Rachael Ashman: On 3/25/23 went in and paid for a Maytag washer. It was delivered on 3/29/23. I didn't get a warranty with Best Buy I was told the company (Maytag) gives one with item for up to a year. Well on 4/8/23 the washing machine stopped working. Water wouldn't drain, all the buttons were lit up still and door was locked. On 4/10 I contacted best buy to exchange this washing machine. They said oh no no let me have someone come out. I said ok figuring it's new and should be a easy fix. Well the appointment was a week later. The best buy repair men broke the lock on the door to get it open. They said it would be another week they had order a circuit board and a new lock to fix the door. On 4/28/23 they came back they never replaced the door lock they broke. The washing machine still dont work they said I'd have to call maytag. The also explained these companies like maytag and whirlpool dont like best buy repairing their appliances in the first year . I see why, I contact maytag well the warranty is for parts. But if they find its broke from a overload or the door lock broke it could run me over 400 dollars. I contact best buy at this point I want my money. They tell me its past 15 days. I said oh no you guys asked me to hold off I did . The best buy repair man wouldn't say nothing in a text that would put them at fault. At this point I contacted Better business bureau, solve it 7 and next is a lawyer. I'm a single mother out of work at the time. I've spent way to much money at the laundromat when I have a new washing machine at home. Stay clear of any big purchases there. Frauds

I love how they put customers in a queue in the computer and it sends you to the spot that you need to go and the salesperson meet you there! I took many photographs because I was so impressed I want to show all of you and the best part is there is a lot of room in all of the areas of the store as well as the entrance so people with mobility issues can easily go in and out of the store, and the salesperson would push you in a wheelchair or help you.the only thing I have to say besides items not being in stock ... AND LASERS NOT HAVE ME IN THE COMPUTER SO IF I WAS GOING TO USE INSURANCE HAD I PURCHASED IT, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME. LILIANA TRIED SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO PULL UP MY ACCOUNT. BUT I WASN'T THERE AND I BOUGHT MY CHROMEBOOK THERE, AS WELL AS OTHER ITEMS OVER THE PAST COUPLE YEARS.keep up the good work as the salespeople are the people that compliment your company and I probably wouldn't have purchased anyting but lilliana truly didn't push me but rather showed me the items I could afford.

Jun Zeng: Avoid this Best Buy location at all cost. They don’t have any customers service. Waited an hour to just get pushed back and forth from customer to geek squad. Manager comes out and quoted”we can only service/repair, no replacement. And you have to go back to the place of purchase to get your money back” Be aware of the protection plan you are buying. You might risk of no replacement and only serving/repair. Which means you are going to live without w/e the item you have purchased for 2 weeks+.Would highly recommend shopping over at Best Buy Braintree, they took care of me with in 10min. And not too far from this location.

Frank Feeney: The old reliable Best Buy. Bought a device here which failed to start up. Quick trip back 5 mins before closing and the staff were extremely helpful in getting us a new unit and making sure it worked properly. Even allowed us stay after the store had closed to ensure all was good.

Freddie Pierce: I came in trying to activate my replacement phone. The salesperson looked at my phone, put in about 5 minutes of effort into my issue, said she did all she could.....and then told me to call asurion, and went into the break room. No one wanted to help---they were bothered by me being there. Everyone cared more about their new fancy nails than helping customers. I went to Boylston Street, and they fixed my issue in literally 5 minutes. Useless store. Don't waste your time.

Dennis Barros: Had a great experience here. My iPhone 11 Pro suddenly stopped working and no troubleshooting fixed it. Rushed to T-Mobile during work and they took great care of me. I left within 1.5 hours with a brand new iPhone 14 Pro, a nice case, and screen protector.Sorry for spelling her name wrong, but Crisidalis was awesome. The entire staff seemed really nice, patient, and helpful.I recommend calling ahead if you have a specific phone in mind because they don’t carry a lot of stock in the stores.Thanks Team!
NN Reviews: Pushy and unhelpful customer service if you could call it 'service', more like 'customer sabotage'. I went in to buy the cheapest phone because I just needed a phone since my current phone was malfunctioning. Sales rep, Carmelot, wouldn't let me buy it. Kept advising me against it and even asking another rep to pipe in. Eventually, I felt pressured to buy a more expensive phone, but then Carmelot mentioned that I had insurance, which was unbeknownst to me. I asked him to double check, which he did not and assured me that I had it. So, I used their store phone to call to make a claim because that made more sense than buying a phone if I can just get my phone replaced. After talking to the phone rep, turns out I don't have insurance, so Carmelot was wrong both times for telling me I had it and then refusing to doublecheck when I asked. He wasted everybody's time. However, the phone rep informed me that I could actually enroll in insurance and make a claim right after, so that's what I did, but the whole time, Carmelot kept trying to talk to me saying how he can enroll me instead. He was so pushy and annoying and not even helpful because he eventually enrolled me WITHOUT my consent while I was talking to the phone rep, and when I had the phone rep doublecheck, she said that he enrolled me in the wrong tier. Thankfully, the phone rep was able to fix his error and even apologized on his behalf that I was receiving such terrible customer service in the store. Carmelot is beyond incompetent. It felt more like he was trying to sabotage everyone, including himself. Not only was he inefficient AF, he was also severely rude and lazy and I'm pretty sure him changing my phone plan all of a sudden without my consent is illegal if not against company policy. I don't understand why TMobile customer service at the stores suck everywhere. I'm seriously thinking of switching to Mint Mobile, so I don't ever have to step foot in a TMobile store and talk to any of these god damn people ever again.

