SEPHORA: what do users think?
B Canggu: Cassian Thank you so much for helping me.very friendly and professional in doing his job.I had a very nice experience trying to pick a fragrance.I recommend 10/10.
Laura Channel: I went on Wednesday and had so much help from a girl named Kristin. She color matched me in 2 seconds. It was like magic. The store is huge I had her help me find everything I needed since I only had 20 mins left on my break. I am definitely going back and hoping she is working that day!
Aditi Singh: I want to thank Danielle, Susan, Elaine, Jeffery and the entire Ilia team for their help and support during the Ilia event at Sephora. I got the guidance I was looking for, found my shade and purchase some great products. Thanks a ton ! 3
Julia Rybachok: Good location, but needs a new manager.
Nancy Maldonado: It used to be my favorite Sephora but the last months almost a year all TESTERS are empty. Are the employees keeping them???
The Right One: Sephoras beauty insider had some sort of system outage. They requested customers pay more than the insider price with no remedy or come back after the fact.I called customer service to complain. Why would I need to break my budget to support your bottom line. The customer service rep hung up in my face. Needless to say I went to Ulta beauty got what I needed and double the discounts! I’ll be shopping at Ulta from now on.
Ayan Chatterjee: Exquisite collection of perfumes. Highly recommended.
Olivier Saint-Vincent: Beware : got scammed by a staff member to get the Sephora Credit Card. She convinced us saying that we will be saving $100 (25%) on a $350 purchase. We got the credit card and then we realized that the 25% will be applied on our next purchase ! We went back… and she said she was sorry to have lied. At least she recognized it.Purchase of 344.73 made on December 20 22.
skippy n: This place is so depressing. Everyone is trying so hard to look beautiful when on the inside they are so, so ugly.
LY: Just was there the other day.. they are very racist at this location. There’s a big caucasian guy who works there with a full face of makeup, he tends to always follow black girls around the store and was following me. I try to ignore it but it’s ridiculous at this point and makes me hate going to this location. I need to file a complaint with corporate..…. To my black women beware of this Sephora store!! Smh it’s always something
Desiree Ruiz: My favorite location ❤️💕 I went on Thursday afternoon and was greeted kindly by the lovely person who had red hair and glasses and was help with finding all my needs the specialist there are very helpful and knowledgeable. about the products the company really has improved their customer experience by having a great team!
Seyha Chuk: Daniel was awesome! Very calm and collected despite my terrible social anxiety :)
Sofia K: I'm usually not one to write a review but just had to based on this bizarre interaction I had today that made me very uncomfortable and self-conscious. I have acne and am getting treatment from a board-certified dermatologist, and came in today seeking an affordable product that could brighten my eye area (unrelated to my acne). Not only did the worker assisting me tell me "you get what you pay for" (I am a college student that can't spend $80 on a vitamin C serum at the moment, so sorry), but she condescendingly assumed I needed unsolicited advice on treating my acne. Went into a whole talk about inflammation as if I did not know all this already (again, I'm seeking professional treatment). This location has always been great and is convenient to get to, but I will likely not be returning. This employee, whose name I did not catch, was nothing short of arrogant and was again extremely condescending without knowing my background.
Arctic K: I went in today to find a foundation and this location is much bigger and has more options to choose from than other locations. Specifically looking for the Merit foundation stick and this location had all the new shades that released recently. Also, I needed help shade matching my face so big thank you to Veronica for finding my perfect match (shade and undertone). Veronica was so excited for me when she swatched it on my face and it blended into my skin perfectly and I was so happy to find my perfect match after all these years.
Diana G: Wonderful experience with Tianna, she was amazing! Did a great makeup tutorial!
Firstlady: Great stuff great staff. I'm now a regular there
Apisada Chulakadabba: I was browsing the items with my girl friends. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The trash bins were all broken though. We couldn't find a single one that we can step on the paddle which makes the lid open.
Sarah Symes: I had a wonderful experience at this Sephora location today! The employees here are kind, caring, and knowledgeable about the various products in the store. With their help, I was able to find everything I was looking for and also learned a few new tips about how to best use the products.
