Vanity Hair Salon: So grateful for these guys! Dom and his crew made my car look brand new. My bumper needed to be replaced after being hit while parked. They even got out the few “dings” from someone opening their car door into mine. Nicholas Milkovich: I would describe this experience as odd. This is my first car, and first accident. So I’m not sure how this is supposed to go. But if you’re looking for transparency, this is not the place. They had my car for 3 weeks and not once did they call me to give me updates, tell me what was damaged, even tell me when the car was ready for pickup. 3 weeks seems like a long time to hold on to a car, when the accident was extremely minor cosmetic damage. I’m sure they aren’t lying that there was more internal damage that wasn’t visible, but I now understand the joke about body shops finding another $5000 worth of damage to your car on top of the $1800 estimate. Fine fine, but call me and explain it to me. Have the decency to tell me why it’s that much and what you found. Horrible first experience. At least my car looks nice.

When I got my car of course the outside looked nice but the inside was destroyed. My engine and transmission came back with major issues. My mileage was higher than when it went to them. Nelson White: took 9 months to negotiate with insurance, replace a bumper, sensors, and paint a couple of panels. i get my car back and one of the automatic locks on the door doesn’t work. DO NOT get your car repaired here. i asked them to call me with an update but they only contacted me when they wanted insurance money.
Patrick Mahoney: Thoroughly impressed by this shop!! They were quick, professional, thorough, all at a great price. I brought my car in for body work and got a quote within 30 minutes. My neighbor hit my car and wanted to pay out of pocket so once the parts they needed to order had arrived they completed the work within 4 days. On top of that they cleaned and detailed my car and took care of a few other minor scratches on the outside.Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I ever need work done again I know where I'm going!Thank you Boston Body Work Team!

Michael Katz: Went there for a car repair. They gave me a quote on the spot and took it home. Went to two other places for quotes and they had the best price. Went back for service and they charged me the quotes amount which I appreciated. They cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Great service and the people were friendly and helpful. Very efficient.
Van Tran: The receptionist Mandy is exceptionally rude except when you give your credit card information. When asked a question, her response is annoyance, saying "oh my god" and rolling her eyes. Her temperament is very unpleasant on almost all occasions. However, when you hand money or pay, she acts very cheerful. A warning, if you send emails, if you expect a response, I recommend a different repair shop. If you meet her at reception, I highly suggest driving your car to a different body shop. No customer deserves that kind of disrespect especially with how much money you pay.

I can't say they completed my repair very quickly because the whole process was quite lengthy, but their work was of very high quality. Kevin Li: Brought my car here for a front bumper/fender repair. ASC put on new bumper, fender, and light, and the car looks good. The only drawback is the waiting time. The process is sluggish and it took two and a half months for the service. Overall, the team is supportive.

Nicole Costa: This past week I brought my car to Allston Collision after it was hit by a drunk driver and needed repair. Paul immediately was welcoming, introducing me to himself and his whole team. He also helped calm me down as I have never had a car that was in an accident before, and naturally was near panicking. Although my car was eventually deemed to be totaled, I still am so happy I came here. Paul and his team were so friendly and made me feel like a close friend/family right from the start. Paul helped me with the insurance paperwork and coached me on how to ensure I’m getting the most money for my vehicle. He made folders for me to take home and made copies of all necessary paperwork for both him and myself. He even mailed out paperwork for me as well! Paul also worked closely with the insurance company, and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I am so thankful to have worked with this company and will definitely be bringing my future car here for any and all repairs!!
Alexander Cheung: If you’re reading reviews for a auto body shop, you’re clearly not doing it for fun. You’re looking for someone that’s trustworthy, does a great job, and gets it done on time. Allston Collision Center checks off those big three pieces and then some.After getting dinged by someone, I went to ACC honestly just not wanting to deal with the process. Abel and Paul read my mind instantly and assured me they would handle everything and that they did. I really didn’t have to speak to the insurance claims agent, and after dropping the car off I didn’t have to check in with them either. They completed repairs well before their quoted time (week/s before) and made my car looking even better than before the accident.And as an added note, they’re super friendly to work with as well. While its not necessary, their demeanor made dealing with an accidental that much less painful.I fully recommend them and any issues I need fixing in the future will go straight to their services.
Bohan Zhang: Paul and the team at Allston Collision are fantastic! When I brought my car in Paul immediately handled speaking to the insurance and instructed me on what the next steps were. They were extremely patient throughout the process and stored my car at their lot while the insurance company was being painfully slow to respond. They also arranged a supplemental appraisal, and while my car was ultimately deemed a total loss, Paul reached out to me to make sure that I was getting a fair price. I'd say overall it took a little longer than I expected, but that's likely because of how busy they were. Greg W: Dudley replaced my front bumper cover, intercooler, radiator, and some other plastic parts after I hit a coyote on the highway. Everything works well, but they did not use an OEM radiator, they used the cheapest aftermarket unit. I had asked them to use OEM for the radiator, and they said something like "yes, for the radiator we would". We'll see how long this cheap thing lasts.Also, I do most work on the car myself, so I just removed the bumper, and I found out they left several fasteners out, stripped a screw, and must have lost a bunch of the original fasteners because they were replaced with mismatched stuff. So I had to keep switching tools to remove fasteners. So their attention to detail looks good on the outside, but on the inside, where it really counts, I'd say they're average.They did make dealing with the insurance side of things very easy.Service:Body Trim
