Josh Solomon-Culp: Emulsion is absolutely the best place to go for screen printing and embroidery. I’ve now done probably 5 orders through them and had amazing results every time. Dave and Chris are fantastic, quick to respond and very accommodating. The orders have come out perfect every time and I usually get them in no more than two weeks from paying, usually less. Way better quality and way cheaper than any of the big online websites like custom ink. Could not recommend more.

Deborah Banks: I left a blanket to be embroidered with a name and a fire engine on it.I never received a call that it was completed.I went in after a month and the guy said, oh yeah, let me go get it.I never ask d why I hadn’t received notification that is had been HALF completed.when I was given the blanket, I said that I asked to have a fire engine embroidered in blanket.He went over to his computer, played with the keys, looked up and said, Oh yeah, we didn’t have a fire engine. I was taken aback with this total unprofessional deameanor.I certainly will not utilize this local business in the Currie.It will not be recommended to friends either.Very disappointed.
Shateara Battle: Horrible customer service. They almost never answer the phone. We were told our order would be done in 2 weeks it took 4 weeks. We get the call that it was ready for pick up & the next day we go to pick up during the listed business hours and they were not open. There was a sign saying they would be back but they never returned to open. We had an event and the deadline was missed due to their unprofessionalism. Finally got my order today amd mentioned my dissatisfaction with the man at the counter and he just said things come up. No apology or anything else.

They're quick to understand your needs and are equally quick in turning around your jobs. They even go beyond what I 'thought' would look good and made suggestions on making it better (such as matching the logo color with a color on the shirt rather than going for simple black or white. Very nice folks too who obviously share in the successes and struggles of running a small business. They get what I'm dealing with and vice versa -- I feel like I've known them for years rather than just from a few simple interactions. Thierry Auperin: Ended up not moving forward with work. Complete lack of communication despite repeated emails and my visit on site. Finally got a quote after asking repeatedly: much higher than originally discussed and now asking for a rush fee. Complete waste of time.

They are responsive and right on point with their work. We have multiple locations and they always do a great job managing the logistics of receiving our materials, getting the work done promptly, and then shipping the items to our various locations.
