East Cambridge Piano: what do users think?
Alex Bilsky: Great pianos and great service! Highly recommend!
Sid Smith: I came in to look at the Casio CDP 160 and came out having bought the Casio PXS 1100 (and am I glad I did…there was no comparison when it came to richness of sound). The staff, from the owner (James) to the salesman (Bora) couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable (and interesting to boot). THE place to go to purchase or service a digital (or other) piano in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Peter Lafollette: good service
D. Marq: James knows pianos! Old interior. Wide ranging selection from Steinways, Yamahas, and Bechsteins down to off brands, digitals, uprights up to grands. Almost all used inventory. Repair and refurbishment onsite.
Jeremy Scott: I haven't bought a piano from them (yet), but I'm reviewing because James took the time to tell me over the phone that my piano wasn't even worth repairing. (I had actually thought it could be.) While that's disappointing, I have great appreciation for a business who doesn't waste my time and money by coming out to tell me something he knew and could tell me right on the phone.Hence my review. Will update if we purchase something.
Ian Rice: I love this place! James is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, he is also a great guy who was very kind to me. Everyone has always gone above and beyond to make my experiences at East Cambridge Piano awesome. I wish I could give them TEN stars!
Vee NBPolar: I would not recommend for repairs on keyboards. Lacking communication. Shady business tactics (made me feel like I was at a dishonest car mechanic shop). And unprofessional.I really considered not writing a review, because the owner attempted to gaslight and guilt me into believing that I was the one being unreasonable (which ranks in my list of least professional experiences). So what happened was that I asked for an issue to be diagnosed (there was an advertised $75 diagnosis charge). I had done some research online, and said it seemed that a certain part needed to be replaced, but I wanted him to please diagnose the issue to figure out if that part needed to be replaced or if it was something else. He said OK, and that IF that part needed to be replaced, it would cost about $200 for labor and the part. When he said it was ready, the issue wasn't fixed. He had cleaned the existing part, but hadn't tried replacing it. And he wanted to charge me almost $200.When I brought up that the issue wasn't fixed, he told me that he hadn't even noticed an issue. I demonstrated the issue, and he said he thought it was unfixable. I agreed to give him $75 for his diagnosis of "it's unfixable," but I wasn't going to pay for him doing something he admitted he didn't think could have fixed the problem. Then he tried to make me feel guilty...Really I should have asked for all my money back because the diagnosis he gave was done in a minute afterward without doing anything.I'm giving two stars instead of one because the other staff person was quite nice.
Todd MacFadden: This is a gem of a business. Excellent service from nice people in a cool, historic location. This was the third place I took my electric keyboard for repair. The first two were mystified by the problem, which not even Kawaii was able to diagnose, but James persisted, and eventually fixed it. Works like new again. Thank you!
Rich Levenson: Went in to ask some questions. Lots of friendly advice not to waste money to repair older keyboards. Nice selection of acoustic pianos as well as watching some rebuild of a Steinway piano!
Deb Walters: Nice website. Plan to visit.
Eduardo Gascón Alvarez: Beautiful shop and great pianos! The owner gave me very good recommendations and the service was perfect. Totally worth it!
Edward Lu: Really awesome place, the staff cares about getting you the right piano and not rushing you into buying it, and the delivery service they used was excellent, really efficient and good customer service.
matthew clark: This is the place to go if you want to buy a piano. Jay, the proprietor, is knowledgeable and friendly, was responsive throughout and provided excellent customer service following our purchase. They have a great selection of pianos & electric pianos (and a very cool old-school wooden phone booth, that still works!) It's well worth the visit.
Yohai Bar Sinai: very helpful and knowledgable staff
Lars Ojukwu: Great, local shop with lots of information and selection! Pleasure working with them!
D VL: Friendly service, good price, Nice old building
Jordan Gravel: Super professional and efficient, I highly reccomend East Cambridge Piano
Maria H: Highly recommended! Bought a Casio Privia PX-770 digital piano here. Nice service, knowledgeable staff, laid-back no-pressure atmosphere. Located in a beautiful old building with the most amazing industrial-style elevator to take the piano down to our car. They seem to carry only Casio brand digital pianos, but the models range from the basic to the most advanced hybrid models. All price ranges available.
Obiapuna Olive Mary: Because of their celing
david feeney: Good prices. Knowledgeable staff.
