Ken Ben: I purchased a kitchen faucet and a water filter to go with it from this store. Turns out later that the filter does not work with this particular faucet. After discussing it with Kohler, they agreed to refund although it was past 90 days refund period. This was the second time I was using Kohler for a full-house renovation and I will be coming back for the third.
David Katz: Sarika Laddha is the BEST! We were kind of desperate, having bought the wrong toilet at another place, not knowing that we had a very small space. She was calm and efficient ... even when I called a few days later to say that I forgot to order a toilet seat. He was outstanding in helping us make the product selections, providing us with detailed documentation, keeping track of back-ordered items, handling changes, and just being a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend Ron and Kohler more highly.

Ilene Perlman: Nothing like going into a store and feeling invisible. I literally stood there and was not acknowledged by any of the three people working there. I understand they were helping other people but all they had to do was say we’ll be with you shortly please wait and I’ll help you soon as I can. I was just asking to see if I was indeed in the right place. No eye contact and no awareness at all. And also I could hear in the back somebody yelling some misogynistic thing. So I would not go there at all for any help in the plumbing supply world. There’s plenty of other places that have the decency to acknowledge your presence. It’s not like they have a line of people coming in.
Lei: DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE NOT A PLUMBER! Worst experience ever!I was looking some pipe fittings, but a senior staff there refused to provide any assistance. He said he is only willing to talk to professional plumbers, even though I came with my pipe and valves. Wonder where so many good reviews come from….

They turned a nightmare (nothing to do with them) into a very pleasant experience.Driven by a bad advice from a plumber we initially hired for the job, we purchased a gas boiler system for the heating that could not fit our existing chimney vent. Making additional vents was not part of our plan and would cost a lot more than changing the system. Therefore, we ended up with a brand new system that we could not use and could not return to the manufacturer as the original packaging was opened. Not only did Ryan Bresnahan from Republic Plumbing organize the pick-up of the system, but he also went ahead to organize the floor model sale of this system to their customers. I could not thank Republic Plumbing and Ryan enough!!!If not for them, we would have been out of a substantial amount of money and would have had a heavy system that we could not move and could not install in the basement. Highly recommend working with Republic Plumbing. And do not be shy, ask for their opinion on the system and how it fits your home upfront!!!

Kevin Berry: I try to shop here as often as I can because it is close by and convenient. However, I have noted on a number or occasions that the staff at the check out registers is often more interested in carrying on conversations among themselves than focusing on getting the customers rung up and on their way. Maybe management should emphasize to the staff that, while they are working, the customer comes first and should be their primary focus at all times. I realize that personal conversations or chatting with fellow employees is something that we all do at work, but as a customer, I would have a better experience if I didn't need to wait for them to finish their conversation before they focused on me.UpdateWell it happened again yesterday when I came in to return an item I purchased earlier that day. The clerk processed the return, but while I was waiting for the receipt, another employee came over and she started talking to him and got in the other computer, focusing on him, and left me standing there waiting for the receipt. When I interrupted her and asked for my receipt from the printer, unbelievably, her response was, “Just give me a minute.” Lucky for me the other employee reached over to the printer and finally gave me the receipt. I think there still needs to be some additional training here.

This store is incredibly robust with every little thing you might need (from my amateur perspective, but holy cow they have such a variety of tools, equipment, supplies, resources).Not to mention, the store was very clean, easy to navigate, and my stop to just see if they had what I needed included 3 different very friendly, helpful staff members. This will absolutely be my go-to spot for all my home improvement needs - I know that sounds corny, but it is absolutely true. I’m so impressed.
Tim: This is a petite hardware store with a family owned, small town feel. I give it 5 stars for customer service. The staff greets you upon entry and you won't feel as though they purposely avoid opportunities to help you - like you see often times at the big hardware store with orange lettering :)

Receptor Invoices: Steve was the most informed person we have ever met in a plumbing bath store. Do not go to the suburbs for pretty showrooms and sales people who do not know their products, go to Boston Bath for fabulous prices and knowledgable staff.
Alexandra Dobrowolski: Working with Steve has been an absolute pleasure. Not only is he super responsive, he is incredibly helpful with designing and picking out everything bathroom related from shower heads to faucets to doors etc. Gut renovating 3 bathrooms during COVID hasn't been easy but Steve has made the process as seamless as possible. If an item is out of stock or backordered, as many have been during this crazy time, he searches for the most similar option and doesn't stop looking until he finds something that I like, all while offering amazing prices. He has been far and away the best vendor I've worked with during my gut renovation (and during my real estate career) and I can't recommend him enough. His products are beautiful, his customer service is A+ and he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of. Thank you for everything Steve!!!
