Amanda Behrendt: Very rude on the phone. When sharing the pick up address, I began spelling out the street name (unsure I was pronouncing it correctly) and was interrupted to say "Mam, I am not in the 7th grade". I feel that was entirely unnecessary and will not be using their service.

Andrew Chung: I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this business. I scheduled an early morning cab to the airport, but it didn’t showed up. When I tried to call the main number a couple times in a slight panic, it said nobody could come to the phone and disconnected. Thankfully I was able to get an Uber to make my flight, and pathetically I ended up getting a text saying the cab had been dispatched an hour later when I was already on the plane. I should have known this was a suspect business when I tried confirming my appointment the night before and the insecure, defensive dispatcher just wanted to argue without even attempting to understand my simple confirmatory question. In fact, his first words when he picked up the phone were “I’m busy so let’s keep this short.” All the other comments about the rudeness of at least one of the dispatchers are 100% true. If you’re reading this, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!

Runner: I have called these guys for a cab at crazy times and they always come even on new years day. Dispatcher doesnt like when you dont know exactly how he operates and he can get a chip on his shoulder but he has always come through in the end.

(Most times all other cabs are busy so I'm left with this joke of a company)Dispatcher/Manager/Owner was very rude and dismissive. The company only has 2 dispatchers which is why I'm sure the owner is depressed and taking out his frustration on his customers. Owner is the male dispatcher that answers anytime you request a cab with them. When asked why does he talk to his customers like that, showed no interests/lack of care. Didn't care to lose my business even though the company I work for has used him for years. Let me also state that this isn't the first time either, but I've held my tongue for far too long. Have had previous complaints brought to my attention of dispatcher/owner insulting some of my guests because they couldn't hear him on the phone also. Or when they were forwarding a complaint on a driver again said dispatcher/owner showed lack of care to their issues and concerns.So overall 0/10

There are no more taxis in Miami. And if the app doesn't work, we need a taxi. There is good taxi company in Boston. That's why you book a taxi from time to time. Paid in cash. NB: I took a taxi from Boston's Logan Airport into downtown Boston. I got to the designated area for taxi pickup and waited for one to arrive.The driver complained the entire way how they are being driven out of business by Uber and Lyft. I wanted to take in the Boston skyline and peacefully get to my destination and instead I had to listen to his yammering about bad business.He then charged me an additional fee for the tunnel - double what Uber charges! I took an Uber on the way back, which was $7 less than my ride using Top Cab.

Will never take Top Cab ever again.

They basically seem to be crooks. I'm filing a police report and a better business bureau report.

Anthony Waniski: Find Daymijin. He's from South Africa, an excellent waiter on Wonder of the Seas. Take a picture and repost. His life experience alone is more than appreciated. He is very friendly yet humble. Be sure to tell him of your experience and tip all their staff accordingly. For a great challenge take a photo of him or your favorite staff member and repost why. Only cons were, 16-17 are minors so they are excluded from a lot of activities but they still have to pay an adult ticket. My family and I bought these tickets and bought this trip JUST to go to coco kay, royal Caribbean has been advertising coco Kay EVERYWHERE in the ship and on its programs once we get there (thinking it’s gonna be the high light of our trip) ITS NOT EVEN OPEN YET. How can you advertise an amazing water park adventure land so many times and bring us to the island it’s on just to look at all the noisy and dusty construction.

We are Diamond members so we have alot of RC experience under our belts We live close to Boston so this trip was convenient. NOT Boston embarkement was like a cluster mess No priority treatment for Diamond Grand Suite members We pay some of the highest cruise fees and expect to receive this service It was like hearding cattle in Immegration coming back into Bar Harbor was even worse as the whole ship was now having to stand in lines that wound all around this small, aging ship due to Immigration being almost 2 hours late No additional planning was done by the captain and people were asked to be patient That wained very thin Disembarkment was an all time worst 2 and a half hours after our assigned time to walk off our concierge got us and walked us off the ship Best captain could do again was ask people to be patient as the ship had not cleared Note we were the only ship in port so the Port Authority could not have been overworked Lots of other general ship conplaints but bottom line is we will never cruise from Boston again nor book a small ship with RC

More feeling like he was get off my ship so more suckers can get on. I have constantly tried contacting RCCL spoke with one or two people. Wrote emails and get no response. Steph Bolcon: Royal Caribbean cruise line is intentionally misleading with trip insurance policy in regard to inclement weather. They tell you that the cruise is reimbursable if cancelled for inclement weather but they do not tell you that it is not for cash back it is for a 75% voucher for a future Cruise.That is just rude and bad business ! Book with a different Cruise Line.

Derek Samson: My family took a trip with Royal Caribbean Oasis Of The Seas ship. We had a great time, the weather was great and the cruise was fine. The Staff was helpful and very accommodating but Royal Caribbean dropped the ball at the end. There was a billing error that was discovered during the checkout. The staff recommended that we wait until the Credit Card bill settles then a credit will be posted in 24-48 Hrs. The credit never showed up and the company failed to respond to our written correspondence. Nobody likes to get the runaround or broken promises and that is why I gave them the two stars.

Brian Kim: Worst airport in my 30 years global traveler.1, I have to wait more than 40 minutes inside the plane after landing. Due to the waiting, I missed my connection flight.2. In US, you have claimed luggage and resend it for domestic flight. Most airports do not require you to send your luggage back and go through security check-in again. However, this airport takes more time the transit time because you have to resend luggage and check yourself in again.3. International flight arrived at E terminal, but my Delta is in A terminal. The distance between the two terminals is very far and there is no such thing as a connecting train.4, wow. Big surprise, while I was waiting for my flight at the gate, I saw a mouse passing under the chairs where people were sitting. oh my god.There will never be a transit in Boston in my life. never !!!

Cory Burch: Flight out of Logan not best experience. Some TSA employees were very friendly, but others were not happy about having to be there. Very short tempered and super aggressive. It's not a good look for Boston. I saw fantastic TSA workers in St. Louis and Wichita, but there seemed to be a lot of confusion in Boston. Lanes were opened, then closed, then opened again. Then they closed a big garage door but continued to filter people across lines. Very disorganized, and by the time you got to the X-ray, the workers were very irritated and mumbling. Not a good experience, but I still do appreciate the work they do.