TT Chan: The Assistant Manager Dan is a bad guy. He asked me to discuss about a position even he has already filled it just to make a hard time for me. If only these people know to respect but they will never do as long as they only care about appearances and give no concern to morals and integrity.
Mariam Yak: Had a Perk facial here the past weekend with Andrea - who was so lovely! The facial felt so nice and Andrea was super thorough, and used great products on my skin such as Biossance. We had a nice chat as well. Highly recommend the Perk facial!

SEPHORA: what do users think?
Kaitlyn Morrison: Small store with products on display missing, messy, and when I asked for assistance Dianna was very nice, but all 4 items I asked about/she recommended were out of stock. I left empty handed.
Sabrina Jean’Jacques: Thank you Lyndsay ( I hope I spelled her name correct). The reviews here weren’t lying when they said she’s a great make up artist! She really is she took her time my make up came out very beautiful. She’s also so nice!! I deff would come back to her!
Samantha K: Employee Diana was extremely friendly and helpful in finding various products that meet my skincare type
James Toubia: Good srphora with nice employees
Malachi Williams: Rad Walker has been one of the best Sales Associates/ MUAs I’ve worked with at Sephora at in long time! He was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. Rad recommended the best products for my skin and made me very excited for my new routine. we need more Rad’s At Sephora!!
Divakar Jain: Kinda small Sephora store but in a very accessible location with friendly staff.
Samuel Hungsoo Kim: Helpful staffs, wide array of choices
hagay feldman: קיבלתי עזרה מהדיילת. מה שהפך את הקנייה למהירה ותכליתית.
Michael Lombardi: My wife and I want to shout out Lynn who was so friendly and helpful when buying products. Took her time when helping out. A true asset to the store
Mona Jalal: Lynn at Sephora was very helpful and showed me how to apply concealer as well as Fenty beauty mocha stick. She walked me through every step very patiently and was very patient with me. She also helped me reorder a previous mascara. Further, since they were out of mocha stick, she shipped it to my house. She is very nice and friendly and I highly suggest working with her. She has great makeup recommendations and she suggested a lip liner from Sephora (both color and type) as I was in market for one. She also suggested me a brush by Sephora which blends extremely well due to its size. Caroline at the store was also very nice and helped me with purchase of point liner black color by O/S brand. The store has a great vibe and people are overall very helpful and friendly. They are a bit understaffed though on a Saturday afternoon. The bathroom is extremely clean and serene.
Ayesha Trips: Who doesnt love Sephora! Helpful staff and not annoying
Oyun-Erdene Altan-Ochir: Was helpul to choosing the product
Jennifer: Went here to have makeup done for an event. Kendra was so helpful and informative about the process and Cassandra worked with Lyndsay to make sure that my cousin and I could be accommodated. Lyndsay did a fabulous job on our makeup and gave some helpful advice. If I am ever in Boston again, I would definitely return to this location. Thanks ladies!
Lisa DeSimone: I cannot recommend this Sephora store enough. The ladies who helped me answer my questions I had were so kind.
Grace Fu: There is not a Sephora store but people can buy some beauty things there.
Katherine Kibler: Gem reccomended some new shampoo and conditioner (Living Proof Curls) for me and WOW what a difference - the staff here are GREAT and I love shopping with them.
CCG G: Incredibly rude employees. I’ve never been so mistreated at a retail shop before. My husband and I were terrified.
Lital Asher-Dotan: I needed makeup for a photoshoot . Made an appointment for a makeup session and was extremely happy with the results.
Keke “Keke” P: This is my make up place, fenty!!! By Rihanna is all I wear okay okay
Ariell Small: This review is based on an experience i had on December 27th 2020. I received the rudest customer service from this location. Even before I could even step into the store I was rudely interrogated by Ericson about why I was there. I explained that I was not sure and wanted to look around but I was interested in looking for a fragrance . I was told by Ericson that that location only had minis/ roll ons and that we could use the paper to sample the perfume. While trying to smell the perfume a woman came over to me and yelled to me that we could not touch the perfume because they were for display only (which made absolutely no sense since the man, Ericson) told us we could sample the perfume. After I asked about if I could take a sample home due to not being able to smell through my mask, Ericson said that we were not allowed to take a sample home due to CDC which I'm unsure if this is even true or they just didn't want to bother with me. Not one associate tried to even assist me and made me feel like I was not welcomed in the store. Please go to another Sephora where you will receive better customer service.
