’d you have a newborn, have no fear the four seasons is here!Thx folks, we enjoyed our stay very much!
Ghalib Zamir: Not sure if it’s worth the price tag! Stayed here for one night, it’s a great hotel, right in the Center of Boston and close to everything. Had no issues during the stay, but I wasn’t at the hotel too much to fully enjoy the amenities included. So if you’re paying the premium price to stay at the beautiful hotel, make sure to advantage of some of things they offer. I wish I got to try them so I can leave a full review. The hotel otherwise was great. Clean, spacious, felt new, etc! But not sure if I would personally stay here again.
Khan Family: Service at this hotel needs some serious work. We requested some of the amenities they have listed on their website for kids well in advance of our arrival and were assured they would be in the room. When we arrived they weren't there so we requested them again several times and each time were assured it would be taken care of and it never was. In addition we were charged for breakfast when we shouldn't have been. I inquired about the breakfast and was told someone would follow up and of course they never did.

Boston Marriott Copley Place: what do users think?
Paula Campos: To all Marriott customers who are not aware, this hotel hosted Satan-con in April/2023! This is bloody greed at its finest! This hotel was accepting of this group promoting devil worship! The most grotesque and scary costumes were worn as well! As a spiritual person, I am appalled and disgusted that this hotel allowed such a heinous group to celebrate their negative views and opinions at their hotel! Due to the hotel's extremely bad judgement, I will NEVER stay at another Marriott hotel ever again! I encourage you to do the same! Let's hit them where it hurts the hotel's bottom line and send a very strong message! Please DO NOT stay here or any other Marriott property!
Aaron Hoar: Beautiful rooms and exemplary service!
Grant Hardan: Great area for shopping.
Minister Stone: Great location! So many things within walking distance! Staff is amazing! Hotel is clean and tidy! Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
White Noise: Such a great experience and staff. They did a fantastic job hosting our group and I look forward to visiting them again. Not to mention the great view from our room!!Safety: We were there when there were crazy protesters outside spewing hate at some of the guests there and felt completely safe. I’m sure I’d feel even safer if it weren’t for the weirdos outside.
Luc Long: Stayed for a convention. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food options nearby were amazing.Rooms: Rooms are small but with two malls and all of downtown Boston in a short walk or convenient shuttle, you won't be spending much time thereWalkability: Everything is so close. Many great shopping options without even going outside. Two large malls off the hotel.
Brent Langrehr: We went to go sightseeing and had a wonderful time. The Old Town Trolley has a booth set up in the lobby and we could get on it from the hotel. Definitely coming back. There was so much more we wanted to see after spending a week there.Rooms: Elegant and modern with a bit of Boston flair.Nearby activities: High end shopping and historic sightseeing.Safety: Security is very friendly. The was some kind of protest going on while we were there, but we felt pretty safe with how the staff handled it.Walkability: The Copley mall is connected to the hotel and the subway is just a walk away to get anywhere in Boston.Food & drinks: Yard House is inside the hotel and makes it really convenient to grab a bite to eat before heading out or just coming back.
Jessica Oesterle: Fantastic location. Easy walking and GREAT coffee down the block at Jaho. Incredible staff! Eager to please and extremely polite. I'll definitely stay again.Rooms: Chic and quite.Nearby activities: A quick walk to Bukowski's and Cornish Pasty Co., which are my must sees when I'm in town!Safety: The security is excellent and they were polite and outgoing rather than cold and stand-offish. Warm and safe!Walkability: Easy walk to Green and Orange line. Lots locally.Food & drinks: Yard House is good for a beer and bite. Great local selection for a hotel bar! Recommend the tomato soup, of all things!
Jared Lucev: Just stayed there for four nights for a lovely religious convention they graciously hosted. Although the location was under siege by protestors who were issuing threats of violence the whole time, hotel staff remained professional the entire time. Security went above and beyond, with unfaultering kind attitudes and constant vigilance. Housekeeping kept the hotel clean, even with all the litter scattered outside by protestors, at all times. And staff were helpful and attentive, offering excellent guidance to folks from out of town on places to eat and finding convince stores at all hours (most of the city closes at 10pm on sundays). They made an already memorable experience stand out even more all while dealing with terrible people surrounding their building, and they did so with dignity to speaks to their commitment to quality. No praise high enough for them. The room was very comfortable, pleasingly decorated, and the bed was wonderful on my bad back (SI joint injury). Conference rooms provided were very well lit (when we wanted them to be) and immaculately well kept.We would gladly stay again on a personal trip or hopefully another convention down the line. Ignore the disguising negative reviews left by people who weren't even guests at the hotel, and HAIL MARRIOTT!