Tom McLoughlin: Great selections of new and used pianos to fit many budgets

M. Steinert & Sons: what do users think?
Ed Chen: Luxury piano
Ruth Krigbaum Rich: So impressed with the time and patience of Patrick, who called me minutes after I submitted my Steinway Evaluation Form. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable about Steinway pianos! He spent almost an hour answering my questions and patiently explaining the complicated issues regarding my piano and Steinway pianos in general. He helped me reach a personal decision that would be best financial value for my Steinway given the information I had given. I would not hesitate to call Patrick again for his advice. Thank you M. Steinert & Sons!
Carol Chang: Nice sales sharing a lot of Steinway knowledge
Sarah Outcault: Jon was fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He listened to what I needed and helped me find the right piano. He didn't try to up-sell me, but also gave me the straight story on the cheaper options out there. He saw my purchase through to delivery. Jon is everything I could have asked for in a salesperson. I highly recommend him.
Sandra Johnson: I received unbelievable support from Patrick regarding my decision to keep or sell my piano. Patrick was incredibly vested in ensuring that I made the right decision & he researched the particulars from his end when he suspected something was wrong. And he was right, there was a problem. Without his support, I would have definitely gone down the wrong path.Thank you Patrick for excellent service!
Amy Nolan: I recently purchased a Roland digital piano at Steinert & Sons, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Phil Schoonmaker was very informative and patient as I tried out different models and got a sense of the features. After I made a purchase, he coordinated a quick delivery to my 3rd floor walkup apartment so I could get to playing straightaway. Would highly recommend!
andrea falaguerra: Not just great product but superior knowledge and kindness. Jon at M Steinert and Sons went above and beyond to help our family find the right piano. Yes, they have high quality product. However, so do other dealers. I worked with several in the Boston and Providence area. What separates them is genuine empathy to their customers to guide them to the right match. I’m so grateful for Jon’s help. Thank you M Steinert for having good humans as part of your company.
Ruth L.: I enjoyed my piano buying experience at M. Steinert in Newton. Jon Yourtee gave me lots of useful information without being overwhelming, showed me several pianos I might like, and never pressured me toward a purchase. He was just as patient the third time I came back to play the same piano as he was the first, and he took care of all delivery details including a last-minute quarantine issue. All used pianos were in excellent condition, and Steinert's one-customer-at-a-time protocol helped me feel safe during the pandemic.
Beth Ritzert: Purchasing a great piano is a difficult task. Each Steinway piano is a hand made instrument – each one is unique! With this recent pandemic, it has been difficult to travel to different dealerships and rebuilders to “test drive” these pianos. Thus, it has become a necessity to work with not only a salesperson, but with someone that is a true musician and has the experience to discern each piano’s personality. Patrick Elisha at M. Steinert and Sons helped me to find my dream piano. His knowledge of pianos, his musicality, and his honesty and follow through has been a refreshing experience! Thank you, Patrick and M. Steinert & Sons!!
JASON RE: Jon was very helpful and patient! Excellent customer service! He’s a top notch professional!
Micah: *Updated review*We (my family) walked into the store and asked if we could try some pianos. The salesperson said:"There's a recital going on"We said "Oh, there is?"(we though it was just some music in the background)He said: "Can you not hear?"We were a bit surprised by that response.Strike OneWe were told that we could only try pianos if we were looking to buy, because there was a recital, and I guess money is more important than customer experience to this employee.Although I understand that you value your recitals, please train your employees properly, he could have given us a time to come back, but instead said:"I can't let you try them unless you're looking to buy"Strike Two.Also, make sure they actually know something about pianos before saying "there's no such thing as a hybrid piano with full grand piano action (because there is. Yamaha N1X, N2, N3)Incompetence, strike three.I am very disappointed in the salesperson that ruined our experience. I truly have nothing against this company, only that one horrible salesperson. This goes to show that one person can ruin the reputation of a whole company.
Sanjeeka Silva: Great customer service. Jon was very helpful and was available to promptly answer any questions I had as I made the decision on which digital piano to purchase. He was knowledgeable and really went out of his way to not only make the piano available as quickly as possible but given the circumstance with COVID-19, he personally delivered the piano and helped us assemble it via a video call! Thanks Jon!