Julie Ginnis: Good cosmetics, several brands are well represented. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and service.

Lee Allman: Staff were really helpful
Pholla Crahen: Very helpful
R L: Huge Sephora with attentive employees.
Jacob: Why would they put it next to Faneuil Hall. Looks so out of place.
Natalya Sergeeva: Amazing stuff and staff!
Sharon: Nice, clean environment. Great location, reasonable prices, helpful clerks.
Gregory J: Not the best customer experience except for the guy that helped me find the product I was looking for.
Demecia Lee: Radiant employees!
Gorana Rancic: Very good place for shoping
Paula Cabrero Haya: Staff is incredibly nice! I had to come last minute before closure and they were super nice and helpful
Jonathan Carey: I went in and sniffed all the colognes...
Dave McMullin: Great inventory and knowledgeable staff!
Alexander Morales: I’ve come to this location for sometime now and I have to say I am never disappointed! Good service and friendly staff
Garrett Holloway: Not a great store. Less selection of men’s fragrances than I’m used to at my home store, and they also do not provide you 2 samples as I’m used to. My luggage was delayed by the airline and I wanted to grab a few drops of my usual while waiting for it to be delivered, and was considering buying another fragrance to add to my collection. Kind of got the sense this store is for “show” due to the location and not actually meant for people to buy things there.
Melissa Outerbridge: . I arrived early, and waited for a makeup artist. The manager was very aware as we made contact that I was early and waiting for someone. Time passed by, 11 minutes and still no one to assist me.Once I got someone to assist me named, Julianna, She was very very very rude. Ruined my morning. her first question was, what kind of look would you like, I said natural, and she insisted to say, I need to have a picture, " you cant just come here without a picture, and ask for a natural look." So I googled a random picture of a woman with "natural makeup." Then she went on to say every time I do my makeup I should have a picture, but I am sorry, I have done my makeup over 50x by professionals and I have never been treated like that. Professionals know what they are doing and if they need a pic they ask in a professional manner not in a very rude way. Then she had an attitude the entire time, after doing my eye makeup for 12 minutes she said she was done with a bad attitude straight face (looked like she wanted to punch me
Frances Southern: customer service at its finest ! Thank you Julianna , John and team !
Kuntheroath Chiv: Small but has a really good selection
Bayhas Kana: Helpful staff!
Tamanna Malhotra: Don’t get your makeup done here! I could’ve done better makeup myself. It looked like a 4 year old did my eyeshadow
James Toubia: Nice sephora
foxy hunter: So bad the girls do not know the color and then other one was going to have me pay full price when I want to mini size not cool

Marcela Silveira: All staff is so nice and attentive!
Olivia Smith (Perfectdark_1989): I had a great experience here. I setup an appointment with Josie. Josie was awesome and explained everything to me and made my day a breeze. She even fit me in with a brow appointment. Def will come back. Thanks Josie!!
Grandee De Guzman: It was my first time purchasing any makeup and I was quite nervous; however, Nala(i think that was her name) helped me pick out a concealer, foundation/tinted moisturizer, and a moisturizer to help with my acne. She matched me on the first try of the concealer and foundation and was quick to help me search for what I needed. She was super resourceful and kind. She told me it was her 4th day of work and she honestly made my day.
Saif Almutawa: RUDE STAFF !!!! I was with my wife who was chooising items without any of the staff memebers asking us if we needed assitance. To the point where we would be next to an SA who would walk in the other direction. I have been to a sephora in different countries, this has got to be the worst experience yet.
