Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy.The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign.In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.
S M: Cozy little target at the top of Beacon Hill. Space on the Hill is tight for businesses so it is nice they could squeeze a target here. Fresh groceries and all household things, what more do I need? People looking for target clothes accept this is a smaller target.Great prices for Beacon Hill tbh.

This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.
Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time.The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity.The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.
Margaret Anderson: I’m not usually one to write a review about something like a Target, but wow was this store a letdown! Just moved to the city and was happy to have a Target nearby. They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.
Mike Wilson: I was with my 6 year old grandson and he had to use the restroom, so I asked an employee where it was and she said no bathroom. I was like he's a child and really has to go. It didn't matter, no restroom. Needless to say, I won't be back! I think certain exceptions can and should be made.
James R: they mislabel prices of items and then refuse to match what their advertised shelf prices are when you go checkout. My item rang up 82% higher than the shelf's listing price. Associate did not remedy the situation, left empty handed.

He even made sure I had the correct special light bulb. Lowe’s should look into cloning Deandre as an employee. By far the most helpful Lowe’s employee I’ve ever come in contact.

Xianming Sang: Terrible customer service. I was here to return a baby high chair with the return label printed out. A mid aged white man, who is probably the manager, was very rude. He interrupted my conversation with the other staff, and directly rejected my return. The reason he gave was that according to "BB&B return policy", this product cannot be returned once used, even though it's just been tried once or twice by my baby. I asked where I can read the "return policy", he googled it from his phone and showed me his phone, and refused to print out any official page for me. I'm astonished. I didn't see any of such return policy when I pirnted out the return label, and I'm only told that there's such policy after I wasted a weekend afternoon, to get here. and more ironically, the return policy can only be found from Google. I'm OK with such policy if it's real. But without letting customers know its existence, it's overbearing their customers. It's especially unprofessional when a manager show his Google result to a customer and claim that's official. I'll no longer buy anything from BB&B again, just in case I cannot return something in the future because of these hidden policy and rude staff. Anyway I was buying this high chair here only because of their coupons. And it's no surprise that BB&B is closing half of their stores nationwide. Everything has a reason.

G O: If you have to go to a target, this might be the worst one in Cambridge/somerville/Boston. Not because the employees are unhelpful, they’re all pleasant people, but because the location is so small that you will not find what you need. Usually when I visit this location; there are no mirrors stocked; the hair care station never has any of the items that I bought on the last visit (one to two months prior); the protein powder section only has two whey options and two vegan options, and there are no protein bars, only ketogenic high fat bars. Interestingly, the grocery here is one of the best groceries in the square. You can find a pound of tomato for under two dollars, a good variety of dairy products and a decent amount of baking items. Probably the best grocery I’ve ever seen in any target.
Bailey Waldorf: This Target is always a challenge, but it's generally a good store. It's limited in staff and space. It doesn't carry many of the items larger Target stores have in stock. I've often come in for something specific (like ice cream or kombucha) that this location does carry, but find the shelf is empty. It helps to use you Target app to see if they carry an item you're looking for and if it's currently in stock.

I came into this store in search of a gift for my mother because she is on her death bed but her birthday is coming up soon. When I was looking in the makeup section on the second floor, I noticed an employee staring at me for a while. I went into a different isle and this employee followed me. You won’t believe what she said to me!! She told me I need to wear more makeup to cover my wrinkles!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!! I CANNOT believe Target allows people like this to work for them. I HOPE YOU HANDLE THIS!!!

RoadTrip NewEngland: Good selection for an in-city Target, they have some grocery and then a little bit of everything you might need. Very handy if you live in Central Square or are a few stops away on the Red Line. Pretty much dead center between Harvard and MIT. There’s not a ton of parking in Central Square though if you are thinking about driving.

Angie Polakowski: This target is a city target with two floors with stairs, so be aware of this when coming. The food items are on the main floor and electronics, home, etc all downstairs. The annoying part is there is no easy way to use a cart in the store because of the two floor situation. The workers were all nice and I do appreciate the security personnel by the door. However this target was SUPER under stocked on so many things and part of their cooler section wasn’t even being used. I pretty much got the last one of every item I bought. It’s okay but obviously much better big box stores exist.

