Castanet Designer Consignment: what do users think?
Olivia Bator: Fantastic finds and warm, hospitable service!
Gilat Zamost: What an amazing find!! A beautiful young lady owns this fabulous store and her mom is there to help! I found incredible deals at the most reasonable prices! Please support this local great shop!
Lisa Saeboe: Impeccable collection of quality designer clothes, but unfortunately not very size inclusive. Everything my mother and I looked at was all size 8 and under. I would consider consigning clothes that can fit size 10 and above! We like designer clothes too :)
Tiina X: Probably the best price to quality and most carefully curated selection that you can find in Boston! Have shopped here since 2018 and keep coming back each season to replenish my wardrobe with a gem or two. Not another run of the mill luxury brand consignment store but you can find tons of eclectic and more fun brands/designs!Cassie, Nina and Evan are all very nice and have a vast knowledge of fashion. They’re also always very helpful with providing honest opinions on fit, etc.
Danielle Johnson: Amazing experience! The staff is so friendly and helpful all while having an amazing selection! I’ll be back soon
Amanda Andrews: I’ve found such great things here over the years…a Rag & Bone hat, Golden Goose sneakers, cashmere sweaters. I love the vibe and the service is always friendly. I make a point to visit whenever I’m in Boston.
Diana Khoi Nguyen: While I admire and appreciate the carefully curated items, I found the staff who worked here to be extremely unpleasant (dismissive glances, fake quality to their speech, loud, complaining voices). It was disheartening to me that the staff attended to a older white woman (offering to carry her selected items to a dressing room), even though I’d been browsing for much longer and was also carrying a lot of clothes in my arms. I couldn’t help but feel invisible as a woman of color, and a pregnant one (in the third trimester) at that. I would have bought more items but couldn’t justify supporting discriminatory behavior.I don’t need to be doted on at all; but I do ask for kindness and equity, perhaps even inclusivity. I’ve worked in retail, customer service, and in many different sectors of business, and know it is possible.
Stephanie Crissey: I just popped in while on my visit to Boston. Wasn’t expecting to find such a cute spot. The owner was was so nice and I love the tunic I got. A real one of a kind find.
Franco ocnarF: Love this place! I've shopped here a couple times now to find special gifts for my wife. Each time I've been able to find just the right thing that really made her light up. :) The owner was very knowledgeable about fashion and trends which was a big plus since I know a lot less about these things. Selection is great and it's fun to dig around since there is such a variety. The vibe is cool too. I'll be back!
Carolyn Marut: The well-curated selection, fun and pleasant interior, and warm yet non-overbearing customer service make for a delightful shopping experience. I visit Castanet every time I’m in Boston and it’s always a highlight of my trip. During my last visit, the owner made a couple of indirect comments indicating that she deeply values her consigners and treats them well. This makes me feel even better supporting this small business whenever I’m in town.Last weekend, I walked out with an armful of wonderful purchases including Frame leather shorts, an MZ Wallace crossbody travel bag, and a cashmere and lace sweater by Nina Ricci — all in beautiful condition.
Dennis Legislador: I had very wonderful and successful stop at Castanet during a weekend trip to Boston. I was looking for special items to give as Christmas presents for some female family members and Castanet did not disappoint! Clothes, shoes, and accessories available at Castanet are very well curated and has lots of variety to choose from. Carrying high-quality items from well-known luxury brands as well as from smaller boutique ones, I also found Castanet to be able to cater to different price points and budgets. During my shopping experience here, I felt no pressure (as I usually do when I'm shopping at other stores) while browsing through the various racks, shelves, and displays. I also felt very well attended to when I did ask the store owner some questions. I left very satisfied after purchasing a scarf, 3 bags, and a wallet that will be great presents for my sister, sister-in-law, and mom. I'm so happy that my visit at Castanet has successfully started my early (for me) Christmas shopping for this year. Castanet should definitely be a must-stop when visiting Boston!
Vivian Shih: What a treat! My daughter and I found Castanet entirely by mistake and each walked out with a few things. Clothing and shoes are in very good condition and there were no pulls or stains in ANY of the clothing. The people who work there are very friendly and have a very good eye for qualityl. If you've got a "thing" for designer shoes and handbags and love consignment shopping this is a must stop.
Veronica Murtagh: Castanet is a secret treehouse of treasures perched above Newbury St. We were recommended to stop through on our trip to Boston and left with several great finds! The staff has put a lot of effort into curating a unique selection with something for every taste. We’ll be back!
Neel Vasavada: Every single time I see the folks at Castanet I leave with something amazing - they have a knack for finding things that are so “me” - my favorite lemon quartz amulet, this amazing shoulder bag and they picked out the most amazing PJ’s for my partner’s birthday!
Thais Collins: My go-to for all interesting, unique, vintage (or not) finds. Always a fun time shopping surrounded by cool pieces and great customer service. Hands down, the best!
AV: Staff shade-talked my outfit in my presence while I was shopping only a few feet away. Funny seeing this behavior in a consignment store. Only 5% or so of stock in high-end designer at the time I visited, but decent selection. At the end of the day, I would rather take my money to Vestiaire Collective, TheRealReal, Grailed or elsewhere.
Kat Dawson: Okay store for what it is, but just okay. Not a lot of parking.
Nadia Therese: Poor customer service. I felt I was treated disrespectfully when I asked simple questions.
Kerri Des Jardins: So in love with this boutique! I've made it a point to travel to Boston, just to shop before :-P Amazing collection of designer brands, at consignment prices. I'm own a Dolce Gabbana dress thanks to Castanet!
Yvonne Weber: Very expensive and small collection
Matthew S.: Overall, this is a great store. They have a really great selection of both men's and women's clothing and accessories at different price points. Of course, higher end items will cost more, but that should be expected. However, I wish the store was in a different space. Its very cramped and hard to move around the clothing if there are more than four people in the store. I was also declined over the phone for trying to set up an appointment to bring items in with the reason being that they only took stuff from current clientele. Umm what? How are you denying making money? How do you get clientele unless you meet new ones? I was baffled that they would deny a new, possibly great client. I had stuff ranging from Ralph Lauren and Vineyard Vines all the way up to Burberry and Louis Vuitton, but now they won't get the chance to see that. Also, the shoes there are really gross. They are supposed to be an upscale consignment store, but 200+ dollars for a pair of really worn and stained Jimmy Choos seems a bit much.