Haleyanne Freedman: Such rude employees
Megan Heveran: At Sephora Fenway, beauty associate welcomed me to the store and asked if he could help me. I told him I need help finding a replacement for my defective Jouer beauty product that I was here to exchange. He informed me that his store does not sell that makeup brand, but that I could go to Prudential Center, Sephora instead. I told him that was a little out of my way and that I would rather just make a defective return if possible. He glared at me and said “if you want to”, and then proceeded in a mocking baby tone of voice said, “ if you truly wanted to help out our store then you’d be going to Prudential Center instead of making us do the return.” I proceeded to the front of the store made my return after leaving the store I cried due to how rude this associate had treated me, I have never felt so belittled or insulted or made to feel so bad at a store. I will not be going back to the Fenway Sephora.
B Canggu: Around 5:55 I went for online pickup and I waited for the cashier and get in the line and the cashier just told me online pickup by the door with a rude way.it’s like she’s mad.Not nice to talk with that way to people 👎Won’t come back here again.
Allie Elchert: I just had a wonderful experience at this location. A worker helped me as I was shopping for fragrances. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 recommend!
Lidia Fonseca: Customers: Don’t go here, and if you do make sure you don’t ask any questions to these “employees”, they are rudeeeeee and unprofessional, I mean they are there to work and be nice to customers and no to be on the phone texting…0 starts to me
L Kay: Terrible service.Rude employees.Don’t recommend at all.
Nawal: The people who works here are the rudest people I ever met!! I was there today with my hubby, I asked to try a perfume omg ! The guy was literally rolling his eyes and was so rude to me for just touching it. A woman was running toward my husband screaming in his face for forgetting to put his mask back up while he drunk some water. She could have just asked home politely. No customer service whatsoever and no respect to nobody. Such awful experience. I will Never going back there and will not recommend to anyone!
adgenane oliveira: Tem muita coisa boa
Pamela Arango: Didn't find what I was looking for
Danielle Richardson: Sarah was incredibly helpful and color matched me perfectly!! Thank you again!
Dianne Dinnean: Beautiful store in Boston I got exactly what I wanted for Mothers Day and my May birthday
Christine M. Vöhringer: Worst sephora experience. I love the brand, but every time I go this location just receive bad service. Last time one of the dependents was just mad because I decided to go with other brand and keep giving her advice even when politely let her know that already knew what I wanted to acquire and needed no suggestions but valued her time and effort. In that same visit at the moment of paying had to request my “birthday samples”, because the manager just wanted me to pay, and when asked about options he said they had non, when they actually had several once I started asking. I don’t know, probably the pandemic brought some stress into this location, but I feel is unfair to be treated this way in my visits so, not going any more.
Samantha Fougere: Staff isn't too friendly
mena Mohareb: Went to buy a gift card for my wife. Lovely people, helpful and always smiling
Laila Murad: مكان جميل
Meghan ODoherty: It's ok but expensive and some beauty advisors are rude
Robby Grodin: Wasnt that hot but now I'm pretty af

SEPHORA: what do users think?
Patricia Cosby: I stopped by Sephora Seaport during my lunch. I’m looking for a concealer for mature skin. When I walked in there was several 2 workers standing in the front talking. They both looked at me and back to continue their conversation. This has happened before, it just doesn’t change. This is such a turn off and BTW you’re losing money because of it.. I just left w/out buying anything. Management should be on this. I live just around the corner and go in less and less.
Sookie Cadet: My spouse went to this store to pick up my order and felt like he’s being watched like a hawk. Probably because he’s a black straight male. I am so disappointed at the company as a former employee. Won’t be going to this store again.
Star: This is the first time I’ve had a problem with any of the Sephora stores in Boston. The sales women at the seaport location are rude and unprofessional. I was not going to spend my time or money on such horrible customer service. I walked in on Saturday at about 1pm and the store was empty. I passed two women at the front door talking. They did not offer any friendly greetings, just looked at me and continued talking. As I made my way through the store, I passed to more female sales associates that were also talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer. I started to approach them about a product and they both looked me up and down, and gave me a nasty stare then continued speaking amongst each other.Affronted by such rude behavior I started to make my way out the store. These women could have used company time more productively by making sales rather than using company time to socialize. Also the woman at the front door was management which shows why this location is ran poorly. I will not step foot at this location again.