Linda Eknoian: I wanted to personally thank Helen Meng & Len Giatas for their excellent customer service and expertise. Helen initiated our relationship, selected 2 digital pianos introduced me to Len who was fantastic and very instrumental in processing the rental transaction and the piano move. He also explained the functions of each piano. He kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you Len! Both Helen & Len are very personable and provided excellent customer service and understood my budget constraints.Len contacted me afterwards to see if the piano move went smoothly and this very nice. A special thanks to Jerome Murphy for approving my application for the nice note and the staff at Gentle Giant Piano Moving division. They did a wonderful job with moving the piano into my rented condo. Finally I am very pleased with the Roland baby grand piano. Love the sound and key action. Thank you all! 🎹🎶
Emily Greenhalgh: I needed to find out more details about my Steinert Baby Grand and the staff at M. STEINERT & SONS was so helpful. From a photo of the serial number, they found the approximate age and company who made it. Extremely helpful.
Nicole DellaRocco: Great experience with Jon when we went to buy a digital piano. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We will be back!
Ting Lee: We stumbled upon this place while driving around Boston today and decided to take a visit. I played the piano growing up, but stopped when I went to college, and re-discovered my love for it recently, and this store was a great find! The new technology where you’re able to plug in headphones and not create any sound for others is amazing! Len was great in explaining the different types of Steinway and Boston pianos, and will definitely be buying my piano from him/here when I’m ready!
No: Customer service was good. They are willing to make deals to accommodate you. Even though I didn't buy anything they were still very nice.
Carolyn Lady in Waiting: Friendly staff, beautiful pianos
Jeffrey Moss: Len was friendly and knowledgeable! The selection at the store was great. Will be back when I am ready to purchase.
Mitch Nelin: Asked a simple question got a simple answer. I’ll good
ELIANE MARTINS: Maravilhoso.

Roger's Piano: what do users think?
Mala L Radhakrishnan: Overall, I had a very positive experience and am very happy with my new piano. It was a big purchase for me personally and I spent a long time coming to a decision (over a year), but Carol was always *very* responsive and patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to try different pianos. It was clear to me that her piano suggestions really are tailored to customers' personal preferences and budget and that she wasn't trying to sell one brand, etc. Though I did not end up buying something within my original budget, it was not because I wasn't shown many options within my budget -- but it was more because I fell in love with one particular piano and decided to splurge without any sales pressure whatsoever. I also feel like I learned a lot about pianos during the buying process, which is a testament to their taking the time to explain things and give you tools and resources to hopefully aid in your coming to your own decision.
EDDIEPIRRERA: I recently purchased a Kawai Novus NV-10S digital hybrid grand piano from Carol at Roger's Piano in Natick Mass.I actually own a beautiful 1976 Yamaha C7 (a 7-foot 4-inch Concert Grand) which is unfortunately in storage, and will remain there, until some major house renovations are completed. In the meantime I was in need of something that would have the right feel, and as close as possible, the same great sound as a real concert grand.I did my homework and found that only a few companies were making anything that even came remotely close. That's where Roger's Piano, Carol, and the Kawai NV-10S come into the picture. After my research, I knew that the Kawai would more than likely be the best candidate for my needs, but discovered that very few piano stores had one on the floor for me to try.I live in New Jersey and called every piano store I could in the tri-state area, only to find that I would have to wait a very long time (a couple of months in some instances) before I could actually play one.Needless to say I was very disappointed. However, while on a week long trip to Boston I made a few more calls, found Roger's Piano, and had the good fortune of speaking with Carol – who told me they did in fact have one and I could come in and play it.Carol is a kind and wonderful person who possesses a wealth of knowledge and information, making her by far, one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. She very kindly allowed me to play the Kawai for as long as I wanted, and then, very patiently answered each and every question I asked – and I do tend to ask lots of questions. LOL!She even let me come back the following day so I could play it again and try out an app from Kawai that I had just downloaded to my tablet the night before – now that's patience! To say that she went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable in every way possible, would truly be an understatement! And so after being afforded the opportunity to play this beautiful instrument –twice– I was convinced and had to buy it!Both Carol and Roger were an absolute joy to deal with, making the whole experience one of the simple and easiest I have ever had in regard to the purchase of a piano – any piano! The NV-10S is Kawai's top of the line digital hybrid grand piano, and most definitely worth a look – if like me – you are in need of something that feels and sounds as close to the real thing as possible. And one final thought. No matter where you live (remember I do live in New Jersey) look no further and simply visit Carol and Roger at Roger's Piano if you want the absolute best in quality and service. If I could give them more than a five-star rating – I would!Bravo Roger's Piano!
