Saacha Mohammed: Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Too many hoops to jumpy through to talk to anyone. We had a mess up with our delivery (sales person did not tell us it needed custom install) so we are waiting in limbo for these idiots to get their act together. No one takes accountability for their mistakes and they keep passing you off to other sales or service people. Every division is fractured and there seems to be no decision makers left. I would avoid them at all cost and find someone through your contractor if doing a full kitchen renovation. If I could, I would just return everything and never give this company a dime of my business. If you can avoid her, do not use Brittany Jatkola as your sales person. She is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in every way.
chris jones: Terrible customer service. Damaged my cabinets during installation, had to follow up 6 time for them to get repairs completed. Never received a follow-up to ensure the damage was repaired to meh satisfaction. Definitely not a premium experience, will never purchase anything from Yale again. They do not value or respect customers.

Vero Hall: This is among the best service we ever received from a business! 5 stars from A to Z. Good to know: you need an appointment before you go to the showroom. They are booked and won’t be able to serve you quickly if you don’t have an appointment. They have a great business model: a) they service what they sell, b) they discontinue products that need to be serviced a lot; so you know that if they carry a product they stand behind it, c) they sell insurance for the products they carry so if you need it serviced over the next 5 years, you are covered, d) they offer discounts for bundles and for items that are in working condition but were returned for whatever reason. We bought a Bosch induction range and hood, and the entire process was pain free. The range arrived defective and they sent someone over to assess and replaced it without any issues. I really doubt that such a service is available in many places. Only the trouble of carrying that big appliance in and out, etc. To us, the additional $ we paid for our appliances at Yale (e.g., they do Not offer free shipping) was well worth the price. Also, fun fact: the CEO makes these well produced educational videos that I love (e.g., Bosch vs Miele washing machine), check him out on YouTube :). In short: we’ll use them again and again.
MVP: Great customer care from beginning to end. Great Sales Representatives who are knowledgeable of the products, act as trusted advisors, are reliable, and very professional. Installation team was on time, swift, and kept my premises clean throughout the installation process. They took the time to test the appliances they installed, walked me through main functionalities and provided useful tips. Eddie and the rest of the delivery & installation team were friendly and very professional. This is my second time purchasing home appliances from Yale and am now a loyal customer! Fantastic team, great product quality, but above all - exceptional customer care!

Susan Cassidy: I had put off purchasing a new range for far too long (thank you, pandemic) and had a lot of questions -- the Yale Appliance chat feature was incredibly helpful and Brittany answered everything I asked. She even had me send her photos of our existing range, and confirmed that the new one would fit. I did *all* my selections online. Brittany was very communicative every step of the way, and made sure I understood the whole process. The post-sales follow up to schedule the installation was terrific as well. AND, I love the new range!
Tom Austin: Great service! We were out of town for a while and, when we got back to our condo, we were confronted with a flood from a broken dishwasher...so off we went to Yale for a replacement. Their service was great. Their installers fastidious and the experience great. I would have rated them 5 stars except I was disappointed to learn how they sold us the least-featureful Miele dishwasher sold in the States. It has a great reliability rating (from Wirecutter and Consumers) but it's really barren of features.

I am a repeat customer because not only do they give me a great price, (and will price match other competitors) their customer service is great! They are very knowledgeable about appliances and I was able to get exactly what I needed..they also provide a delivery service, which worked out great for me. They were not only accommodating and courteous, but they were there when they said they would be.

Canceled the morning of delivery, dryer wouldn't be in stock for a month.2.) Upsold higher priced dryer that is in stock.3.) Installed higher priced dryer. Did not come with tools to change direction of dryer door.4.) They are now charging for a second visit to change the direction of the door.We try to support local, independent businesses but this is a racket, not a business.

When I called AAA Appliance they had the lowest price by several hundred dollars. This refrigerator was delivered within 4 days by the most professional delivery team I have seen in years. The store team is the best there is. My entire home has come from AAA over the years. I highly recommend them for your next appliance.

