I love how they put customers in a queue in the computer and it sends you to the spot that you need to go and the salesperson meet you there! I took many photographs because I was so impressed I want to show all of you and the best part is there is a lot of room in all of the areas of the store as well as the entrance so people with mobility issues can easily go in and out of the store, and the salesperson would push you in a wheelchair or help you.the only thing I have to say besides items not being in stock ... AND LASERS NOT HAVE ME IN THE COMPUTER SO IF I WAS GOING TO USE INSURANCE HAD I PURCHASED IT, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME. LILIANA TRIED SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO PULL UP MY ACCOUNT. BUT I WASN'T THERE AND I BOUGHT MY CHROMEBOOK THERE, AS WELL AS OTHER ITEMS OVER THE PAST COUPLE YEARS.keep up the good work as the salespeople are the people that compliment your company and I probably wouldn't have purchased anyting but lilliana truly didn't push me but rather showed me the items I could afford.

Jun Zeng: Avoid this Best Buy location at all cost. They don’t have any customers service. Waited an hour to just get pushed back and forth from customer to geek squad. Manager comes out and quoted”we can only service/repair, no replacement. And you have to go back to the place of purchase to get your money back” Be aware of the protection plan you are buying. You might risk of no replacement and only serving/repair. Which means you are going to live without w/e the item you have purchased for 2 weeks+.Would highly recommend shopping over at Best Buy Braintree, they took care of me with in 10min. And not too far from this location.

So far we've purchased two washing machines, a dryer, and a refrigerator here, and our experience with the first three were great. I felt like the salespeople we've spoken to have always been very knowledgeable and have never tried to upsell us for a bigger commission. Until our most recent purchase, I felt that the follow-up customer care was also great. When our washer purchased in 2019 wasn't leveled correctly, NEA found someone to come fix it. When our dryer stopped working, the salesperson helped me diagnose a blocked vent duct over the phone. Recently, I purchased a top freezer, bottom refrigerator after my fancier side-by-side (purchased at Lowes, long story there) burnt its compressor after three years. The salesperson I worked with really helped us find a refrigerator that maximized our space and even had a water line...BUT he failed to mention that all refrigerators of its kind ship with their doors opening a certain way AND that the doors must be swapped before delivery. This being the second refrigerator I've purchased in my lifetime, and the first that didn't have the teeny side-by-side doors, I didn't think to ask about swapping the hinges. When delivery day came, the deliverymen didn't even level the fridge, leaving it sitting at an angle from side-to-side. Once they left, I discovered that I couldn't open the door all the way because it hit the kitchen island. Because of this I can't even open one of the produce drawers all the way or move the shelves. Apparently I trusted the salesperson a little too much, because this is now my problem to fix at my expense. NEA wants $160 to have this fixed, even though the salesperson admitted over the phone that he should have checked at the point of sale about the door hinge. I'm moderately handy, but I simply don't have time to do this somewhat involved project and the instructions from the manufacturer are terrible. Not to mention, I need the $160 to pay for the food to fill this fridge, with food prices being what they are.New England Appliance should change their tagline to "Our mistakes are your problem."

I live in a 100 yr old house in Dorchester which didn’t make it easy to manuveur around corners and doorways. They made it happen and were so efficient! Worth every penny for the delivery fee! I had nothing but problems with Lowes And still had no fridge after three attempted deliveries only for them to ring bell and drive off.

We found out later when it eventually it flooded my kitchen and water broke through the floor and into my basement. Company took NO responsibility whatsoever. Spent almost a year trying to get them to pay for the repairs.REPLY to owner: Whatever you say. I know what I experienced and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Also, we eventually got your insurance to pay (after almost a year of back and forth)--which ultimately places the fault squarely on that end. Save your empty words for someone who doesnt know better. You are only trying to save face for this business. Your business is awful.