Ayon Ibrahim: Good selection, typical pricing. Some of the employees could be a bit friendlier
Divakar Jain: One of the bigger sized Sephora stores and staff was nice.
Rafaela DN: Well organized. Good stock on usual sold out items.
Jarred Ledoux: I love this store! I popped in to make an exchange & it was super easy.
Andrea M: Came in today and I waited in the checkout line while one employee was assisting another customer ahead of me, meanwhile 3 other employees were standing at the counter gossiping and ignoring me standing there. When one finally called me over she couldn’t be bothered to speak to me and was invested in her conversation w her coworkers rather than being present while checking me out. I don’t know about this location the customer service isn’t great and their inventory is abysmal - what is actually available is disorganized, knocked over, or not in the right display. Looks super sloppy.
Ally Shafer: Come here ALL the time, spend ALL my money. Some sales associate gave me so much attitude for opening a drawer to find my product.Hey Sephora (and lady who takes her job too seriously), if you don’t want customers opening the drawers (where they know there is additional inventory), maybe put a sign on the drawers OR lock them. It’s 2022 and we like to self-serve. If rules exist, make it clear what they are and definitely don’t sass loyal customers. Will order online from here on out.
Jonathan Grandoit: Lizzy helped my wife find items that she needed for her skin. She was very helpful
Adison Hohwart: Britt/Brittany was super helpful! She spent the time to explain the product, showed me how to properly apply it for the look that I wanted, and gave great tips along the way!
Kerlyne Hosana (FirstLadyHustle): Had to call out twice for help at the cash wrap. I guess their conversation was more important.
Donic Reid: Sooo much
Adelmira Baez: Excellence lugar, professionalismo.en el cuidado y atencion,!!
Tyler K C: I’ve been here twice and each time was a great experience. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Skye both times and WOW. Protect them at all costs. What a literal angel! I needed help finding a good foundation, highlighter, blush, mascara, the whole nine, because I’m trying to do my own elopement makeup. They were always so patient with me while i tried on 8 different shades of foundation, running back and forth between different ends of the store in an attempt to get good lighting. I really felt taken care of and understood. Thank you!!!! I’ll continue to shop here.
Gabie Flores: Tracey/Tracy was so sweet, professional, and informative! As someone who struggles with investing in the right makeup, she helped me color match for foundation. She also helped me find an all-in-one blush and bronzer palette as well. Any questions I had, she answered and showed me to the product that would help me the most. Thank youuuuu Tracy/Tracey!
tanya joyner: I actually bought dermalogica micro scrub. The service was helpful
Kristin S.: Wonderful location. Very convenient; right outside of the Courthouse Silver Line stop. Helpful but not pushy sales associates give good advice on purchases.
Samantha Mackowitz: Great service!
Renee Desrosiers: Everyone was helpful and friendly

SEPHORA: what do users think?
John Ohrenberger: The associates were so nice, and helped me find a solution for exactly the skincare problem I was having. A pretty good selection. Very heavy on makeup and cosmetics, but still enough skincare stuff.
Pam Pam: Everyone on their phones. You can literally walk in and walk out without being greeted. Easily could have taken things that’s how much attention the associates were paying. ignorant staff members Smh
Ayesha Trips: Go for rare makeup!
Ειρηνη Πυθαμιτση: Great customer service.
Chase DePrize: I had a pleasant experience with Arturius, I think the name was. Although, they didn't use the perfect match machine. But the Fenty color suggested was nice, along with the Fenty blush, and cleanser kit.
Elisa Miconi: Wonderful location!
Amit Schechter: Staff was super friendly and helpful
keke06145: They do not greet you when you enter. Noone bothered to try to help. Although I seen other guests walk in to be greeted and helped. I had to find someone to help me and even then it was lack luster. Probably one of the worst experiences I've encountered at a sephora. I will NOT be back to this location.
O. Piqueras: Esta tienda en la galeria Cambridge Side seguramente hará las delicias de cualquier mujer, pues pueden encontrar desde cremas para el cutis pasando por todas y cada una de las marcas para maquillaje y muchos items más!!
Valerie Alleyne (May): Great customer service. Victoria was very helpful.