Ada Pei: Carol was wonderful. She introduced us a variety of pianos options and also worked with us to find something that fits us the best. Roger’s Piano has a very large collections. We were amazed by how many choices they carry and the prices are very reasonable. They have a great full price trade in policy even for the preowned pianos. Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend visiting Roger’s piano!!
Jeffrey Casiglia: Carol and Roger have been terrific. I stole several hours of their time poking around on various pianos at their locations. I am well-trained but an admittedly horrific pianist (I use the term loosely). They were kind enough not to pull out earplugs which I very much appreciated. I settled on a piano but circumstances dictated that I unexpectedly had to wait. They were very patient with me, and I was thrilled when I was able to take delivery. There were a few minor kinks with the instrument that were not at all attributable to Roger's, and they personally made a site visit. Roger did a fantastic tuning and addressed the issue (fingers crossed!). They are kind, knowledgeable, and passionate. If you are looking to start a relationship with a reputable seller, then look no further.
Neil Brandon: I recently returned to Rogers after a great buying experience there 2 years ago. I was looking for a very special instrument as an early retirement gift to myself. I tried out 10+ different pianos/brands at 4 different shops. The completely refurbished antique Steinway that I bought at Rogers is the piano of my dreams. Incredibly beautiful, with the most perfect new German action parts, highly responsive, with a robust, beautiful sound -- at a fair price and with an excellent full-value trade in for my 2-year old Kawai. After the first 3 months, Roger and Carol came themselves to my home (90 minutes away) where it was lovingly and conscientiously tuned in addition to some expert work to perfect a minor issue with the voicing of a couple of hammers. Roger's piano is THE place for your piano needs!Addendum: more than 3 months later, the piano sounds as good as the day it was tuned! A testament to the quality of the tuning as well as the quality of the piano! I enjoy playing it more each day-----
Kenny Chen: Disrespectful place.
Harpokrates Pasithea: * A quick update, Feb 3rd 2022. Since the owner wasn't able ( due to a really valid reason) to do a complete regulation and voicing to my taste before delivering, as he promised in two occasions, on the day I decided to buy, and over a phone call after it was delivered, I'm still a little hopeful he will fulfill his promise. Fortunately, I have found an incredible piano technician who's now working on some of the issues. A lot of progress in one 3rh visit. Still, I must say they have a wonderful inventory and are extremely knowledgeable. Recommended. Will TRY to be brief. I'm an avid jazz pianist who loves music beyond measure. In 2018 I began my journey in looking for the very best, warm and clear sounding piano I could find, within a certain price range. Financially, it was the first time in my life I had the chance of actually owning an instrument I would truly love. Went to several dealers in MA. It was at Roger's Piano that I found the upright Schimmel of my dreams. Roger immediately understood what I was looking for and without hesitation said, "play it". My wife and I were mesmerized by the beautiful, clear and even tone. But perhaps it wasn't time to bring that one home. The price tag discouraged me. But Roger and his lovely wife Carol weren't discouraged. They made it possible.Four years later, it was time to move on to the second chapter of my dream, a good and old Steinway M that can reproduce those unique, golden hue overtones. Either that or nothing else would take the Schimmel away from my apartment.Well, went back to visit them. First time, no luck. Carol invited me to go to their location in Burlington. Before making an appointment to visit them again, I've desperately headed to other places in search of my future Steinway. No luck either. That "hue golden tone" was nowhere to be heard. It was time to go to Burlington. And voilà! Winning the lottery for the second time, so to speak. There were dozens of contenders, from different brands. But as I played the first few chords on the 1945 gem, my wife and I were transfixed. Even though there were issues with regulation and voicing, Roger told me he worked on that piano with tremendous care. Time to ask for the price... Couldn't do it myself. Asked my wife to hear the answer. She came back with a smile. DEAL!!! My Schimmel would go back to his care (gave me the full price I've paid for it), and then the easy process of financing the difference. "Chauncey", as my wife calls the M, is now in his new home.