I purchased a stove at 12pm and when I went to pick up at 3pm salesperson made excuses and did not want to sell the stove anymore. He mentioned that he provided me the wrong item and that it was mislabed, etc. This store is a scam - becareful.
John G (John G): Rating should be 0 star. I tried AAA for a second time (they're zero for two) because they had the electric dryer we wanted in stock. I called on a Friday night a few minutes before they closed. the person said they had the dryer in stock and to go there the next morning. the next morning, i went there when they opened only to find the doors locked. I called and a person was inside but told me they could not help me and to go home and telephone in the order. clearly they didn't want my business. I was right outside! Needless to say, I went to Jarvis in Wellesley and they sold me an upgraded dryer with a good discount. The first time I went to AAA was another horror show. We purchased a wall oven (pre-pandemic). I had to call numerous times on the status of the order.When the oven was installed, the installer demanded cash for the install because he said if he didn't get cash, he would not get paid. it was suspicious then and I should've never tried to go back. Never use them! If you like to use a family-run store, go to Poirier or Jarvis.
Old Colony Masons: Go anywhere but AAA Appliance.Salesmen blatantly lie. The owner I'm told is out of the country for an entire month. They can't issue a credit card refund because the accountant is not available either. No returned calls. Joke of a business.
Glittery Bees: This place used to be a great neighborhood store, but the pandemic and supply chain issues have caused this place to become borderline suspicious. I paid for a dishwasher in June 2021. I had to call constantly for updates. Finally, I changed to a different dishwasher, which was delivered to their store in Dec 2021. They never called me. I canceled my order in January 2022. When I asked for my money back, they gave me the run around. I continue to call them for the remainder of the payment I made. In short, DO NOT use AAA Appliances. Go to Yale as they are also local and are much more trustworthy.

We got a dishwasher that didn't run, instead of waiting for the manufacturer to fix it, AAA replaced it with a new one free of charge. They were so sympathetic to our situation! The manufacturer wanted us to wait over a month for a repair! I buy all my appliances from them.
Princess Annette: June 2016 I purchased a freezer and a portable dishwasher. The dishwasher was on back order. I was told by the guy that checked me out , if I paid for the dishwasher with the freezer I would only pay one delivery fee. 4 months later I inquired about my portable dishwasher. O now have to take them to court.. Inquired they tell me to call one person or another.

Steve Wisner: A Nightmare ExperienceI chose to purchase a new free range oven from AAA Appliances in Jamaica Plain because I thought this would be the most convenient option (I later learned this was a huge mistake). I understood that I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but was sold on the idea that AAA Appliances would handle the scheduling of the delivery and the installation of the oven. I was even promised by the AAA Appliance’s sales representative that I could be the first delivery of the day (9:00am) three days after I made the purchase. It sounded too good to be true, because it was too good to be true.On the scheduled delivery date, I took the day off from from work, but the installer never showed at 9am. I waited until 11:00am and then called AAA Appliances to see the status of the 9am delivery. Rather than offering to help get the status of the delivery, the AAA Appliance representative gave me the phone number of the installer and insisted I do the work of trying to locate him. I called the installer and left a message, but he never called me back. Thirty minutes later, I called AAA Appliances again and the person who answered the phone was rude and demanded to know, “Did you try to call him?” After I stated that I left a message, he agreed to try to called the installer. At 12:30pm, I finally got a call back from the installer, who said that he didn’t have any help and would be unable to deliver the oven. The delivery was rescheduled a week later.On the 2nd (failed) delivery attempt and my second day off from work, I woke up to a text message from the installer stating that he was having car problems and would try to deliver later in the day. I walked to AAA Appliances to ask the delivery status. They were confused by the entire situation and had thought that the delivery was already made a week earlier (I don’t understand how they could not have known that the oven was never delivered). When in the store, I was disappointed to hear AAA Appliances admit that they had problems with the installer in the past, to which I questioned why they were continuing to contract out work to an installer who has a history of being unreliable.At the 3rd attempt, the oven was delivered and installed and the installation fee was lowered from $250 to $200 to account for me being stood up on two different occasions. There were no issues with the installation, but a few days later I was walking on my street and noticed that the covers to my old oven were left on my neighbor’s property. I visited AAA Appliances to discuss my overall experience and was disappointed by their response. First, the AAA Appliances representative excused the installer missing two scheduled delivery dates by pointing out that “He did a good job with the installation,” as if this made it ok that he did not show up on two previous occasions. I explained that I would have paid double for the oven to be delivered on the original date so that I would not have had to miss a second day of work.Most disappointing, is that AAA Appliance did not take any responsibility for the nightmare experience. In fact, the sales representative even shifted some of the blame on me by pointing out the ridiculous detail that I had paid the installer directly and that because the work was contracted out, the store was not responsible for what happens with delivery and installation. This claim ignores the fact that AAA Appliance had chosen the installer for me and AAA was responsible for all aspects of coordinating the delivery and installation. Then, as if to justify my horrible experience, he offered to refund $30 from a burner cover that I had purchased separately. I was insulted by this offer and told AAA Appliances to keep the money.My experience proves that after an order is made with AAA Appliances, it is up to the customer to deal with any problems involving delivery and installation. Had I known this was the company’s position, I would have saved a lot of money by purchasing the oven elsewhere and I would have hired someone to install it.
Kent Harnois: I came for a gas dryer and got an argument. I will gladly get my dryer someplace else. We have been purchasing our appliances here for 35 years. It has been inconvenient and while the big box stores are always offering extremely convenient pricing deals, one year no interest, etc, I’ve preferred to buy at a store where the sales people will be there tomorrow. Shop small shop local. And their repair service has always been good.We came in on Saturday at 1:00. Not another customer in the store. After a while, a long while, a salesman came over and asked what we were looking for. Gas dryer. He asked if we currently had a front load washer. Our current washer is over ten years old, it is in our basement. I couldn’t imagine why it mattered. Do some gas dryers work better with clothes that have been washed in front load washers than top load washers? That would be interesting. He explained that they looked different. I told him I really didn’t care about how they looked, sparing him the detail that we fully expect the washer we have to give out at any moment so we would probably soon be in the market for that as well. Given that the current dryer is not working at all we wanted to just address that today.The salesman pointed to a couple of dryers and rattled off prices. He mis started the price and corrected himself then said this was the electric price. Did we have gas or electric? Gas would be either $40 more or $100 more. My wife stepped in. Maybe he would respond better to her. What is the difference? “Different price ranges.” Was the reply. Nothing more. She tried again, “ls this one more efficient?” He pointed out that one clearly had an energy star rating and the cheaper one did not. I asked, as a practical matter, what would that mean to me? How much would I save over the year. “It is a federal government program. Take it up with the federal government,” he sneered. That was enough. Next stop Lowe’s. The salesman did not look at all disappointed that we were leaving.