They did the delivery fast and efficient I couldn't believe it. Was worried at first because the fridge was big and my door ways are pretty narrow. John took it apart down to the last screw on a 100 degree day I felt so bad but he got it in and I was very impressed. I'll never shop at big box stores again. They even helped my mother who is 86 sweep and clean behind the fridge after they pulled the old one out. Thank you new england appliance!!!! We will definitely be back and I'll be telling my family and friends about the wonderful experience I had with you guys. Hard to find stores that take their job serious these days. They literally beat everyones else's prices. Eric W. was also super helpful and patient when I came in like very week because my items were on back order to check when they were coming. When I got home from work… the doors were still crooked and now one of the lights didn’t work and there was an extremely loud noise coming from the refrigerator sporadically. Called again… was told the reason the doors were crooked was because we had food on one side and not the other. We had No food inside! Then was told to put food in … even though I kindly expressed my disbelief.. I put food in… NOPE!!! Called and explained the situation… was told that the light needed to be replaced… something about the wires… by this time I was done. This was a refrigerator that was supposed to have 2 little indentations on the screen of the water dispenser. Called… said I wanted it picked up and returned… too many problems. Went in to the store to see if they had anything else… nope… so return being done. Great… NOPE! Today is August 24th and they tell me… we can’t pick it up until SEPTEMBER 3rd!!! When I told them that won’t do… I need the credit and the fridge picked up earlier than that so I can put a fridge in my kitchen.( I have kids and need a refrigerator!!!)They tell me that I can drop it off!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Was supposed to get a phone call back from a manager… nope!I am so disappointed and feel like once they got my money… they just don’t care 🤷‍♀️

Nick Daher: As a property manager, realtor, and homeowner, Beach sales (Kellie in particular) have been a lifesaver. They have all the affordable apartment grade appliances I need (in stock) and they also have a wide variety of high end appliances at very competitive pricing. They are able to match, if not beat, all the big box store pricing and their customer care and delivery blows the box stores out of the water. I will never bother shopping anywhere else for appliances, thanks to Kellie.
Olga Freger: Stay away from this place. We bought a dishwasher in November, they brought a dented defective one, 2 weeks later they brought another machine, which is leaking and very very noisy. We bought 39dba machine which is the quietest, and received a 62 dba which is almost the loudest. 3 months later, after 5 technician visits they are still refusing to replace my machine. The machine is defective and un-fixable through no fault of ours, and they are not cooperating. They keep sending technicians, and after it was determined nothing can be fixed they came with an excuse that is is "an installation issue", the machine is leaking from the door, nothing to do with the installation, and they are completely ignoring the noise part, but they refuse to replace it. And also, the machine is missing the bottom part, I compared photos from the internet of how the machine should look, our machine looks nothing like that. I am sure if I bought it through Home Depot, I would have gotten a replacement by now. Do not buy anything from them. They are not even trying to mitigate the issue.

Cindy Polignone: I recently bought a stove that was1/2 inch to big for the kitchen from Kelly Federman at Beach Sales. When i called Kelly told me there would be a restock fee and quoted me a price of 579.95 for the new stove. When i looked on the website later on i found the stove to be 549.95. Called to question it and was told i would get a credit. I had to call a 2nd time and as of today still haven't received the credit. I was told it will be applied. In addition to this issue i was charged a restock fee of 126.00 which is fine. When i got the receipt i noticed they charged me 39.95 delivery when the prior week delivery for the first stove was 19.95. Nothing at all seems fair what this appliance company is doing. When i questioned i was told diesel cost. Doesn't even make sense. I wrote to them on facebook and they immediately took my post down. I emailed and got no response. Last resort google review. Be careful of this company. They will take advantage any way they can!!!

That was one of the few good choices we made.We bought a Thermador stove/oven and hood, Thermador dishwasher and fridge/freezer, speed Queen washer and dryer, microwave along with my favorite....Bosch coffee maker. Delivery went perfect!We had many issues with the fridge freezing food. Bob and other staff were phenomenal. When Thermador could not fix it after the 3rd trip, Bob and a woman in management made sure to get me a new one.We had an issues with another appliance shortly after the warranty ended and they still replaced it free of charge. No other store would do that. 4 years post purchases and I am still talking about their amazing customer service.

