Leland Morris: After callling three big name tire places and hearing maybe we can maybe we cant BS, i asked the tow truck driver (Stanley towing, the driver was very helpful to me) if he knew of a place and he recommended Raymonds tire shop. He called for me to make sure they had the right size. The staff there super nice helpful. They replaced my tire in no time even though they were busy. It’s first come first served, it can be a little hectic, and they don’t do appointments, but they get the job done, and when it comes to getting some tires slapped on, that’s all that matters. I will definitely be back!

Jimmy: I bought my own tires and needed all 4 of them replaced and balanced and reinstalled. If I wanted to wait 3-4 hours, I’d go to corporate companies like Firestone or Goodyear. If I wanted to wait 1-2 hours, I’d go to tire shops that require appointments. I went to Raymond’s and it was a great experience. First come first serve. No appointment needed. There were 5 cars in front of me being serviced. To my surprise, they were all taken care of and left 5 minutes after I arrived. The guys went to work on my car right away. They were hustling and always on the move. They finished the job in 30 minutes. I was amazed at how hard these guys worked. Fast and reasonably priced. I paid $20 per tire for replace and balance for 17” tires. The workers only speak Spanish but the boss and cashier speaks English.

Always trying to sell Brand new tires when I clearly just need something quick one to last me a couple of months. The new tires cost more than Firestone or Sullivan tires. I'm sorry but I've always come there for used tires and never had an issue and now I can never seem to grab used tires ever because these guys are so quick to sell new ones.I called today the guy literally took no time to look to see if he had my size within 2 seconds Said he didn't have any in my size. This was the place my dad always came to. Bought my 1st car here at 16 and always done business with Woody's for 30 years now. The last 4 years have been not so good.

Aye Are: I got a flat turning onto the detour for a summer tunnel there’s a huge pothole there. Walked all the way down Meridian Street at 2 PM because I called several times and no one was answering. it was a 30 minute walk so I figured I’d go see them in person before mama they close. I get there around 2:15 tell him my situation and they say we’re kind of closed mind you as they’re working on a car and online it says they close at 4 PM!

vu t: I wouldn’t come here again or recommend anyone . It’s seems like these guys are uninterested and don’t want to be there working. Came here to check to see if I have nails in my tire so they can plug it up. The guy didn’t even check how many nails was in my tire or find out where’s the leak coming from . The guy said he found only one nail cause I show it to him and plug it . Next day my tire is flat again .Brought to a place in Jimmy tires in Quincy next day and they said you have 2 more nails in there and they fixed it for me . No flat since they fixed it. I would never go back to Martinez again since they don’t want to be there or tried to fix the problem . So don’t bother bringing your flat tire here if you don’t want the headache.

All In: This morning after dropping off my kids to school, I was on my way to the gas station but I did not make it. So I call GEICO and they sent ASA to come and help me. And this is when I was rudely handled. First that did not answer the phone. I had to call GEICO back then we called them together had to wait for that. Them the person would not wait for me to verify my location he was saying one thing the GPS way say another and he had no customer service skills. To top it all off he hung up and never answered the phone again. Do not use this company.
David Napierkowski: Locked my keys in the car. Asa Road service was the company that took the call for the unlock. It said they were an hour out and with 35 minutes remaining on the wait time my driver cancelled the service. I received no phone call explaining what happened from Asa or the driver. It was pouring rain btw and zero consideration was given in that regard. Can’t even call them directly to see what happened or complained. Most unprofessional experience of my life.

Meredith Casey: After I called Geico and found out What company was coming out to help me I started reading reviews and I was getting nervous I was going to be sitting alone in a cold truck for hours. However, my experience was wonderful.Showed up right on time. Polite. I was a knucklehead and ran out of gas. Brought me enough gas to make it to the nearest gas station and I was on my way. Only thing I thought was ridiculous was when Geico said the Closest truck around was 36 miles away in Weymouth and I was in Attleboro. It took him about an hour to get there but that is the time they quoted me so I couldn’t complain but that does not reflect on the company ASA, that reflects on Geico. That shouldn’t be an option for a company to come out so far away. I would rather pay five more dollars a year for roadside assistance for Geico to dispatch more tow truck companies who are local. Or I could just not run out of gas and not have to worry about it.
weatherednboston: I received absolutely fabulous service from Asa Road Service. My roadside plan (good sam) contracted out to these people at 9 pm at night when I locked the keys in my car the other day. Everything was closed in the area and I have trouble with my legs and there was no place to sit and I have trouble standing for long periods of time. I explained this to them and they came and helped me within 30 minutes. I think they were in Medford and I was in Wakefield at the time. Very impressed with the service I received and I so appreciate the fact you came quickly for me. THANK YOU!
Blue Jade: I do not recommend using them for roadside assistance...If you expect them to show up on time or treat you with any respect. Their arrival times are always excessive, they show up on their own schedule, and no one answers their main line. I have tried to be respectful to them in the past, and have tolerated all the annoyances, thinking they must be busy. But it happens every time, and they just don't return that respect or any tolerance. (Geico isn't any better and was no help.)You get treated like a number that just doesn't matter to them. If you don't adhere to an some unknown internal protocol, they will just go on to the next customer, and leave you in the lurch..and blame it on you... Called another service, was treated respectfully, and was back on the road quickly.
Lauren Nichols: Absolutely TERRIBLE service. No one picks up the phone. They claim they’re on their way when they’re not, and they have zero communication, which is wrong when it’s a service dedicated to supporting crisis situations like breakdowns and accidents, etc. I write this waiting for this company for 2 hours in my car in 19 degree weather, with completely frozen painful feet and loosing mobility in my fingers due to the cold, and this company hasn’t even once given me an honest update to their status when they were due 2 hours ago. I do not recommend this company and will never seek their services again.

The guys working the car looked like veteran tire guys who knew what they were doing and were friendly, but...I had to point out the "outside" listed on the tire and he had to remount one he put on backwards. Then I get home and I put the tire pressure gauge on all four. Two are perfect 32 lbs, but then I had one at 29lbs and the other at 37lbs. They also didn't put one of the valve caps back on.The good news is the balance appears excellent, but they only balanced the fronts.So some good, some bad. For $100 all in I can't complain that much, but check the work afterward!