Buffalo Exchange: what do users think?
kim haywood: I tried again.. To see if anything had changed at Buffalo Exchange.. One word Nope!..Still the same racist store. To the Blond Manger with streaks its Buffalo Exchange ..Calm down! Your not working for Alexander McQueen..
dominga martins: My disclaimer: Complete waste of time.If you have what I consider "clothes", don't waste your time, they are only looking for garbage. If you are a professional with "clothes" seek other options. If you value your "clothes" don't go. I promise you don't go... long lines and out dated junk...
V M: Prices are too high for the quality. Probably you can find better things at a thrift store. Or shop sales at a “regular”store and pay slightly more for brand new.
Caitlin Belle Isle: Great selection of trendy and fairly priced clothes. I appreciated that when they bought clothes from me they explained what their store is looking for and why certain items were bought or why they passed. Definitely worth checking out, here’s some cute clothes I saw.
Deborah C: If you enjoy one-of-a-kind secondhand pieces from quality brands like SHEIN, Forever 21, and H&M at 80% of their retail price, this Buffalo Exchange location is for you! Look no further for barely-there tops that are practically falling off their hangers, after being "gently used" for last season's trends, or hoards of people crammed in a warm, humid, space, jostling each other around tightly packed racks of clothing.
Alexi Nowell: The people here are great. O, Trinity, and Kyle are fantastic and just great people to talk with. No pretentions, just fun people who like fashion and enjoy when someone finds that special something they really want.
Ben Sopot: THEY SCAMMED ME! SOLD ME FAKE BALENCIAGA TRAINERS for $350! I called them to say they sold me fake shoes they said they would investigate and get back to me. They never have! Then I wrote a negative review about selling fakes and they replied asking to contact the store which I did twice more and they have not got back to me. Avoid at all cost. Disgusting.
Edward Xavier Barrios: Great people! Fun clothes, love selling, trading and store credit. Plus they are dog friendly! Love this store!
Arielle H: Not sure why the haters in the reviews below are so hurt but this location is good. Most of the staff are kind and the prices are decent for a resale thrift store! They have a wide range of sizes and cute styles.
lea zaharoni: Do not waste your time at this store. It is run by children and teenagers who work at a glacial pace and behave like toddlers. They will not buy your stuff - everything is ugly anyway.
Oyun-Erdene Altan-Ochir: Love dis place. Doing great work to support sustainable fashion with unique styled clothes 💙Ps: if ure planning to sell show without strap better to find something before get here. Otherwise they wont get it.
Freda Wiley: Nothing is hip. Vintage or old like in the 1970s is best to describe what they're looking for. Pull out your bell bottom pants and you're good to go. If you got a whole s*** load of stuff that reminds you of how the Brady's dressed on The Brady Bunch then you're cool. If you have stylish new clothes don't waste your time.
Grace Z: Nice selection of items. Well curated. Prices feel a little high and racks are a little crowded
Savannah Davis: I could hear the workers talking about how poorly dressed some of the customers were and making fun of an elderly people woman for asking questions about an item. Shein items were also priced more than their actual selling price. Buffalo exchanges are notoriously iffy but this one was the worse that I’ve been to
yaotomesoba 8: This place isn’t really a thrift, it’s more like a resell shop. I had trouble finding any article of clothing under $18 which is surprising since most of the items looked like they belonged in a landfill. From what I could see, they hardly had any vintage or brand-name items, either. Don’t waste your time.
RosSanA De Castro: Border line stealing, they will not pay you what it’s worth so go donate a goodwill or Salvation Army. Disgusting
J J: Nicer quality clothes than most thrift stores and I enjoyed my first few experiences shopping here. However, the employees were very rude and condescending when I came in to sell clothes. They talked down on me the entire time I was there and made me regret coming in at all. I understand that the workers are mostly young adults but they really need to learn better customer service skills. You’d be better off just selling your clothes on Depop or Poshmark because Buffalo Exchange barely takes any items despite the fact that they sell so much Forever 21 and Shein.
Wei Zhan: Don’t try to sell your clothes here. My consignment item was already sold long long time ago and called a hundred times still can’t receive my money back.
Kosi Onyeka: Great store. They always have an impressive selection of clothing. Shopping here is slightly addicting:)
David Andrade: Always a pleasure selling and buying here, everyone is very helpful and kind. Can’t wait to go back!
Alicia White: the sign out front says “fashion for all” but I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Nobody said hi and I felt like I wasnt welcome. The shorts and skirts are up high out of reach and say “small” and are randomly organized. It hurt my arm looking through them. They had no 4’s within my price range. A lot of the items were very expensive or very cheap, no in between. As others have stated, there wasnt anything that stood out to me that was actually retro or vintage. Disappointing all around.

Covet: what do users think?
Lauren Murray: I’ve been consigning at the Southie Covet since 2019! I absolutely love the store and the people. The owner Hanadi loves her customers and even though she is busy running 3 shops around the city she always takes the time to chat! Everyone is always greeted when they enter and leave the store. Also each store is updated regularly and is super clean and chic. I have a family of 4 women, so I am always going to bring rounds of everyones clothes. Everything is always priced great and the system for waiting in line, keeping track of your balance and cashing out your earnings is so seamless and efficient. I love Covet!
Julia Sheehan: Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Went in for a formal dress and wouldn’t found the Trina Turk dress I left with if it weren’t for the associate that helped me. The shop is always so tidy, the instagram story purchases make shopping a breeze. They pay out the most fair prices for consignment. Nothing better than reducing my carbon footprint by supporting a women owned shop.
Casey Hutnyan: I love Covet! They have amazing pieces and the staff is super friendly. Follow them on Instagram too - they post great pieces every day!
Ashley Glennon: Covet is a great shop! They have unique pieces that are in excellent condition, despite being second hand. I've purchased things I love ranging from a Tory Burch bag, Nike running tights and a vintage velvet blazer, all at reasonable prices. The staff is sweet and helpful, and you can also purchase directly through instagram, which is a cool option. Highly recommend.
Morgan Wight: Great to buy and sell clothes - super reasonable for both based on quality, brand, trendiness/classic!
Allison Rebecca Penn: Covet is my favorite consignment shop in Boston! I love consigning my clothes here and then using credit to buy new items to keep my wardrobe fresh. There are always tons of styles and so many trendy/fun pieces. Plus the vibe is the store is so fab!
Helena Daly: Always pleasant staff, make consigning and shopping a very easy process.
Ali Belash: I don’t usually write reviews but I love Covet so much I want to share this 5 star review! I always find fun, interesting, and valuable clothing and accessories here. The staff look like they enjoy working there too.
