Yen-Lin Chen: Beautiful paint and designs, but they have horrible customer service. Showroom manager messed up with my order and lied about shipment and delivery. The order ended up being SHIPPED on the day when it was supposed to be DELIVERED. The overnight delivery is a scam. So unfortunate for an up-market supplier.
Pat Haley: Both Hilary and Alyssa from the Boston Showroom are so pleasant, extremely helpful and easy to work with.

At $60 each, that's $300 wasted.even though they originally consulted us to reduce paint, they still way overestimated the amount of paint we needed. this is not acceptable because we walked through a 1 min video of my 850 sqft place. They saw every room in HD video. I still recommend their services but do NOT listen to their paint amount suggestions.

Health Enthusiast: $37 for a pint of Benjamin Moore paint!!! That's the price of high grade Behr GALLON at home depot.
Andrew K. Smith: Full line of Benjamin Moore paints sold by good, local people. They recommended the Benjamin Moore Regal line (expensive but worth the money), as well as the proper type of foam roller to use on a DIY bathroom wall job. The results were excellent. They also have a selection of household tools and products, which is rare for a paint store.
Eric Lemaire: By far and consistently the best hardware store experience I've ever had, whether local or big chain. The store has a modest size but is organized, neat, and has nearly anything you can think of. The customer service is superb! It feels as if everyone there generally enjoys what they do as opposed to it just being a job. When I first moved to Medford, I needed a wrench for a job and without question they let me take one home and return at my convenience. It's been 8 years since that day and I've been back many times since then and their focus on helping people over monetary transactions remains the same.

Cassie Allen: I have absolutely no complaints about the staff, I have found them all to be very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, I have found the prices at this location to be quite steep. They are higher than ordering directly off of Blick’s website and it seems like every time I get something it rings up higher than the shelf price. I’m sure this is due to the downtown location, but it’s about 20% more expensive than ordering online, which is good to be aware of for budget-conscious artists out there.Edit: I have updated this review to 4 stars from 3 stars given the information on the price match from Scout. I did not give 5 stars because it did take me a while to find the information on Blick’s website and you can’t sign up online from what I can tell (at no fault of the staff at this location). The web match rebate also factors in the cost of shipping at $7.95 on purchases under $69, so it’s still in your best interest to spend more. These are all things I wish I had known before shopping here, but I will likely visit again and use this price match.

Sahar Tariq: Best quality curated materials, they take the guesswork out of which stuff is good quality and which stuff is just children's crafty by keeping everything that is good quality, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend the store brand stuff, they're not so pricey but yet amazing professional quality. Also the staff are super nice and friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful, both in the store and at rhe printing section. It may seem a bit small but that's because they don't fill the store with junk. Also, the other art store across the street has a habit of racially profiling and being so creepy, but Blick has always been my favourite place with super nice people.
