S R: This Leica store offered a photography walking tour, with the opportunity to borrow a Leica camera (given you provide passport, credit card and bring a SD card). The event was posted on eventbrite, and sounded amazing. However, when we arrived on site, they said they wouldn't give out cameras (something about not receiving the cameras, and that the store won't give out their own cameras). The staff didn't apologize and in the end we left. Quite a disappointing experience, so check this before you book any tours here!
Brian Garhammer: What a great store!Every time I’m in Boston, I have to stop by the Leica Store. The store boasts new and used equipment (for a fair price). If you are at all interested in photography , this needs to be a stop in for you, even just to see what “can” be. There is also a gallery in the store.

M. Mazz: I was always too intimated to go into the Leica store because I’m a camera enthusiast at best and Leica owners can be somewhat elitist and condescending. However, my experience in this store couldn’t have been any better. The staff there was awesome. Extremely helpful and welcoming. Leica camera are well out of my price range but they do carry some film stock and also they pointed me in the direction of some great places to get film developed close by.

Jenae Lien: Impressive Leica store and Gallery space. Located on such a hot corner spot in town.I am a huge advocator of the Leica brand, and this store is a must see if you are a Leica fan. They have an excellent selection of cameras available, from classics to the latest and new releases. I love their display section and how they showcase what glass looks like before it turns into a beautiful piece of the lens.Their gallery is supremely run and curated. Highly recommend you leave your email and get on their list for announcements like when the next gallery exhibits. They feature only the best of the best photographers in the game.Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, it’s so fun to pick their brain about cameras and photography.

Stacey Quandt: I am so glad I stopped here to get a passport photo just hours before my in-person appointment at the passport agency. The photographer at Hunts graciously took three photos and I selected the best one to be printed. The entire process took less than 30 minutes.
Amy Hao: I needed a passport photo taken and decided to try and support a smaller chain like Hunt’s. I went in on a Sunday, 15 minutes before closing. The store was very busy but there were about 5 customers behind me in line. I waited for 15 minutes while they were serving two other customers. When I got to the front of the line, I was told that they were closed and to come back tomorrow. While I normally would be very understanding of this, they proceeded to service customers in line behind me, presumably because they would be buying bigger ticket items instead of an inexpensive passport photo. This felt unfair to me - if you’re going to close shop, close shop, but don’t selectively service people. I went down the street to CVS and they did a fine job. I can’t comment on their other services or products but I’m not inclined to return.
Yaseen Islam: I wish i could rate this place higher because the people working here are wonderful. However, the main location that they send their film to for development is my main concern. There are light leaks on the majority of every roll i submitted for developing and scanning, and there really should not be any excuse for that as when developing for myself with my cameras i never get any leaks. Now suddenly with Hunt's i'm seeing major leaks on every roll. Not coming back for this service, and i recommend everyone to go elsewhere.

She was super helpful, knew a ton about the merchandize, opened a new boxed Sony camera to show me the body of the camera, helped with the best lense for my purposed( I shoot weddings). Overall the atmosphere in the store and the customer service was great, so glad to have this store in my neighborhood. Definetely will be back again soon! :)

William Menchaca: Color film is simply too expensive and takes too long to get processed and delivered. One roll of 35mm E6 process film should not take 3 weeks to scan and process. Also that same roll costs roughly $50 to buy and have processed and scanned. Hunts gives pretty good results, which is why they get 3 stars. But the service is slow, pricey, and inconsistent. If you want to develop and scan black and white, my suggestion, do it at home. Color is unfortunately much more difficult to do at home.

Jon Boyles: Wonderful Experience
Gb O: They absolutely saved my butt after Borrowlenses completely screwed me over on the day of my rental. These guys are professional. They're also personable and treat you like a human being. It's my favorite rental house in Boston.P.s. do not use borrowlenses. Don't take my word for it, look up their reviews. There's a reason Rule Boston is a staple in town.
Ray Cruz: Had another rental company cancel my order the day before a wedding I had to film. Rule had everything I needed and ready within an hour. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get me out of the worst situation a videographer can be in. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Alex lopez went above and beyond to make sure all my questiosn were answered. Also, when i left the store I forgot to collect all the stuff i ordered and they called me while I was on my way back to le tme know that i forgot some of my stuff but I already came a long way by then, but BRyan stayed back AFTER HOURS for me untill I come back to Rule and get all the stuff I need. He is just awesome. As long as BRyan is working for Rule they have my business.