Nina Murray: The girls there were extremely rude when checking out and checking out. Forcing us out of there and only went 10 minutes over time.
Katarzyna Wawrzaszek: I’ve bought a few items through their instagram stories and was very happy with all of my purchases. Item conditions are described and additional pictures always provided before purchase. Everything arrives neatly and securely packaged. Can’t wait to visit this place in person!
Bridget Laverty: Covet definitely deserves 5 stars. I've only been to the one in Southie but it's always very clean and organized and the staff is super friendly. I recently consigned with Covet and the process was amazing. The girl who took my items explained the whole process. Would really recommend anyone to shop or consign with them.
Mark Catalano: Great options in every price range. The staff was super friendly & helpful.
Kaitlin Corbett: I’ve been into the store and shopped from long distance on Instagram. Response times on Instagram are almost immediate, and everything is styled and modeled so you know exactly what you’re getting. A MUST if you’re shopping in Southie
Maheen Rahman: The staff pretty rude tbh, I feel like you can tell a lot about how a place by a way they greet you. Instead they gave me a side eye and continued on. They had nice things there but didn’t feel like looking around because felt awkward
Betsy Scherer: Big, big fan both on the buying and consigning end. They sell high quality items in great condition - my favorite place to shop and consign my items in Boston.
Jana Scholten: They have a nice selection of clothes. It's well organized. The staff wasn't so friendly at this location, not even a Hello was extended so hence the 4 stars. The Beacon Hill staff are nicer and have great options as well. Your stores are doing a great job in the consignment world which is the best and most environmental way to shop.
Bri Doherty: Covet has a wonderful atmosphere and supportive, friendly staff. I love the amount of cute items they have in a wide array of sizes. They make it easy and fun to shop and look good.
William (JR) Lacey IV: Clothing was in pristine condition for second hand . Great labels to choose from. Pricey but not as much as original pricing would have been.
Nikita Gupta: I personally like the in beacon hill more
Geisa Carvalho: Absolutely love covet. My favorite store & honestly the only place I shop❤️
Melissa Rae Olsson: I've been shopping and consigning at Covet South Boston since the very beginning. The owner has fabulous style and really has done a wonderful job developing the business. She has helped me personally select dresses for galas year after year. I love being greeted by Olive the adorable chihuahua am so happy to see a 3rd location opening. My only feedback is that now that she is not there every day the level of service has diminished. The girls working there when not supervised are complacent, barely greet customers and don't offer any assistance. They basically sit behind the counter talking and going through new inventory. That being said it is a hidden gem in Boston and the best place to find designer clothing, on trend at a fraction of retail cost.

Vintage Taste - Women and Men's Designer Consignment: what do users think?
Ulrike Manker: I was followed around nonstop and constantly asked if I needed help. I just had to leave. Will never return.
Penny Lane: I wish I could give it 0 stars. The owner or sales woman (not sure) was incredibly unprofessional and rude. A very underwhelming and unimpressive selection.
Lynn Walsh: Not good experience, same complaints as previous posters. Was asked 4 times within 3 minutes of walking in if I needed help finding something after already having said I was just browsing. It was literally like the Pretty Woman experience, comically so. We were followed constantly in store. Clothing was fine, nothing extraordinary by any means, rather small selection and no extraordinary pieces, rather low-end of high end stuff, a bit rummage sale quality which made the rudeness all that much more confounding. One of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had and would recommend avoiding at all costs. Go to NYC and hit any number of MUCH better HE consignments like What Goes Around Comes Around or someplace similar.
Timothy A. Bouley: Love this place. One of the few shops in the city where you can find men's consignment. The stock is diverse and impeccably maintained. The selection is smaller than a high-end department store or boutique, but because it's consignment, you'll find pieces from years past which don't exist on the current market. The Swedish owner is also lovely. Recommend.
L S: Great little boutique with some real gems. All items are second hand but the condition is excellent of the items. The prices (item dependent) are a little high on the re-sale front BUT good quality isn’t cheap and if you want to question the authenticity of your items you can always use the internet ☝🏼The owner is really knowledgeable and helpful as well.Would recommend if you like high end items but at a lower cost 😊
Ania Stasica: The most unwelcoming and uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had. The owner is embarrassingly rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. I had to leave the store to hold back tears and anger. I just arrived to Boston on vacation and fell in love with a pair of sunglasses in the shop. I asked a few customers for their opinion as I was looking at color options, and they were kind enough to chat with me and share their thoughts. The owner kept sighing and mocking me, eventually laughing and getting angry, demanding I stop asking others for their opinions. For someone at such a mature age to behave like a child in front of customers is shameful. Another customer even glanced at the owner in distaste when she heard the way she was speaking to me. There are other upscale shops in the area with kind owners who don't make you feel small.
Corn Kid: I loved the jacket I got here
Melanie Neily: Was asked to place bag on floor before a proper greet and then was followed all around store, very uncomfortable
Michael Lewis: The owner has an exquisite eye for detail in curating unique pieces. Exceptional customer service and honest opinions. Highly recommend a stop for your high end consignment pieces.
Joy Sun: Incredibly rude.Tried to send some vintage bags and shoes there and was asked to not receive any Uncleaned one. ( I am totally fine if my bags and shoes are not acceptable but please with good attitude)I was so offended she asked me to have a distance from her ( that’s not because of COVID I just thought she is not really like to talk to me or mean ) and asked me to show all my stuffs piece by piece. When I only gave her one piece of RV shoes ( since all my stuff in a plastic bag and she said too many time no to me so I only grabbed one single shoe to her to get ready to hear another No) she asked me if I only want to sell one feet shoe ( what a dumb question 🤷🏻‍♀️)Hope everyone could get what they want from the vintage shop but I Won’t recommend it to anyoneCool so this time - my turn - I will say No!
Garrett Swenson: Amazing selection, good pricing and fantastic, knowledgeable staff. Will be going back repeatedly while I’m still in boston
George Manley: Very snobby. Low commissions. Incredibly hard to park. To sell your high-end vintage, go to NYC, like I will.
Elizabeth Tyra: Stopped in here in hopes of finding something for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately I didn’t find anything, but the salespeople were very attentive and seemed to know a lot about what was available.
Richard Loch: Had a stange tint when coming into jt
Colleen: Some wicked cool stuff in there
lee moureaux: OMG!!! The saleswoman was so rude! Wanted to confiscate my backpack/purse while I looked at dresses. Had some lovely sheaths, but I was so horrified I left!
