The officers assigned were professional and qualified. They actually were retired fireman. Very friendly outgoing and understandijg to our needs and situation. They stayed later than expected and waited for us to arrive in the AM.Qealao used New England Security again for a security guard services detail at a commercial property. The officers assigned was very active professional demeanor and the dispatcher on the phone was very helpful. Ernest Sandefer: They follow me everywhere I go in my own neighborhood. I take out the trash they feel the need to sit and watch me do it until I walk in my house that's when they leave. I go outside to pick up an order from the delivery man, they'll roll up, stop. Watch me and once again not leave until I go in my house. When I notice them following me they'll stop and act as if they weren't following me. Wait until I get a certain distance and then try to stealthly follow me again. When I look back again, it's the same tactic. They stop and look the other way. I pay too much in rent in my own neighborhood to be treated like an outsider or a criminal. They've never even caught the person who stole my bike outside my backyard two years ago but they want to stalk me walking to and from my mailbox. They also don't do this with non-black residents. I've seen them purposely not follow a non-black resident when they left their house at night but they'll follow me in a heart beat. I only gave them 1 star because 0 isn't an option and I couldn't leave this review without it. "Leave a complaint" is what people are going to tell me but they'll just ignore it or question my authenticity. I wouldn't be leaving this very lengthy post had they not racially profiled me for years. From here on out I'm taking my phone out and recording the evidence. If they feel some type of way about it then they shouldn't be following me or any other black person simply because they're prejudice.

Ki Fo: Longwood Security unlawfully towed my car half hour after I arrived home from work (12:30 am). I parked in handicap spot & my placard was visible like always. After several phone calls I was told Longwood will pay for the tow & have it towed back to my residency. Speaking to the jerk security of his wrong doing they will not pay tow fee but willing to take me to get my car which is out of the norm for them to do. Call Longwood again finally the jerk security came to my house (7:00 pm) take me to pick up my car plus pay tow fee. Tow company informed me Longwood Security made same mistake few times before & told security they see my placard & willing to tow my car back without tow fee if they contact me which they never did. Spoke to commander he was VERY unprofessional on the phone & taking security side in fact jerk security story did not match with tow driver story. Also, I had to be at work at 8 am took a taxi ($13.85) no speak on reimbursement. Longwood Security SUCKS !!!!

No provocation to an older female guard giving me an attitude, her male counterpart was equally annoyed.Situation was as followed; at a convention, line is running smooth. We continue through the path and I take out my pass while wearing a wrist band. She's upset the pass is not around my neck. Pass doesn't have to be out until we get to the opposite end of the building. No signs for priority entrance. I dont immediately proccess what she says which leads her to tell me in a tone to get the headphones out of my ears. "I heard you i just didnt realize i had priority entrance." "Put it on and go says the male partner."Please do not hire them for your accounts. This convention is packed with people bumping into each other and everyone is crazy positive and polite. Longwood's attitude has been bothering me for a couple hours now.

We use both armed officers and unarmed officers in our operation and the market is challenging to find quality security officers. I have high demands and expectations for security services around de-escalation and public safety. Dan and his team have been providing security officers and patrols for the past several months at our operations. I have not found a better company to work with. They provide excellent oversight and work very well with the other disciplines. If I ever have a concern or problem it is addressed almost immediately and their supervisors are here nightly checking up on the officers and they have a dispatcher on-duty at all times for the team. Michelle Brooks: Work environment was lousy. Does not provide an environment that would have someone want to come to work. Lack professionalism. I emailed them on 4/10 asking for a copy of my job description for my duties and responsibilities and they called me 4/11 and terminated me. Never had any previous conversations about anything. No write ups, no phone calls nothing.

Lisse Garsha: This does not stop with Herring. This company will lose contracts one by one because of sloppy management in every site. If these contract holders only knew half the time their sites are not being manned because of lack of staffing and/or even poor protocol. Not to mention there is no room for growth depending on the color of your skin and just because you were hired FT doesn’t guarantee you a FT check. I think everything I just mentioned is a legality issue but I’m just outside looking in at the cluster#*c%. I’m pretty sure the employee who struck the 11 yr old child won’t be the last thing you will hear about this company.

Vulpes Inculta: A couple of elite protective guys showed up seemingly out of the blue, and really helped out my supervisor and I deal with two intoxicated individuals that likely would have gotten violent had eliet not show up when they did. I know it wasn't for our sake, though none the less the help was much appreciated.