Garrett Hacking: This place is amazing! I wish we had the likes of this in Denver! This summer I was shooting a conference in Boston. I had my first on site disaster resulting in a broken lens. I texted my assistant in Denver to line up a replacement rental ASAP. Rule was super helpful and accomodating and had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable rental price. They made the pick up and drop off super seamless. Service was friendly and empathetic. AND they didn't nickel and dime me over an extra hour or two which was super helpful and stress-reducing, as when I dropped it off, I was trying to check out of my hotel, arrange a ride to Rule and then the airport. I called and they said don't sweat bringing it a couple hours "late". That helped a ton! Can't recommend this shop enough. Please come to Denver :)

I love how they put customers in a queue in the computer and it sends you to the spot that you need to go and the salesperson meet you there! I took many photographs because I was so impressed I want to show all of you and the best part is there is a lot of room in all of the areas of the store as well as the entrance so people with mobility issues can easily go in and out of the store, and the salesperson would push you in a wheelchair or help you.the only thing I have to say besides items not being in stock ... AND LASERS NOT HAVE ME IN THE COMPUTER SO IF I WAS GOING TO USE INSURANCE HAD I PURCHASED IT, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME. LILIANA TRIED SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO PULL UP MY ACCOUNT. BUT I WASN'T THERE AND I BOUGHT MY CHROMEBOOK THERE, AS WELL AS OTHER ITEMS OVER THE PAST COUPLE YEARS.keep up the good work as the salespeople are the people that compliment your company and I probably wouldn't have purchased anyting but lilliana truly didn't push me but rather showed me the items I could afford.

Jun Zeng: Avoid this Best Buy location at all cost. They don’t have any customers service. Waited an hour to just get pushed back and forth from customer to geek squad. Manager comes out and quoted”we can only service/repair, no replacement. And you have to go back to the place of purchase to get your money back” Be aware of the protection plan you are buying. You might risk of no replacement and only serving/repair. Which means you are going to live without w/e the item you have purchased for 2 weeks+.Would highly recommend shopping over at Best Buy Braintree, they took care of me with in 10min. And not too far from this location.

Alanna Smith: Just visited Hunt's for the second time, and had another awesome experience. The first time I visited, I was buying my first mirrorless camera, and the gentleman who helped me really listened to what I was looking for, and let me test out different bodies and lenses to find the one that worked. Today I went in looking for a tripod, and was helped by Felix and Gregg. They were awesome. They helped me find tripods in my budget, but when I expressed that I was afraid my budget was limiting me to heavy tripods, they told me they had a used carbon fiber tripod in stock for a little above my budget. It ended up being a perfect fit and a great deal considering the high quality. I never felt like I was being pushed toward anything unnecessary or expensive—they obviously wanted to help me find what worked for my needs.(Felix and Gregg also showed me examples of their own photography, which was beautiful. It's nice to know that the people helping you are true experts in the field!)

IamKaray: This establishment is unprofessional. Online hours say 9-6pm Monday - Saturday. When I arrived at 5:05 the store is close. If you’re gonna run an establishment please make sure the time is updated on Google before making the effort of changing it in person. It’s 2023 way to grown to be misleading people. Sincerely- genz
Richard Ezzo: Great place with superb customer service. If you are looking at jewelry, definitely speak to Roy. He goes above and beyond. Their prices are very agreeable, and their selection is some of the best I have seen. Whenever I am in Boston, I make it a point to swing by. Keep it up.

Josie Marte: We went to this establishment and spoke to a man who gave us a price. My boyfriend wanted to get a second opinion before taking the deal so we went somewhere else to make sure the price was accurate. When we came back they gave us a lower price. I feel that they tried to get over on the items and didn’t give us near the amount that the jewelry was for. We tried to negotiate back to the first price and another person was not trying to give the price we first got. Bad for business. These jewelers just want to Nickle and dime you for their own pocket. Beware.

Deanna Young: I've gone here for a long time last time I put some jewelry yes it took a while to get out but looks like they switched one of my items to something similar once I find the picture of the item I will go back and there might be a problem if the picture does not resemble the item I left in there possession. They are very suspect and just lost a customer if this is in fact the case. But will follow up once I find the picture.

Glynis Ilyas: Stay clear! My mom passed away and as the executor of her estate I went in with the original tickets as their policy states to claim her items. I was told a sibling came in without the tickets with death certificate, and they allowed her to take everything, No questions asked. They are unethical, insensitive, and rude. Called to make general inquiry for police report, again rude! Essentially, their policy can change when they see $$$. I would never do business with them and I'm sad that my mother felt she had to. They are clearly positioned to prey on the poor and desperate. No class and certainly no respect for families trying to maintain a connection with their lost loved ones. Sad.

Amy Deich: I was visiting relatives last week in Boston and I always like to visit local pawnshops. When I walked into Suffolk I could not believe the amount of inventory displayed. I was able to find a pre-owned Cartier watch at a great price. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend the shop to anyone!
