David Webb: Called three moving companies and two lock smiths who couldn’t help - Milligan was there for me. Easy coordination the day of move, showed up prepared and efficient. They used a trailer and mechanical dolly so my safe wasn’t crashing around or bumping anywhere, and placed it right where I need it.

Tyler Morell: We have an antique safe original to our house. The general contractor got it out but couldn't get it back in without a chance of damaging something. Milligan gave me a quote within a day. It took me a couple calls to get on the schedule, but once I did, they showed up on time and worked quickly. I really appreciated the care they took with the thresholds and walls while navigating a steep staircase and tight 90 degree turn.

I call and spoke to a man and he said I could get them keys redone but unfortunately I live 30+ minutes and told him I could email a video them not working and I ask for a refund and he told me I would have to drive there and I told him refund would be better since I don’t live local and he refused and told me I would have to come by and only get my keys redone again but I don’t want risk my luck and those keys not work either .

Daniel Messplay: We worked with Christopher, who was able to completely fix all of our non-latching/locking interior doors (approx. 8 of them) in an 1890's house. Christopher took the time to explain each issue, provide his list of recommendations, and then worked quickly and efficiently to get us all squared away - at a really reasonable rate.For those who have older/antique doors and want a sensitive approach that preserves the charm and aesthetic while providing full functionality, Christopher (and Locks & Keys) is who you should call.

Patti Buckley: Christopher was here this afternoon, installing a beautiful key pad lock. Such a pretty piece of hardware. Our house is over 100. yrs old, the door has been warped and never closed easily or completely. Now that it has a key pad lock it closes better than it ever has. He saw the problem in the door that also needed repair, of all the work men I have had to work on this cranky door, finally it is solved. I cannot recommend Christopher more highly.

I was unable to obtain backup keys for this key type from either the bike’s manufacturer or from other sources that I tried, so I really appreciate H. Perron’s expertise and excellent customer support in providing these copies. I’m glad I won’t need to send my son back to his campus in a different state with the only available copy of this key! John Gennaro: I was locked outside my home and temperature today is below 30. I called H. Perron and the customer assistance and the readiness were spectacular. They understood my situation and sent someone to my house right the way and within few minutes they were able to help me. They really go above and beyond to help others. We never know when we will need a locksmith, but it's good to know that we have a great professional with an outstanding customer service in the area for us.

Winnie Briggs: This bookstore has been around for decades. It was a great bookstore when I was a teen and it continues to be one now! In fact, I’ve grown to appreciate it more now that I’m an adult! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Besides books, they sell fun little “knick knacks”- perfect for gifts and stocking stuffers. Author events are held upstairs- I recently attended Caroline Kepnes’ author talk. This bookstore also has a cafe, serving hot food and drinks. 10/10. Without a doubt, one of Boston’s best independent bookstores.

I went for the tarot time comedy show upstairs. I didn't end up ordering food but I enjoyed this fancy Chocolate espresso drink topped with whipped cream.