Johanna Salem: Thanks for the belt and the conversation 😊
Gregory Allen: Great antique store
W P: Paul is super nice. Selections are unique and beautiful. Price is reasonable.
Megan Bubello: Lovely shopping experience always the owner is so kind and knowledgeable - most beautiful consignment shop I’ve ever been to by far

Boomerangs: what do users think?
Tabitha Brown: Cute little high-end thrift shop in the South End! From China to Name Brand gear. To Jimmy Choo shoe's/ glass!
It's Roy (Frankiz): They have some pretty nice high end stuff here
Kristopher Kuss: Highly curated selection. Nice staff.
Krissy Govertsen: I love this store and its nice to have in my community. Over the past few months I have purchased a really nice Madewell baby dollar style flannel shirt ($20), a gold silky dress ($24), a hat ($10). My boyfriend even bought a nice Jcrew tshirt ($26) and he hates second hand stuff! You'll find that there are also more expensive clothes like cashmere sweaters, vintage jackets etc if you have the $$$ to spend. But for me, it has the sustainability of second hand, with name brand things, that look brand new, for a reasonable young professional price. I stop by once a week so I don't miss the good stuff!
Jessica Norberto: Disappointed. Too expensive items and few options
E P.: Besides the fact that they sell overpriced used items. I went there for the first time, I bought a hat that was fitted I didn't noticed because I wanted to check out the place quick and fast due to the pandemic still. Minutes after leaving the store I went through my bag of goodies I bought. I noticed the hat was fitted and a bit small. I wanted to return it for my money back or get something else. Mind you.... I had just left the store not even five minutes as I was nearby visiting family. Not even five minutes they sure remembered me. .. Not going going back.. there are definitely other thrift shops. They were ok when I purchased items, but not when I called to inquire about the hat that I had issue about. I didn't notice it was fitted. Simple mistake. People thrifting is much better in Buffalo and customers service at its best. Much better brands and much affordable. I mean what if I was a mystery shopper?
P bower: Definitely not an affordable thrifting place… which would be fine if the brands they were carrying were more prestigious or vintage. But they’re not, they’re like Ann Taylor and banana republic. $36 for a second hand banana republic top (with a hole in it) is not worth it. Not much for size XL (and not really plus size friendly). Very limited selection. Cute shop though.
Ayon Ibrahim: It’s got all sorts of neat stuff and I enjoyed their book selection. But most things are kind of on the pricey side for what I expect out of a thrift shop
Katie Cupoli: Great thrifts! The employees here are all very helpful, especially Micah! Store is clean, well organized and always has such a good mix of merchandise to shop. Would definitely suggest this shop to anyone!!
Christine Pierannunzi: This Boomerangs is not like the other locations. They probably get more valuable donations and brands here, so prices are much higher...
Francis Schmidt: Pricey, very fancy stuff.
wendy Hunter: Not impressed with the fact they posted hours on their website, drive al the way there, only to find they closed 3 hours early. Very disappointing!
Michael Gregorio: Very nice
Nikka Palapar: A store that has wonderful rare selections with a friendly and engaging staff. A good place to invest in long-term pieces with the additional bonus of your money going to a good cause. This place is a frequent visit for me!
Martin Ryan: This one of the BEST vintage stores to be found anywhere. From lite home decor to clothing, the staff here have an eye for the finest castoff and truly gently used goods. It doesn't get any better than this true gem. Promise.
Daren Salter: Well-curated mix of men and women’s clothing, footwear and small home decor items. In my experience the staff have been relaxed and helpful, and sometimes negotiable on pricing. I look forward to stopping by whenever I’m in the neighborhood. The only downside is the burn of finding the coolest jacket you’ve ever seen, just one size off.
Demi Daniels: Walked over during COVID and it was closed. Leaving review to save others from the travel!
Mary Spears: Always an interesting and varied yet curated selection and love that it all goes to a great cause!
Stephanie Joseph: I really really love this thrift shop. Recently my toddler and I paid them a visit and literally got so many goodies ! All for the price of $20.00. I purchased a pair of pants , which so happened to be half off. So it was about $3.00 , a sweatshirt $4.00, $1.00 soft sweater, romper $4.00, lightly used Toms for $2.00, Lightly used Sperrys for $2.00 and 3 hard cover books in amazing condition for the price of $1.50. They were .50 cents each 😳 then to find out they have half off books on Thursdays! 😍 We will be there every Thursday !!! The employees there were super helpful and sweet. Reminding me of ways to gain points through their membership. The only con is it’s slightly tight in there BUT it’s worth being extra mindful of your step! We will be back !
Richelle Amado: I had really liked shopping here since it's convenient to my home and usually has very beautiful things, although overpriced. However, today I had a terrible experience that made me feel insulted actually. When I brought the wallet that I liked and planned to purchase to the counter, I was told that the price was a mistake and too low for that brand that it's basically an $800 wallet. I had no idea of the brand, I just liked the practical way the wallet was made. The person at the counter was like "ah yah no sorry we can't sell it for that price - it must have got switched since people do that all the time. It's a vintage version but it still would be sold for much more."Really???Ok so when the person switched the tag and tried to buy the item and was denied, why wasn't the price fixed???I just walked out. Very poor taste and lack of professionalism. In all the years I've spent money at Boomerangs, I've never encountered such an experience.Or in any store for that matter.
Shanan Shenéqua: I’m never disappointed! I love just coming in here to check out the inventory, so many interesting pieces. It’s one of my favorite boomerangs, other than the one in lower Manhattan.

Buffalo Exchange: what do users think?
Divya: This is a great place to shop if you're tiny and thrift for the fashion, not to save money. They really don't take or sell anything interesting beyond small-medium. The collection for average to mid size folks is abysmal and plus size is non-existant. There's racks of flimsy crop tops and tiny strappy dresses in sizes 0-4 and oversized t shirts for everyone else. It sends the clear message that skinny is in and if you're not, you're not welcome here. While some of it is understandable as a second-hand store (even though this problem doesn't exist at the goodwill next door), when you see the specific kind of picky they are while buying clothes it's noticeable that they seem to have no idea what plus/mid sized folks actually wear, or just don't think people above a certain size can be stylish.
keren valladares: This place was horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here , they don’t give you anything for your clothes I came here with a bag full of brand new or barely worn super cute fashionable clothes but I got told my clothes were dirty & that they didn’t even want to look through my stuff because they were gonna get a rash super rude & racist!!!Your better off just donating your clothes at goodwill! They will judge you less smh
kim haywood: I tried again.. To see if anything had changed at Buffalo Exchange.. One word Nope!..Still the same racist store. To the Blond Manger with streaks its Buffalo Exchange ..Calm down! Your not working for Alexander McQueen
Madeleine Brown: Have been about a dozen times. Great place to find cute used clothes. They buy clothing, 25% cash or 50% store credit of the price they set for the item. Have only had good experiences with staff.