We recently purchased a Bosch Fridge and Dishwasher with them and Howie provided excellent customer service throughout the experience.Item 1) We were in need of an updated dishwasher and our extended family recommended calling Beach Sales. So we called and spoke with Howie. He was able to find us a great dishwasher and made the process simple. Item 2) While awaiting delivery, we went on vacation, and came home to a broken fridge. As luck would have it, it was the same day I was going to pick up the dishwasher and during tax-free weekend. I worked with Howie again, who really stepped up. He called us after his day ended and the next morning when he walked in. He made sure he was available to answer all our questions and was able to get us a new fridge, delivered to our home within 2 days. We faced many challenges (what was in stock during covid, how the fridge would fit our cabinet space, etc) but he was able to work through everything to give us a great experience and product.We now have 2 upgraded Bosch appliances in our home and would highly recommend working with Beach Sales and Howie.

Heather Fink: We ordered our Blue Star Oven in July and they never ordered it. Upon calling Blue Star and Boston Appliance multiple times, it turns out there is a hold on the Boston Appliance Account because they haven't paid some outstanding bills. They charged us the full cost of the oven rather than the half upfront that was written in the contract and it took a long time to and a lot of hassle to get the $6,700 back. When we were checking up on wether it was sorted out, they wouldnt answer our calls and give us any straight answer on what the current status is. We tried asking for a refund multiple times and it wasn't until we called our credit card company to dispute the charge that they finally started taking our call and processed our refund. They also in the end did pay for a plumber to install and uninstall our loaner stove until the over we purchased from a more reputable supplier fulfilled our order. After all of this, I feel like it was the least they can do, but knowing what I went through I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone else knowing how stressful it was to get what we needed (and that we had to order elsewhere). We still have to have our original plumber come back and now adjust our sheet rock and our pipes because it was fitted for the loaner stove. Save yourself the hassle.

I inquired about purchasing a cooktop with a 6 month back and fourth with the so called manager who doesn’t return phone calls I gave up zero customer service especially from the management!!!!stay away so you don’t waste your time

The owner won’t take our calls, won’t talk to us. We are out $6k and can’t get a straight answer. I would highly recommend you stay away from this pathetic excuse for a company. Go to a professional company like Yale appliances.

If you’re in the market def go check them out ASAP!Update: 11/18/22:I went back to Boston Appliance and was super happy to see Tim still there. He helped us pick out a new washer and dryer. Went through all the options, asked us what was important to us, how we do laundry, etc and narrowed down the best choices for us. he also was able to tell me what's in stock now and what could be delivered quickly Vs what might take a few weeks. With a 4mo baby at home, we needed to replace these units ASAP so that was super helpful! The delivery team was at our house a few days later, set up everything up, tested the machines for us and we couldn't be happier with this purchase!We will continue to come back to Boston Appliance every time we need something they offer.
David Chess: I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Boston Appliance, thinking that the service experience would be more positive than at one of the big box stores. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. The sales agent was quick to process the transaction and deduct funds from my account; however, the delivery date was missed, and I received no notifications from the sales agent or shipping team as to why the machines weren’t delivered. Since then, communication with the sales agent has become completely inadequate. I am always the one initiating contact and have not once received a proactive update from the agent or anyone else at Boston Appliance regarding when my order will be fulfilled.Bottom line: great products, poor service, buy elsewhere.

Based on my experience, once they have your money you have to hassle them if anything goes wrong.I ordered an expensive new undercounter ice maker and paid for them to install. It was broken upon installation and leaked all over my floors. This was 2 weeks ago and it is still leaking, my salesperson won't return my phone calls, they won't provide a receipt, and every time I call they tell me to speak with my salesperson who appears to avoid me like the plague. I'm now forced to dispute the purchase with my credit card company as they delivered a defective machine that is ruining my floors.Strongly advise against buying anything from them! They appear disorganized and seemingly lack empathy and the willingness/ability to help their customers. I would go elsewhere and will myself going forward. Be warned.

Saacha Mohammed: Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Too many hoops to jumpy through to talk to anyone. We had a mess up with our delivery (sales person did not tell us it needed custom install) so we are waiting in limbo for these idiots to get their act together. No one takes accountability for their mistakes and they keep passing you off to other sales or service people. Every division is fractured and there seems to be no decision makers left. I would avoid them at all cost and find someone through your contractor if doing a full kitchen renovation. If I could, I would just return everything and never give this company a dime of my business. If you can avoid her, do not use Brittany Jatkola as your sales person. She is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in every way.
chris jones: Terrible customer service. Damaged my cabinets during installation, had to follow up 6 time for them to get repairs completed. Never received a follow-up to ensure the damage was repaired to meh satisfaction. Definitely not a premium experience, will never purchase anything from Yale again. They do not value or respect customers.