Jeffrey Laurent: Helpful staff. They were helpful enough without making me feel like they're watching my every move like I'm a thief.
Renee Edwards: I am completely satisfied with the assortment of the store and the prices. The service is always up to par. A clean, bright and beautiful cosmetics store.
Bety Granada: Best place ever. You can find everything you need. All makeup body care and fragrances that you need and people working there are nice. It’s a safe place to shopping
Claudia Manrique: Me encanta este lugar y su atencion excelente
ROSA CHAVES-TARANTI: Excellent Customer experience
Diane Barber: Very helpful staff
Atiya Ghademzadeh: They treat always like you want to steal something i went there to buy some brushes i bought but i never go back again to this location
Joceline Lopez: I love Sephora. The workers were polite and friendly and helped me get what I needed.
Annica Dennison: The people that work at this sephora are always the kindest, most helpful people. My friend and I come to this one this most n are always greated and the ppl usually remember us and our preferences. The are just very personable and helpful and I highly recommend this location.
Mary Harper: Little overpriced
Amely P: For 2020 you cannot try any product due to covid 19

SEPHORA Chestnut Hill: what do users think?
Tatiana Joyce: I booked a 60 min full face beauty service/make-up appointment 6 days in advance and got a call the morning of my appointment that their make-up artist called out sick. I completely understand that this staff member needed to take care of themselves and have no ill-will towards the staff, however the Sephora policy on staff cancellations is TRASH. They cancelled my appointment and just told me the two other stores that had some availability today (both being inconvenient locations for me). The staff could neither offer to assist me in re-booking or offer any kind of store discount. Their cancellation policy is: "appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00". They called me only 5 hours before my appointment and cancelled but if I was 15 minutes late I would've been charged. This was incredibly inconvenient and I think people should be aware that this could happen to them and throw off party-day plans.
Gedi Beats: Horrible experience my moms birthday present was stolen by Ubereats driver which Sephora uses for same day deliveries! At least I got a full refund smh
Sara Pettersson: Came to Sephora to pick up a new bare minerals powder. On my way to the register I was looking at the moisturizers when one of the store associates came up to me and asked if I needed help. I let her know that I did not need help and she continues to let me know with the exact words “in your condition I’d be looking at which brands you should use” referring to me being 9 months pregnant. I told her I’m aware what I should be looking for as I’ve had the conversation with my providers and she said “that’s good and all but we’re trained on these products”. Just completely unsolicited comments when I said I didn’t need any help and rude remarks! A few minutes later she came up to me and said that the brand I was looking at is in fact ok to use when you’re “in my condition”. Horrible experience and made me feel so uncomfortable. If I wanted help with pregnancy safe skincare I would have asked, and describing it as “in your condition” was so distasteful.
Carlos Linera: Emily was very helpful! I needed to buy make up for my 16 year old and the the heck do I know about make up? Lol thanks Emily!
Jam: It 's the first time I 've been here and I won 't come back here anymore . Very poor customer service . The most offensive thing is the girls who were standing at the checkout talk witht you to depend on your clothes. She didn't even want to put in a package the goods that I bought a few pieces, and I asked for it for gifts, but they didn't pack it for me anyway!!!Natik mall Sephora store is better and amazing staff !
Emily Dennis: The helpful staff quickly helped me understand the brands and colors. In general, I am satisfied with the store and of course I will return to refill my cosmetic bag.
Alex Z: Picked up something that was left for me at counter, when called to find if the store dad it. The wait was a bit long with 2 different people getting serviced at the check out counters, when I walked in & 1 in front of me - maybe about 5 minutes. The girl at checkout asked about health worker - didn't even think about it & I was able to get an unexpected discount for the purchase. The checkout counters were so close, that I had to ask the checkout girl to repeat question she asked me, because the conversation at the other counter was interfering and making it almost impossible to hear lesson speaking to me. 🙂
Christina “Tina”: The Chestnuthill location is NEVER crowded and they almost always have what you are looking for. A Fenty fan myself (heyyyyyy RiRi) they are quick to show me new additions to the line, and how to do some of the trickier applications.Pre COVID, Laura was FANTASTIC for event makeup and I HIGHLY reccomend her when you have a big night out.