christina mccormack: I feel bad giving this place only one star, but really that’s my only reason for the second star. I found a dirty coffee table that I liked. Nothing a few Clorox wipes won’t take care of. Then I saw the price. $150. I found another one that would have worked as well. $80. I kept looking and found a dining table that would work. The table was $100 and the chairs ranged from $40-50. I couldn’t believe the chairs were a separate price. All of this stuff is donated. Why do they need to make THAT much money? I can get a brand new coffee table for less than $75 and a dinette set for less than $250. This was my second time there and will definitely be my last.

Andrea Bakker: The ReStore was a huge find for me. I had one week to completely furnish a 1 bedroom apartment. I was able to find all of my furniture at the ReStore for about $600 total. There is a great selection - about 30 different couches, 30 dressers, tons of tables, kitchen chairs etc. so lots of selection to choose from. It was nice to be able to see them in person and pick your favourite. Reasonable prices and a discount if you bring it home the same day. They will reserve the item for 3 days if you pay. They even helped us pack our Uhaul so that we only needed one trip. The staff were patient and helpful. What a great environmentally friendly and convenient option. Lots of parking. It gets busy on Saturday so try to come early to get the best selection. So happy to be supporting this organization! A true gem.

I found a beautiful 8 piece , cherry kitchen cabinets for 900.00!!! That made my day!!! I'm going back on a regular bc you never know what you might find. Go check it out and your money is going to a great cause:)

Couches and armchairs were a little worn out looking.We didn't find the dining room chairs we wanted, but we did buy some kitchen wares and a book that all looked great.Seems like the type of place that has a lot of inventory turn-over. We hope to visit again soon.

Nick Daher: As a property manager, realtor, and homeowner, Beach sales (Kellie in particular) have been a lifesaver. They have all the affordable apartment grade appliances I need (in stock) and they also have a wide variety of high end appliances at very competitive pricing. They are able to match, if not beat, all the big box store pricing and their customer care and delivery blows the box stores out of the water. I will never bother shopping anywhere else for appliances, thanks to Kellie.
Olga Freger: Stay away from this place. We bought a dishwasher in November, they brought a dented defective one, 2 weeks later they brought another machine, which is leaking and very very noisy. We bought 39dba machine which is the quietest, and received a 62 dba which is almost the loudest. 3 months later, after 5 technician visits they are still refusing to replace my machine. The machine is defective and un-fixable through no fault of ours, and they are not cooperating. They keep sending technicians, and after it was determined nothing can be fixed they came with an excuse that is is "an installation issue", the machine is leaking from the door, nothing to do with the installation, and they are completely ignoring the noise part, but they refuse to replace it. And also, the machine is missing the bottom part, I compared photos from the internet of how the machine should look, our machine looks nothing like that. I am sure if I bought it through Home Depot, I would have gotten a replacement by now. Do not buy anything from them. They are not even trying to mitigate the issue.