Vero Hall: This is among the best service we ever received from a business! 5 stars from A to Z. Good to know: you need an appointment before you go to the showroom. They are booked and won’t be able to serve you quickly if you don’t have an appointment. They have a great business model: a) they service what they sell, b) they discontinue products that need to be serviced a lot; so you know that if they carry a product they stand behind it, c) they sell insurance for the products they carry so if you need it serviced over the next 5 years, you are covered, d) they offer discounts for bundles and for items that are in working condition but were returned for whatever reason. We bought a Bosch induction range and hood, and the entire process was pain free. The range arrived defective and they sent someone over to assess and replaced it without any issues. I really doubt that such a service is available in many places. Only the trouble of carrying that big appliance in and out, etc. To us, the additional $ we paid for our appliances at Yale (e.g., they do Not offer free shipping) was well worth the price. Also, fun fact: the CEO makes these well produced educational videos that I love (e.g., Bosch vs Miele washing machine), check him out on YouTube :). In short: we’ll use them again and again.
MVP: Great customer care from beginning to end. Great Sales Representatives who are knowledgeable of the products, act as trusted advisors, are reliable, and very professional. Installation team was on time, swift, and kept my premises clean throughout the installation process. They took the time to test the appliances they installed, walked me through main functionalities and provided useful tips. Eddie and the rest of the delivery & installation team were friendly and very professional. This is my second time purchasing home appliances from Yale and am now a loyal customer! Fantastic team, great product quality, but above all - exceptional customer care!

Their service was great. Their installers fastidious and the experience great. I would have rated them 5 stars except I was disappointed to learn how they sold us the least-featureful Miele dishwasher sold in the States. It has a great reliability rating (from Wirecutter and Consumers) but it's really barren of features.

Zachary Marcou: The majority of employees at this location, including the assistant store manager(s), need some serious coaching. It seems like there is no supervision by upper management, or some kind of disconnect from leadership, to folks on the floor. All of the outstanding employees last a few weeks at this location, and are never seen again. Most (not all) of the existing staff lacks the knowledge to do their jobs, which is on leadership to correct. I've witnessed three separate occasions where the support desk in the center of the store treated folks so poorly that it devolved into a shouting match. Their attitudes are just putrid, and they wander around in packs to perform basic tasks; it's a massive waste of payroll. A lot these behaviors are correctable, but without a concerted effort, this location will continue to lose out on revenue that would otherwise be secured by outstanding customer service. It's a shame that performance isn't audited seemingly at all. I'm not interested in costing anybody their jobs, but am happy to provide additional detail so that staff may be retrained and coached up properly.

If I wanted a new laptop, I would electronics review sites to see which current laptops were best, then I would go to Amazon or eBay and buy one. I have bought quite a few laptops this way. Best Buy didn't even carry the models I ended up buying in store. It's a good store to go look around. The prices are very close to MSRP, so if you want a discount on your preferred laptop, try eBay or maybe Amazon. Brick and Mortar stores are okay for some things.

Not only did he not help find what I was looking for, I was also looking for accessories but left because he made me feel very uncomfortable.

I talked to the gentleman about it, and he recommended the new 5 pro. The battery life is a huge improvement from the last generation and advised me to go for the newer model. So I did, and I am a big fan of it! I never wear watches in general, but I think I am accustomed to it now.

And I'm just not super tech savvy, so I found that incredibly frustrating. I understand somewhat when it's crazy busy mind you. But it was impossible to find an employee to help under any circumstances ever. For years it was like that at most locations, in my experience. But I have to say, the last several times I've been to this store in the last year or so it has been so much better overall. Especially when it's not too busy. Most of the employees, even the younger ones here are very helpful, easy to communicate with and best of all, available! What a relief. I used to be so stressed out just walking up to the store from the parking lot. It was that horribly frustrating. Next time I need to go there I can be more relaxed and have a more pleasant experience in general. A pretty great group of guys working there now. 👊Definitely recommend.