Lauren Lane: Silvana was so helpful with my lashes!
Sharon Sewall-Lindsay: Frequent the store for myself and gifts. Can’t seem find a foundation that doesn’t irritate my skin or flake off. I purchased a few different kinds. I didn’t return them as I didn’t blame the associate that assisted me, it was my decision to purchase them. I asked the associate standing by the door tonight for assistance and she refused to help me. She stated she would send another artist over and never did. She stood at the register and watched me walk out without making a purchase. Doubt I will go back.
Kerry Clancy: Because of Maritza!!
Laila Kassis: I would like the makeup artists to be available and allowed to assist me in learning how to use and apply the products I’d like to purchase and work with me to apply them so that I can feel good that I’m getting the right shades and color tones. When I asked for help I was told no, the associate would only be able to apply one item and I could pick if it should be a contour stick, a highlighter or a foundation - not all three and not the eye shadow I wanted to try. I said “well I’m looking to purchase 8 or 9 items and spend $200-300. I have never done contouring and I’d like the associate to show me how to do it and to make sure I’m getting colors that look nice on my skin.” The answer from the manager was that I need to book an appointment and pay for that service. I said again, “How can I spend $200-300 on makeup if I’m not sure how to apply it and whether the colors are right? I’ve never been refused help at a makeup store or counter...” I was angry and almost left the store. But Silvana was very nice and said she’d do her best to help me. In the end she helped me with the foundation, dark contour, a couple different types of highlighters to see what works best for me and a blush. I ended up buying 7 items for $220. I’m not sure if I’ll be back to a Sephora again given the treatment I received and the new philosophy about NOT helping customers. Everything I purchased I can get from the department store makeup counter or online. If I return, the only reason will be that Silvana was so helpful. As a company you can choose to offer added services like full makeup for a fee. But that doesn’t mean you should refuse to help customers apply the makeup products they would like to purchase, especially if they ask for it and say they haven’t used these types of products or these techniques before and need to learn and/or test the colors with the opinion of a professional. That is the only reason to come to the store in the first place, otherwise can just purchase online. Your approach makes customers feel like scum frankly. You should treat customers with respect, believe them when they say they need help with new products, and actually help them rather than make them feel like you think they are trying to get a paid service for free.
Eleanor Friedman: Always love Sephora
Catherine Conti: Love the Anastasia rep. Great personality and suggestions of product
Abigail M.: The staff were all very helpful and attentive. They were all very knowledgeable about each brand and helped me find my perfect concealer shade.
L B: instead of helping me they decided to just stare me down instead and when I would approach them about something they just seemed to all disappear
Dally Ramos: I love this Sephora!
Nina Shah: awesome
Nechama Shimanovich: As soon as I walked in a worker came to me and asked if I needed anything .I replied that I'm just going to look around because I didn't come for anything specific. the worker then said well have fun just looking around -very sarcasticly and responded to me with a few rude comments to which I just walked right out of the store.I will never be going back to this sephora again.
Rated by Hanna: During the past year I've had the amazing opportunity to take advantage of their FREE "Beauty Classes/Workshops", which I believe they began piloting since I was the only person there for the very first Skincare 101 class. Anyway I don't think every location has this feature, but just go on the Sephora website to check what they are offering and to reserve a spot.Example of some classes: Skincare 101, Contour & Highlight, Brow Shaping, Correct & Conceal, Nighttime/Daytime Smoky EyeThe classes are typically on Sundays at 9:30AM before the store officially opens at 12PM and it usually finishes early so you have the rest of the time as "private shopping" time and to ask any additional questions. The classes are usually limited to 10-15 people so you can get more 1:1 attention. At the start of most classes they will do a color IQ on you to find the correct match in foundation. They really do a great job breaking down the steps so that anyone at any skill level can follow along. They also provide a clipboard with a diagram and overview of all the steps. The class is set up so that we watch the Artist with instruction do the live Demo on one of the Sephora cast members. Then we apply the same technique on ourselves at the work stations that they have set up for us. They provide all of the tools that we need (brushes, eye shadow, lip product etc...) and the facilitators will walk around to check and help everyone. The experience in the beauty classes has really impressed me and convinced me to update my review from a 4 to 5 star for the personalized experience.