Grace Shao: I went to Roger's piano after touring a bunch of other brands, which is either something I don't like or way out of my budget. As a beginner, I don't play very well, and was a bit nervous to play and try on the pianos(don't want to embarrass myself!). However, at Roger's piano, Ms Wu carefully listened to my thoughts, gave me couple recommendations, and encouraged me to play on multiple pianos. I immediately fell in love with one of them, and that's the one I decided to bring home. It's just amazing how I can find something I love and it's even below my budget. The after purchase service was pleasant as well. Ms Wu arranged the delivery that weekend so I can have the piano before Christmas. She also quickly sent out a lady to tune the piano when I expressed the concern that the piano sounds out of tune.I will definitely recommend anyone I know who's looking for a piano to come to Roger's, the purchase experience was truly outstanding.
Andrew Dvorsky: Roger is the very best at working on and selling pianos he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to working on and selling new and used pianos! He’s a generous and gracious person! His showroom is over the top beautiful and a showcase for any piano! I needed some piano wire for a machine and was stuck in Boston over the weekend and he came through for me! Even though the wire was a little too light weight he got me out of a jam! So generous he didn’t even charge me for the wire all he asked that I give an honest review of his operation and I will tell you that in this day and age it’s very hard to find a man like Roger and Carol! They called me back after I left a rather strange message not pertaining to pianos I needed some rather thick music/Piano wire and Roger and Carol took the time to call me back even though I wasn’t looking for a piano and let me tell you that’s a solid company/person on a Saturday night! Roger and Carol I can’t thank you enough for helping me two weeks before Christmas!
Janice Williams: My experience with Roger Piano was exceptional. The owners were knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and attentive. The customer care and service was a 5 star from beginning to end. They truly want you to love your piano! It was a pleasure working with Carol and Roger and I would recommend anyone to them.
Aurel Betz: A piano business with unmatched cultural vision and tenacity. Carol, the owner managed to import my historical Bechstein from Europe despite Covid and great difficulties with US customs to comply with their own published rules regarding original keytops and extinct woods. If I could give 20 stars I would!
Yili Yao: Having struggled with major technical issues with my previous piano and dealt with the unresponsiveness of the store owner, it was such a contrast and a delightful experience to get my new Schimmel from Roger's Piano. Roger and Carol are very pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable about their piano inventory and the history behind each piano. From the shopping experience, to the purchasing, the trade-in and the delivery, the entire process is incredibly smooth. Roger even recommended the best way for the piano movers to enter the house without incurring extra charge on me, which worked out perfectly. Since the purchase I've had couple minor issues with the piano. Carol is always very responsive, either offers suggestions right away over the text or schedule in-person service promptly. As an owner of an expensive instrument, it really gives me a peace of mind knowing my piano is in good hands of Roger and Carol.
sandra meyerson: My husband Matthew and I were searching for an electric piano. We visited Roger's Piano and met with Carol who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She explained in detail the way in which an electric piano works and showed us the various models that Roger's Piano had in stock. She was very patient and very helpful. After we decided on a mid level electric piano, she arranged for the transportation of the piano to our home in Vermont. Due to the difficulties of finding a time to deliver the piano, she drove herself, with the help of her son, all the way up to Northern Vermont to deliver our new piano. She then patiently set up the piano and showed us how to operate it. She was so capable and thorough in everything she did to help us. We really appreciate Carol and the beautiful electric piano that she helped us find. It looks wonderful in our living room and is providing hours of musical fun for all!If you are interested in an electric piano, please do visit Roger's Piano and you will get top notch selection and service.
Paul Smith: I recently purchased my second piano from Roger's Piano and the experience was even better than my first purchase (which was also excellent). Carol approached my inquiry with a deep knowledge of the repertoire I have been developing, my skill level, and the character of the pianos themselves. This is the type of individualized thoughtfulness and deep knowledge that we all want from our doctors. After I tested each piano, I described my impressions to Carol and we discussed them - it was the opposite of high pressure sales. More like a knowledgeable friend guiding a new-comer. My new piano is phenomenal (a Brodmann PE 121). When it is time for a grand, I will be coming back to Roger's.