M P: I can share a similar story to other reviewers. I’ve come in multiple times with items from brands their own website claims they’re looking for. Said items were either brand new with tags or like new. They barely took anything. I’ve seen them pick items from other buyers which were at best worn out, at worst straight up hideous. Of course as a result I wouldn’t shop here either cause there’s nothing to find. It is in fact full of overpriced items in bad condition. I just drop off my things next door at goodwill and save myself the time and the mental exhaustion of going through their appointment system for a couple of bucks.
Maria Malena: Very decent quality use clothing.
Eve Doll: I'm not sure how people sell their clothes here. Almost everything in the store has holes or looks worn-out. I brought in a bag of clothes & all they took was a pair of heavily worn out fashion nova pants & a turtle neck with bleach stains lol.
Chris L: They are selling Salvation Army worthy clothes. Junk! All the clothes look like they’ve been worn and washed 1,000x! Staff is unpleasant and acts like it’s a bother for them to count your items for the fitting room.
Alex Henriquez: Sorry excuse for a consignment store. Came in with 4 bags of stuff... the employee shifted through one, barely looked through the other, and could not open the other two bags and gave them back to me. Lazy and unprofessional. Also come on... selling dusty old sneakers for $40 is laughable. A farce of a business and hysterical metrics for choosing clothing.
Sunny Qin: overpriced for a mediocre (at best) selection. Never seem to take any of my items (even the new ones with tags on). I assume they have a complete different taste from me 🤷‍♀️
Mali Hajat: Just bring your trush items!!! If you have better items just donate or give your friend instead of bringing here.
alexa: Said they were open on their website and on the hours listed on their front door. They weren’t? I came at 2:30 on a Tuesday. Drove all the way here and paid for parking already - definitely an inconvenience
Michelle Lin: to sell, you have to sit with your things for over 45 min, there’s no way appointments available. the reason they gave for having to sit there is so no things would get left behind, but i literally had a tote. the store is so small so i’d be able to hear my name that this rationale makes no sense…
Camryn Wheals: Absolutely a waste of time, coming in with 3 large bags full of clothing and only take 2 items out and say it’s worth $5. I understand that you don’t have to take everything, but I mean that’s not providing the service of the business. It just makes this process more unreasonable for what you say it is.
Corn Kid: Omg best store for sissies crossdressing and trans people
TheDagger456 32: Literally brought a bunch of clothes Ive never worn, all cute highwaisted pants, cute crop tops hoodies ect. They didn't take anything and the obnoxious saleslady had the audaucity to tell me I should "bring something like what I was wearing" when I was wearing an outfit comprised of said items. Would never go here.
ava shire: Trash - They literally sell trash, and give you trash money for your own items. I have been here countless times trying to make a few dollars and they will even compliment your outfit but not accept your new / in style clothing. The employees hardly care about customer service, and they are extremely greedy. I would never sell to a place that wants to give you pennies for something that is worth more than the clothes they’re selling. They sell clothes extremely over priced that would cost less in the actual stores they originally came from. This place is such a scam for your money, it’s not worth even considering. I saw a hoodie for $70 and other items priced even higher once and I can guarantee with my experience as a seller they gave the original seller $8 at best for their items. They absolutely lie about the % they’ll sell it for to give you less.I’d rather donate my clothes or give them away to friends, this company is awful to their customers and doesn’t deserve your business. Go elsewhere!!
Leslie Flores: Employees seem to only buy clothing that is old or hanging on by a thread. They tend to reject a lot of good or new clothing. A lot of clothing that is being sold there can be found on SHEIN.
Sarah Hall: They really do seem to only buy the weirdest things in your wardrobe, and then when you try to shop you can't find anything because all the clothes are ugly or sized for American Girl dolls. They also have a weird tendency to not buy back things you bought from them in the first place but haven't worn. From what I've gathered, it's because of the management system. Corporate offices set guidelines for what's good or bad nationwide without much consideration of what people actually wear in your region. And the buyers can be fired for taking too many items that upper management deems unworthy. Not worth it. Goodwill is right next door and they've got a really efficient pipeline that does more for the environment and struggling communities than Buffalo Exchange does. With Goodwill, the profits (especially on nicer stuff) go towards job training for the disadvantaged. At BE, you'll get a few dollars in cash or a little more for in-store credit so you can shop the lackluster inventory they've got. If you need the money, go for it. But otherwise, the way this company operates is pretty off.
Natalie Winter: The worst experience I’ve ever had at a store.I came in at 3:30 to sell a small bag of just 7 clothes. When I walked in they said they’d put me on a list and that it would be 15 minutes. In the meantime, I walked around the store and went to try things on in the fitting room. Someone shouted my name while I was in the fitting room that it was my appointment time, so I immediately rushed out. Then when I got out they said they already skipped me so they would put me next on the list (with 1 person ahead of me). I said that was completely fine and that I would wait upstairs this time. I did not want to miss my name being called the second time so I waited next to the counter. I waited for 45 minutes. At this point I was wondering why it was taking so long so I asked them for a time estimate on when my name would be called. This employee exclaimed “oh it looks like they called your name a while ago and skipped you so you aren’t on the list.” ??? This wasn’t true because I haven’t left my spot near the counter. I tried to explain this but the employee kept cutting me off and insinuating it was my fault. This particular employee was the rudest person I have ever interacted with in a store. I’m a very non-confrontational person and hate inconveniencing people so I was fine waiting an hour with no complaints, but I have never had someone cut me off like that and not even listen to me while I was talking to them.I don’t think I will ever shop at Buffalo Exchange again and hope management trains their employees to be more respectful —especially to customers who have already been waiting patiently.
Clorae Prince: This place thinks there slick!! The sales person creates an amount so they can buy it themselves! How you bring in items that cost $50 and up and all the items are valued at $2, $4, or maybe $11? Someone needs to really look into this scam situation! I don’t see how they pick and choose either when all used stuff is needed for all sizes? Place is a joke! Come in with bags full of ish! And only one item is chosen for $4? Just have a yard sale you’ll make more money! Facts!

The Goodwill Store: what do users think?