SEPHORA: what do users think?
Gina Garcia: Place was clean and got what I needed but gentlemen with the short hair at register was kinda rude, other than that place is nice
Thiccboi: this girl name ash was rude
Scott Spangler: Not gay friendly at all. I went in as a man looking for a blush. No one greeted me or my husband. A blonde woman walked by me asking all the woman in my vicinity if they needed help, but completely ignored me although I was clearly shopping for products. When I flagged her down to ask for assistance, she immediately looked annoyed and gave me attitude. She said I couldn’t have a sample because they only did samples of pumped products. Seemed reasonable enough besides her tone. After she walked away, I decided to buy the displayed product. When I again flagged her down to let her know that I wished to purchase it, she snapped back “you have to take it to the register.” I calmly asked her where it was since it was a display item, to which she replied “it’s either on the table or (over there somewhere).” At this point, I just left. It was clear that she did not want my business, and I was feeling really uncomfortable with the homophobia.I was shocked to be treated so poorly at this Sephora location. I won’t return here, and recommend that other members of the LGBTQAI community go elsewhere.
laura schell: got my eye makeup done by Daniela this past Saturday, and I left looking gorgeous for the event I was attending that night! Thank you Daniela for making me feel glam and being so sweet.
Gorethie Bruno: Employees at this location are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I went there last week because I work in the area. As I was leaving the store there were samples of charlotte Tilbury displayed at the front of the store on a table. There were a group of 4 employees circling in front of the store talking and not doing their job. I asked three times to have one of the samples and none of them even answered me. There one of them who was laughing at me and one with blue highlights in her hair rolled her eyes and me and said I’m out of here. No one was willing to help me not share the displayed products with me. Although I walked out of the store spending $400.00 buying products. Some of the employees need to be trained about being professional more with customers.
Demecia Lee: A woman's candy store!!
Elvira Liu: the staff over the register was literally scrolling tiktok while I was trying to pay (didnt look at me at all) and she didn’t even ask if I want a bag but still charged me one
Veronica Miranda: It's was too crowded.
D Didie: How come Sephora has one makeup artist. I make an appointment for my wedding day. An employee just call me to tell me they have to cancel my appointment because they have no help . The artist has an emergency, they have to cancel everyone appointment. Don’t tell me a big store like Sephora works with one makeup artist with no back up UNBELIEVABLE. Or the manager doesn’t care if they make money or not. I wish I could give zero star
Jordano Vitor: Amazing location! I went there to buy a lot of products for someone else and I was lost! Yeasarah was so helpful and amazing! The cashier so kind! I loved the experience! Thank you Sephora!
Hanan Alkuwaiti: انصح به بشده
Danielle Pagan: My daughter got some face masks for $7 each
Samuel Hungsoo Kim: Great choices friendly staffs
Nancy Kennedy: Worst customer service I've ever experienced ANYWHERE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! So incredibly rude! I really want to return my $550+ of items. This same associate was rude to me previously.
aathira pillai: The store definitely had everything we were looking for. Great service! Thank you for helping us find everything:)
Ricardo Gibbs: Es un buen lugar de cosméticos para las mujeres, pero encontrarás buenos artículos para hombres.
Katie Fitzpatrick: Went in for help with skin makeup. Jay helped me pick exactly what I wanted and choose the correct color. She also showed me what brush to use and how to apply it. She was so extremely helpful and made a daunting process so easy. Thank you!
Kavya Katugam-Dechene: The Saturday manager is super kind and helpful! She helped me with a complicated return and exchange. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness!!
Shirley Silva Dos Reis Santos: Atendimento excelente!! Produtos de primeira.
Ashley: Not a big location, but they do have a good selection of items, mostly cosmetics and some skincare and haircare products. I was able to find what I needed and quickly. Staff was helpful, friendly and not too overbearing which was nice.
Kate KP: Best service.