H H: The worst customer service ever. I met Mike a man of Asian decent. Clearly a racist and rude individual. I called the store in advance to find out if I can buy a phone without a contract. They said yes I can. I also asked if I dont like the phone and want to return it what is the option. They said within 14 days and a $35 dollar restocking fee. When I asked the same questions in store, Mike said no restocking fee is nothing less than $75. Then he said $50. Then he said no I will not sell you a phone. You only want to return it. I was like are you serious? I cant even ask about my options. He said no get a contract or leave. You have to be a TMobile customer. I said I am. He replied no I will not sell you a phone. I said you've changed your statements so many times. Mike then replied no I won't sell you any phone, leave. Mike is a horrible sales person and is a screaming racist.

Jasmine: Needed a new SIM card because the iPhone I had delivered to me didn’t include one. Luckily, the staff at this T-Mobile location was extremely friendly and patient. A lot of times it’s a hit or miss with T-Mobile staff members, but I was definitely in luck this time because the person that helped me quickly jumped into action without hesitation nor push back and fixed the issue. After he helped me with my SIM card issue, I had to figure out how to set my new phone up which took 2 and a half hours. They allowed me to use their chargers while I figured everything out, checked in on me, and never made me feel rushed. Very laidback and easy going team! I’d give them a try if I were you. I really wish I had’ve gotten their names, but the guy with the perfectly curly Afro (and the one with the long hair) was especially helpful!

If I wanted to buy it first I could order it online for $60 less.The reason we bother to go to a store is so we can see and experience the product BEFORE we buy.It seems they have forgotten this. No wonder retail is suffering.

Zachary Marcou: The majority of employees at this location, including the assistant store manager(s), need some serious coaching. It seems like there is no supervision by upper management, or some kind of disconnect from leadership, to folks on the floor. All of the outstanding employees last a few weeks at this location, and are never seen again. Most (not all) of the existing staff lacks the knowledge to do their jobs, which is on leadership to correct. I've witnessed three separate occasions where the support desk in the center of the store treated folks so poorly that it devolved into a shouting match. Their attitudes are just putrid, and they wander around in packs to perform basic tasks; it's a massive waste of payroll. A lot these behaviors are correctable, but without a concerted effort, this location will continue to lose out on revenue that would otherwise be secured by outstanding customer service. It's a shame that performance isn't audited seemingly at all. I'm not interested in costing anybody their jobs, but am happy to provide additional detail so that staff may be retrained and coached up properly.

Because they treat every customer with the same amazing service no matter who they happen to be. If you are reading this, Janeen, you ought to be letting these folks run some stores, get them trained, I think they're ready!

Brianna Lynne: Don’t go to geek squad!Listen, I get I have an older laptop (2017), and I expressed to the worker that the laptop itself turns on with no issue but the screen is black, he told me he doesn’t have screens to replace my laptop since the brand I have doesn’t make laptops anymore, he didn’t even bother taking it to the back and opening it up to see if there’s cables lose or whatever, just shushed us off, didn’t recommend trying anything other than plugging it in to a monitor. Cut me off, didn’t listen to me. Won’t be coming back.
Akshay Vidwans: Sold me a open box tv and tech support membership for $4,000. It turned out to be defective upon delivery. Did not follow up on the issue on the issue. Did not provide a replacement under terms of the warranty or the tech support membership. Cancelled my order on their own behalf without sending me a refund. Just horrible.

Carmen Ilardi: I was at Best Buy with a friend looking for a laptop..it was for him...not me. He went and looked and left. If I wanted a new laptop, I would electronics review sites to see which current laptops were best, then I would go to Amazon or eBay and buy one. I have bought quite a few laptops this way. Best Buy didn't even carry the models I ended up buying in store. It's a good store to go look around. The prices are very close to MSRP, so if you want a discount on your preferred laptop, try eBay or maybe Amazon. Brick and Mortar stores are okay for some things.

While I was talking to the executive my wife who was looking at mobile accessories saw the restroom sign and went to use it.... so this executive stopped talking to me midway and ran behind my wife and started knocking on the door saying it’s employee only and outsiders are not allowed to use it.Apparently there was a sign which read employee only but not on the ladies section.I get it they do not want anyone other than employees to use the restrooms, but if a customer uses the service- would you make them come out of the toilets that too to a woman? Is this how you treat your customers ? Why not lock the doors and keep the keys with you if you don’t want customers to use the restrooms!We apologized to the employee and we didn’t say much, but it’s extremely difficult to process and forget the way we were treated.Won’t be visiting this disrespectful place ever again.

Dimitrios Chlorokostas: Terrible customer service! I enter the shop at 66 Lincoln St. and all 3 employees are with the heads down scrolling on their instagram. One of them turns to greet me and after I explain shortly that I would like to activate my Tourist Plan, she replies "We 're a corporate store here, we don't do these things". After being shocked by her response I try to tell her what she can do to help me. She said "I can give you a chair and you can call customer service". After sitting there and having spoken to 5 employees at customer care for 45 minutes (literally!) until I solve the problem, the only thing that these 3 employees at the store did was accept a payment from a guy. Nothing else. And for this they are getting paid. Shout out to the Management of T-mobile out there!
R Lee (MochiFM): Abysmal customer service was what stuck in my mind after my last visit. I accompanied my mom to try and help her pay a T-mobile bill after cutting ties with T-mobile. The young and visibly un-enthused employee there asked for my mother's phone number, tapped it onto her tablet, and the account didn't come up. The employee then proceeded to give up entirely and say there's nothing else she can do to help us.I know she can look up my mother's account through other methods. T-mobile account number, social security, and etc. But nope, she didn't bother with those options. Instead she just pushed the both of us out of the store. That is not customer service, not by a long shot.