X Z: I love goodwill but this location has an awful smell when I walked in on Saturday. Had to leave after 2 mins. Plus, they don’t take donations rn.
Ariel Sokolovsky: A lot of great bargains every day. Polite, helpful staff.
Chris S: Saw Chaim Bloom shopping for pitchers here
Honey Brown: Stephen, you ROCK. YOU made my 1st time visit into this Goodwill an I can't wait to return to this Goodwill. Thank you Stephen for being so helpful...Just visitng Boston .... Beale st awaits your return, Stephen
Janet Cook: Steven is the greatest, my best experience was because of him.Thank YouFrom Memphis.
Eneida Barros: My favorite Goodwill store; always has good stuff and high end goods. Lately, carts are super scarce so good luck. I really like their selection of kitchen wares and purses. If you like to thrift, this location does not disappoint. Good luck!
Daniel Moore: The store itself is great, but 9/10 that I try to go I can't because the neighboring club has 90%+ of the parking spaces tow-reserved at all hours whether there's a show or not. You can circle the block of for half an hour and never find a space between the club and the BU police who seemingly have reserved every other space within a 3 block radius. I guess the city of brookline just doesn't want people to be able to patronize goodwill, or raising canes, or el jefes, or the smoke shop, or the bank. Must be nice to be part of the local parking elite. If your one of us peasants, I still recommend the store, just know you likely won't be able to find a spot because the cops and the club have them all reserved for no one in particular at some time in the future, despite them being empty most of the time
Sandy 2: Why does the petite foreign woman at the register still have a job? She has been there for years. She is beyond rude. She over charges for items and then acts like food is coming out of her grandchildren's mouths, when she is questioned. Prices are posted. This is the third time she has overcharged me. It’s not the money, it’s the point.
Govinda Raut: I believe that Goodwill store is a model of social business where people can donate thier cloths and other household stuffs. Needy one can buy at cheap price. All walks of people visit this store. Hope you too love it and replicate at your place.
Jasmine Stewart: They have very good quality of products on display. They got the most amazing price !!!!!
Staphanie Bakar: It's been a while since I shopped there, Spring 2016 but what I bought I'm still wearing. Great selection, quality and pricing of clothes. People are shocked when I tell them I got it at Goodwill! Glad I found you.
Grace Z: Very big goodwill rack store. Nice selection of women’s clothes, kids clothes and miscellaneous items
Ryan Glick: Honestly, I had a blast.
Ada Rivas: Muy mal fui agredida por una empleada bracileña y discriminada
Kjax: While i was console and game hunting on my vacation in Cambridge/Boston area, I visited this Goodwill. Books and dvds were misplaced in random areas, there were clothes on the floor, and many of the video games had been stolen out of their cases. it was utter chaos.
Owen Pullman: Love this place - they have great designer clothing for such a steal.
Jennifer Quintal: Clean, Bright, Well Organized store with Super Helpful Staff!
Cameron Bennett: One of the best thrift stores I’ve been to! great finds and great prices.
Suzanne Locke: I’ve found a ton of name brand clothes in great condition at this thrift store! Definitely recommend!
Flynn Suvia: This is the best Goodwill location in town. Definitely visit around the end of a BU semester - you'll find some incredible stuff.
Blakely Blaine: The lady working the cashier is extremely rude. I tried to give her the benefit of doubt the first time it happened, but every single time I’ve been to this Goodwill she has been rude to me along with other customers. If you don’t want to interact with people, don’t work in customer service. There is no need to have an attitude with every single person checking out.

Covet: what do users think?
Lisa Mchugh: Beautifully spooned store. Friendly warm staff
Rachel Olugbemi: Nice store, very cute decor and fun vibe with friendly staff. Wide selection of clothing items.
Amy Witt: Excellent experience every time: consigning, using online consignment tracking tools, shopping, browsing without buying, and asking questions live or over the phone. The staff are friendly, polite, and professional, even in way they return items they won’t take for consigning… so different from many other consignment stores. They also made extra efforts to find my lost wallet and return it immediately. I’m very impressed!
Sarah Branciforti: Such a great store! Wonderful selection, reasonable prices, and incredibly nice staff. This has become one of my go-to's when shopping for anything!
Claire Navis: Cute sunglasses and nice ambience
Carina Matos: I found out about Covet from Tiktok and loved their posts, I followed them on Instagram and they post new items daily. I came across a beautiful bag and purchased it and had it shipped. The team is amazing and responds extremely fast. The process was so easy and I received my bag two days later. The packaging was so nice and my item was perfect. I'm so happy with my experience and hope to visit in store one day!
Emily Edgar: Amazing consignment store for buying and selling!
Heverton Zoi: Top
Kassidy Kelley: As a local Bostonian, COVET is my go-to for consignment... and shopping, of course. Their prices are literally unbeatable in comparison to other, similar, luxury re-sellers/luxury consignments. If you're looking for gently used, vintage, or unique designer bags, this is THE place to look.
Lauren Baker-Hart: Without doubt, my fav place to shop and consign
Kimberlee Burton: Best consignment in Boston! Love that they are always on season.
Riki Rosenthal: This store is amazing. The staff is so wonderful and helpful without being overbearing. It’s really organized. Like REALLY organized which makes shopping so enjoyable. It’s kinda pricey but the value for is there so it’s worth it to pay a bit extra for a clean store and gorgeous product. Def recommend!!
domenica jimenez orbea: Great place for second hand options 😍 nice and clean clothes
Amelia Bedelia: I absolutely love the clothes I found at this shop. I'm not used to shopping at a nicer consignment shop like this, so the prices felt a little high at first, but they're worth it for the quality - and not having to dig around thrift stores to try to find something good! I do want to offer one piece of advice to the people running this shop: don't let the racks become too crowded with items. Some racks were so crowded that it was tough to look through them, and I just gave up.
Elizabeth Tyra: Cute store with a lot of great choices. Everything was organized by color, garment type, and size, making it very easy to navigate. Prices were decent and all the saleswomen were helpful and friendly, except for the cashier who seemed bored. If it wasn’t so far, I’d be back more often.
Chris Bailey: My wife liked this place. She bought many things. The chair I sat in for 45 minutes could have been more comfortable.
Katiria Concepcion: Amazing finds
Tim Reiss: Bought my sister a gift card to the store. She was able to several items at a great price and said she loved the store. Highly recommend.
Jack Paleczny: Amazing store with a great curated selection! The staff and owner are very helpful and accommodating! I know that anything I buy my fiancée from here, she will love.