Anais Alvarez: This is the second time going to the Lynn Walmart and it was actually worse than the first time.There weren't any more shoppers than what you usually find in a large store in the North Shore but the lines to pay stretched down the length of the store. Walmart prefers to have employees stand around the entrance and exit to watch the shoppers than to have more cashiers. We waited to pay only to be held up at the exit again so an employee could check our receipt line by line. Even more fascinating is that the Walmart in Salem does not police shoppers to this extent. I was looking at numerous items in the electronics department. I asked two associates to assist me as I had been looking in that department for almost ten minutes without any acknowledgement on their part. They actually said they were busy. I'm in my mid 40s and am not electronic savvy by any stretch of the imagination. I needed a USB thingamajig and they ranged from five to over fifty in price. I had no clue which to purchase. Also I was interested in buying either a notepad, laptop, or a personal computer. I didn't know which I actually needed, don't know if I even said the correct terms!Walmart lost out on a decent sized sale.I usually don't mention sale associates ethnicity but I also had an issue communicating with an employee, she couldn't speak or understand English. I needed to know where the plastic bins were and I received no help.Was really a horrible experience.In the food section I only purchased half the items I intended as your prices were higher than every other store I know.Also the cashier was extremely slow. There was only one other register open, he took care of six customers to her one customer.I would have given even less stars but the other cashier was nice enough to take me after he started closing.This was not my first time negative experience at the store. The only reason I'd ever return would be for an item that was on sale for an unbelievably great price.

Callyce “Cole” Carroll: It's Walmart baby! You know what to expect! Go to people watch or fill your cart with a bunch of random stuff you need around the house. Go and ask the staff random questions about products to see their response. You can't go wrong at Walmart baby!
Natasha Richards: This Walmart is always clean and organized and the staff are actually helpful and friendly. I ran in for a couple quick items early on a Saturday and was in and out rather quickly. Now I won't tell you how many items I purchased today, but it was several bags worth, and I was plenty surprised how much the bill came to. Good surprised I might add. With this changing economy I'm glad I was able to purchase everything we needed plus a few more without breaking the bank.
Christina Y: I went to the Walmart in Quincy, MA on April 28. I checked online and the store closes at 11pm. I went after work and drove almost 30 minutes to make this return. When I got there at 8:50pm, I was waiting in line and there were about 5 workers at returns. One of them told me they are closing soon in a few minutes. I was the only one waiting because a staff member was currently helping a customer. When it was my turn, it was around 8:55pm and this staff member rudely refused to help me do the return. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She was a large Caucasian woman. I am extremely appalled of her attitude and how she refused a return that would've only taken less than 2 minutes to do. I drove almost 30 min and was being treated terribly. I hope that Walmart location does a better job at hiring more competent managers and show better customer service especially a role that is customer service based

Tristan Leeds: This store may be a large building but the strangely shocking thing for me was seeing lazy employees glued to their phones or roaming around, security was lax, undesirables scattered in between aisles looking like theft was committed, and plus, too much of the merchandise appeared empty or poorly inventoried! Quite sad to see!
Kevin Nieves: Beware of this location if you’re using a debit or EBT Card. At the self-checkout, someone is putting something that steals your money. It has happened twice. They record your pin and card number so that they can drain your accounts.
Joseph Chow: Perfect for waiting the 16 bus to Andrew or Forest Hills station. They sell UNO Ultimate card game.
Margarita Pineda: This is for the South Bay Target. This is by far the cleanest, nicest, most Organized store I have been to. Any chance I get to go there(I live in north shore) I do!! BEST SELECTION OF everything. Some unique finds as well not found in other targets. Staff is cordial and constantly paying attention to detail!

Hispanic Girl who took my in progress receipt while I got another item, re-rang up items to check price in collusion with black boys and manager at customer service, and I saw them passing the bag when I returned 20 mins later. This actually ending up reducing the total price when she scanned the receipt barcode after I returned (price when I returned was less than when I paused the transaction, and they couldn’t account for the fact that they didn’t have access to my target app wallet code) . Stupid.
Harrison Gleed: 15 minutes of phone tag for a simple yes or no question. I didn't get my answer, as ultimately no one answered my phone call. Pretty disappointed considering it would have taken a single person 10 seconds to answer the question I had.

I was planning a day of errands so to save time I placed an order for drive-up pick-up (which means I’m charged right when the order is placed). Yet 4 hours later I still hadn’t gotten a notification that it was ready… I was running out of time for my errands and thought it might be a glitch so I just went into the store where a customer service rep, while very kind, said she couldn’t help me? I’d have to come back in a few hours? No thanks… I asked if I could just go get the items myself, and she said yes, so I did just that. Then when I went back to validate my items before waking out of the store, she told me I’d have to cancel my order and then charged me again. So… because your store was slow to get my items, I have to pay AGAIN and wait for the other money to go back on my card … Why could she not pretend that a target employee got the items and fulfilled my order? I’m sure it wasn’t her policy which is why I walked right out to my car to write this horrible review. Target, I have 2 closing remarks, 1. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. 2. If a customer solves their own problem that you caused, maybe you should let them. This whole experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding your stores for the foreseeable future.