When i called Kelly told me there would be a restock fee and quoted me a price of 579.95 for the new stove. When i looked on the website later on i found the stove to be 549.95. Called to question it and was told i would get a credit. I had to call a 2nd time and as of today still haven't received the credit. I was told it will be applied. In addition to this issue i was charged a restock fee of 126.00 which is fine. When i got the receipt i noticed they charged me 39.95 delivery when the prior week delivery for the first stove was 19.95. Nothing at all seems fair what this appliance company is doing. When i questioned i was told diesel cost. Doesn't even make sense. I wrote to them on facebook and they immediately took my post down. I emailed and got no response. Last resort google review. Be careful of this company. They will take advantage any way they can!!!

That was one of the few good choices we made.We bought a Thermador stove/oven and hood, Thermador dishwasher and fridge/freezer, speed Queen washer and dryer, microwave along with my favorite....Bosch coffee maker. Delivery went perfect!We had many issues with the fridge freezing food. Bob and other staff were phenomenal. When Thermador could not fix it after the 3rd trip, Bob and a woman in management made sure to get me a new one.We had an issues with another appliance shortly after the warranty ended and they still replaced it free of charge. No other store would do that. 4 years post purchases and I am still talking about their amazing customer service.

As luck would have it, it was the same day I was going to pick up the dishwasher and during tax-free weekend. I worked with Howie again, who really stepped up. He called us after his day ended and the next morning when he walked in. He made sure he was available to answer all our questions and was able to get us a new fridge, delivered to our home within 2 days. We faced many challenges (what was in stock during covid, how the fridge would fit our cabinet space, etc) but he was able to work through everything to give us a great experience and product.We now have 2 upgraded Bosch appliances in our home and would highly recommend working with Beach Sales and Howie.

Dana its a techician came and just use a flash light to see my machine for exacly 5 minuts and Charge me 189 dolares.. And told me my machine need a new transmission, and the price of this part is 600 hundred dolars more 3 hour of work for 189 dolars each hours.. This is the price from a new Machine at Home Depot.I resolve call to GE company..there told me this transmission for my machine is only 150 dolars..and the service is 99 dolars.Unfortunately Barbara and Dana not good person. ...be Careful!!

With the exception of the washer, which ultimately needed to be replaced, all issues were resolved quickly and with minimal cost. They are pleasant on the phone, show up within the window they set, and are reasonably priced. Have had Mike come three of the four times, and he's great.

W M C: Some years back I shopped in the Alston store therefore when it was time to repair/replace a dishwasher I thought of them and ventured out to new Waltham Facility from Chestnut Hill.The service was so incredible weird that I actually thought that I was on Candid Camera.Although they advertised to have parts for the Maytag Unit I was keen on fixing they did NOT have the Roller Assembly. The Lady told me that the Dishwasher I had and wanted to repair was a good one, as well.So, I said, "I really need to do this today... what can you sell me?" And then I proceeded to hear excuse after excuse about how 'what you see on the floor IS HERE in the back (warehouse) but I cannot get to it' and what you see on the floor is for sale as well yet it cannot be removed from the store at this time.It was so strange that I actually excused myself, walked outside and asked God what I should do next. I wanted to simply drive away. The answer I got was to give her another chance -- so I did.The total lunacy continued and so I thanked her and I left and went to a big box store (Best Buy, in this case) bought a similar unit.I truly hope that what I saw was not typical of this business' operation as it was terribly-remarkable enough for me to remember to write one pathetic review.
Howard Tarko: We have bought 2 Maytag Washer-Dryer sets from them over the past 30 years. The sales people are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The products are reliable and dependable lasting an average of 15 or more years despite considerable abuse from a family of 5 with 3 daughters. When they broke down, usually near the end of their service, it was easy to call D Boy, who sent competent, courteous and professional technicians to fix them. We give them our highest recommendation.
John Basile: Absolutely useless liars. Do not trust any quotes on service. Barbara is a liar. All staff are quick to become combative when asking why pricing isn't what we were quoted. I confirmed 3 times that $139 would take care of parts and labor. Mind you our stove doesn't even have a pre heat indicator light, that's how basic it is. $139 turned into $255. And less then 10min on site between 2 visits. And the issue is STILL NOT FIXED!!! Now we all know why they are not on social media or even Yelp. Trust this, and other reviews on Google.