Carla Peretto: There are singular events and conversations you hardly forget in your life when they touched you profoundly. Buying a piano at Roger's piano is one of those.I entered this store few years back, unemployed, an only parent with a musically talented teenager boy, both depressed due to life circumstances. I began to timidly ask if there was an inexpensive upright piano we could try. I felt so embarrassed when Roger asked what my budget was! I remember whispering "You don't want to know".As my son began to play different pianos, Roger turned to us saying that my kid needed a much better quality piano. He added that it would have rather helped a talented young one getting the right piano than selling one to some wealthy people interested more in a high-end piece of furniture. He offered us a beautiful second-hand baby grand he had not yet put on the floor. He tailored the price so that it could be closer to my budget, also offering me an interest-free payment plan that allowed me to sleep at night.Years have passed and now my son Gabe is completing his degree in Piano Performance at the Conservatory of Music in Milan, Italy.Thank you, Roger and Carol!
Ben Woolston: Carol and Roger were both incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the right piano. In my first visit to the store, I think I was there for over an hour playing different pianos, and they patiently waited the whole time, and gave me any assistance I needed. Carol also took the time to meet me during non-business hours a couple of weeks later to try some other pianos at their other location. This meant that I could try ~10-12 different pianos, and never felt rushed or hurried to make a decision. Once I had settled on the right instrument, the sale, delivery, and installation were all very smooth. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism, and would highly recommend them to serious pianists who want to take time to find the right instrument in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
Jeff Williams: I had a great experience at Roger's Piano and can highly recommend them if you're looking for a piano. I was looking for a very specific type of piano for my studio and with Roger's help I found just the piano I was looking for. With the amazing selection of pianos of all kinds and sizes I'm sure you can find the right piano for you. Customer service was fantastic. It has been great working with Roger's Piano!
Chris Hill: If I could give 10 stars, I would! Roger and Carol were absolutely wonderful to work with! Their knowledge of the instruments they carry is just astounding and really helped guide me to the piano I ended up purchasing and I couldn’t be happier! Roger’s skill as a piano technician is unmatched as well. The work he does regulating and voicing his pianos will make you feel like you’re on the stage of a concert hall every time you sit down to play!I’m a classically trained pianist, but just play for enjoyment now, and I was looking to upgrade my old Kawai baby grand. I was agnostic about brand, just looking for a piano that felt and sounded ‘right.’ After playing a few pianos (and almost buying a different one in their store!) I finally, at my husband’s urging, reluctantly sat down at a STUNNING 1914 Bosendorfer 170 that had been completely restored top to bottom. I absolutely fell in love from the first note; everything about it was perfect. It was an actual dream piano of mine that I never thought I’d own! Hearing me and my husband talk about it, Roger and Carol came over and offered us the deal of a lifetime that we couldn’t pass up! They truly care about making sure each customer finds the right piano for them and leaves loving their decision. On top of that, Roger and Carol also helped me arrange the transport of my old piano to Texas to give to my niece. They really went out of their way to help me!I wouldn’t recommend any other place to buy a piano! I’m so happy I found Roger’s!!
Maxine Muscatiello: Carol was extremely informative and very knowledgeable about pianos. She helped us find the best piano to suit our needs!I highly recommend Carol and Roger’s Piano for any buyers, regardless of level of proficiency.
Lawrence Segan: I am a conservatory-trained pianist and was looking specifically for a Fazioli, which in my opinion is the best piano in the world today. Rogers Piano had a magnificent and rare Fazioli F228 in "pyramid" mahogany on their showroom floor. It was gorgeous to look at and as fine an instrument as any piano I have ever played. I must say I was tempted by a Bosendorfer they had which had a wonderful sweet sound, but I was intent on a Fazioli. I bought it on the spot. About 3 weeks after delivery, Roger and Carol personally visited my home (about a 3 hour drive) and Roger spent the entire afternoon tuning and re-voicing for the room. As a result, the piano feels and sounds as if it were ready for a concert at Carnegie Hall, except it is in my own living room. A photo is attached. Roger and Carol really know pianos, they were extremely accommodating and professional, and they sell some of the finest pianos around. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fine instrument.
Patricia Manalastas: Roger and Carol were awesome! They are super knowledgable and really guided me on which pianos would fit my budget and needs. I love their energy and passion for pianos too!I highly recommend visiting their store if you’re looking to buy a piano (make your appointment first — COVID precautions to keep everyone safe).