Leann Kosior: One of my favorite shops in Boston. I'm all about sustainability and buying used but I also love fashion. Covet is great because its designed like an upscale boutique, with awesome brands and a focus on quality and style but everything is preloved. I have yet to consign here but am a frequent shopper. I also adore shopping their Insta especially now that we're all in quarantine.
Lena Madenci: Best place to shop in Boston!!

Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries: what do users think?
j v: UPDATE: JANUARY 2023. Overall poor quality merchandise. a used Cole Haan coat was priced at $44. The webpage says "off street parking available". That is not true, there is no other parking lot. And because parking is still ON the street, I had the experience of watching a man urinate behind one of the large shrubs on the building's side. omg, what next? This charity needs new leadership. UPDATE: October 25. The parking lot has been under construction for 2 months. Parking only on side streets at your risk. Today my car was towed from the residential street behind the store. It was street cleaning day or I would have been fine in that spot. I happened to return just as it was being uploaded and so I was able to hitch a ride with the driver to the Boston lot all the way over to JP. My advice: unless you can walk here, find another goodwill to shop in. Also, this one has now gone so far down hill re: merchandise quality it is not worth the trouble.Old review: Massive fail!! Manager changed the price of a coat AT THE REGISTER. It had no white tag and there was no sign on the rack that displayed non-tagged prices. For years, a knee length coat at unmarked price was 14.99. I thought it would be approximately that or a bit more. The clerk quoted a price and I agreed. The manager got involved and raised the price to 34.99. I couldn't help but wonder: why is it that some coats are not marked? Others on the rack had white tags and price gun stickers with a clearly stated price. Why would the staff in the back not price it [was it the brand?] or do they size up the customer and then assign a price to it? The signage at the coat rack should be changed to reflect honest pricing as it used to do years ago. Knee length one price, jackets another .... in addition to "priced as marked".
Kim Lee: The manager intentionally put the wrong color on the board. Then 2 hours later changes the color to the original color for the week.he claims it was a mistake. A mistake as one time. This is happened several times. He has to be getting some kind of bonus. He also prices used Christmas sweaters for $30. Dude I'm on to you 🤪🤪🤪Again he knows exactly what he's doing. He's doing this for the money extremely greedyThe cashiers are always nice to me. I never have a problem with the check out
Linda Phou: This goodwill used to be a great place to find some awesome gems at a very affordable price. They have multiple signs around the stores stating how much each items cost regardless of what brand of the items is.Lately the managers and cashiers are now money hungry and will double or triple the price at check out if the brand is Northface, Patagonia, LL Bean etc. I've asked why are you changing the price, there respond is; oh it’s because of the brand. you can either pay this or I can ask the manager & he’ll charge you more.I've been to multiple goodwill locations and no other locations changes the prices regardless the brand of the item. There are actually people who relies on the set prices that they post on their own store signs. So much for a nonprofit organization.
Molly Lattanzi: I was in yesterday and staff were extremely rude to me. I was followed around the store, yelled at for things I didn't even do (they accused me of putting clothes back in the wrong spot), and staff stood way too close to me and just stared at me. I was very uncomfortable and upset by my experience. One store employee was particularly rude to me and I felt like she was just trying to antagonize me and start a fight. She had an aggressive tone and clearly sighed at me like I was exasperating her by my presence at the store. I'm very disappointed by the staff and lack of customer service at this location. Staff definitely need additional training on how to engage with customers.Update - I went back again in February 2023 and had a similar experience. There is one particular employee who has a chip on her shoulder. She is blatantly rude to customers and accused me of moving clothing too quickly and putting clothing on a couch (something I didn't do). This location needs some serious work.
Zach Schottmiller: Am I crazy or does a store need to offer one of the two:1. Free returns2. Dressing roomsPick one!! If I can’t try on the clothes I need to be able to return them. There’s also no public bathroom, the clothes are not organized by size, and the workers are consistently rude. These should be simple accommodations.
Ruth Bodeman: Too close to the dangerous Mass and Cass area.
Kate McFarland: I use to go to this Goodwill all the time but now I skip it because No Public Parking and No Public Bathroom
ashley markow: Really disappointed the clearance center isn’t open. If it’s for covid reasons, do what every other goodwill in the country is doing and limit entry and require masks.
CINNMON _10: I have been shopping here for years and I have watched the pricess double. I think what bothers me the most is greed this company is promoting. Prices should stay $5 or below. To charge more for anything you received for FREE is insane.I also noticed the store is packed, way more ppl shopping and picking over the merchandise, which means you find, less hidden gems at a cheap price. Add employees and the store is packed! I just found some other thrift stores, I'm giving Goodwill a break. Way too overpriced!!Corporate greed is REAL!!
sarah trottier: Was a good experience with big selection but if you’re looking for the bins to look through, they don’t have bins here. Don’t know why it’s lowkey advertised on the Google page but they don’t have bins
jocelyn paniagua: Nice selection, however they change the prices at checkout ( double the price on a few of my items) and they don’t even bother to tell you till you have the receipt in your hand. Train your employees better goodwill
Sara Robicheau: *** if you shop here, you will do their work by finding the good items for them to price up at the register ***Manager cannot answer simple questions as to why prices change at the register from what they are marked on the floor. He will play defense mode and talk over you until you leave. The check out process is obscure and completely arbitrary. Prices are raised 3-4x what they are marked if the cashier thinks you found a good item. They will not tell you they are raising the prices and you find out on your receipt after purchase. It is dishonest and misleading.Staff is extremely rude. They discriminate against me for no reason. They yell at customers daily and are not nice or professional. This review is specific to the Morgan Memorial location. All other goodwills in the Boston area are wonderful.
Lillian Kaufman: The stuff there is great and the selection is HUGE so make sure you have enough time to look through. But, oh my gosh the staff are literally terrible. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly rude! I still recommend going in but keep in mind the staff are extremely unfriendly.
Lina Pishkin: I think everyone should check this place out! Have been going there for a few years ! Great parking! They have daily specials , check out what is on sale when you walk in! Love that it opens early! Clothing is great! Home Goods are also well priced!
Fundador Maldonado: Over charge for a lot of the items . Sometimes can find it for cheaper and new !