Zita Cross: I just spent a long weekend with my husband and two colleagues at Marriott Copley Place for a conference. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food and shopping options abundant, the conference rooms comfortable and attractive, and the staff kind and helpful. The security staff deserve a particular mention, for being on the ball and incredibly helpful, understanding, and safety-minded while dealing with active protestors, ensuring continued safety when entering and exiting, and monitoring elevator access. Will certainly be returning based on this experience.Rooms: Very clean, comfortable rooms (especially the beds!). Lovely views. Staff were attentive, more than competent, and polite, and very respectful of our privacy.Safety: I can't speak highly enough of their security staff. Very situationally aware, pleasant, and understanding. At no time did it seem as if they weren't perfectly able to handle any issue that may arise, and they were unfailingly polite to guests and attendees.Walkability: Easy to get to many shopping and restaurants options via second floor mall access and the sky bridge, and within reasonable walking distance of multiple parks, attractions, and Fenway Park.Food & drinks: Plenty of access to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The in-house restaurant, Yard House, had quick service from attentive and polite servers, and the food was great (and reasonably priced.) Attached mall and shopping centers meant lots of options, and no need to go outside and get soaked!
Morgana Evenstar: Absolutely stellar venue for a convention. The hotel staff are simply brilliant, and the security team are absolutely top-notch.Was here recently for a convention and neither I nor anyone I know had a single complaint about this place. It is a little on the pricier side for some (myself included) but you will get more than fair value for your dollars. You really could not ask for more out of a convention center or hotel, not reasonably anyway.Rooms: Clean, commodious, and quiet. Ample amenities and high-speed elevator access. Truly magnificent spot to stay.Safety: As a community that does not have the luxury of the privilege afforded to groups like the church who have a colonialist stranglehold on the world, safety was a prime concern for us.The security team at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that we were safe and could go about our business peacefully. At no point did any of the hateful bigots who came to try and harm us get anywhere close.Food & drinks: Stellar service at the Yard House, but more on that in their standalone review.
Laci-Ann Mosher: The employees were lovely. I did not like being up on the 29th floor. The elevators are slow and I should've asked for a lower level when booking. The hotel is somewhat loud as well since there are so many floors and rooms. The rooms have zero fresh air, no option to crack a window, and no exhaust fan for the bathroom, so after a shower it's a bit balmy. The tortilla soup at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. The hotel is attached to a giant indoor shopping center which was great since it was a chilly, wet weekend. Overall a good time.Walkability: Shopping center attached to hotel via bridgeFood & drinks: The restaurant on the 2nd floor had stellar tortilla soup. And Nero Cafe was delicious
Phoenix Blackwood: Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. By far the nicest hotel in the area. Everything is centrally located, exceptionally comfortable beds, but most of all I am thankful for how understanding and respectful they are to all walks of life. 10/10Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
CW: I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The premises were clean and attractive. The location was convenient to more locations than I possibly could have even visited. The staff were courteous, responsive, and available. Security was very present and did a wonderful job keeping everyone safe and at ease. I would be happy to stay here again.
Gustavo Yanez (Aztechgod): I recently stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place for the weekend and I absolutely loved it.The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby is spacious and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are perfect. The bathroom is large and well-appointed, and the shower is powerful. The hotel also has a great fitness center, an indoor pool, and a spa.The staff at the Boston Marriott Copley Place is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great stay. They were always available to answer questions or make recommendations.I would highly recommend the Boston Marriott Copley Place to anyone looking for a great hotel in Boston. It is the perfect place to stay for a business trip, a weekend getaway, or a family vacation.
Tyler Dunn: I attended a conference here and the staff was amazing. Extremely helpful people who took their jobs seriously and were as friendly as can be. I greatly enjoyed my experience here.Food & drinks: The Yard House is wonderful. Quick service, ok prices, great selection.
Aileen Hernandez-Aguilar: I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff was so amazing and helpful and the hotel itself was so beautiful. I will definitely come back and stay here next time I’m in Boston.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, High-tech …More
Dick Von ZombieSlayer: Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We stayed in a corner room that had an amazing view through the panoramic windows that spanned the entire wallspace. The hotel has a Starbucks and Yardhouse Restaurant inside as well as being attached to a large upscale mall. The hotel was so easy to get to from Boston Logan Airport. There is a free shuttle to the BackBay stop directly behind the hotel. A short walk through the mall and you're ready to check in. On your way back to the airport the shuttle is only $3.Back to the restaurant, the Yardhouse staff were on top of their game and very reasonable and accommodating being that a very large conference was taking place. The food is good. The beers selection is great.10/10 would stay again.
Louiza Collins: The room was gorgeous - an AMAZING view of a bunch of CUTE sailboats. The staff was absolutely lovely. Ate at the Yardhouse way too much but there are a bunch of quick food options just over the sky bridge, along with a CVS. No need to even go outside for the convenience. Also, a cute little cafe next door called Jaho has some amazing desserts and boozy coffee options. Highly recommend this over other hotels in the area.