Sarah Louise: friendly staff and the place is so clean! they have a great selection:)
Nhut Tran: Too Expensive, they get the item for free and sell with very expensive price. Forever 21 is cheaper than here and it is NEW. The staff are mean, they told us dont standing here because they are putting stuff on the shelf, they can put another stuff at another place first and come back when the client left, because of lazy and he’s chasing us away. One thing that make me never come back is the old security, i think he is the oldest one, he just staring at me, come and speak a language that I dont know. I saw he did that with a lot of people like he is trying to push all the clients get out of the store. I feel not comfortable with him when just staring at the client. I did not bring bag, of course, can not steal anything, dont because you are security and you can touch or ask to check client body or bag, you guys sell stuff so expensive, no surprise if people don’t have a lot of money steal something and change their item because no return or exchange. the old security is really annoying, make me scare to come back. One more infor if you guys wanna come, no fitting room, no return or exchange, no restroom. So if you choose wrong size you can not come back for exchange, lost money for nothing. Throw the item away or give for other people need it, dont donate for goodwill, because they will sell it with an expensive price. I donate my gf dress, new is $10.99. They sell it with $15.99 🤣.
SAM: It seems I am not the one only who experienced random and continuous price changes at the register. When it happened for the first time, she said it is a nicer jacket and so priced it more than what it was actually written for! And they keep doing that!!!!! It is like every item I buy is apparently nicer than the ones on the rack and so they hike the price. At this point no matter what I choose at least one item would be nice and they will price it at whatever rate they want ! At least that is their startegy. Really sad.
Brookline Apartment: This place will go bankrupt and won't be able to blame it on the pandemic. In fact, it seems like management and staff are actively trying to bankrupt it by alienating and mistreating customers, changing prices at the register, and overpricing merchandise to TJ Maxx and Marshalls prices. For example, a Dooney purse was more expensive at Goodwill than at TJ Maxx. A used Children's Patagonia jacket was cheaper on Kidizen and the Patagonia used goods website. If I wanted to pay TJ Maxx prices, wouldn't I go to a far more pleasant store like an actual TJ Maxx? The staff seem genuinely annoyed that customers shop there. I have witnessed staff verbally abusing and trash-talking customers who are just shopping and minding their own business. The 50% off tag is often ignored and I have been charged full price almost every time unless I catch it while it's happening. The middle-aged female manager changes the prices of merchandise as customers are checking out, rendering the advertised prices misleading at best.Update: The manager wanted to charge 4 dollars per small plate. The advertised price was 0.99 for small/medium, 1.99 for large plates. These were Target brand. The price was 4.50 each brand new at Target, available nearby. I asked the reason for the price increase at the register and the manager said because they were "nicer" and she "just knew the prices". So weird.
Khai Booker: Save one sweet lady, the employees here are incredibly vile and rude. Most importantly though, why in the world are there no mirrors in the whole store??? There haven’t been mirrors here in about 7 months. I understood closing fitting rooms during COVID (although now that masks aren’t required it doesn’t make much sense to keep them closed) but what kind of clothing store has no mirrors??? Additionally, the prices are ridiculous. I bought a T shirt, 2 skirts, and a button down (all from the standard priced racks) and was charged $46. When did this place become urban outfitters?
Symphony Court: I love this store ! nice items and price so cheap , Been like five year for me now that i did not have time come to visit this store until last friday.inside the store most the same all things you can find there , Maybe if more clean would be great ! : )Also i miss the most nicest guy name James Tan best superviser ever !

The Goodwill Store: what do users think?
Helen Velazquez: This is an excellent place with unique clothes, one of the best thrift store that I’ve seen in the city!!
Tom McManus: It's nice to have this store in the neighborhood. The service is friendly but the selection could be a little better.
janice graves: My shopping trip - I wanted to purchase a dress with a blue color tag. This was a dress that would be fine for church or work. It was made of Jones of NY. The cashier with the fingers nails painted black - stated that the dress was 15 dollars!!! It was considered a fancy dress - Fancy? I have ten other dress in my closet I purchaed at goodwill that have had the same blue color tag. The clerk ask if I still wanted the dress. I said not at that price!!. Something was not right with this transaction!!! I was being ripped off. What really irks me is that people donate items to goodwill and it costs them nothing.Clean storeEmployees 50 50 some are great - others notColthes not jammed pack on racksMissesNeed more mirrorsNo parking - bus stop in front storeShoe prices are to high
Mark Matthews: They have a lot of great stuff for low prices.
Sarah Scott: Always good sales and nice polite people working there. A fun place to shop.
Frank Deroche: Very clean, bright and organized. Great prices you can't beat!
Theodore Davis: Lots of clothing options and real cheap. A real thrift store.
Donald Marshall: Went there and found many beautiful items. Walked away a happy customer and will definitely be back!! Thank you!!
Alexis Craig: Such good prices and so many options! The cashier Karen is amazing as well, so friendly. We love her!!
Ed OliverBohld: Employee advises that the store does NOT accept donations. They also are overly possessive of their plastic bags. Furthermore, I purchased a clock radio which did not prove to be defective until I actually tried to program it, off premises. Would offer neither a refund nor a store credit. Apparently, I was a tester for the product, to my detriment! Otherwise, a pretty good source of used bargains.
Felix Cipriano: Exelente
Jose Luis Rivas: Los precios están un poquito elevados.
J P: Store is a bit small but they pack a lot into it. Staff is friendly and everything is well cleaned and organized at a good price. Would recommend going if you need to pick up some new clothes or possibly a new movie/game for kids as they do have a rack for discs.
Daniel Namiatov: Extensive glassware selection— lots of gems
j v: If you are not within walking distance, you've got a problem. There is no place to park. The back of store parking lot has been fenced off and is for certain businesses only. Not Goodwill. I tried to park and was followed by a tow truck who threatened to tow me! I reported him to Eastern Bank [I am an EB customer]. The one public lot is almost always filled. I used to shop here every week and have not been able to visit in about 3 months. [update: recently found a parking spot and went in. the store is at present time TRASHED. there has to be a new manager as it never ever looked as disheveled as it does now. i hope this is a temporary situation]
Lynn McAlister: It was fine. They have a shelf of coffee cups which is what we were after. Lots of clothes if that’s what you’re looking for.
J Brown: Lots of items. No good finds today but maybe next time.
TryllaTröllMaistre Fictitious Fables of Europa: Amazing on top of doing great incredible work plenty of parking wheelchair at chances changing rooms all the amenities you could need and your recycling
Donald Lee: It was horrible, woman's clothes everywhere, hardly any men's clothes
Peppino Acrivulis: I Shop for 1 hour. Amazing. You Will find many many thinghs
Kimberly Chan-Hernandez: Get good things cheap.always can find things i need.
